The invention discloses a machining tool for threads and tool withdrawal grooves thereof, relates to the field of machining tools, and provides a machining tool which can machine the threads and the tool withdrawal grooves thereof and has a wide application range. The thread and tool withdrawal groove machining tool comprises a fixed tool bar, a movable tool bar, a thread machining blade and a groove machining blade, wherein the movable tool bar is connected with the fixed tool bar, a workpiece passing groove is formed between the movable tool bar and the fixed tool bar, the thread machining blade and the groove machining blade are respectively positioned on two sides of the workpiece passing groove, the thread machining blade is connected with the fixed tool bar, the groove machining blade is connected with the movable tool bar, and the position of the movable tool bar is adjustable so that the workpiece can pass through the width of the groove and the distance between the thread machining blade and the groove machining blade is adjustable. The invention ensures that the compound cutter can be moved only by operating a machine tool or setting a program during the processing of the tool withdrawal groove and the thread without switching the cutter, simplifies the processing of the thread and the tool withdrawal groove thereof and is beneficial to improving the processing efficiency.

Technical Field

Many patents such as ZL201120238810.2 and ZL202020105989.3 disclose groove machining tools, and many patents such as ZL202020700083.6, ZL201922184325.0 and ZL201920719176.0 disclose threading tools, but no tools for machining both threads and thread relief grooves have been searched.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: provides a processing tool which can process both the thread and the tool withdrawal groove and has wide application range.
