As shown in fig. 5, the electronic device 20 may further include a first driving device such as the first driving device 400, the first driving device 400 may be disposed on the first casing 100, for example, the first driving device 400 may be disposed on the carrier plate 110, or the first driving device 400 may also be disposed on the second casing 200, for example, the first driving device 400 may be disposed on the second side 210, the third side 220, and/or the fourth side 230 of the second casing 200, or the second casing 200 may also be disposed on a substrate, and the first driving device 400 may be disposed on the substrate.
The first driving device 400 is used for driving the relative movement of the first casing 100 and the second casing 200 to realize the engagement and disengagement of the first casing 100 and the second casing 200. For example, the first housing 100 may be fixed, and the first driving device 400 may drive the second housing 200 to move in a direction away from the first housing 100, such that the second housing 200 protrudes from the receiving cavity 140 to achieve separation between the first housing 100 and the second housing 200. The first driving device 400 can also drive the second casing 200 to move towards the direction close to the first casing 100, so that the second casing 200 enters the receiving cavity 140 and is accommodated in the receiving cavity 140 to realize the engagement between the first casing 100 and the second casing 200. It is understood that the first housing 100 and the second housing 200 may reciprocate in a direction parallel to the first housing 100 or the second housing 200, thereby achieving separation and engagement between the first housing 100 and the second housing 200.
In the above embodiment, alternatively, the second housing 200 may be fixed, and the first driving device 400 drives the first housing 100 to reciprocate along a direction parallel to the second housing 200. Or the first driving device 400 may also drive the first casing 100 and the second casing 200 to move simultaneously to achieve the engagement and disengagement of the first casing 100 and the second casing 200.

Wherein, the pushing mechanism 440 may include a transmission assembly such as a transmission assembly 442 and a push rod such as a pushing assembly 444, the transmission assembly 442 is connected with the first motor 420, one end of the pushing assembly 444 is connected with the transmission assembly 442, and the other end of the pushing assembly 444 is connected with the second housing 200. The first motor 420 is used for driving the transmission assembly 442 to move, so that the pushing assembly 444 connected with the transmission assembly 442 moves along with the transmission assembly 442, and further, the pushing assembly 444 moves along the direction parallel to the first casing 100. The driving assembly 442 may be a combination of one or more of a screw driving assembly, a gear set, or a telescopic assembly, wherein the telescopic assembly may include an electric push rod, an electro-hydraulic push rod, a pneumatic push rod, or a hydraulic push rod.
The push assembly 444 may include a first pedestal, such as the first pedestal 4441, and a push rod, such as the push rod 4442. The first base 4441 is fixed on the carrier plate 110, the first base 4441 is provided with a sliding groove, and the push rod 4442 is disposed in the sliding groove and slidably connected to the sliding groove, so that the push rod 4442 can slide in the sliding groove. One end of the push rod 4442 is connected to the transmission assembly 442, and the other end of the push rod 4442 is connected to the second housing 200, for example, the push rod 4442 may be connected to the roller 252.
When the electronic device 20 is to control the first casing 100 and the second casing 200 to perform a relative motion, the first motor 420 may be controlled to drive the transmission assembly 442 to move, and when the transmission assembly 442 moves, the transmission assembly 4442 is driven to slide in the sliding slot along a direction parallel to the first casing 100 in the sliding slot 4442, and further the second casing 200 is driven to move along a direction parallel to the first casing 100, so as to implement the engagement and disengagement of the first casing 100 and the second casing 200.
For example, the electronic device 20 may control the output shaft of the first motor 420 to rotate in the forward direction, so that the transmission assembly 442 connected to the output shaft of the first motor 420 moves along with the output shaft of the first electronic device 420, the transmission assembly 442 drives the push rod 4442 to move in the direction away from the first casing 100 during the movement, the second casing 200 connected to the push rod 4442 moves along with the movement of the push rod 4442, the second casing 200 also moves in the direction away from the first casing 100, and the second casing 200 extends out of the accommodating cavity 140, thereby separating the second casing 200 from the first casing 100. For another example: the electronic device 20 can control the output shaft of the first motor 420 to rotate in the opposite direction, so that the transmission assembly 442 connected to the output shaft of the first motor 420 moves along with the output shaft of the first electronic device 420, the transmission assembly 442 drives the push rod 4442 to move in the direction close to the first housing 100 during the movement, the second housing 200 connected to the push rod 4442 moves along with the movement of the push rod 4442, the second housing 200 also moves in the direction close to the first housing 100, and the second housing 200 is further retracted into the accommodating cavity 140 from the outside of the accommodating cavity 140, thereby realizing the embedment of the second housing 200 and the first housing 100.
The outer surface of the push rod 4442 is further provided with an elastic member such as an elastic member 4443, and the elastic member 4443 may be a spring or other member having elasticity. The elastic member 4443 may be used to support and protect the push rod 4442, for example, when the electronic device 20 falls, the elastic member 4443 may play a role of buffering, so as to reduce the instant impact force applied to the push rod 4442, further reduce the impact force applied to the transmission assembly 442 connected to the push rod 4442, and protect the transmission assembly 442 from being damaged.
As shown in fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of the first driving device in the electronic apparatus shown in fig. 5. The transmission assembly 442 may include a second base 4421, a transmission screw 4422 and a connecting member 4423, wherein the second base 4421 is fixed on the first housing 100, for example, the second base 4421 may be fixed on the carrier plate 110. The transmission screw 4422 is rotatably coupled to the second base 4421, for example, the transmission screw 4422 may be coupled to a bearing embedded in the second base 4421, so that the transmission screw 4422 can rotate relative to the second base 4421. The transmission screw 4422 is further connected to a first motor 420, and the first motor 420 is used for driving the transmission screw 4422 to rotate relative to the second base 4421. The connecting piece 4423 is sleeved on the transmission screw 4422, the connecting piece 4423 is in transmission connection with the transmission screw 4422, the connecting piece 4423 is further connected with the push rod 4442, the connecting piece 4423 is driven by the transmission screw 4422 to reciprocate along the axial direction perpendicular to the transmission screw 4422, so as to drive the push rod 4442 to reciprocate along the direction parallel to the first shell 100, and when the push rod 4442 reciprocates, the second shell 200 reciprocates along with the push rod 4442.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a connecting member in the first driving device shown in fig. 6. The transmission assembly 442 may further include a guide bar such as the guide bar 4424, the guide bar 4424 is disposed on the second base 4421, and for example, both ends of the guide bar 4424 may be directly inserted into and fixed in the connecting holes of the second base 4421. The guide rod 4424 and the transmission screw 4422 are arranged in parallel and parallel, the connecting piece 4423 can be sleeved on the transmission screw 4422 and the guide rod 4424 at the same time, and the guide rod 4424 can guide and position the connecting piece 4423. For example, the connecting member 4423 may be provided with a first through hole 4423a, a second through hole 4423b and a third through hole 4423c, and the connecting member 4423 is sleeved on the transmission screw 4422 through the first through hole 4423a, sleeved on the push rod 4442 through the second through hole 4423b, sleeved on the guide rod 4424 through the third through hole 4423c and in sliding contact with the guide rod. The hole wall of the first through hole 4423a is provided with a transmission screw thread, and the transmission screw thread is engaged with the screw thread of the transmission screw 4422, so that the transmission screw 4422 drives the connecting piece 4423 to move linearly in a direction parallel to the first casing 100 through the first through hole 4423a when rotating. It will be appreciated that rotation of the drive screw 4422 may be translated into linear movement of the link 4423.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, fig. 8 is a fourth schematic structural diagram of the electronic device according to the embodiment of the present application, and fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a first driving apparatus in the electronic device shown in fig. 8. The transmission assembly 442 may also be a gear assembly, such as the transmission assembly 442 including a gear, such as gear 446, the gear 446 being disposed on an output shaft of the first motor 420, and the first motor 420 may drive the gear 446 to rotate. The push rod 4442 is in driving connection with the gear 446, for example, a plurality of teeth may be provided on the outer surface of the push rod 4442, and the push rod 4442 is engaged with the gear 446 via the teeth, so that the gear 446 rotates to drive the push rod 4442 to reciprocate along the direction parallel to the first housing 100. It should be noted that the transmission assembly 442 may also include a plurality of gears, and the reciprocating motion of the push rod 4442 is driven by the mutual transmission of the plurality of gears.
With reference to fig. 4, fig. 6, and fig. 10, fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of a fifth electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application. The electronic device 20 may further include a second driving device such as a second driving device 500, the second driving device 500 being connected to the flexible screen assembly 300, and the second driving device 500 may be used to drive the flexible screen assembly 300 to move along with the relative movement of the first casing 100 and the second casing 200, to retract a portion of the flexible screen assembly 300 into the first casing 100, or to unfold a portion of the flexible screen assembly 300 out of the first casing 100, so as to increase the display area of the electronic device 20.
For example, the flexible screen assembly 300 may include a first display part 320 and a second display part 340, the first display part 320 referring to a portion of the flexible screen assembly 300 located on the first housing 100, and the second display part 340 referring to another portion of the flexible screen assembly 300 located on the second housing 200. In the initial state, the first display portion 320 is exposed outside the first casing 100 (or outside the electronic device 20), and the second display portion 340 is received in the receiving cavity 140, such as shown in fig. 1. When the first driving device 400 drives the second housing 200 to move in a direction away from the first housing 100, the second driving device 500 may drive the flexible screen assembly 300 to move along with the second housing 200 after a preset interval time, so that the second display portion 340 originally stored in the storage cavity 140 slowly slides along the roller 250 and gradually expands outside the first housing 100 (or outside the electronic device 20) as shown in fig. 4 or fig. 5, and further both the first display portion 320 and the second display portion 340 expand outside the electronic device 20, the first display portion 320 and the second display portion 340 may display one screen together or may display two screens separately, and compared with a case where only the first display portion 320 is used for displaying in an initial state, the second display portion 340 expands outside the storage cavity 140, the display area of the electronic device 20 may be increased.
In the embodiment of the application, two driving devices are provided to control the motion states of the first casing 100 and the second casing 200 and the flexible screen assembly 300 respectively, so that the display area of the flexible screen assembly 300 can be selected. Compared with the display screen with a fixed installation space in the related art, the embodiment of the application can increase the display area of the electronic device 20 without additionally increasing the installation space of the flexible screen assembly 300 (or the display screen).
With continued reference to fig. 6 and 10, second driving device 500 includes a second motor 520, such as a second motor 520, and a connecting band 540, such as a connecting band 540, and second motor 520 is used to drive connecting band 540 to be rolled or stretched, so that another portion of flexible screen assembly 300 is received in receiving cavity 140 or unfolded outside first housing 100. For example, one end of the connection band 540 is wound around the output shaft of the second motor 520, the other end of the connection band 540 is connected to one end of the flexible panel assembly 300, and the other end of the flexible panel assembly 300 is connected to the first housing 100.
When the electronic device 20 wants to control the flexible screen assembly 300 to be unfolded outside the first casing 100, the electronic device 20 may control the second motor 520 to drive the connecting belt 540 to gradually change from the rolled state to the stretched state, so that the second display portion 340 may slide along the outer surface of the second roller 254 and the outer surface of the third roller 256 in a direction away from the second motor 520, so as to gradually unfold the second display portion 340 originally housed inside the housing cavity 140 outside the electronic device 20 (or the first casing 200), and display a picture together with the first display portion 320 originally exposed outside the electronic device 20.
When the electronic device 20 is to control the flexible screen assembly 300 to be accommodated in the first casing 100, the electronic device 20 may control the second motor 520 to drive the connecting belt 540 to gradually change from the extended state to the rolled state, so that the flexible screen assembly 300 may slowly slide along the outer surface of the second roller 254 and the outer surface of the third roller 256 toward a direction close to the second motor 520, so as to gradually retract the second display portion 340 originally extended outside the electronic device 20 (or the first casing 200) into the accommodating cavity 140 (or the first casing 100).
Wherein, the size of second display part 340 is less than or equal to the size of first casing 100 for second display part 340 can expand completely when accomodating in accomodating chamber 140, need not to curl, and for the display screen that needs curl among the correlation technique, this application embodiment can avoid because flexible screen subassembly often curls and is impaired easily, can prolong the life of flexible screen subassembly.
When the first driving device 400 drives the first casing 100 and the second casing 200 to move relatively, if the second driving device 500 and the first driving device 400 move simultaneously, the flexible screen assembly 300 may be loosened, which may cause the flexible screen assembly 300 to have wrinkles or unevenness, and further affect the image display effect of the electronic device 20.
As shown in fig. 11, fig. 11 is a sixth schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application. In order to keep the flexible screen assembly 300 in a tensioned state all the time and ensure the tension of the flexible screen assembly 300, a processor such as the processor 600 of the electronic device 20 according to the embodiment of the present application, the processor 600 is electrically connected to the first driving device 400 and the second driving device 500, and the processor 600 may be configured to drive the first driving device 400 to drive the first casing 100 and the second casing 200 to move relatively at different times and the second driving device 500 to drive the flexible screen assembly 300 to follow the relative movement of the first casing 100 and the second casing 200, so that the first driving device 400 and the second driving device 500 are driven in different steps and different times. It can be understood that there is a time difference between the driving times of the first driving device 400 and the second driving device 500, and the time difference is short, and the time difference is mainly used to ensure that the two ends of the flexible screen assembly 300 are always in a stressed state, ensure the tension of the flexible screen assembly 300, and ensure that undesirable phenomena such as wrinkles and unevenness do not occur, so that the image display effect of the electronic device 20 is not affected by the movement of the flexible screen assembly 300.
For example, when the second display part 340 needs to be unfolded, the processor 600 may control the first driving device 400 to drive the second casing 200 to move in a direction away from the first casing 100 at a first time T1, so that the second casing 200 slowly extends out of the receiving cavity 140 to achieve the separation of the first casing 100 and the second casing 200. When the second housing 200 moves to the second time T2, the processor 600 controls the second motor 520 to drive the connection belt 540 to slowly unfold, so that the second display part 340 of the flexible screen assembly 300 can slide along the outer surfaces of the second roller 254 and the third roller 256 to the outside of the receiving cavity 140. The first time T1 is earlier than the second time T2, for example, T2 is T1+ T1, and T1 is a first preset interval, which may be set according to practical situations, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto. It can be understood that, when the second display part 340 is unfolded, the second housing 200 moves earlier than the flexible screen assembly 300, so that the flexible screen assembly 300 is always in a stretched state during the process that the second display part 340 is gradually unfolded outside the first housing 100.
When it is necessary to retract the second display part 340 into the storage cavity 140, the processor 600 may control the second motor 520 to drive the connecting belt 540 to curl slowly at a third time T3, the connecting belt 540 pulls the second display part 340 to move towards the direction close to the second motor 520 during the curling process, and the second display part 340 rotates the second roller 254 and the third roller 256 during the moving process, so that the second side 210 moves towards the direction close to the first side 120. When the flexible screen assembly 300 moves to the fourth time T4, the processor 600 controls the first driving device 400 to drive the second casing 200 to move in a direction away from the first casing 100, so that the second casing 200 is slowly retracted into the receiving cavity 140 to achieve the engagement between the first casing 100 and the second casing 200. The third time T3 is earlier than the fourth time T4, for example, T4 is T3+ T2, T2 is a second preset interval, and the second preset interval may be set according to practical situations, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. It can be understood that, when the second display part 340 is retracted, the flexible screen assembly 300 moves earlier than the second housing 200, so that the flexible screen assembly 300 is always in a stretched state during the process that the second display part 340 is gradually retracted into the first housing 100.
In other embodiments, the processor 600 may also control the first driving device 400 and the second driving device 500 according to the tension value of the flexible screen assembly 300. For example, the flexible screen assembly 300 may be provided with a tension detector for detecting a tension value of the flexible screen assembly 300. When the second display part 340 needs to be unfolded, the processor 600 first controls the first driving device 400 to start, obtains a first tension value of the flexible screen assembly 300 detected by the tension detector, and controls the second driving device 500 to start when the first tension value of the flexible screen assembly 300 is greater than a first preset tension value. Similarly, when the second display part 340 needs to be recovered, the processor 600 first controls the second driving device 500 to start, obtains the second tension value of the flexible screen assembly 300 detected by the tension detector, and controls the first driving device to start when the second tension value of the flexible screen assembly 300 is greater than the second preset tension value. The embodiment of the application determines the starting time of the first driving device 400 and the second driving device 500 according to the tension value of the flexible screen assembly 300, so that the situation that the tension value of the flexible screen assembly 300 is too small and wrinkles due to too small starting time interval between the two driving devices can be avoided, and the situation that the tension value of the flexible screen assembly 300 is too large and is damaged due to too large starting time interval between the two driving devices can also be avoided. Compared with the starting control of two driving devices according to a fixed time interval, the control of the embodiment of the application is more accurate and intelligent.
In the above embodiment, alternatively, the electronic device 20 may be provided with only the first driving device 400 and not the second driving device 500, such as shown in fig. 12, where fig. 12 is a seventh structural schematic diagram of the electronic device provided in the embodiment of the present application. One end of the flexible screen assembly 300 is connected to the first housing 100, the other end of the flexible screen assembly 300 is connected to the first driving device 400, the first driving device 400 drives the first housing 100 and the second housing 200 to move relatively and drives the flexible screen assembly 300 to move, so that the second display part 340 of the flexible screen assembly 300 extends out of the accommodating cavity 140 and is unfolded on the outer surface of the second housing 100, and the second display part 340 and the first display part 320 can display pictures together.
As shown in fig. 13 and 14, fig. 13 is a schematic structural diagram of a first driving device in the electronic apparatus shown in fig. 12, and fig. 14 is a schematic structural diagram of a pushing assembly in the first driving device shown in fig. 12. The push rod 4442 includes a support portion 4442a, a rotation shaft 4442b, and a push portion 4442c, one end of the push portion 4442 is fixed to the support portion 4442a, the other end of the push portion 4442c is connected to the roller 250 (e.g., to the roller 252), and the rotation shaft 4442b is disposed at one end of the support portion 4442a away from the roller 250. The flexible screen assembly 300 is slidably coupled to the rotation shaft 4442b by a connection belt 540. For example, the connection belt 540 is wound around the rotation shaft 4442b, one end of the connection belt 540 is fixedly connected to the first casing 100, and the other end of the connection belt 540 is connected to the other end of the flexible screen assembly 300.
When the second display part 340 needs to be unfolded, the processor 600 may control the first motor 420 to drive the transmission assembly 442 to move, the transmission assembly 442 drives the pushing assembly 444 to move in a direction away from the first casing 100, the pushing assembly 444 pushes the second casing 200 to move in a direction away from the first casing 100 through the pushing part 4442c during the movement, at the same time, since the rotating shaft 4442b also moves in a direction away from the first casing 100, the connecting belt 540 also follows the rotating shaft 4442b to move in a direction away from the first casing 100 and slide along the outer surface of the rotating shaft 4442b, further, the length of the connection belt 540 on the second casing 200 is increased, and the second display part 340 slides out of the receiving cavity 140 along the roller 250 in the direction of the outer surface of the second casing 200 under the combined action of the second casing 200 and the connection belt 540, so that the second display part 340 is exposed outside the electronic device 20. It will be appreciated that when flexible screen assembly 300 receives a pushing force applied thereto by second housing 200, attachment strap 540 gradually reduces the pulling force on flexible screen assembly 300 such that second display 340 of flexible screen assembly 300 is deployed.
When the second display part 340 needs to be recovered, the processor 600 may control the first motor 420 to drive the transmission assembly 442 to move, the transmission assembly 442 drives the pushing assembly 444 to move in a direction close to the first casing 100, the pushing assembly 444 pulls the second casing 200 to move in a direction close to the first casing 100 through the pushing portion 4442c in the moving process, and at the same time, as the rotating shaft 4442b also moves in a direction close to the first casing 100, the connection belt 540 also slides along the outer surface of the rotating shaft 4442b in a direction close to the first casing 100 along with the rotating shaft 4442b, so as to reduce the length of the connection belt 540 on the second casing 200, and the second display part 340 slides into the receiving cavity 140 in a direction of the inner surface of the second casing 200 along with the roller 250 under the combined action of the second casing 200 and the connection belt 540, so that the second display part 340 is recovered into the receiving cavity 140. It can be understood that, when the second housing 200 moves towards the direction approaching the first housing 100, the pushing force applied by the second housing 200 to the flexible screen assembly 300 is gradually reduced, and at this time, the connecting band 540 pulls the flexible screen assembly 300 towards the direction approaching the first housing 100 when moving towards the first housing, so that the second display portion 340 of the flexible screen assembly 300 can be recovered into the receiving cavity 140.
It should be noted that, in the process of unfolding the second display portion 340 of the flexible screen assembly 300 out of the first casing 100 or retracting the flexible screen assembly 300 into the first casing 100, the flexible screen assembly 300 keeps a straight state under the combined action of the second casing 200 and the connection band 540, so as to ensure that the image display effect of the electronic device 20 is not affected.
In order to avoid the excessive friction between the connection belt 540 and the rotating shaft 4442b, which may cause the excessive tension applied by the connection belt 540 to the flexible screen assembly 300, and further cause the excessive damage of the tension of the flexible screen assembly 300, the outer surface of the rotating shaft 4442b in the embodiment of the present application is further sleeved with a first roller, such as a first roller 4442d, the first roller 4442d and the rotating shaft 4442b are rotatably connected, so that the first roller 4442d may rotate around the rotating shaft 4442b, and further the connection belt 540 may drive the first roller 4442d to rotate when moving, and further the friction between the connection belt 540 and the first roller 4442d may be reduced, so that the connection belt 540 may move more smoothly, and the occurrence of the situation that the flexible screen assembly 300 is damaged due to the excessive tension applied by the connection belt 540 to the flexible screen assembly 300 is avoided. And the first roller 4442d may form a combined rolling mechanism with the roller 250, thereby ensuring smooth recovery and smooth unfolding of the flexible screen assembly 300. The rotation speed of the first roller 4442d is the same as that of the roller 250, so that the first roller 4442d and the roller 250 constitute a combined driven mechanism, and the extension length of the second display part 340 is equal to the movement distance of the connection belt 540.
It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, the first motor 420 provides an active driving effect, and the roller 250 and the rotating shaft 4442b on the second housing 200 are a combined driven mechanism, and perform a linkage motion under the active driving of the first motor 420, so that the moving distance of the pushing portion 4442c, the unfolding length of the second display portion 340, and the moving distance of the connecting band 540 are equal, thereby ensuring that the flexible screen assembly 300 is in a constantly tightened state (ensuring that the tension of the flexible screen assembly 300 is within a certain range) during the unfolding process and the recycling process, and avoiding abnormal situations such as too large tension of the flexible screen assembly 300 being damaged due to asynchronous unfolding, or too small tension of the flexible screen assembly 300 being wrinkled.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first driving device 400 can realize the relative movement between the first casing 100 and the second casing 200 and the unfolding and folding of the flexible screen assembly 300, which can reduce one driving device compared with the embodiment of the above application, and simplify the structure of the electronic device 20 based on the embodiment of the above application.
As shown in fig. 3, the second case 200 may further include a second rear cover such as a second rear cover 240, the second rear cover 240 being provided on the second, third and fourth sides 210, 220 and 230 to cover the devices provided on the second case 200. It is understood that the second display portion 340 of the flexible screen assembly 300 is disposed at one side of the second, third and fourth side edges 210, 220 and 230, the second rear cover 240 is disposed at the other side of the second, third and fourth side edges 210, 220 and 230, and the second display portion 340 of the flexible screen assembly 300 may display a picture together with the first display portion 320 disposed on the first housing 100. The first display unit 320 provided in the first casing 100 may display a screen alone.
