Background
Various packaging containers and articles often require the use of tape to seal or apply the tape to a surface or interior surface, a process that is often manual. During manual operation, generally, the reel adhesive tape is directly held by hand to tear the adhesive tape head, then the application position is found accurately to paste the adhesive tape and the adhesive tape is manually cut, the position of the adhesive tape head is frequently and repeatedly found in the operation process, the difficulty of the whole operation process is very small, the manual demand is large, and the production efficiency is greatly influenced.
In order to avoid the above-mentioned not enough of looking for the sticky tape position repeatedly, be convenient for cutting of sticky tape simultaneously, various types of hand-held type joint sealing ware has appeared on the market, and its principle is installed the reel sticky tape in the joint sealing ware basically, and the hand-held joint sealing ware pastes the sticky tape behind the sticky tape head of pulling out, utilizes the cutting knife pressure of joint sealing ware tip to cut off the sticky tape when applying ointment or plaster the completion joint sealing process. Compared with manual box sealing, the handheld box sealing device has great progress: the first tape head that no longer need often look for of second sticky tape is decided more conveniently, and the third can one-hand operation. The initial position of the device when sealing the box still needs to be manually controlled, and the operation in the container is difficult.
In order to further improve the efficiency of box sealing, an adhesive tape and seal strip applying mechanism is provided (document 1: chemical industry publishing agency, article "practical handbook for packaging machinery", 2019.11.P559, commonly edited by Licheng, japan), and the side surface and the upper surface and the lower surface of a rectangular box (carton) container after being packaged can be automatically applied with adhesive tapes directly when passing through the mechanism, so that the adhesive tape and seal strip applying mechanism is suitable for large-scale adhesive tape and seal strip application of the rectangular box packaging container. However, the adhesive tape application process of the mechanism work only by pushing the rectangular container, namely, the device can only apply the adhesive tape application of the rigid rectangular container, is not suitable for the independent application of the surface plane of an object and is not suitable for the application of the inner surface of the container.
In the production of corrugated paper boxes, in order to ensure the strength of the paper boxes, a flat wire nailing process is usually adopted for combining joints, the nailed paper boxes have good bonding force and high strength, but due to the characteristics of flat wires, bulges can be formed on the inner surfaces of the paper boxes after nailing, packaged products or lining materials are very easily scratched when the products are loaded, and therefore the products are damaged or the performance of the buffering lining is influenced.
In order to avoid the above problems, product manufacturers require that carton manufacturers stick a layer of adhesive tape on the inner side of the nailing position to cover the flat filament nails, so as to reduce the influence on the contents. The hand-held box sealing device and the adhesive tape and seal applying mechanism are only suitable for adhering the outer surface of the carton and cannot be applied to adhesive tape adhesion at the nailing position. The adhesive tape sticking on the inner side surface of the nailing carton is completely carried out manually at present, the carton is opened horizontally and stands manually during operation, double persons cooperate with the manual adhesive tape sticking completion, the operation difficulty is small, the operation efficiency is low, the occupied personnel are large, and no enterprise is found to develop special technological equipment. Therefore, carton manufacturing enterprises urgently need to develop a full-automatic adhesive tape application complete device for the surface of a joint in a carton box for nailing and jointing, and the automatic feeding, the automatic opening and closing and the automatic sticking of the adhesive tape of cartons with different specifications are realized.

Referring to the attached drawings 1, 2, 3 and 4, the adhesive tape application complete device for the inner joint surface of the carton box mainly comprises a box supply device (1), an adhesive tape sticking device (2) and an adhesive tape sticking support platform (3), wherein the adhesive tape sticking support platform (3) is arranged on the side surface of a guide rail with a groove of the box supply device (1), the adhesive tape sticking device (2) is fixed on the adhesive tape sticking support platform (3), and the adhesive tape sticking device (2) is vertical to the length direction of the box supply device (1); supply case device (1) to transmit rubberizing station (7) with carton in feed bin carton (4), then pull open carton (5) by the sucking disc, rubberizing device (2) are in the nailing joint department rubberizing when the carton is opened, and the rubberizing is accomplished the back carton and is removed arrangement station (6), accomplishes the rubberizing process of carton.

Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the box supply device frame (11) is an H-shaped table structure with a middle support, and comprises a box pushing rod groove (51), a working table (52), a lower sucker groove (53), an upper sucker support (54), a box discharging baffle (55), a box discharging seam (56), an upper sucker guide rod bottom support (57), an upper sucker guide rod (58), a flange (59) and a working groove (60);
a box pushing rod groove (51) and a lower sucker groove (53) are formed in the length direction of the working table top (52), flanges (59) are arranged on two sides of the working table top in the length direction, and a working groove (60) is formed in the flange on one side;
an upper sucker bracket (54) is arranged in the middle of the box supply device rack (11), and a carton discharging baffle plate (55), an upper sucker guide rod bottom bracket (57) and an upper sucker guide rod (58) are arranged on the upper sucker bracket (54); the carton discharge slot (56) is formed by the gap between the work surface (52) and the bottom edge of the carton discharge baffle (55).
Referring to fig. 5, 6 and 8, a carton bin (24) is formed by a bin side baffle a (15), a bin rear baffle (17), a bin side baffle B (18) and an area surrounded by a carton discharging baffle (55) of a carton supply device rack (11);
the unpacking sucker telescopic bracket (19) is arranged on an upper sucker guide rod (58) of a sucker bracket (54) on a box supply device rack (11), and the unpacking sucker telescopic bracket (19) is of a telescopic structure; the box opening sucker (20) is fixed at the end part of the box opening sucker telescopic support (19) and can lift and move horizontally along with the height of the box opening sucker telescopic support (19).
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, when the carton is opened, the side faces are bent along the longitudinal crease lines (70), the side face a (62) and the side face D (66) are kept in a horizontal state, and the plane included angle between the side face B (63) and the side face C (65) and the side face D (66) is theta; swing cover A (61) and swing cover B (69) are each aligned with the side.
Referring to fig. 12, 13, 14 and 15, the rubberizing apparatus (2) is composed of a base (71), a rubberizing bracket (72), a rubberizing cantilever assembly (73), a tape fixing roller (74), a tape feeding motor (76), a tape cutting blade (77) and a rubberizing head (78), wherein:

the adhesive tape feeding motor (76) is fixed on the outer side of an upper cantilever adhesive tape feeding cantilever (86) of the adhesive tape sticking bracket (72) and is coaxial with the adhesive tape feeding driving roller (82); the adhesive tape cutting knife (77) is fixed in a cutting knife mounting hole (89) of the adhesive tape cutting cantilever (87) on the adhesive tape sticking bracket (72); the rubberizing cantilever assembly (73) is of a telescopic structure and is arranged at an opening of a leg part of an H-shaped structure of the rubberizing bracket (72); the rubberizing head (78) is arranged at the end part of the retractable structure on the rubberizing cantilever assembly (73); the rubberizing bracket (72) is fixed on the base (71).
Referring to fig. 15, the rubberized cantilever assembly (73) is a two-stage drawing cantilever structure, and is composed of a lifting guide rod (91), a fixed cantilever sleeve (92), a cantilever guide block (93), a rubberized push-pull device (94), a one-stage drawing cantilever (95), a two-stage drawing cantilever (102), and a rubberized push-pull rod (103), wherein the one-stage drawing cantilever (95) and the two-stage drawing cantilever (102) are installed in the fixed cantilever sleeve (92) to form a two-stage drawing cantilever; a pair of lifting guide rods (91) are fixed below the fixed cantilever sleeve (92); the cantilever guide block (93) is fixed on two side surfaces of one end of the fixed cantilever sleeve (92); the rubberizing push-pull device (94) is fixed on the top of the fixed cantilever sleeve (92); the end part of the secondary drawing cantilever (102) is of a fork-shaped structure with a rubber covered roller guide groove (100).
Referring to fig. 15, the rubberizing head (78) is composed of an adhesive tape placing baffle (96), a rubberizing roller support (97), a rubberizing fixing roller (98), a rubberizing roller (99), a rubberizing roller push-pull device (101), a baffle support (104) and a pressing support (105), and is mounted at one end of a secondary drawing cantilever (102) of the rubberizing cantilever assembly (73); the glue pressing fixing roller (98) is fixed at the end part of the fork-shaped structure of the secondary drawing cantilever (102), and a release film is adhered to the surface of the glue pressing fixing roller (98); the glue pressing roller (99) is arranged in a glue pressing roller guide groove (100) at the end part of the secondary drawing cantilever (102) through a glue pressing roller bracket (97), and the surface of the glue pressing roller (99) is made of an elastic material; the baffle support (104) and the pressing support (105) are fixed on the upper side of the forked bottom of the secondary drawing cantilever (102); the glue pressing roller push-pull device (101) is fixed on the pressing support (104), and a push-pull rod of the glue pressing roller push-pull device (101) is fixed with the glue pressing roller support (97); the distance between the glue pressing fixing roller (98) and the glue pressing roller (99) is controlled by a glue pressing roller push-pull device (101); the adhesive tape placing baffle (96) is fixed on the top of the baffle support (104) and the pressing support (105).
Referring to fig. 15, a rubberizing push-pull rod (103) of a rubberizing push-pull device (94) on the rubberizing cantilever assembly (73) is fixed with a baffle support (104) of the rubberizing head (78), and the movement of the rubberizing head (78) is controlled by the rubberizing push-pull device (94).
Referring to fig. 12, 13 and 15, the rubberizing cantilever assembly (73) is mounted in the rubberizing cantilever assembly mounting hole (83) of the rubberizing bracket (72) through a pair of lifting guide rods (91), and the rubberizing head (78) of the rubberizing cantilever assembly (73) is on the same side as the cantilever end of the rubberizing bracket (72).
Example feeding Process of cartons
1) Bunker adjustment
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 6, fig. 7, fig. 8 and fig. 9, the carton bin (24) is adjusted according to the carton specification, and the bin side baffle a (15), the bin back baffle (17) and the bin side baffle B (18) are adjusted to be proper positions through the bin baffle adjusting handle (14); the distance between the carton discharging baffle plate (55) and the workbench surface (52) is adjusted, so that the size of the carton discharging seam (56) accords with the thickness size of the carton, and the carton can be smoothly pulled out from the carton bin (24) on the workbench surface (52).
2) Carton placement
The carton subjected to joint nailing is placed into a carton bin (24), the edge where the carton joint (67) is located is required to be downward in the middle when the carton is placed into the carton bin, and the rocking cover A (61) and the rocking cover B (69) on the two sides of the carton are respectively located on the two sides of the bin side baffle A (15) and the bin side baffle B (18).
3) Carton feeding
The box opening fixing sucker (21) and the box taking sucker (22) are moved into the lower part of a worktable surface (52) right below the carton bin (24) along the lower sucker guide rod (29) under the action of the lower sucker push rod (31); the box taking suction cups (22) start to work to suck the side face C (65) of the bottom face of the bottommost carton in the carton bin (24), and the carton is conveyed to the gluing station (7) along the lower suction cup guide rods (29) under the action of the lower suction cup push rods (31).
4) Carton opening
After the carton enters the adhesive applying station (7), the side face C (65) of the carton is released by the carton taking suction cup (22), the side face D (66) of the carton is sucked by the carton opening fixing suction cup (21), and the side face D (66) of the carton is fixed; meanwhile, an unpacking sucker telescopic bracket (19) arranged on a sucker bracket (54) on a box supply device rack (11) descends along an upper sucker guide rod (58), an unpacking sucker (20) descends above a side surface A (62) of the carton, the unpacking sucker telescopic bracket (19) contracts while sucking the ascending side surface A (62), the carton is unpacked, and a side surface B (63) and a side surface C (65) of the opened carton form a certain angle theta with the workbench surface (52). In order to avoid interference between the side surface of the adhesive tape head (78) and the side surface C (65) of the carton in the adhesive tape application process, two non-horizontal side surfaces of the carton are in an inclined state, namely, in the adhesive tape application process, the carton feeding device (1) opens the carton (5) by an angle theta of 45-70 degrees.
5) Carton out
When the carton enters the rubberizing station (7), a carton pushing motor (25) drives a pair of carton pushing chains (27) fixed on a carton pushing chain shaft A (28) and a carton pushing chain shaft B (30) to move through a carton pushing belt (26), and when a carton pushing rod (23) on the carton pushing chains (27) reaches the rear edge of the carton on the rubberizing station (7), the movement is stopped;
after the adhesive tape is applied to the carton, the carton opening suction cups (20) and the carton opening fixing suction cups (21) respectively release the carton side surface A (62) and the carton side surface D (66) to open so as to restore the plane state; and a box pushing motor (25) works, and the carton subjected to rubberizing is sent out to a finishing station (6) from the rubberizing station (7) through a box pushing rod (23).
Repeating this process realizes the carton and supplies repeatedly.
EXAMPLES procedure for applying adhesive tape
1) Adhesive tape installation
Referring to fig. 12, 15 and 16, the roll of tape is mounted on the tape fixing roller (74) of the taping device (2), the tape (75) is pulled to pass over the tape guide roller B (88), and then passes between the tape feed driven roller (81) and the tape feed drive roller (82), and the tape is fed downward when the tape feed motor (76) moves; the adhesive tape passes through the space between the adhesive tape cutting knife (77) and the cutting chopping block and falls down between the adhesive pressing fixing roller (98) and the adhesive pressing roller (99) which keep a certain distance.
2) Adhesive tape clamping
Referring to fig. 17, after the adhesive tape passes through a certain length between the glue pressing fixing roller (98) and the glue pressing roller (99), the glue pressing roller pushing and pulling device (101) pushes the glue pressing roller (99) fixed on the glue pressing roller bracket (97) to clamp the glue pressing fixing roller (98), and at the moment, the adhesive tape feeding motor (76) stops moving.
3) Adhesive tape feeding and cutting
Referring to fig. 18 and 19, after the carton (5) is positioned and opened at the gluing station (7) of the carton supply device (1), the gluing push-pull device (94) in the gluing cantilever assembly (73) of the gluing device (2) starts to work, the gluing head (78) is pushed to move forward to extend into the opened carton (5) by pushing the gluing push-pull rod (103), the adhesive tape moves forward while being pulled open under the clamping tension of the gluing fixing roller (98) and the gluing roller (99), and the pulled adhesive tape is supported by the adhesive tape guide roller a (85) and the top end of the gluing roller bracket (97);
when the length of the pulled adhesive tape reaches the length of the carton joint (67), the adhesive tape cutting knife (77) acts to cut the adhesive tape which penetrates between the adhesive tape cutting knife (77) and the cutting chopping block, and the cut part of the adhesive tape falls on the upper surface of the adhesive tape placing baffle (96).
4) Adhesive tape sticking
Referring to fig. 18, when the squeegee roller (99) of the taping head (78) reaches the swing lid crease line B (68) of the carton (5), the entire taping cantilever assembly (73) descends with the taping head (78) by the lifting guide (91), and the squeegee roller (99) and the tape contact the joint (67) of the carton (5);
referring to fig. 19, the rubberizing head (78) advances under the push of the rubberizing push-pull rod (103), and the adhesive tape on the lower portion of the glue roller (99) starts to stick to the surface of the joint (67) in the process of advancing and clockwise rotating the glue roller (99) until the rubberizing of the joint (67) of the whole carton (5) at the position of the flap crease line a (64) is completed.
5) Adhesive head return stroke
Referring to fig. 16, after the rubberizing process is completed, the lifting guide rod (91) is lifted to drive the rubberizing head (78) fixed on the rubberizing cantilever assembly (73) to be separated from the contact with the joint (67); the rubberizing head (78) returns to the adhesive tape entering position under the action of a rubberizing push-pull rod (103) of the rubberizing push-pull device (94). And in the returning process: the primary drawing cantilever (95) and the secondary drawing cantilever (102) return to and retract in the fixed cantilever sleeve (92); the glue pressing roller (99) in the glue sticking head (78) is separated from the glue pressing fixing roller (98) under the action of the glue pressing roller push-pull device (101), and the distance between the glue pressing roller (99) and the glue pressing fixing roller (98) before the adhesive tape enters is recovered.
When the next paper box (5) enters the process, the automatic fixed-length adhesive tape application process on the surface of the joint (67) of the paper box (5) can be automatically realized.
