The invention discloses a third rail insulator flushing device which comprises a fixed frame, a rotary guide sleeve arranged on the fixed frame, a flushing rotary mechanism arranged on the rotary guide sleeve in a sliding manner, and a driving piece arranged on the fixed frame and used for driving the flushing rotary mechanism to slide along the rotary guide sleeve; the flushing rotating mechanism comprises a flushing rotating frame arranged on the rotating guide sleeve in a sliding manner, an upper nozzle assembly and a lower nozzle assembly which are arranged on the flushing rotating frame, and the upper nozzle assembly and the lower nozzle assembly are oppositely arranged; the novel cleaning device is compact in structure, simple to operate and convenient to install, cleaning of the third rail insulators of different structures in various current-carrying modes can be achieved through adjusting different directions of the nozzle assembly, universality is high, the problems that the efficiency of manually cleaning the third rail insulators is low and cleaning quality is poor in the current stage are effectively solved, and meanwhile economic cost is reduced.

Background
Along with the continuous development of economy and society, rail transit becomes a main transportation means of the current society, and a traction power supply system is used as a main component of the rail transit and mainly comprises a traction substation, a power supply network and the like, wherein the power supply network comprises an overhead contact network and a third rail. The third rail is a special power transmission rail which is an additional rail parallel to the rail and supplies electric energy to the train, and is also called a contact rail. Compared with the power supply mode of the overhead line system, the third rail power supply has the advantages of reliable operation, convenient maintenance and management, long service life, small occupied space and the like, and is increasingly applied to urban rail transit such as subways and the like.
The third rail is electrified, is relatively dangerous, and can cause accidents such as electric shock, casualties and the like if carelessly happen, the third rail is installed on the ground by adopting an insulating bracket, and the third rail bracket and the insulating bracket are meshed through tooth grooves of respective contact surfaces and are connected into a whole through bolts. Because the insulating support is exposed to the external environment for a long time, dust and other pollutants are oxidized and adhered to the surface of the insulator caused by long-time contact with air, the insulating performance is seriously affected, and the insulating support needs to be maintained and cleaned regularly. The manual cleaning can erase part of dust and abrasive dust, but can not effectively remove some stubborn dirt, and the cleaning quality is poor. And the cleaning workers are in a severe working environment for a long time to perform high-strength operation, so that the health is affected, and the efficiency is low.

Further, a limit track groove is formed in the rotary guide sleeve, the limit track groove comprises a linear guide groove at the upper section and a spiral cutting groove which is positioned at the lower end and communicated with the linear guide groove, and the flushing rotary frame is matched with the linear guide groove and the spiral cutting groove and slides along the linear guide groove and the spiral cutting groove.

The invention has the following beneficial effects: the third rail insulator flushing device provided by the invention has the advantages of compact structure, simplicity in operation and convenience in installation, and can be used for cleaning third rail insulators of different structures in various current-carrying modes by adjusting different directions of the nozzle assembly, so that the device is high in universality, and the problems of low efficiency and poor cleaning quality of manually cleaning the third rail insulators in the current stage are effectively solved, and meanwhile, the economic cost is reduced.

Detailed Description
The principles and features of the present invention are described below with reference to the drawings, the examples are illustrated for the purpose of illustrating the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the third rail insulator flushing device includes a fixing frame 1, a rotary guide sleeve 2 provided on the fixing frame 1, a flushing rotary mechanism 3 slidably provided on the rotary guide sleeve 2, and a driving member 4 provided on the fixing frame 1 for driving the flushing rotary mechanism 3 to slide along the rotary guide sleeve 2. The fixing frame 1 is a supporting and fixing part of the whole device, and has high structural strength. The flushing rotary mechanism 3 slides along the rotary guide sleeve 2 to realize the switching of the working state of the flushing rotary mechanism 3.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, the rotary guide sleeve 2 is provided with a limit track groove, the limit track groove comprises a linear guide groove 20 positioned at the upper section and a spiral cutting groove 21 positioned at the lower end and communicated with the linear guide groove 20, and the flushing rotary frame 30 is matched with the linear guide groove 20 and the spiral cutting groove 21 and slides along the linear guide groove 20 and the spiral cutting groove 21. When the washing spin stand 30 moves along the limit groove straight guide groove 20 section, the up-and-down movement is realized. When the flushing swivel mount 30 moves along the limit groove spiral slot segment, the unscrewing and the screwing-back are realized, so that the device can be switched back and forth in the working state and the retraction state, and a reliable cleaning effect is achieved.
The flushing swivel mechanism 3 includes a flushing swivel frame 30 slidably provided on the swivel guide 2, an upper nozzle assembly 31 and a lower nozzle assembly 32 provided on the flushing swivel frame 30, and the upper nozzle assembly 31 and the lower nozzle assembly 32 are disposed opposite to each other. The upper nozzle assembly 31 and the lower nozzle assembly 32 are used for flushing different surfaces of the third rail insulator respectively, and the flushing is reliable and complete. As shown in fig. 8, each of the upper and lower nozzle assemblies 31 and 32 includes a connection shaft 310 provided on the washing spin frame 30, a nozzle connection pipe 311 provided on the connection shaft 310, and a nozzle 312 provided at an end of the nozzle connection pipe 311.
As shown in fig. 9, the connecting shaft 310 includes an opening and closing adjusting section 313, a threaded connecting section 314, and an axial through hole 315 disposed between the opening and closing adjusting section 313 and the threaded connecting section 314, the nozzle connecting pipe 311 is cooperatively connected in the axial through hole 315, a threaded hole 316 is formed in the opening and closing adjusting section 313, a locking screw 317 is cooperatively connected in the threaded hole 316, the opening and closing adjusting section 313 is closed or opened by screwing or unscrewing the locking screw 317, and a nut 318 is cooperatively connected to the end of the threaded connecting section 314 and is screwed on the flushing rotating frame 30. In use, the locking screw 317 is unscrewed, the connecting shaft 310 is installed in the axial through hole 315, the extension length is adjusted, and after the relative position is determined, the nozzle 312 is fixed by the locking screw 317, so as to realize the adjustment of the extension and retraction displacement of the nozzle 312. The threaded connection section 314 of the connection shaft 310 is then screwed onto the rinse swivel mount 30, the angle of the nozzle 312 is adjusted by screwing, and after the adjustment, the connection shaft 310 is screwed onto the rinse swivel mount 30 by screwing the nut 318 with the threads of the connection shaft 310, and the mount anti-loosening washer 320 is tightened.
The driving part 4 is a cylinder with a lock and comprises a cylinder barrel, a piston arranged in the cylinder barrel and a piston rod arranged on the piston, wherein the flushing rotating frame 30 is arranged at the end part of the piston rod through a pin shaft 33, a magnetic ring is sleeved on the piston, and a limit magnetic switch is arranged on the outer side of the cylinder barrel. The movement stroke of the washing spin stand 30 is controlled by a cylinder magnetic switch. The cylinder piston is sleeved with a magnetic ring, and the outer side of the cylinder barrel is provided with a limit magnetic switch. When the cylinder piston rod stretches out, the magnetic ring moving along with the piston approaches the magnetic switch at the lower end, the magnetic pole switch reeds are magnetized to attract each other, the contact is closed, an electric signal is sent to the cylinder, the cylinder piston rod stretches out to the right position, and at the moment, the cylinder piston rod drives the flushing rotating frame 30 to move downwards to rotate to the right position. Similarly, when the flushing rotating frame 30 moves upwards and rotates back, the piston of the air cylinder is retracted, when the magnetic ring moving along with the piston approaches the upper magnetic switch, the contact is closed, an electric signal is sent to the air cylinder, and the piston rod of the air cylinder is retracted. When the flushing rotating frame 30 moves up, rotates back down and rotates out of place, namely, when the cylinder piston rod is retracted and extended to the corresponding position, the cylinder piston rod is locked, so that the flushing rotating frame 30 is prevented from falling down due to the self-weight problem, and the flushing rotating frame has the function of a safety lock. The flush spin frame 303 is retracted up into position without exceeding the railway-specified vehicle limit, and the flush spin frame 30 is operated slightly beyond the operating limit.
In order to improve the structural performance of the washing rotary frame 30, in the present invention, the washing rotary frame 30 includes a main frame 301 cooperatively connected to the rotary guide sleeve 2, and side frames 302 respectively provided at both ends of the main frame 301, and a connection shaft 310 is provided on the side frames 302.
In order to improve the stability in the working process of installing the rotary guide sleeve 2, the lower end of the rotary guide sleeve 2 is provided with a fixing plate 10, and the fixing plate 10 is connected with the fixing frame 1.
