Abstract
The invention discloses a primer for electroless cutting, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of Ti, 25-30 parts of Al and Fe3O420 to 27 parts of MnO26-10 parts of CaO, 10-15 parts of SiO27-10 parts. Based on the same inventive concept, the invention also provides a preparation method of the firing cable for electroless cutting, which comprises the following steps: preparing a binder; making into paste; spreading the first layer of cotton gauze on a workbench, and coating the paste medicament; uniformly rolling two to three times by using a wood roller with the diameter of about 50 mm; continuously smearing the pasty medicament on the second layer of cotton gauze; drying the firing cable blank made of the cotton gauze with at least four layers in the shade; after the firing cable blank is completely dried in the shade, the firing cable blank is cut into corresponding sizes to be used. Background
The current common ignition means mainly comprise three types: (1) ignition is realized by high-temperature matches, namely magnesium alloy; (2) igniting through a lead of black powder; (3) ignited by the bridge wire.

According to the preparation method of the firing cable for electroless cutting, the mass fraction of the ethanol used in the step (1) is 90%, the mass fraction of the ethanol in the ethanol aqueous solution is 90%, and the ethanol with the concentration is selected to ensure that the shellac sheet is good in effect and short in time.
