Further, another embodiment of the present invention provides a nursing device, please refer to fig. 2, in which the main body 101 and the extension portion 102 are in an arc-shaped structure in the width direction a of the fixing frame 301, the height adjusting member 302 is configured as an extension rod, and the translation member 20 includes a sliding portion 201 and a guiding portion 202; the sliding portion 201 is slidably connected to the guiding portion 202, and a side of the guiding portion 202 away from the sliding portion 201 is fixedly connected to the fixing frame 301, and the carrying member 10 is rotatably connected to a side of the sliding portion 201 away from the guiding portion 202.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the carrying member 10 is configured as an arc-shaped plate-shaped structure, the outer circle radius of the carrying member may be 1m, 1.2m, or 1.4m, and the projection of the arc length in the horizontal plane may be 0.8m, 1m, or 1.2m, which can be designed by those skilled in the art according to actual needs and specific requirements, and this embodiment is not specifically limited thereto. The sliding connection manner of the sliding portion 201 and the guiding portion 202 is one of sliding connection manners, such as a sliding rail, a groove, a boss, and a roller, which are commonly known to those skilled in the art, the fixed connection manner of the guiding portion 202 and the fixing frame 301 is one of welding, riveting, and a threaded connection, which are commonly known to those skilled in the art, and the rotatable connection manner of the supporting member 10 and the sliding portion 201 is one of a rotating shaft connection, a hinge connection, or other rotatable connection manners, which are commonly known to those skilled in the art, and which can be specifically designed according to actual needs and specific requirements, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
Therefore, through the technical scheme that this embodiment provided, support and carry part 10 and be the arc structure, at the in-process that reverse rotation supported and carried part 10, the support of arc structure carried part 10 can make bed patient slowly slide to defecation mouth department under the effect of self gravity, can reduce nursing staff's the operation degree of difficulty. The guide part 202 is arranged between the fixing frame 301 and the sliding part 201, so that the blocking of the sliding part 201 in the moving process can be reduced, the sliding part 201 is smoother in the translation process, and the translation component 20 is more stable when the translation component 10 is driven to operate a patient.
It should be understood that the height adjusting component 302 is not limited to the above structure, and may be other components capable of adjusting the height, which are commonly found by those skilled in the art, and may be specifically set according to the actual design and use requirements, which is not limited by the present embodiment.
Further, the embodiment of the present invention provides a nursing device, please refer to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, wherein the sliding direction of the sliding portion 201 is parallel to the width direction a of the fixing frame 301; one of the sliding part 201 and the guide part 202 is provided with a plurality of sliding grooves 2021, the other is provided with a plurality of sliding tables 2022 matched with the sliding grooves 2021, and the sliding part 201 and the guide part 202 are connected in a sliding manner through the sliding tables 2022 and the sliding grooves 2021.
It should be noted that the carrier member 10 rotates around an axis of a rotating shaft in a rotatable connection manner between the carrier member 10 and the translation member 20.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the extending direction of the guide portion 202 coincides with the width direction a of the mount 301, so that the translation member 20 can slide in the width direction a of the mount 301. Preferably, the guide portion 202 is a combination of the sliding groove 2021 and the sliding table 2022, the sliding groove 2021 may be fixedly connected to the sliding portion 201, and the sliding table 2022 may be fixedly connected to the fixed frame 301, or the sliding groove 2021 may be fixedly connected to the fixed frame 301, and the sliding table 2022 may be fixedly connected to the sliding portion 201, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment. The sliding table 2022 is clamped in the sliding groove 2021, can limit the sliding part 201 to move horizontally in the length direction B of the fixing frame 301, and has the advantages of simple structure and convenience in processing and mounting.
More specifically, in this embodiment, the fixed connection manner between the sliding groove 2021 and the fixed frame 301, and the fixed connection manner between the sliding table 2022 and the sliding portion 201 are any one of various fixed connection manners, such as integrally formed, welded, riveted, or screwed, which are commonly known by those skilled in the art, and may be specifically designed according to actual requirements and specific requirements, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment. Further, the embodiment of the present invention provides a nursing device, please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the nursing device further includes a transverse driving component 50 and a turnover driving component (not shown in the figure); the transverse driving component 50 is detachably and fixedly connected to the fixed frame 301, and a power output end of the transverse driving component 50 is in transmission connection with one end of the sliding part 201, and is used for driving the sliding part 201 and linking the carrying component 10 to move between a target position and an initial position; the overturning driving component is detachably and fixedly connected to the sliding part 201, and the power output end of the overturning driving component is in transmission connection with the main body part 101; when the transverse driving member 50 drives the translation member 20 to move to the target position, the reverse driving member drives the main body portion 101 to rotate up and down with respect to the sliding portion 201.
In this embodiment, the target position is a bed in which the bedridden patient is located, and the initial position is a position in which the defecation hole of the translation member 20 and the carrying member 10 are aligned with the opening of the defecation processor 40.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the transverse driving component 50 and the fixed frame 301, and the flip driving component and the sliding portion 201 are both configured to be detachably and fixedly connected for the purpose of facilitating maintenance, and the detachable and fixed connection manner may be one of a screw joint, a clamping joint, a locking joint, and the like, which are common to those skilled in the art, and the power output end of the transverse driving component 50 and the translation component 20, and the power output end of the flip driving component and the main body portion 101 are one of a screw transmission manner, a gear transmission manner, a chain transmission manner, and the like, which are common to those skilled in the art, and are specifically designed according to actual requirements and specific requirements.
Further, in the present embodiment, the turning driving component is preferably configured to realize the turning of the carrying component 10 by the linkage of two rotating portions 602 and one lifting bracket 601, please refer to fig. 3 and 4, the two rotating portions 602 are respectively located at two ends of the defecation opening parallel to the length direction B of the fixing frame 301, so that the carrying component 10 is structurally stable. The rotating portion 602 includes an upper base 6021, a lower base 6022, and a rotating shaft 6023. The upper base 6021 is fixedly connected to the support base 103, and the lower base 6022 is fixedly connected to the sliding part 201 of the translation member 20; the upper base 6021 and the lower base 6022 are respectively provided with a hole matched with the rotating shaft 6023, the rotating shaft 6023 penetrates through the holes of the upper base 6021 and the lower base 6022, pin holes are respectively arranged on the outer circular surfaces of two ends of the rotating shaft 6023, and a bayonet pin 6024 is fixedly connected in the pin holes to limit the translation of the rotating shaft 6023 in the length direction B parallel to the fixing frame 301; the center line of the rotating shaft 6023 is parallel to the longitudinal direction B of the fixing frame 301, and the center line of the carrier member 10 is ensured to be parallel to the longitudinal direction B of the fixing frame 301. One end of the lifting bracket 601 is fixedly connected to the sliding portion 201 and is close to one side of the transverse driving member 50, and the other end of the lifting bracket 601 is rotatably connected to the supporting seat 103 of the carrying member 10.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the fixed connection manner between the lifting bracket 601 and the translation component 20, the fixed connection manner between the upper base 6021 and the main body 101, and the fixed connection manner between the lower base 6022 and the sliding part 201 are all any one of various fixed connection manners common to those skilled in the art, such as welding, riveting, or screwing, and the like, and the rotatable connection manner between the lifting bracket 601 and the supporting seat 103 is one of other rotatable connection manners common to those skilled in the art, such as a rotating shaft connection or a ball hinge connection, and may be specifically designed according to actual requirements and specific requirements, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
More specifically, in this embodiment, the lifting bracket 601 is preferably provided as a pneumatic support rod, and when the pneumatic support rod is lifted to the maximum stroke, one end of the supporting member 10 is just lapped on the patient bed. The pneumatic support rod is provided with an automatic reset button, and when the reset button is pressed, the pneumatic support rod is recovered to drive the supporting part 10 to rotate to the initial position.
More specifically, in this embodiment, the holes of the upper base 6021 and the lower base 6022 are in clearance fit with the rotating shaft 6023, and the upper base 6021, the lower base 6022, the rotating shaft 6023, and the lifting bracket 601 are made of a material with a high safety factor and a high strength, such as 45 steel, high-strength alloy steel 40Cr, 42CrMo, or other materials with a high strength, so as to ensure the stability of the cradle 10. The lifting support 601 can provide power for the rotation of the carrying component 10 in the lifting process, can play a supporting role in a static state so that the carrying component 10 is more stable, and has the advantages of simple structure, light weight, low cost and the like. The structure has the advantages of strong bearing capacity, more stability, simple structure, convenient processing, convenient installation and the like.
More specifically, the principle of the technical solution of this embodiment is as follows: after the transverse driving member 50 drives the translation member 20 to approach the target position, the lifting bracket 601 pushes the support seat 103 to rotate around the rotating shaft 6023 of the rotating part 602, so that one end of the carrying member 10 is overlapped on the bed of the patient. Through the linkage among the transverse driving part 50, the lifting bracket 601 and the rotating part 602, the nursing staff can move the patient from the sickbed to the defecation port conveniently and quickly in a time-saving and labor-saving way.
Still further, another embodiment of the present invention provides a nursing device, wherein the flipping driving part may be further provided in the form of a gear assembly (not shown) combined with a motor (not shown). The gear assembly comprises a gearwheel, a transmission shaft and a pinion, the gearwheel is detachably and fixedly connected with the transmission shaft, the transmission shaft is fixedly connected to the main body part 101, and the axis of the transmission shaft is parallel to the length direction B of the fixing frame 301. The motor is detachably and fixedly connected to the sliding portion 201, the pinion is detachably and fixedly connected to an output shaft of the motor, and the bull gear is engaged with the pinion. When the carrying member 10 needs to be turned over, the output shaft of the motor drives the pinion to rotate, the bull gear meshed with the pinion rotates at a speed lower than that of the pinion, and the main body 101 is driven to turn over. The detachable fixing manner of the gearwheel and the transmission shaft and the detachable fixing manner of the pinion and the output shaft of the motor are one of key connection, coupling connection or pin connection which are common to those skilled in the art, and the detachable fixing manner of the motor and the sliding part 201 is one of screw connection, clamping connection or locking connection which is common to those skilled in the art, and the detachable fixing manner of the motor and the sliding part can be specifically designed according to actual requirements and specific requirements, and this embodiment is not specifically limited to this.
Further, another embodiment of the present invention provides a nursing device, please refer to fig. 5, in which the transverse driving component 50 includes a screw 501 and a power component 502, one end of the screw 501 is in transmission connection with a main shaft of the power component 502, and the other end of the screw 501 is provided with an external thread, the sliding portion 201 is provided with a threaded hole, and the other end of the screw 501 is in threaded connection with the threaded hole of the sliding portion 201.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, it is preferable that the transverse driving component 50 is provided in a form of a combination of a lead screw 501 and a power component 502, a threaded hole adapted to the lead screw 501 is provided on the sliding portion 201 of the translation component 20, and the transmission connection between the transverse driving component 50 and the translation component 20 is realized by screwing the lead screw 501 and the threaded hole. The transmission of the screw 501 has the advantages of high transmission efficiency, stable movement, no idle stroke in the reverse direction and the like, and the power component 502 provides the screw 501 with rotary power, so that the sliding part 201 moves along the width direction a of the fixing frame 301. The power unit 502 may be a motor or a hand lever. If the power component 502 is set as a motor, the screw 501 is connected with an output shaft of the motor through a key or a coupling; if the power component 502 is configured as a hand lever, it is preferable to directly connect one end of the hand lever with the lead screw 501, for example, a square hole or a hexagonal hole is formed at the end of the lead screw 501 close to the hand lever, and a square rod or a hexagonal rod adapted to the square hole or the hexagonal hole is disposed at one end of the hand lever.
Furthermore, another embodiment of this embodiment provides a nursing device, the transverse driving member 50 may also be provided in the form of a combination of a driving belt (not shown in the figure) and a power member 502, the driving belt is an annular and flexible material, such as canvas belt or a belt, the driving belt is wound on the sliding portion 201, and the driving belt is fixedly connected to the output shafts of the sliding portion 201 and the power member 502 at intervals, and the power member 502 is described in detail in the above embodiment. When the carrying member 10 needs to be turned over, the power member 502 rotates to drive the transmission belt to be continuously wound on the output shaft of the power member 502, and the sliding portion 201 is driven to move between the target position and the initial position. The fixed connection manner of the transmission belt with the sliding portion 201 and the power member 502 is any one of various fixed connection manners, such as riveting, clamping, or screwing, which are common to those skilled in the art, and may be specifically designed according to actual needs and specific requirements, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
Further, another embodiment of the present invention provides a nursing device, please refer to fig. 6, in which the supporting member 10 further includes a supporting seat 103, a sliding rail 104 and a first connecting rod 105 are disposed at a connection position of each telescopic portion 102 and the main body 101; the main body 101 is fixedly connected to the support base 103, the support base 103 is provided with a sliding connection portion (not shown) extending along the length direction B of the fixing frame 301, and the outer wall surface of the slide rail 104 is slidably connected to the sliding connection portion; one end of the first link 105 is rotatably connected to the extendable portion 102, and the other end is rotatably connected to the slide rail 104, so that the extendable portion 102 slides in the longitudinal direction B of the fixed frame 301 with respect to the main body portion 101 to be switched between the retracted state and the extended state.
The retracted state is a state in which each expansion/contraction part 102 is positioned above the body part 101 by sliding the slide rail 104 in the accommodation groove 1031, and the extended state is a state in which the inner arc surface of each expansion/contraction part 102 is flush with the inner arc surface of the body part 101.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the fixing connection manner of the main body 101 and the support seat 103 is any one of various fixing connection manners such as integral molding, welding, riveting or screwing, which are common to those skilled in the art, and the rotatable connection manner of the first connecting rod 105, the telescopic portion 102 and the sliding rail 104 is one of other rotatable connection manners such as a rotating shaft connection or a spherical hinge connection, which are common to those skilled in the art, and it can be specifically designed according to actual requirements and specific requirements, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment. When the carrying member 10 needs to be folded, when the first link 105 rotates to the maximum angle formed by the first link and the slide rail 104, the height of the expansion part 102 is at least 1cm, and may also be 2cm, so that in the folding process, the expansion part 102 and the main body part 101 do not interfere with each other. The slide rails 104 also function to support the telescoping section 102 when the telescoping section 102 is open.
More specifically, referring to fig. 7, the supporting seat 103 is configured to be an arc structure adapted to the main body 101, for example, an inner circle radius of the supporting seat 103 is equal to an outer circle radius of the main body 101, and may be one of 1m, 1.2m, or 1.4m, and the like, and those skilled in the art can design according to actual needs and specific requirements, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment. Both ends of the support seat 103 in the length direction of the main body 101 at least partially protrude from the main body 101, and the protruding length may be set to be one of 10cm, 15cm and 20cm, so that one end of the telescopic part 102 may be overlapped on the support seat 103, thereby enhancing the stability of the carrier member 10.
Further, another embodiment of the present invention provides a nursing device, please refer to fig. 6, in which the carrying member 10 further includes a second connecting rod 106, the sliding rail 104 has a guiding slot; one end of the second link 106 is rotatably connected to the telescopic part 102 and located on one side of the first link 105 close to the main body 101, and the other end is provided with a slider (not shown in the figure) adapted to the guide groove; the other end of the second link 106 is slidably connected to the guide groove through a slider.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the rotatable connection between the second link 106 and the telescopic portion 102 is one of other rotatable connections such as a rotating shaft connection or a ball joint connection, which are commonly known to those skilled in the art, and the distance between the first link 105 and the second link 106 should be longer than the length of the second link 106 by about 5cm, so that the second link 106 does not interfere with the first link 105 in the process of rotating to make the sliding rail 104 parallel. A gap is formed between the slider of the second link 106 and the inner wall surface of the guide groove, so that the slider does not become blocked when sliding in the guide groove.
Therefore, with the technical solution provided by this embodiment, by adding the second link 106, the operability and convenience in folding the carrier member 10 can be further enhanced.
Further, another embodiment of the present invention provides a nursing device, please refer to fig. 6, the sliding connection portion is a receiving groove 1031 formed on the support base 103 and extending along a length direction of the slide rail 104, the slide rail 104 is slidably connected to an inner wall surface of the receiving groove 1031, and at least a portion of the slide rail 104 is located in the receiving groove 1031; a stopper (not shown) is provided on an inner wall surface of the storage tank 1031 to prevent the slide rail 104 from coming out of the storage tank 1031.
Specifically, in this embodiment, two receiving grooves 1031 adapted to the slide rail 104 are preferably respectively disposed at two ends of the support base 103 near the telescopic portion 102, and the receiving grooves 1031 at the two ends of the support base 103 are offset from each other and the extending direction of the receiving grooves 1031 is parallel to the length direction B of the fixing frame 301, avoiding the position of the defecation hole. The fixing connection manner of the limiting member in the receiving slot 1031 is any one of various fixing connection manners common to those skilled in the art, such as welding, riveting or screwing, and the limiting member is clamped in the guide slot and is in clearance fit therebetween, so that the slide rail 104 slides in the receiving slot 1031 without being blocked. When the retractable portion 102 is opened, the position of the limiting member should be such that the gap between the retractable portion 102 and the end surface of the main body 101 is preferably 3mm, and at least one quarter of the length of the slide rail 104 is located in the accommodating slot 1031.
Therefore, according to the technical solution provided by this embodiment, after the telescopic portion 102 is folded, the sliding rail 104 is received in the receiving slot 1031, so as to prevent the sliding rail 104 from colliding with the nursing staff and the passing staff when the nursing device is moved. One end of the slide rail 104 is engaged with the receiving slot 1031, and also plays a role of supporting the expansion part 102, thereby effectively prolonging the service life of the slide rail 104. The technical scheme has the advantages of light weight, simple structure, convenient operation and the like.
More specifically, another kind of embodiment of this embodiment provides a nursing device, and sliding connection portion can also set up to the square pipe (not shown in the figure) with slide rail 104 adaptation, and square pipe fixed connection is on the outer arc surface of supporting seat 103 to avoid the position at defecation hole place, the square pipe at supporting seat 103 both ends staggers each other, and the extending direction of square pipe is parallel with the length direction B of mount 301.
Further, another embodiment of the present invention provides a nursing device, please refer to fig. 1, the urination and defecation processor 40 further includes a water tank 70 and a urinal 80, the water tank 70 and the urinal 80 are fixedly connected to the fixing frame 301; the water outlet of the water tank 70 and the excrement inlet of the excrement collection tank 80 are respectively communicated with the excrement and urine processor 40.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the fixed connection between the water tank 70 and the toilet bowl 80 and the fixing frame 301 may be any one of various fixed connection methods commonly known to those skilled in the art, such as welding, riveting or screwing, and the water outlet of the water tank 70 is communicated with the excrement and urine processor 40, and the excrement and urine inlet of the toilet bowl 80 is communicated with the excrement and urine processor 40 through a flexible water pipe.
More specifically, in the present embodiment, a pressurizing pump is further provided in the water tank 70, so that the water in the water tank 70 flows into the excreta processor 40 at a high pressure, so that the excreta can be efficiently flushed away.
Further, another embodiment of the present embodiment provides a nursing device, and the urination and defecation processor 40 further comprises a washing part and a blower (not shown in the figure). The flushing component comprises a spray head and a pressurizing component; wherein, the water inlet of the pressurizing component is connected with the water outlet pipeline of the water tank 70, the spray head is connected with the water outlet pipeline of the pressurizing component, and the spray head faces the defecation hole. The fan is detachably and fixedly connected with the defecation opening and positioned on one side of the spray head, and the air outlet of the fan faces the defecation hole.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the fan is preferably set as the air heater, the pressurizing member is preferably set as the pressurizing pump, the nozzle is installed side by side with the fan, the controller controls the on and off of the nozzle and the fan, the bedridden patient can conveniently wash the buttocks and air-dry the residual water stain, and the cleanness of the nursing device is conveniently maintained.
In summary, the nursing device provided in this embodiment includes a support body 30, a translation component 20, a carrying component 10 and a processor 40 for relieving oneself, wherein the translation component 20 is disposed between the support body 30 and the carrying component 10, slidably connected to a fixing frame 301 in the support body 30, and rotatably connected to the carrying component 10; the carrying component 10 is of an arc-shaped plate-shaped structure and comprises a main body part 101 and telescopic parts 102 movably arranged on two sides of the main body part 101; the main body 101, the translation member 20, and the holder 301 are provided with a defecation hole at a position corresponding to the opening of the urination and defecation processor 40. A transverse drive component 50 and a tumble drive component are also included. When a bedridden patient needs to relieve the bowels, the translation component 20 drives the carrying component 10 to move beside a sickbed under the driving of the transverse driving component 50, the overturning driving component rotates the carrying component 10 to enable one end of the carrying component 10 to be lapped on the sickbed, and when the patient lies on the carrying component 10, the overturning driving component rotates the carrying component 10 and drives the translation component 20 to move to a defecation hole through the transverse driving component 50. After the patient is convenient, the patient is placed on the patient bed by the same method. The problem of inconvenience in defecation of the bedridden patient is solved through the linkage of the transverse driving part 50, the translation part 20, the turnover driving part and the carrying part 10.
Example 2:
the present embodiment provides a method for using a nursing device, which can be seen from the nursing device in embodiment 1, please refer to fig. 8, and the method for using the nursing device includes the following steps:
s1: moving the nursing device to one side of the hospital bed, and adjusting the height adjusting member 302 to make the carrying member 10 level with the hospital bed in the vertical direction;
s2: driving the telescopic part 102 to slide in a direction away from the main body part 101, so that the carrying member 10 is in an open state;
s3: driving the translation component 20, so that the translation component 20 drives the carrying component 10 to move to the edge of the sickbed and is in butt joint with the edge of the sickbed;
s4: moving the user to the carrying member 10 and making the user lie flat on the carrying member, driving the translation member so that the translation member 20 drives the carrying member 10 to move to the initial position, and opening the opening of the urination and defecation processor 40;
s5: after the use of the patient is finished, the user starts the urination and defecation processor 40 and drives the translation component 20, so that the translation component 20 drives the carrying component 10 to move to the edge of the sickbed and is in butt joint with the edge of the sickbed;
s6: after the user moves from the carrying part 20 to the sickbed, the translation part 10 is driven, so that the translation part 10 drives the carrying part to move to the initial position, and the height adjusting part and the telescopic part are adjusted, so that the nursing device is in the initial state.
Specifically, in step S1, the tray member being in the open state means that the extendable portion extends out of the main body 101, specifically, the state shown in fig. 1 in embodiment 1 can be referred to.
In step S6, the care device being in the initial state means: the telescopic part 102 of the carrying member 10 is folded with the main body 101; the height adjustment member 302 is in a stowed state.

A nursing device is characterized by comprising a bracket body, a translation component, a carrying component and a defecation processor, wherein the bracket body, the translation component and the carrying component are sequentially arranged from bottom to top in the vertical direction; wherein,
the carrying component comprises a main body part and two telescopic parts which are arranged on two sides of the main body part in a sliding manner in the length direction of the main body part;

3. A nursing device as set forth in claim 2, characterized in that the sliding direction of the sliding part is parallel to the width direction of the fixing frame;
one of the sliding part and the guide part is provided with a plurality of sliding grooves, the other sliding part is provided with a plurality of sliding tables matched with the sliding grooves, and the sliding part and the guide part are connected in a sliding mode through the sliding tables and the sliding grooves.
