Meanwhile, the thermochromic device 40 can be positioned approximately outside the field angle 24 of the camera 20, and the thermochromic device 40 is prevented from influencing the shooting of the camera 20.
The thermochromic device 40 may be switched between a colored state and a faded state. With the thermochromic device 40 energized, the thermochromic device 40 is in a colored state. When the thermochromic device 40 is in a coloring state, the thermochromic device 40 is heated during operation, and the color of the thermochromic device 40 is darkened, so that light rays emitted by the light emitting device 30 are absorbed or shielded, and the influence of light channeling on the shooting of the camera 20 is reduced. In the case where the thermochromic device 40 is powered off, the thermochromic device 40 is in a faded state. The thermochromic device 40 stops operating and the temperature generated by the thermochromic device 40 decreases, causing the color of the thermochromic device 40 to change to a light or transparent color. Through the color change of thermochromic device 40, the problem that light is mixed by camera 20 can be solved, the aesthetic degree of the electronic device can be effectively improved, and the change of different color depths of electronic equipment 100 can be realized. The electronic device 100 of the present application may be a product with the camera 20 and the light emitting device 30, such as a mobile phone and a computer. The thermochromic device 40 adopts the thermochromic principle, so that the thermochromic device 40 can realize the change of different color depths under the action of different temperatures. The thermochromic principle is mature in technology, easy to control and fast in response, and the thermochromic device 40 can be rapidly switched between a coloring state and a fading state.
Therefore, according to the electronic device 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, by providing the thermochromic device 40 on the lens 21, the light emitted from the light-emitting device 30 can be absorbed or blocked by the thermochromic device 40 on the transmission path thereof, so that the light is prevented from entering the field angle 24 of the camera 20, and the influence of the light entering the camera 20 on the shooting is reduced. According to an embodiment of the invention, the electronic device 100 further comprises: and the PCB is arranged in the shell 10, and the thermochromic device 40 is electrically connected with the PCB so as to drive the thermochromic device 40 to be switched between a coloring state and a fading state.
That is, a PCB (Printed circuit boards) is disposed in the housing 10 of the electronic device 100, and the PCB may be disposed on a main board of the electronic device 100. The thermochromic device 40 may be electrically connected to the PCB circuit board. A current loop can be formed between the thermochromic device and the PCB. When the current loop is turned on, the thermochromic device 40 is in a colored state, and the thermochromic device 40 is colored, so that the color of the thermochromic device 40 is darkened, light emitted by the light emitting device 30 is absorbed, and the influence of light channeling on shooting of the camera 20 is reduced. With the current circuit open, the thermochromic device 40 is in a faded state, and the thermochromic device 40 fades, at which time the thermochromic device 40 changes to a transparent or lighter color. Through the color change of thermochromic device 40, the problem that light is mixed by camera 20 can be solved, the aesthetic degree of the electronic device can be effectively improved, and the change of different color depths of electronic equipment 100 can be realized.
In one embodiment of the invention, the thermochromic device 40 comprises a coil 41 and a color changing layer 42.
Specifically, the coil 41 is disposed on the lens 21 of the camera 20 and the coil 41 is connected to the PCB. The discoloring layer 42 is provided on the coil 41, and when the coil 41 is energized, the coil 41 generates heat to drive the discoloring layer 42 to be switched from the discolored state to the colored state.
That is, as shown in fig. 1, the thermochromic device 40 is mainly composed of a coil 41 and a color-changing layer 42. Wherein the coil 41 may be disposed on the lens 21 of the camera 20, and a free end of the coil 41 may be connected with the PCB circuit board. The coil 41 can be led out through the PCB, so that the flexible arrangement position of the PCB is ensured. The color changing layer 42 is provided on the coil 41, and when the coil 41 is turned on, the coil 41 generates heat. The temperature of the discoloring layer 42 can be changed by the heat generated by the coil 41, so that the discoloring layer 42 is driven to be switched from the discolored state to the colored state, and the light absorption effect of the discoloring layer 42 is achieved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the coil 41 is formed by winding a plurality of coil bodies, and two free ends of the coil 41 are spaced apart in the same direction, and the two free ends of the coil 41 are electrically connected to the PCB circuit board, respectively. The orthographic projection area of the color changing layer 42 on the lens 21 is larger than that of the coil 41 on the lens 21
In other words, the coil 41 may be formed by winding a plurality of coil bodies, for example, the coil 41 may be formed by winding a plurality of or a plurality of bundles of heating thin wires. During the winding process of the coil 41, two free ends of the coil 41 may be spaced apart in the same direction. The coil 41 may be wound in a plurality of consecutive U-shapes on the color changing layer 42. Both free ends of the coil 41 may be electrically connected to the PCB circuit boards, respectively. The wire of the coil 41 is thin and sparsely arranged, so that the appearance is not obvious and the influence on the appearance is small. The orthographic projection area of the discoloring layer 42 on the lens 21 can be larger than or equal to the orthographic projection area of the coil 41 on the lens 21, the discoloring layer 42 can be ensured to cover the coil 41, the heating efficiency of the coil 41 on the discoloring layer 42 is improved, and the discoloring layer 42 can be rapidly switched between a discoloring state and a coloring state. Of course, the specific winding shape of the coil 41 can be specifically set according to actual needs, and is not described in detail in this application.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the color shifting layer 42 includes a base layer and a paint layer.
In particular, the base layer is a piece of transparent material, inside which the coil 41 is nested. The paint layer is an inorganic thermochromatic material piece, is arranged on the base layer, and is heated to switch the fading state into the coloring state when the coil 41 is electrified.
That is, the discoloring layer 42 is mainly composed of a base layer and a paint layer. The base layer may be made of a transparent material, for example, the base layer may be made of a transparent PET (PET: Polyethylene terephthalate, abbreviated as PET) resin material. The substrate and the coils 41 may form a nested structure that is transparent, light colored or otherwise aesthetically desirable when not in use. The nested configuration may be made to a dark color that absorbs more light energy when energized for use. The paint layer can be an inorganic thermochromatic material, and the paint layer can be coated on the side of the base layer, which faces away from the coil 41. When the coil 41 is energized, the paint layer is heated to switch the faded state to the colored state.
It should be noted that the present application utilizes the principle of thermochromism, so that the color changing layer embedded in the lens 21 of the camera 20 can turn on and off the light absorbing or shielding layer under the action of the on and off heating of the coil 41. Meanwhile, the thermochromic device 40 can enable the color changing layer 42 to show different color depths through temperature control, so that the appearance degree is improved.
The source of the color change of the thermochromic device 40 is from a coating layer, which is a color change coating. The principle is that the color of the thermochromatic material is changed by utilizing the temperature change, so that the absorption or shielding effect on light is realized. The coating layer is made of thermochromatic materials such as inorganic thermochromatic materials. The material has more discoloration mechanisms, and the important mechanism is a crystal form transformation mechanism, namely a crystalline substance is transformed from one crystal form to another crystal form after being heated to a certain temperature, so that the color of a coating is changed. In addition, the thermochromism principle that the oxidation-reduction potential of different layers in the thermochromism coating is changed in relative change degrees so that the direction of oxidation-reduction reaction can be changed along with the change of temperature is utilized. Of course, the thermochromic principle is understood and enabled by those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail in this application.

When the light emitting device 30 is started, the thermochromic device 40 can be changed from a transparent color or a light color to a dark color, so that the light channeling level is reduced, the distance between the cameras 20 can be reduced, for example, the distance between the ultra-wide-angle camera 50 and the main camera is reduced, blurring in shooting is facilitated, and the image shooting performance and the space for adjustment in appearance design are improved.
The light that flash light 31 originally can scurry into main camera FOV (field angle 24), is absorbed and shelters from the light of colour-changing device 40, and the light volume of scurrying into the FOV from the internal reflection of lens 21 is reduced by a wide margin, makes light emitting device 30 in the design, can be closer to camera 20, if the interval of flash light 31 and main camera reduces, does benefit to camera 20 and catches more light of being shot the object surface reflection, improves and influences the shooting performance.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the electronic device 100 further comprises: the FPC board 60 and the thermochromic device 40 are electrically connected to the PCB circuit board 10 through the FPC board 60, and the light emitting device 30 and the camera 20 are respectively disposed at both sides of the FPC board 60 to shield light through the FPC board 60.

The light emitting device 30 and the camera 20 are respectively arranged on two sides of the FPC board 60, and the FPC board 60 shields light, so that the camera 20 is effectively prevented from light channeling.
In summary, according to the electronic device 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, by disposing the thermochromic device 40 on the lens 21, the light emitted from the light-emitting device 30 can be absorbed or blocked by the thermochromic device 40 on its transmission path, so that the light is prevented from entering the field angle 24 of the camera 20, and the influence of the light entering the camera 20 on the shooting is reduced. Meanwhile, the thermochromic device 40 occupies a small space, so that the structural arrangement of the electronic device 100 is facilitated, and the aesthetic degree of the electronic device can be effectively improved through the color change of the thermochromic device 40.
