At present, cloth layers used during rubber strip transferring are generally directly stacked on the ground or erected on an upper supporting plate, so that more dust is adhered to the cloth layers, more dust is adhered to the rubber strips, and subsequent use of the rubber strips is inconvenient. In addition, the stacking mode is very inconvenient in taking, two people are required to hold two vertex angles of the cloth layer respectively and then lay the cloth layer on the supporting plate, and labor cost is high; moreover, when the cloth layer is taken every time, workers need to bend down to take the cloth layer, the loss of the waist of the workers is large, and the health problem is easy to occur.
According to the transfer device, the cloth layer used during transfer can be wound on the winding roller, and when the transfer device is required to be used, the cloth layer is pulled to rotate, so that the cloth layer can be taken down, and the cloth layer is laid on the supporting plate. Because one end is fixed after the cloth layer is rolled, only one worker is required to finish the cloth layer pulling, and the cloth layer is taken down and directly paved on the supporting plate. In this way, the cloth layer can be prevented from being directly placed on the ground and adhering to dust on the ground; and the device is easy to take and lay and convenient to use.
