Then, after the first manipulator 61 withdraws from the formation jig 4, the formation box 42 is moved so that one formation placing hole 43 corresponds to the second manipulator 62, and at this time, the clamp plate 67 of the second manipulator 62 is extended into the formation placing hole 43 based on the same principle as the first manipulator 61, so that the battery (formation package) in the corresponding placing hole 43 is taken out, and after the battery is taken out, the second manipulator 62 is moved to approach the packaging jig 5;
then, the material clamping seat 66 in the second manipulator 62 is rotated by 90 ° around the Y-axis central line perpendicular to the mounting cross frame 65, so that the material clamping seat 66 parallel to the Z-axis is rotated to be perpendicular to the Z-axis and correspondingly parallel to the discharging conveyor 52, and thus, the battery (formed into a package) can be horizontally placed on the discharging conveyor 52, and the battery (formed into a package) is conveyed to the gantry mounting frame 51 through the discharging conveyor 52 to complete the operations of vacuumizing, secondary sealing, edge cutting and the like, and form the final discharging. Preferably, the installation stand 64 of the second manipulator 62 is provided with a liftable structure, so as to ensure that the rotated clamp plate 67 can effectively approach the discharging conveyor belt 52, and further realize the stable placement of the batteries (formed packages).
