The trimethylolpropane as the raw material in the alcohol-based liquid fuel is easily dissolved in water and alcohol, the combustion heat is 3615kj/mol, micro explosion is generated in the combustion process of the fuel, the flame intensity is enhanced, and the stability of combustion is facilitated; because the trimethylolpropane promotes the fuel to be fully combusted, and the trimethylolpropane has the functions of lubrication and surface activity, the accumulated carbon of the fuel is effectively prevented from being attached to a burner of a combustion appliance, and the blocking fault is reduced; raw material crude methanol is not purified and mainly contains water, glycol, dimethyl ether, isobutanol and the like, the heat value of the fuel is improved by the last three components, and meanwhile, the price of the crude methanol is low, so that the fuel cost is reduced; the corrosion inhibitor is added, so that the corrosion effect of the fuel on the combustion appliance is reduced, and the service life of equipment is prolonged; meanwhile, the invention also has the following advantages: 1. the optional range of the refined methanol is enlarged, and the refined methanol and the crude methanol can be used as basic raw materials; 2. the fuel component proportion improves the heat value and stability of the fuel, and can realize the maximization of the water content of the fuel; 3. the density and viscosity of the fuel are improved, the volatility and the fluidity of the fuel are reduced, and the consumption cost of the fuel is saved; 4. has good environmental protection; through detection, compared with diesel oil, the emission of carbon monoxide, hydrocarbon and smoke dust after the fuel is combusted is respectively reduced by 30-80%, and the environmental pollution is reduced; 5. the fuel is clear and transparent, has no peculiar smell and precipitate, has no special smell, and does not influence the air quality of a workplace; after burning, the flame-retardant cable does not splash and deposit carbon, thereby reducing the maintenance cost; 6. the fuel has good economy, and practices prove that the fuel has outstanding economy compared with diesel oil and liquefied petroleum gas, and can generally save 15 to 25 percent of cost; 7. good safety, and the flash point of the fuel is improved due to the increase of the water content, so that the safety of transportation, storage and use of the fuel is improved.
The second embodiment is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-80 parts of refined methanol, 10-12 parts of crude methanol, 2 parts of ethylene glycol, 4 parts of a heating agent, 2 parts of trimethylolpropane, 2 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 3 parts of furfuryl alcohol, 1 part of a corrosion inhibitor, 1 part of essence, 1 part of a coloring agent and 8-10 parts of water.
The third embodiment is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 65-70 parts of refined methanol, 10-15 parts of crude methanol, 5 parts of ethylene glycol, 5 parts of a heating agent, 3 parts of trimethylolpropane, 3 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 4 parts of furfuryl alcohol, 1 part of a corrosion inhibitor, 1 part of essence, 1 part of a coloring agent and 15-20 parts of water.
In a third embodiment, the alcohol-based liquid fuel is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60 parts of refined methanol, 10 parts of crude methanol, 1 part of ethylene glycol, 3 parts of a heating agent, 1 part of trimethylolpropane, 1 part of hydrogen peroxide, 1 part of furfuryl alcohol, 1 part of a corrosion inhibitor, 1 part of essence, 1 part of a coloring agent and 8 parts of water.
In a fourth embodiment, the alcohol-based liquid fuel is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80 parts of refined methanol, 20 parts of crude methanol, 5 parts of ethylene glycol, 5 parts of a heating agent, 5 parts of trimethylolpropane, 3 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 5 parts of furfuryl alcohol, 1 part of a corrosion inhibitor, 1 part of essence, 1 part of a coloring agent and 25 parts of water.
In a fifth embodiment, a method for preparing an alcohol-based liquid fuel, under normal temperature and pressure conditions,
s1, respectively injecting refined methanol, trimethylolpropane, a heat booster and a corrosion inhibitor into a first container according to a proportion, and fully mixing the materials for later use;
s2, respectively injecting the crude methanol, the ethylene glycol, the hydrogen peroxide, the furfuryl alcohol, the essence and the colorant into a second container according to the proportion, and fully mixing for later use;
and S3, respectively injecting the mixture in the first container and the second container into a third container according to the proportion, and injecting water according to the proportion to be fully mixed to prepare the alcohol-based liquid fuel.
Specifically, 60-80 parts of refined methanol, 1-5 parts of trimethylolpropane, 3-5 parts of a heat booster and 1 part of a corrosion inhibitor are respectively injected into a first container and fully mixed for later use;
respectively injecting 10-20 parts of crude methanol, 1-5 parts of ethylene glycol, 1-3 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 1-5 parts of furfuryl alcohol, 1 part of essence and 1 part of colorant into a second container, and fully mixing for later use;
and respectively injecting the mixture in the first container and the second container into a third container, injecting 8-25 parts of water into the third container, and fully mixing to prepare the alcohol-based liquid fuel.
In the sixth embodiment, 60 parts of refined methanol, 1 part of trimethylolpropane, 3 parts of a heat booster and 1 part of a corrosion inhibitor are respectively injected into a first container and are fully mixed for standby;
respectively injecting 10 parts of crude methanol, 1 part of ethylene glycol, 1 part of hydrogen peroxide, 1 part of furfuryl alcohol, 1 part of essence and 1 part of colorant into a second container, and fully mixing for later use;
and respectively injecting the mixture in the first container and the second container into a third container, injecting 8 parts of water into the third container, and fully mixing to prepare the alcohol-based liquid fuel.
The seventh embodiment, a method for preparing an alcohol-based liquid fuel, under normal temperature and pressure conditions,
respectively injecting 80 parts of refined methanol, 5 parts of trimethylolpropane, 5 parts of a heat booster and 1 part of a corrosion inhibitor into a first container, and fully mixing the materials for later use;
respectively injecting 20 parts of crude methanol, 5 parts of ethylene glycol, 3 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 5 parts of furfuryl alcohol, 1 part of essence and 1 part of colorant into a second container, and fully mixing for later use;
and respectively injecting the mixture in the first container and the second container into a third container, injecting 25 parts of water into the third container, and fully mixing to prepare the alcohol-based liquid fuel.
In the eighth embodiment, refined methanol, trimethylolpropane, a heat booster and a corrosion inhibitor are respectively injected into a first container according to a certain proportion, and mixed for 30 minutes at normal temperature to obtain a mixed raw material;
mixing crude methanol, ethylene glycol, hydrogen peroxide, furfuryl alcohol, essence and a coloring agent in a second container in proportion at normal temperature for 30 minutes to obtain a mixed raw material;
and (3) respectively injecting the mixture in the first container and the second container into a third container according to a ratio, fully mixing the mixture at normal temperature for 30 minutes for later use, then injecting water according to a ratio requirement, mixing the mixture for 40 minutes, and standing the mixture for 1 hour to prepare the alcohol-based liquid fuel.
The foregoing is a detailed description of the invention, and it should be noted that modifications and adaptations can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Claims (5)
1. The alcohol-based liquid fuel is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of refined methanol, 10-20 parts of crude methanol, 1-5 parts of ethylene glycol, 3-5 parts of a heating agent, 1-5 parts of trimethylolpropane, 1-3 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 1-5 parts of furfuryl alcohol, 1 part of a corrosion inhibitor, 1 part of essence, 1 part of a coloring agent and 8-25 parts of water.
2. The alcohol-based liquid fuel as claimed in claim 1, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-80 parts of refined methanol, 10-12 parts of crude methanol, 2 parts of ethylene glycol, 4 parts of a heating agent, 2 parts of trimethylolpropane, 2 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 3 parts of furfuryl alcohol, 1 part of a corrosion inhibitor, 1 part of essence, 1 part of a coloring agent and 8-10 parts of water.
3. The alcohol-based liquid fuel as claimed in claim 1, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 65-70 parts of refined methanol, 10-15 parts of crude methanol, 5 parts of ethylene glycol, 5 parts of a heating agent, 3 parts of trimethylolpropane, 3 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 4 parts of furfuryl alcohol, 1 part of a corrosion inhibitor, 1 part of essence, 1 part of a coloring agent and 15-20 parts of water.
4. A process for producing an alcohol-based liquid fuel according to any one of claims 1 to 3, which comprises subjecting the alcohol-based liquid fuel to a reaction under normal temperature and pressure,
s1, respectively injecting refined methanol, trimethylolpropane, a heat booster and a corrosion inhibitor into a first container according to a proportion, mixing for T1, and fully mixing to obtain a mixed raw material;
s2, respectively injecting the crude methanol, the ethylene glycol, the hydrogen peroxide, the furfuryl alcohol, the essence and the colorant into a second container according to the proportion, mixing for T2, and fully mixing to obtain a mixed raw material;
s3, respectively injecting the mixed raw materials in the first container and the second container into a third container in proportion, injecting water in proportion, and preparing the alcohol-based liquid fuel, wherein the mixing time is T3, and the standing time is T4.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the T1 is 30 minutes, the T2 is 30 minutes, the T3 is 40 minutes, and the T4 is 60 minutes.
