Detailed Description
The invention provides a dart online competition system which is applied to multi-person dart competition of at least two persons, and uses a mobile device to broadcast live video through cloud interconnection, broadcast to other audiences on site, so that the aim of remotely connecting lines to perform dart competition can be achieved even if a professional dart target with a network connection function is not used.
Referring to FIG. 1, a first embodiment of a dart-based race system 10 of the present invention is shown. The dart-based race system 10 of the present invention includes at least two mobile devices, in this embodiment two-player racing, wherein the first user 20 and the second user 30 are not co-located and may even be located in different countries. First user 20 throws dart against dartboard 22, and images of first user 20 and dartboard 22 are acquired using mobile device 24. The second user 30 throws darts against dart target 32, and images of the second user 30 and dart target 32 are acquired by means of the mobile device 34. The mobile devices 24 and 34 are smart phones or tablet computers, and are connected to the cloud server 40 through a wireless communication network. Mobile device 24 transmits the images of first user 20 and dartboard 22 to mobile device 34 via cloud server 40, and mobile device 34 likewise transmits the images of second user 30 and dartboard 32 to mobile device 24 via cloud server 40. The images of first user 20, dartboard 22, second user 30, and dartboard 32 are stored or cached in cloud server 40.
Please refer to fig. 2, which is a system configuration diagram of the present invention. In a first embodiment of the present invention, at least one of the mobile devices 24 or 34 includes the following components, for example, the mobile device 24, including a first image capturing device 242, a second image capturing device 244, a wireless transmission module 245, and a racing application module 246. The first image capturing device 242 is disposed at the front side of the mobile device 24, and is used for capturing an image of the first user 20, in other words, the first image capturing device 242 is a front lens of the mobile device 24; the second image capturing device 244 is disposed at the rear side of the mobile device 24 for capturing the image of the dart target 22, in other words, the second image capturing device 244 is the rear lens of the mobile device 24; the wireless transmission module 245 is connected to the first image capturing device 242, the second image capturing device 244 and the racing application module 246, and is used for transmitting the image of the first user 20 and the image of the dartboard 22 to the other mobile device 34, and receiving the image of the second user 30 and the other dartboard 32 transmitted by the other mobile device (i.e. the mobile device 34) participating in the racing; the racing application module 246 is a dart racing application module installed in the mobile device 20, is connected to the first image capturing device 242, the second image capturing device 244 and the wireless transmission module 245, selects at least two of the images of the first user 20, the dartboard 22, the second user 30 and the dartboard 32, and simultaneously displays the images on the mobile device 24 in a divided screen manner.
The competition application module 246 further includes a scoring module 247 and an image processing module 248, wherein the scoring module 247 is used for recording and summing the score of each dart on the dartboard 22. In the present invention, the score of the dart may be automatically counted or manually entered. Since the image of dart target 22 is transmitted to another contestant for viewing, the other contestant can clearly identify the drop point and the score that should be obtained, in other words, even if the score is manually input, there is no doubt about cheating. The image processing module 248 is used for zooming, steering or cutting the images of the first user 20, the dartboard 22, the second user 30 and the dartboard 32, and putting the images into the split picture.
Considering that when mobile device 24 is placed between first user 20 and dart target 22 on the same straight line, mobile device 24 must be placed in a sideways position, as it is possible for first user 20 to hit mobile device 24 when throwing a dart. In this way, if the first image capturing device 242 (i.e., front lens) is facing the first user 20, the second image capturing device 244 (i.e., rear lens) cannot capture the dart target 22. Thus, in the embodiment of fig. 1 of the present invention, mirror 26 is positioned adjacent to mobile device 24, and the angle of mirror 26 is adjusted to reflect the image of dartboard 22 to second image acquisition device 244. Because the lenses of different brands and models of mobile devices 24 have different processing manners for the acquired images, the images generated by some lenses are reversed left and right, or become reversed left and right after being reflected by the mirror 26. For example, the first user 20 is right-handed, but the mobile device 34 delivered to the second user 30 is left-handed. Therefore, the image processing module 248 is required to adjust the image to the correct direction so as to avoid erroneous determination.
The mirror 26 may be mounted on the moving device 24 or may be coupled to the moving device 24 by a universal joint (not shown) to allow the mirror 26 to be rotated to any desired angle. Alternatively, the movement device 24 and the mirror 26 are both fixed to at least one foot rest (not shown). Other methods of positioning mirror 26 are within the scope of the present invention, as long as mirror 26 is positioned adjacent to mobile device 24 and reflects an image of dart target 22 into second image capture device 244.
FIG. 3 is a schematic view of a first user 20 throwing darts in the dart line competition system of the present invention. The first user 20 is a local competitor, i.e. the competitor himself. It is apparent from fig. 3 that mirror 26 is positioned beside mobile device 24 to reflect an image of dart target 22 to rear lens 244 of mobile device 24. Similarly, FIG. 4 is a schematic illustration of a second user 30 throwing a dart in the dart line competition system of the present invention. The second user 30 is a remote competitor, i.e., a competitor. Similar to fig. 3, both of fig. 4 use mirrors 26, 36 to reflect images of dart targets 22, 32 to rear lenses 244, 344, so that mobile devices 24, 34 simultaneously acquire images of first user 20 and dart target 22, and second user 30 and dart target 32, respectively, based on their front and rear double lenses, and are presented in divided frames on racing application modules 246, 346, respectively.
FIG. 5 is a diagram of one embodiment of a user interface of a racing application module in a dart-based racing system of the present invention. In this embodiment, the mobile device 24 of the first user 20 is shown, and the display screen 25 displays a remote image of the second user throwing the dart. In this display screen 25, the frame is divided into three pieces, a remote user frame 252, a remote dart target frame 254, and a score field 256, respectively. The remote user screen 252 and the remote dart target screen 254 are transmitted by the cloud server and displayed to the first user at the local site for viewing, so that the first user can see the throwing performance and the dart score of the second user even if the first user is not on the throwing site of the second user. Score field 256 displays the total score for both. The scores may be recorded in the cloud server 40 in addition to being transmitted to another user's mobile device via the cloud server 40.
FIG. 6 is a diagram of another embodiment of a user interface of a racing application module in a dart-based racing system of the present invention. The illustration in this embodiment is again a mobile device 24 of the first user 20, but throws the dart round to the first user 20. At this time, the screen of the second user may be as shown in fig. 5. The display screen 25 of the mobile device 24 of the first user is divided into five blocks, namely a local user screen 251, a local dart target screen 255, a remote user screen 252, a round score 253 and a score field 256. The remote user screen 252 is transmitted from the cloud server and displayed for viewing by the first user at the local end. The score field 256 displays the number of rounds 257, the scores 258 for each round, and the score 259 for both rounds. For example, fig. 6 shows a total of 5 rounds, each with a score of 6, 7, 8, 9, 0, respectively. Since the score and multiple of each bin on the dartboard is different, there is also a bin on display screen 25 with a round score 253 showing how much the 5 rounds of this round total score, which in the embodiment of fig. 6 is 180.
Combining the embodiments of fig. 5 and 6, both the thrower's throwing image and dart target image are displayed simultaneously on both mobile devices. When the first user is a throwing person, the score field 256 displays the number of rounds 257, the score 258 of each round, the scores 259 of both rounds, and the like, and when the first user is a wheel space, the score field 256 displays only the scores of both rounds. However, this is merely an example, and other ways of dividing the screen, selecting the display image, etc. are changed in many ways, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments shown in fig. 5 and 6.
FIG. 7 is a schematic diagram of another embodiment of a dart thrown by a user in the dart-in-line competition system of the present invention. In this embodiment, the first user 20 only uses the front lens of the mobile device 24 as the first image capturing device 242 to capture an image of the first user 20. The image of dartboard 22 is captured by another second image capture device, which may be a miniature camera or a web camera. In the embodiment of fig. 7, a web camera 28 is employed as the second image acquisition means. Webcam 28 (or a miniature camera) is connected to a port of mobile device 24 using a transmission line 29 to transmit captured images of dartboard 22 to mobile device 24. The port of the mobile device 24 may be a charging hole, a headset hole, or other interface.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2 of the present invention, the cloud server 40 may further be connected to at least one electronic device 44. Because the game images of the first user 20 and the second user 30 are transmitted to the cloud server 40, the cloud server 40 can also selectively open the images to other viewers 42 for viewing. The electronic device 44 may be a computer, a smart phone, a tablet computer, or the like, and a racing application module is installed in the electronic device 44. When the contest application module installed in the electronic device 44 is opened by the viewer 42 and connected to the cloud server 40, it is displayed which contests are currently being connected through the cloud server 40, and which open viewers 42 are in the live view. Whether the game is open or not viewed by the spectator 42 is determined by the first user 20 and the second user 30 and set on the racing application 246. After the viewer 42 selects to enter one of the open-view contests, the live broadcast of the open-view dart contests may be viewed on the electronic device 44.
The present invention can also use an external score sensing module to sense the score on the dart target, and fig. 8 and 9 are two embodiments of the score sensing module added in the present invention respectively. In the embodiment of fig. 8, first score sensing module 46 is disposed between dartboard 32 and mobile device 34. First score-sensing module 46 has one or more cameras that capture images of dart target 32, and uses an internal processor to analyze the images of dart target 32 to calculate the score of the dart's drop point location and the score corresponding to the drop point location. The first score sensing module 46 then transmits the calculated dart score to the mobile device 34 via wireless transmission technology. In the embodiment of fig. 9, the second score sensing module 48 is disposed near the dart target 32, and the specific position may be the outer ring position of the dart target 32, for example, fig. 9 is disposed at the upper edge of the dart target 32, the second score sensing module 48 has one or more cameras to illuminate the target surface at an angle greater than 10 degrees with respect to the target surface (the angle at which the image of the entire dart target 32 can be obtained) to obtain the image of the dart target 32, and then the internal processor is utilized to analyze the image of the dart target 32 to calculate the dart drop position and the score corresponding to the dart drop position. The second score sensing module 48 then transmits the calculated dart score to the mobile device 34 via wireless transmission technology. The wireless transmission technology used in the embodiments of fig. 8 and 9 may be bluetooth, wi-Fi or other wireless communication methods. After the racing application module of the mobile device 34 receives the dart score, the scoring module fills it into the score field.
Based on the dart online competition system provided by the invention, darts in all regions around the world can easily connect with a cloud server through competition application modules installed on respective mobile devices without having to provide expensive electronic dart machines with online functions, so as to perform online dart competition with darts in other regions. In addition, the front lens, the rear lens and the lenses of the mobile device are utilized to simultaneously acquire images of dart hands and dart targets, live broadcasting is carried out through the cloud server, and a camera is not required to be additionally arranged on the dart targets. Furthermore, even if some mobile devices only have a single lens or cannot simultaneously turn on front and rear lenses, the invention can connect the mobile devices with a network camera or a miniature camera externally, and upload the shot images to the cloud server through the mobile devices. Through the dart online competition system, multiple people can be integrated into various competition modes such as regional fight, network fight, regional tournament, remote tournament, regional tournament and the like, and a viewer can be opened to be connected to a cloud server through an electronic device for remote viewing. Therefore, the invention can save the cost of purchasing an expensive electronic dart machine with the functions of connecting lines, acquiring images and directly broadcasting, and can lead a user to easily fight against other people by connecting lines through a simple dart target at any place even if the traditional wood or plastic dart target is hung on a wall only by combining the lens of a mobile device and an internally installed competition application module.
The above examples merely represent a few embodiments of the present application, which are described in more detail and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that it would be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements could be made without departing from the spirit of the present application, which would be within the scope of the present application.
