Abstract
The invention provides a skin thermal exfoliation device, which comprises a thermal action unit, a cold action unit, a treatment unit, a control unit and a power supply unit. The heat action unit comprises a steam box, a steam generator, a steam ejector and a steam outlet. The cold action unit includes a cold water tank, an air pump, and a cold air outlet. The treatment unit is used for ejecting steam and the cold air in a set skin area, and comprises a mechanical arm, a steam transmission pipe, a cold air transmission pipe, a steam nozzle and a cold air nozzle which are used for respectively ejecting the steam and the cold air. And the control unit comprises a regulating device, a monitoring device and a display screen. The power supply unit is used for supplying power to each electrical device. The invention makes use of the heat action of the vapor to peel off the epidermis of the affected part, and makes the heat selectively act on the epidermis level of the skin by controlling the duration of the heat, and the heat is sprayed out in time by low-temperature cold air, thereby avoiding the expansion of the heat damage of the vapor on the skin level and range, and having the effect of accurately peeling off the epidermis.

However, this therapy has some major drawbacks, one of which is: because chemical drugs such as phenol and the like are needed, the substances can be absorbed after being coated on the surface of the skin, and when the substances are used in a large area, the effects on the heart and kidney functions are influenced. The second is that: because the time for the chemical medicine to keep in contact with the skin is artificially controlled and greatly influenced by experience, if the action time is too long, toxic substances are possibly excessively absorbed, and the local skin is excessively damaged to cause serious adverse reaction. Therefore, there is a need to develop a skin exfoliation treatment method that has the advantages of chemical exfoliation while overcoming the disadvantages thereof.
Similar to chemical injury, thermal injury can also cause epidermal cell destruction through protein coagulation and the like, causing skin inflammation, and different degrees of necrosis and exfoliation of the epidermis and dermal papilla, so that the skin damage can be removed. On the one hand, the thermal damage does not cause toxic substance absorption, and on the other hand, the depth of the thermal damage can be precisely controlled by controlling the heat application time.
The skin thermal exfoliation technique is to contact the skin with hot steam, after a period of action, rapidly neutralize the heat with cold steam, so that the target tissue can be accurately damaged within the thermal relaxation time without affecting deeper normal tissues. The skin thermal exfoliation device of the invention peels off the epidermis of the affected part by using the thermal action of water vapor, selectively applies heat to the epidermis level of the skin by controlling the duration of the heat, avoids the expansion of the thermal damage of the steam on the skin level and range by spraying cold air at low temperature in time, and has the effect of accurately peeling off the epidermis.
Compared with the prior art of laser treatment and the like, the device of the invention has the advantages of large heat action area on the skin of the affected part, obviously improved stripping efficiency and obviously lower manufacturing cost compared with the laser device.
