Abstract
The present disclosure provides a cleaning head for a cleaning tool, in which a cleaning sheet is not easily detached from the cleaning head. The cleaning head of the present disclosure has the following structure. Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to a cleaning head for a cleaning tool, a cleaning tool provided with the cleaning head, a method of using a cleaning sheet for the cleaning tool, and a cleaning sheet for the cleaning tool.
Background
There is known a cleaning tool of a type in which a cleaning sheet is attached to a cleaning head.
For example, patent document 1 discloses a cleaning tool 20, the cleaning tool 20 including: a cleaning cloth 10; a substantially box-shaped main body 22 capable of holding the cleaning cloth 10, the main body 22 having cleaning parts 24, 25 capable of surface contact with the surface to be cleaned; and a support arm 23 that pivotally supports the main body 22 so as to be rotatable.
In patent document 1, as described in paragraph [0015] thereof, the cleaning cloth 10 is wound around the body 22 and is held by a groove-like holding portion 26 provided between the cleaning portions 24 and 25 and press-fitted at both longitudinal end edges thereof.
Further, patent document 2 discloses a cleaning tool, which is characterized by comprising: a main body having a slit for holding the cleaning sheet; a support arm which rotatably supports the main body and is formed into a shape like a letter \12467; and a handle connected to an end of the support arm via a universal joint.
As described in paragraph [0014] of patent document 1, the cleaning tool a shown in fig. 1 of patent document 2 is configured by: a main body 1 formed with a slit for holding the cleaning sheet S; a support arm 2 which rotatably supports the main body and is formed in a substantially v-shaped 12467; and a handle 4 connected to an end of the support arm 2 via a universal joint 3.
Further, in paragraph [0020] of patent document 2, "as shown in fig. 6, a state is described in which the cleaning sheet S is attached to the cover portion 20 to which the slit body 23 is attached. The cleaning sheet S can be simply held in the slit in a moire-like shape without causing finger pain as in a zigzag slit, by merely pressing the cleaning sheet S into the slit 23c with a fingertip or the like, so that the cleaning sheet S can be held in the slit 23 c.

Problems to be solved by the invention
In the cleaning tool 20 described in patent document 1, since the cleaning cloth 10 is wound around the main body 22 and both longitudinal end edges are press-fitted into the groove-like holding portion 26 provided between the cleaning portions 24 and 25 to be held, both ends of the cleaning cloth 10 are easily detached from the holding portion 26 and the cleaning cloth 10 is easily detached from the main body 22 when the surface to be cleaned is cleaned using both cleaning surfaces of the cleaning portions 24 and 25.
In the cleaning tool a described in patent document 2, since the cleaning sheet S is held by being sandwiched in the slit 23c disposed on the outer surface of the cover portion 20 of the main body 1, both ends of the cleaning sheet S are easily detached from the slit 23c and the cleaning sheet S is easily detached from the main body 1 when the cleaning tool a is used to clean the surface to be cleaned.
Accordingly, an object of the present disclosure is to provide a cleaning head for a cleaning tool in which a cleaning sheet is not easily detached from the cleaning head.
Means for solving the problems
The present inventors have invented a cleaning head for a cleaning tool capable of holding a cleaning sheet, the cleaning head having a plate-like shape including a first cleaning surface and a second cleaning surface and having a longitudinal direction, a short-side direction, and a thickness direction orthogonal to each other, the cleaning head including a clamping portion configured to clamp at least one of one end and the other end of the cleaning sheet, the clamping portion being configured to be capable of taking an expanded form and a closed form.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
The cleaning sheet of the cleaning head for the cleaning tool is not easy to fall off from the cleaning head.

In the cleaning tool 1 of the second embodiment, the rotating end 145 is disposed in the second cleaning head region 121, but is not disposed in the other end 151 in the short direction S, but is disposed in the second cleaning head region 121 close to the cleaning head rotation axis RA 1 Of the position of (a). The cleaning head coupling portion 201 of the bracket 5 includes a cleaning head fixing magnet 181 protruding toward the opposite side of the bracket 5 from the handle coupling portion 203 at a position facing the counterweight 153, and the cleaning head fixing magnet 181 is disposed so as to attract the counterweight 153. When the user lifts up the cleaning tool 1 to clean a vertically narrow space, for example, the first cleaning head region 119 including the magnet as the weight 153 moves downward, the cleaning head 3 stands up, and the weight 153 as the magnet and the cleaning head fixing magnet 181 attract each other, so that the standing state of the cleaning head 3 can be fixed. Therefore, the cleaning tool 1 of the second embodiment is excellent in cleaning performance in the vertical direction as well as in cleaning performance in the horizontal direction. Since the carriage 5 is made of stainless steel, which is a non-magnetic body, the weight 153, which is a magnet, does not attract the carriage 5 itself, and the weight 153, which is a magnet, attracts only the protruding cleaning head fixing magnet 181.
In the cleaning tool 1 of the second embodiment, the first clamping portion 125 includes the clamping magnet 183 disposed so as to attract the magnet constituting the counterweight 153 at a position corresponding to the counterweight 153 of the second clamping portion 135, and the clamping portion 123 can maintain the closed state by attracting the clamping magnet 183 of the first clamping portion 125 and the counterweight 153 (magnet) of the second clamping portion 135 to each other. In other words, the counterweight 153 not only serves to arrange the center of gravity in the first cleaning head region 119, but also serves to maintain the clamping portion 123 in the closed configuration.
In the cleaning tool 1 of the second embodiment, one end (not shown) of the cleaning sheet (not shown) is held by the two first slit portions 163 disposed on the first outer surface 127 of the first clamping portion 125, and the other end (not shown) of the cleaning sheet (not shown) is held by the two second slit portions 165 disposed on the second inner surface 139 of the second clamping portion 135. In other words, one end (not shown) of the cleaning sheet (not shown) is held by the first outer surface 127 of the cleaning head 3, and the other end (not shown) of the cleaning sheet (not shown) is held by the holding portion 123 of the cleaning head 3.
The other parts of the cleaning tool 1 of the second embodiment are the same as those of the cleaning tool 1 of the first embodiment, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
In the cleaning tool of the present disclosure (the cleaning head of the present disclosure, the use of the present disclosure), the cleaning head preferably includes a cleaning sheet fixing portion for holding the cleaning sheet. The cleaning sheet fixing portion may be a slit portion (for example, the first slit portion 163 and the second slit portion 165 shown in the first and second embodiments), a hook member of a surface fastener, or the like, in addition to a nip portion (for example, a nip portion).
In the cleaning tool of the present disclosure (the cleaning head of the present disclosure, the use of the present disclosure), in the case where the cleaning head is provided with the cleaning sheet fixing portion for holding the cleaning sheet, the cleaning head may be provided with one or more cleaning sheet fixing portions on the outer surface thereof, and may be provided with one or more cleaning sheet fixing portions on the inner surface thereof.
As an example in which the cleaning head is provided with one or a plurality of cleaning sheet fixing portions on the inner surface thereof, for example, there is an example in which the cleaning head is provided with a nip portion, for example, a nip portion having a first nip portion and a second nip portion. Examples of the cleaning sheet holder include a first holding portion and a second holding portion rotatably coupled to each other by a rotating end having a holding portion rotating shaft extending in a predetermined direction (preferably, a direction along the cleaning head rotating shaft, the longitudinal direction, or the like), and openably and closably coupled to each other by an opening/closing end extending in a predetermined direction (preferably, a direction along the cleaning head rotating shaft, the longitudinal direction, or the like), and examples of the cleaning sheet holder include a cleaning sheet holder provided on a first inner surface of the first holding portion or a second inner surface of the second holding portion.
In addition, the cleaning head may be provided with one or more cleaning sheet fixing portions on an outer surface thereof, and in the case where the cleaning head is provided with a clamping portion, for example, a clamping portion having a first clamping portion and a second clamping portion, a first outer surface of the first clamping portion and/or a second outer surface of the second clamping portion may be provided with the cleaning sheet fixing portions.
In the cleaning tool of the present disclosure (the cleaning head of the present disclosure, the use of the present disclosure), the cleaning head may be made of various materials, but it is preferable that the outer surface is made of a soft member and the inside is made of a hard member harder than the soft member. This is from the viewpoint of achieving both operability and cleaning performance.
Examples of the raw material constituting the soft member include ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), polyurethane (PU), elastomers, rubbers, sponges, various foams, and fabrics (for example, nonwoven fabrics such as felt, woven fabric, and knitted fabric), and examples of the raw material constituting the hard member include ABS resin, polyolefin (for example, polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and the like), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyacetal (POM), polycarbonate (PC), polystyrene (PS), polyamide (PA), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), acrylic resin, and composite materials thereof, and metal (for example, aluminum).
In the cleaning tool of the present disclosure (use of the present disclosure), the cleaning tool may include a cleaning head, a bracket, and a cleaning tool handle.
Preferably, the holder is formed of a rod-shaped member and is rotatably coupled to the cleaning head through a holder hole of the cleaning head. The bracket is preferably arranged on an imaginary bracket plane which is a single plane. This is from the viewpoint of cleanability of a narrow space.
The rod-shaped member may be a member having a circular, elliptical, or polygonal cross section, and the bracket preferably has a circular cross section at least at the cleaning head coupling portion, and preferably has a circular cross section as a whole. This is because the cleaning head is rotated about the cleaning head rotation axis, and the carriage is less likely to damage the surface to be cleaned. Examples of the material of the bracket include a metal, for example, a magnetic material (magnetic metal), for example, iron (for example, zinc-plated iron), a non-magnetic material (non-magnetic metal), for example, stainless steel, aluminum, and the like.
In the cleaning tool of the present disclosure (used in the present disclosure), when the cleaning tool includes a cleaning head fixing mechanism described later, and when the cleaning head fixing mechanism is a pair of magnets or a pair of magnets and a ferromagnetic body, the holder may be configured by a ferromagnetic body, a nonmagnetic body, or a combination thereof, and may further include a magnet.
For example, the cleaning head can be fixed at a desired position by forming the bracket with a non-magnetic body (e.g., stainless steel) and disposing a ferromagnetic body or a magnet in a part thereof.
The bracket may include, for example: a cleaning head connecting part which can be rotatably connected with the hole for the bracket; a handle connecting part connected with the handle of the cleaning tool; and a separating part for separating the cleaning head connecting part and the handle connecting part. The handle connecting portion and the separating portion may be connected to the cleaning head connecting portion and the separating portion in a crossing manner, or may be integrated in a bending manner.
The cleaning head connecting part and the handle connecting part can have any length. For example, the cleaning head coupling portion can be made substantially the same length as the handle coupling portion, so that the bracket, and hence the cleaning tool, can be made lightweight, and the force applied to the cleaning tool handle can be reliably transmitted to the cleaning head. Further, the cleaning head coupling portion may be longer than the handle coupling portion, and thus, the force applied to the cleaning tool handle can be more easily transmitted to the cleaning head. Further, the cleaning head coupling portion can have a length substantially equal to or longer than that of the cleaning head, and therefore, the force applied to the cleaning tool handle can be easily transmitted to the entire cleaning head.
In the above-described cleaning head coupling portion, the handle coupling portion, and the separating portion, at least the cleaning head coupling portion and the handle coupling portion are preferably arranged on an imaginary plane of the bracket, and more preferably, the cleaning head coupling portion, the handle coupling portion, and the separating portion are arranged on an imaginary plane of the bracket. This is from the viewpoint of cleanability of a narrow space.
In the cleaning tool of the present disclosure (used in the present disclosure), the cleaning tool may further include a rotation suppressing member for suppressing the cleaning head from freely rotating about the cleaning head rotation axis. Thus, when the cleaning tool is lifted, the cleaning head can be prevented from continuously swinging like a pendulum with the cleaning head rotating shaft as an axis.
The rotation suppressing member may be a friction-enhancing agent, such as grease, disposed between an inner surface of the hole for the carriage and an outer surface of the carriage (e.g., the cleaning head coupling portion). By using the friction enhancer, the spin suppression effect is hardly reduced with the passage of time.
In addition, the rotation suppressing member may include: a protruding member (e.g., an O-ring disposed on the entire outer periphery) disposed on a part or all of the outer periphery of the bracket (e.g., the cleaning head coupling portion) and configured to generate friction with the inner surface of the bracket hole, a protruding member disposed on the inner surface of the bracket hole and configured to generate friction with the outer surface of the bracket (e.g., the cleaning head coupling portion), and the like.
In the cleaning tool of the present disclosure (used in the present disclosure), when the carriage is disposed on the carriage virtual surface, the cleaning tool may be configured so that the cleaning head and the carriage can be fixed so that the planar direction of the cleaning head coincides with the carriage virtual surface (hereinafter, the cleaning tool may be referred to as a cleaning tool including a "cleaning head fixing mechanism"). This provides the cleaning tool with excellent cleaning performance in a narrow space.
Examples of the cleaning head fixing means include a pair of magnets, a pair of magnets and a ferromagnetic material (e.g., iron, cobalt, or nickel), and a pair of fitting portions. As an example in which the cleaning head fixing mechanism is a pair of magnets, there is an embodiment (for example, the second embodiment) including a magnet disposed on a bracket (for example, a cleaning head coupling portion, a handle coupling portion, and/or a separating portion) and a magnet disposed at a position of the cleaning head corresponding to the magnet disposed on the bracket. The same applies to the case where the cleaning head fixing mechanism is a pair of magnets and a ferromagnetic member. As an example of the cleaning head fixing means being a pair of fitting portions, a bracket and a groove portion formed to fit with the bracket, which is disposed in the cleaning head, according to a third embodiment described later, can be given.
In the case where the cleaning head fixing mechanism is a pair of magnets, when the magnets are disposed in the cleaning head coupling portion of the carriage, it is preferable that the cleaning head coupling portion of the carriage is formed of a non-magnetic material, the magnets are disposed at predetermined positions in the circumferential direction of the cleaning head rotation axis, and the magnets protrude from the cleaning head coupling portion of the carriage in a direction orthogonal to the cleaning head rotation axis. This facilitates fixing the cleaning head at a desired position.
Fig. 16 is a view for explaining a cleaning tool 1 according to another embodiment of the present disclosure (hereinafter, may be referred to as "third embodiment"), and is a perspective view.
The cleaning tool 1 of the third embodiment includes a clamping portion 123, and the clamping portion 123 includes a first clamping portion 125 and a second clamping portion 135. The first and second clamping portions 125 and 135 have a longitudinal direction L (cleaning head rotation axis RA) 1 ) Parallel extending clamping part rotating shaft RA 2 Is rotatably connected to the rotating end 145 and passes through the longitudinal direction L (cleaning head rotating shaft RA) 1 ) The opening/closing ends 147 extending in parallel are connected to be openable and closable.
In the cleaning tool 1 of the second embodiment, the rotating end 145 is disposed in the second cleaning head region 121, but is not disposed in the other end 151 in the short direction S, but is disposed in the second cleaning head region 121 close to the cleaning head rotation axis RA 1 Of the position of (a). The cleaning tool 1 includes magnets 191 (a magnet 191a, a magnet 191b, and a magnet 191 c) disposed on the first inner surface 129 of the first clamping portion 125. The magnet 191a is disposed at the center in the longitudinal direction L, and the magnets 191b and 191c are disposed at both ends in the longitudinal direction.
The cleaning tool 1 further includes a magnet 193 (magnet 193a, magnet 193b, and magnet 193 c) disposed on the second inner surface 139 of the second clamping portion 135. The magnet 193a is disposed at the center in the longitudinal direction L and at a position corresponding to the magnet 191a, and the magnets 193b and 193c are disposed at both ends in the longitudinal direction and at positions corresponding to the magnets 191b and 191 c.
In the cleaning tool 1, the magnet 191 of the first clamping portion 125 and the magnet 193 of the second clamping portion 135 are configured to act to hold the closed state of the clamping portion 123, and one end (not shown) and the other end (not shown) of the cleaning sheet inserted between the first inner surface 129 of the first clamping portion 125 and the second inner surface 139 of the second clamping portion 135 are held by the magnetic force of mutual attraction between the magnet 191 and the magnet 193.
In the cleaning tool of the present disclosure (use of the present disclosure), the cleaning tool may be so-called one-arm holding in which the cleaning head is coupled to the carriage via the carriage holes only at one location, or may be so-called two-arm holding in which the cleaning head is coupled to the carriage via the carriage holes at a plurality of locations.
By holding the cleaning tool by a single arm, as shown in fig. 13, it is easy to clean a narrow space using the end portion of the cleaning head on the side where the bracket is not present. Further, by holding the cleaning tool with both arms, the force of the user can be easily transmitted to the cleaning head.
As the cleaning tool held by both arms, for example, there is a cleaning tool in which a holder is coupled to two holes for holders disposed at two locations on a side surface of a cleaning head.
In the case where the cleaning tool of the present disclosure (used in the present disclosure) has a longitudinal direction and a short-side direction, the two bracket holes may be two side surface portions facing each other and disposed at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the cleaning head, or two side surface portions facing each other and disposed at both ends in the short-side direction of the cleaning head, and preferably two side surface portions facing each other and disposed at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the cleaning head.
The two bracket holes may be continuously integrated or may be separated, but it is preferable to have a single cleaning head rotation shaft.
In the cleaning tool of the present disclosure (the cleaning head of the present disclosure, the use of the present disclosure), examples of the cleaning sheet include those known in the art, for example, a cleaning sheet including a nonwoven fabric, a cleaning sheet including a tow, and the like. The cleaning sheet may be of a dry type or a wet type impregnated with a chemical solution.

Claims (10)
1. A cleaning head for a cleaning tool, the cleaning head being capable of holding a cleaning sheet, characterized in that,
the cleaning head has a plate-like shape including a first cleaning surface and a second cleaning surface, and has a long side direction, a short side direction and a thickness direction which are orthogonal to each other,
the cleaning head includes a clamping portion for clamping at least one of one end portion and the other end portion of the cleaning sheet, the clamping portion is configured to be capable of acquiring an unfolded state and a closed state,
the clamping portion is provided with a first clamping portion and a second clamping portion,
the first clamping section and the second clamping section are rotatably coupled by a rotating end having a clamping section rotating shaft extending in a direction along the longitudinal direction and openably and closably coupled by an opening/closing end extending in the direction along the longitudinal direction,
the first clamping portion is provided with a first inner surface and a first outer surface, and the second clamping portion is provided with a second inner surface and a second outer surface,
the first inner surface has a first slit portion for holding the one end portion of the cleaning sheet, and/or the second inner surface has a second slit portion for holding the other end portion of the cleaning sheet,
the first inner surface is provided with a first convex part and a first concave part which are configured in a manner of holding the cleaning sheet,
the second inner surface is provided with a second concave part and a second convex part corresponding to the first convex part and the first concave part respectively and configured in a manner of holding the cleaning sheet,
the first slit portion is disposed on the first convex portion, and/or the second slit portion is disposed on the second convex portion.
2. Cleaning head according to claim 1,
the opening/closing end is disposed at an end of the cleaning head in the short side direction.
3. Cleaning head according to claim 1 or 2,
the rotating end is disposed at an end of the cleaning head in the short side direction.
4. Cleaning head according to claim 1 or 2,
the cleaning head includes a recessed portion for spreading the clamping portion at one or both ends in the longitudinal direction, and the recessed portion is present over the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion.
5. The cleaning head of claim 4,
the first holding portion includes a first soft member constituting a first outer surface and a first hard member constituting a first inner surface, and the second holding portion includes a second soft member constituting a second outer surface and a second hard member constituting a second inner surface,
the bottom of the recessed portion is formed of at least a first hard member and a second hard member.
6. Cleaning head according to claim 1 or 2,
the first outer surface and the second outer surface constitute a first cleaning surface and a second cleaning surface, respectively.
7. Cleaning head according to claim 1 or 2,
the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion are respectively provided with a projection for fitting and a recess for fitting which are configured to hold the closed form of the clamping portion and are fitted with each other,
the fitting projection projects in the longitudinal direction and is capable of expanding and contracting in the longitudinal direction,
the fitting recess portion is recessed in the longitudinal direction.
8. A cleaning tool having a cleaning head capable of holding a cleaning sheet, characterized in that,
the cleaning head has a plate-like shape including a first cleaning surface and a second cleaning surface, and has a long side direction, a short side direction and a thickness direction which are orthogonal to each other,
the cleaning head includes a clamping portion for clamping at least one of one end portion and the other end portion of the cleaning sheet, the clamping portion is configured to be capable of acquiring an unfolded state and a closed state,
the clamping portion is provided with a first clamping portion and a second clamping portion,
the first clamping section and the second clamping section are rotatably coupled by a rotating end having a clamping section rotating shaft extending in a direction along the longitudinal direction and openably and closably coupled by an opening/closing end extending in the direction along the longitudinal direction,
the first clamping portion is provided with a first inner surface and a first outer surface, and the second clamping portion is provided with a second inner surface and a second outer surface,
the first inner surface has a first slit portion for holding the one end portion of the cleaning sheet, and/or the second inner surface has a second slit portion for holding the other end portion of the cleaning sheet,
the first inner surface is provided with a first convex part and a first concave part which are configured in a manner of holding the cleaning sheet,
the second inner surface is provided with a second concave part and a second convex part corresponding to the first convex part and the first concave part respectively and configured in a manner of holding the cleaning sheet,
the first slit portion is disposed on the first convex portion, and/or the second slit portion is disposed on the second convex portion.
9. A method of using a cleaning sheet in a cleaning tool having a cleaning head capable of holding the cleaning sheet,
the cleaning head has a plate-like shape including a first cleaning surface and a second cleaning surface, and has a long side direction, a short side direction and a thickness direction which are orthogonal to each other,
the cleaning head includes a clamping portion for clamping at least one of one end portion and the other end portion of the cleaning sheet, the clamping portion is configured to be capable of acquiring an unfolded state and a closed state,
the clamping portion is provided with a first clamping portion and a second clamping portion,
the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion are rotatably coupled by a rotating end having a clamping portion rotating shaft extending in a direction along the longitudinal direction and are openably and closably coupled by an opening/closing end extending in the direction along the longitudinal direction,
the first clamping portion is provided with a first inner surface and a first outer surface, and the second clamping portion is provided with a second inner surface and a second outer surface,
the first inner surface has a first slit portion for holding the one end portion of the cleaning sheet, and/or the second inner surface has a second slit portion for holding the other end portion of the cleaning sheet,
the first inner surface is provided with a first convex part and a first concave part which are configured in a mode of holding the cleaning sheet,
the second inner surface is provided with a second concave part and a second convex part corresponding to the first convex part and the first concave part respectively and configured in a manner of holding the cleaning sheet,
the first slit portion is disposed on the first convex portion, and/or the second slit portion is disposed on the second convex portion.
10. A cleaning sheet for a cleaning head according to any one of claims 1 to 7 or a cleaning tool according to claim 8, characterized in that,
the cleaning sheet is configured to be held by the cleaning head.
