Abstract
The invention provides waterproof and mildewproof rubber powder and a preparation method and application thereof. The waterproof and mildewproof rubber powder comprises the following components in parts by weight: 25-35 parts of Portland cement, 10-15 parts of calcium carbonate, 5-10 parts of calcium hydroxide, 10-20 parts of talcum powder, 5-10 parts of redispersible latex powder, 3-5 parts of bone glue, 2-4 parts of ferric chloride and 1-2 parts of thickening agent. The waterproof and mildewproof rubber powder has excellent waterproof and mildewproof effects, good compactness, high strength and good cohesiveness when being used as a building waterproof material, and has good tolerance and wide application range.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to waterproof and mildewproof rubber powder and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Waterproofing of buildings is a measure for waterproofing materials and structures in order to prevent water from penetrating into some parts of the buildings, and is often used for roofs, underground buildings, underground parts of buildings, interior rooms and water storage structures which need to be waterproofed, and the like. According to different measures and means adopted for waterproofing, the waterproof material can be divided into two categories of material waterproofing and structural waterproofing; the waterproof material is made of building material to block water passage for waterproof purpose or to increase leakage resistance, such as coiled material waterproof, film waterproof, concrete and cement mortar rigid waterproof, clay and lime soil waterproof, etc.
At present, the variety of building waterproof materials is various, and the building waterproof materials can be divided into 4 types according to main raw materials: 1) asphalt waterproof material: the asphalt takes natural asphalt, petroleum asphalt and coal asphalt as main raw materials, and has good cohesiveness, plasticity, water resistance, corrosion resistance and durability; 2) polyethylene polypropylene fiber waterproof material: the composite waterproof coiled material is prepared by adding an auxiliary agent and a high-strength novel spunbonded polypropylene filament non-woven fabric into linear low-density polyethylene resin and performing a hot-melting and direct-pressing composite process, and has the good comprehensive technical properties of strong impermeability, high tensile strength, good low-temperature flexibility, small linear expansion coefficient, good stability, no toxicity, strong deformation adaptability, wide adaptive temperature range, long service life and the like; 3) rubber plastic waterproof material: the material is prepared from chloroprene rubber, butyl rubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, polyvinyl chloride, polyisobutylene, polyurethane and the like, and has the characteristics of high tensile strength, high elasticity and elongation, good cohesiveness, water resistance and weather resistance and the like; 4) cement-based waterproof material: it has the functions of accelerating setting and compacting cement, and can enhance the hydrophobicity and impermeability of cement mortar and concrete; the cement and sodium silicate are used as base material to prepare coagulation promoting mortar for stopping leakage and preventing water in underground engineering.
The existing waterproof material generally has a single function, and most of the existing waterproof materials only have a waterproof function; in addition, the waterproof effect of the existing waterproof material is still to be improved. In view of this, the invention is particularly proposed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide waterproof and mildewproof rubber powder, a preparation method and application thereof.
The invention provides waterproof and mildewproof rubber powder which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 25-35 parts of Portland cement, 10-15 parts of calcium carbonate, 5-10 parts of calcium hydroxide, 10-20 parts of talcum powder, 5-10 parts of redispersible latex powder, 3-5 parts of bone glue, 2-4 parts of ferric chloride and 1-2 parts of thickening agent.
In the waterproof and mildewproof rubber powder, ferric chloride and portland cement are mixed to generate gelatinous bodies such as ferric hydroxide and the like in the cement hydration process, so that the bleeding property of the cement can be greatly reduced; meanwhile, the water-insoluble gel can block various capillary pores of hardened mortar (or concrete), so that the waterproof effect is achieved.
In the waterproof and mildewproof glue powder, bone glue is a brittle hard block solidified body, the main component is collagen, and the bone glue is polymerized by simple polypeptide chains of amino at one end and carboxyl at the other end of molecules; because various protein chains of which the amino groups and the carboxyl active groups in the molecules form micelles in the aqueous solution are mutually associated by means of side chains, a reticular insoluble solid lattice is formed to form gel, and further the waterproof function is realized.
In the waterproof and mildewproof adhesive powder, calcium carbonate has the characteristics of high activity, easiness in dispersion, good affinity, remarkable reinforcing effect and the like, and has certain anti-cracking performance; meanwhile, the organic polymer material in the waterproof and mildewproof adhesive powder further improves the adsorption binding power of inorganic materials such as calcium carbonate and the like to the matrix through the effects of water absorption and the like.
Specifically, in one embodiment, 6-10 parts of heavy calcium carbonate and 4-5 parts of light calcium carbonate; wherein, the ground limestone is called triple superphosphate for short, and is prepared by grinding natural carbonate minerals such as calcite, marble and limestone, and the sedimentation volume is usually 1.2-1.9 mL/g; precipitated calcium carbonate, also known as precipitated calcium carbonate, is produced by chemical processing and typically has a sediment volume of 2.4 to 2.8 mL/g.
In the waterproof and mildewproof glue powder, the portland cement is a cementing auxiliary raw material, can absorb moisture in a high-molecular polymer so as to dehydrate and solidify the polymer to form a waterproof bonding layer, and has the effects of ageing resistance, carbonization resistance, leakage resistance, freeze thawing resistance and the like.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the portland cement can include 15-20 parts of portland white cement and 10-15 parts of portland ash cement; wherein, the silicate white cement is a hydraulic cementing material prepared by grinding white silicate cement clinker with low content of ferric oxide, a proper amount of gypsum and mixed materials (limestone and kiln dust), and the silicate gray cement is ordinary silicate cement which is a hydraulic cementing material prepared by grinding the silicate cement clinker, 5 to 20 percent of the mixed materials and a proper amount of gypsum. Simultaneously adopting silicate white cement and silicate ash cement.
In the waterproof and mildewproof glue powder, calcium hydroxide is used as a strong base and has the sterilization and anticorrosion capabilities.
In the waterproof and mildewproof rubber powder, the redispersible latex powder is a powder adhesive, polyvinyl alcohol is used as a protective colloid, the powder can be quickly redispersed into emulsion after contacting with water, other dispersed components are tightly bonded together, and the waterproof and mildewproof rubber powder has good cohesiveness, water resistance, constructability and heat insulation performance, can endow mortar with excellent alkali resistance, and improves the adhesive cohesiveness, the breaking strength, the waterproofness, the plasticity, the wear resistance and the flexibility of the mortar.
In the waterproof and mildewproof rubber powder, the thickening agent is used for ensuring that the waterproof and mildewproof rubber powder is not separated and settled after being uniformly mixed, so that the homogeneity of the waterproof and mildewproof rubber powder is ensured, and the viscosity and the water retention of the waterproof and mildewproof rubber powder are improved. Specifically, the thickener may be selected from at least one of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and hydroxyethylmethylcellulose, preferably hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
In the waterproof and mildewproof glue powder, the main component of the talcum powder is hydrous magnesium silicate which has the functions of acid resistance, fire resistance, corrosion resistance and the like, has good oil resistance and silk insulation property, and has stronger corrosion resistance to various inorganic acids, organic acids and alkalis.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the waterproof and mildewproof rubber powder, which comprises the following steps: the components are mixed according to the parts by weight and then fully stirred.
More specifically, the preparation method of the waterproof and mildewproof rubber powder comprises the following steps:
A) mixing and uniformly stirring ferric chloride, calcium carbonate, cement, calcium hydroxide and talcum powder according to the weight part to obtain a first mixture;
B) mixing and uniformly stirring bone glue, redispersible latex powder and a thickening agent according to the weight part to obtain a second mixture;
C) and uniformly mixing the first mixture and the second mixture to obtain the waterproof and mildewproof rubber powder.
The invention also provides application of the waterproof and mildewproof rubber powder in building materials.
The implementation of the invention has at least the following advantages:
1. the waterproof and mildewproof glue powder has a scientific and reasonable formula, and simultaneously has excellent waterproof function and good mildewproof effect by adopting ferric chloride, bone glue and portland cement as auxiliary cementing materials;
2. the waterproof and mildewproof rubber powder has the advantages of good compactness, high strength, good caking property, good tolerance and wide application range when being used as a building waterproof material.

Example 1
The waterproof and mildewproof rubber powder comprises the following components in parts by weight: 18 parts of silicate white cement, 12 parts of silicate ash cement, 8 parts of heavy calcium carbonate, 4 parts of light calcium carbonate, 8 parts of calcium hydroxide, 15 parts of talcum powder, 7 parts of redispersible latex powder, 4 parts of bone glue, 3 parts of ferric chloride and 1 part of thickening agent hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose.
The preparation method of the waterproof and mildewproof rubber powder comprises the following steps:
A) mixing ferric chloride, heavy calcium carbonate, light calcium carbonate, silicate white cement, silicate gray cement, calcium hydroxide and talcum powder according to the weight parts, and then uniformly stirring to obtain a first mixture.
B) Mixing the bone glue, the redispersible latex powder and the hydroxypropyl methyl fiber according to the weight parts, and uniformly stirring to obtain a second mixture.
C) And uniformly mixing the first mixture and the second mixture to obtain the waterproof and mildewproof rubber powder.
The performance of the waterproof and mildewproof rubber powder is detected, and the result is shown in table 1.
Example 2
The waterproof and mildewproof rubber powder comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20 parts of silicate white cement, 10 parts of silicate ash cement, 6 parts of heavy calcium carbonate, 5 parts of light calcium carbonate, 10 parts of calcium hydroxide, 20 parts of talcum powder, 5 parts of redispersible latex powder, 3 parts of bone glue, 2 parts of ferric chloride and 1 part of thickening agent hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose.
The preparation method of the waterproof and mildewproof rubber powder comprises the following steps:
A) mixing ferric chloride, heavy calcium carbonate, light calcium carbonate, silicate white cement, silicate gray cement, calcium hydroxide and talcum powder according to the weight parts, and then uniformly stirring to obtain a first mixture.
B) Mixing the bone glue, the redispersible latex powder and the hydroxypropyl methyl fiber according to the weight parts, and uniformly stirring to obtain a second mixture.
C) And uniformly mixing the first mixture and the second mixture to obtain the waterproof and mildewproof rubber powder.
The performance of the waterproof and mildewproof rubber powder is detected, and the result is shown in table 1.
Example 3
The waterproof and mildewproof rubber powder comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15 parts of silicate white cement, 15 parts of silicate ash cement, 10 parts of heavy calcium carbonate, 4 parts of light calcium carbonate, 5 parts of calcium hydroxide, 10 parts of talcum powder, 10 parts of redispersible latex powder, 5 parts of bone glue, 4 parts of ferric chloride and 2 parts of thickening agent hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose.
The preparation method of the waterproof and mildewproof rubber powder comprises the following steps:
A) mixing ferric chloride, heavy calcium carbonate, light calcium carbonate, silicate white cement, silicate gray cement, calcium hydroxide and talcum powder according to the weight parts, and then uniformly stirring to obtain a first mixture.
B) Mixing the bone glue, the redispersible latex powder and the hydroxypropyl methyl fiber according to the weight parts, and uniformly stirring to obtain a second mixture.
C) And uniformly mixing the first mixture and the second mixture to obtain the waterproof and mildewproof rubber powder.
The performance of the waterproof and mildewproof rubber powder is detected, and the result is shown in table 1.
Comparative example 1
The rubber powder of the comparative example is not added with ferric chloride and comprises the following components in parts by weight: 18 parts of silicate white cement, 15 parts of silicate ash cement, 8 parts of heavy calcium carbonate, 4 parts of light calcium carbonate, 8 parts of calcium hydroxide, 15 parts of talcum powder, 7 parts of redispersible latex powder, 4 parts of bone glue and 1 part of thickening agent hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose; the preparation method refers to example 1, and the performance test results are shown in Table 1.
Comparative example 2
The rubber powder of the comparative example is not added with bone glue and comprises the following components in parts by weight: 18 parts of silicate white cement, 12 parts of silicate ash cement, 8 parts of heavy calcium carbonate, 4 parts of light calcium carbonate, 8 parts of calcium hydroxide, 15 parts of talcum powder, 11 parts of redispersible latex powder, 3 parts of ferric chloride and 1 part of thickening agent hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose; the preparation method refers to example 1, and the performance test results are shown in Table 1.

The waterproof and mildewproof rubber powder is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 25-35 parts of Portland cement, 10-15 parts of calcium carbonate, 5-10 parts of calcium hydroxide, 10-20 parts of talcum powder, 5-10 parts of redispersible latex powder, 3-5 parts of bone glue, 2-4 parts of ferric chloride and 1-2 parts of thickening agent.
2. The waterproof and mildewproof glue powder of claim 1, wherein the calcium carbonate comprises 6 to 10 parts of heavy calcium carbonate and 4 to 5 parts of light calcium carbonate.
3. The waterproof and mildewproof glue powder of claim 1, wherein the portland cement comprises 15 to 20 parts of portland white cement and 10 to 15 parts of portland ash cement.
4. The water-resistant and mold-proof rubber powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the thickener is at least one selected from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and hydroxyethyl methylcellulose, preferably hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
5. The method for preparing the waterproof and mildewproof glue powder of any one of claims 1 to 4, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: the components are mixed according to the parts by weight and then fully stirred.
6. The method of claim 5, comprising the steps of:
A) mixing and uniformly stirring ferric chloride, calcium carbonate, cement, calcium hydroxide and talcum powder according to the weight part to obtain a first mixture;
B) mixing and uniformly stirring bone glue, redispersible latex powder and a thickening agent according to the weight part to obtain a second mixture;
