The control board 9 is housed in the first control board housing section 22 in a state of being housed in the second control board housing section 23. The first control board housing 22 is a metal control board housing for housing the control board 9, which is formed by screwing and fixing a box-shaped metal plate cover 12 having an opening on one surface to the metal plate base 7. The first control board housing portion 22 is fixed to the main body case 13 by screws. The second control board housing 23 is a resin control board housing configured by fitting and fixing the resin plate 10 to the box-shaped resin case 8 having one open surface, and houses the control board 9.
The control board 9 is fixed to the resin case 8 by screws. The resin case 8 is fixed to the metal plate base 7 by screws. On the resin plate 10, fixing claws 10a for fixing the resin case 8 are provided at 2 locations facing each other. In the resin case 8, fixing holes 8a into which the fixing claws 10a of the resin plate 10 are hooked are provided at 2 locations corresponding to the fixing claws 10 a. Then, the fixing claws 10a of the resin plate 10 are fitted into the fixing holes 8a of the resin case 8, whereby the resin plate 10 is fixed to the resin case 8.
The control board 9 is housed in a second control board housing section 23, which is a resin control board housing section, in a state where a mounting surface 9a, which is a substrate surface of the control board 9 on which a plurality of electronic components are mounted, is opposed to the resin board 10. The resin plate 10 is provided between the inner surface 12a of the metal plate cover 12 facing the mounting surface 9a of the control board 9 and the mounting surface 9a of the control board 9 in the first control board housing 22, which is a metal control board housing. The inner surface 12a of the sheet metal cover 12 facing the mounting surface 9a of the control board 9 is an inner surface 22a of the first control board housing 22 facing the mounting surface 9a of the control board 9. The inner surface 12a of the sheet metal cover 12 is an inner surface of a surface of the first control board housing 22 on a side not adjacent to the main body housing 13, and is an inner surface of a surface of the first control board housing 22 on which the substrate surface of the control board 9 faces, the outer surface of which is exposed.
Inside the first control board housing section 22, the resin plate 10 provided on the inner surface 12a side of the metal plate cover 12 of the control board 9 functions as a heat insulating layer between the inner surface 12a of the metal plate cover 12 and the control board 9. That is, in the bathroom dryer 100, the resin plate 10 is provided, so that the cooling of the periphery of the control board 9 in the first control board housing section 22 is suppressed. Therefore, the bathroom dryer 100 can suppress the occurrence of dew condensation around the control board 9 in the first control board housing 22, such as when a difference in ambient temperature between the inside and the outside of the bathroom occurs, or when the first control board housing 22 is cooled due to a decrease in the temperature of the outside air caused by rainfall, by providing the resin plate 10.
The first surface 10e of the resin plate 10 is a surface of the resin plate 10 on a side facing the inner surface 22a of the first control board housing portion 22. The second surface 10f of the resin plate 10 is a surface of the resin plate 10 facing the opposite side to the side facing the first surface 10 e.
As shown in fig. 6, on the first surface 10e of the resin plate 10, a clearance rib 10b as a first rib for separating the inner surface 12a of the metal plate cover 12 from the first surface 10e of the resin plate 10 is provided along the outer periphery of the first surface 10 e. When the resin plate 10 is accommodated in the first control board accommodating portion 22, the gap rib 10b comes into contact with the inner surface 12a of the metal plate cover 12, thereby forming the air layer 18 between the inner surface 12a of the metal plate cover 12 and the first surface 10e of the resin plate 10.
The air layer 18 formed between the inner surface 12a of the sheet metal cover 12 and the first surface 10e of the resin plate 10 functions as a heat insulating layer between the inner surface 12a of the sheet metal cover 12 and the resin plate 10. That is, the air layer 18 functions as a heat insulating layer between the inner surface 12a of the sheet metal cover 12 and the control board 9. Therefore, the bathroom dryer 100 can suppress the occurrence of dew condensation around the control board 9 in the first control board housing 22, such as when a difference in ambient temperature between the inside and the outside of the bathroom occurs, or when the first control board housing 22 is cooled due to a decrease in the temperature of the outside air caused by rainfall, by providing the air layer 18.
As shown in fig. 6, a first notch 10d for drainage is provided in the gap rib 10b at a portion located on the lower side in the vertical direction in the mounted state of the bathroom dryer 100. Further, a second notch 12b for drainage is provided in the metal plate cover 12 at a position corresponding to the first notch 10d for drainage of the clearance rib 10b in a portion located on the lower side in the vertical direction in the attached state of the bathroom dryer 100.
Further, by providing the first water drainage notch 10d in the clearance rib 10b and providing the second water drainage notch 12b in the sheet metal cover 12, the air layer 18 between the inner surface 12a of the sheet metal cover 12 and the first surface 10e of the resin plate 10 communicates with the outside of the first control board housing section 22. Therefore, even when dew condensation occurs in the air layer 18 between the inner surface 12a of the sheet metal cover 12 and the first surface 10e of the resin plate 10, dew condensation water adhering to the resin plate 10 and the surface of the sheet metal cover 12 on the air layer 18 side moves downward in the vertical direction due to gravity and is discharged through the first drainage notch 10d and the second drainage notch 12 b. Thus, the bathroom dryer 100 can eliminate the influence of moisture generated by condensation between the inner surface 12a of the metal plate cover 12 and the first surface 10e of the resin plate 10 on the control board 9.
Further, the electronic components such as the stepping motor 14 disposed below the first control board housing portion 22 are covered with the cover 19. Therefore, the dew condensation water discharged from the air layer 18 does not drip on the electronic components such as the stepping motor 14.
As shown in fig. 8, the clearance rib 10b is in contact with the inner surface 12c of the metal plate cover 12 facing the side surface 10g of the resin plate 10 in the first control board housing 22. The side surface 10g of the resin plate 10 is in contact with the inner side surface 12c of the opposing metal plate cover 12. Thus, in the bathroom dryer 100, the contact area between the resin plate 10 and the metal plate cover 12 can be increased, and the penetration of moisture from the air layer 18 between the inner surface 12a of the metal plate cover 12 and the first surface 10e of the resin plate 10 toward the control board 9 can be prevented.
The height and width of the clearance rib 10b are not particularly limited as long as the above-described effects can be obtained.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, a second rib, i.e., a water intrusion prevention rib 10c for preventing water from intruding into the second control board housing section 23 is provided on the second surface 10f of the resin board 10 along the outer periphery of the second surface 10 f. An opening end surface 8c, which is an end surface on the opening side of the resin case 8, has a stepped shape along a region on the outer peripheral side of the second surface 10f of the resin plate 10. Thus, the opening end face 8c, which is the end face on the opening side of the resin case 8, and the outer peripheral edge portion 10h, which is the outer peripheral edge portion on the outer peripheral side of the water intrusion prevention rib 10c, of the second surface 10f of the resin plate 10, the side face on the outer peripheral side of the resin plate 10 of the water intrusion prevention rib 10c, and the upper surface of the water intrusion prevention rib 10c are in contact.
Thus, in the bathroom dryer 100, the contact area between the resin case 8 and the resin plate 10 can be increased, and the second control board housing 23 can be prevented from being immersed in water.
As shown in fig. 5, in the resin case 8, a U-shaped groove 8b having a U-shape for externally leading out a lead wire, not shown, led out from the control board 9 is provided in a portion located on the lower side in the vertical direction in the mounted state of the bathroom dryer 100. A flexible cord cover 11 made of resin through which a not-shown lead wire drawn out from the control board 9 passes is fitted in the U-shaped groove 8 b. As shown in fig. 7, a contact portion 10i, with which an end face of the cord cover 11 is brought into contact, is provided on the resin plate 10 at a portion located on the lower side in the vertical direction in the mounted state of the bathroom dryer 100. The cord cover 11 is fixed in a state of being surrounded by the U-shaped groove 8b of the resin case 8 and the contact portion 10i of the resin plate 10. The lead wire drawn out from the control board 9 is fixed by passing through the flexible wire cover 11, and is drawn out downward from the second control board housing 23.
This can prevent water from entering the second control board housing 23 due to the lead wire drawn out from the control board 9 being drawn out from the second control board housing 23, and can draw out the lead wire to the outside of the second control board housing 23. That is, the second control board housing 23 is configured to insulate the control board 9 from the outside by the resin case 8 and the resin plate 10, and further to cover the lead wire drawn out from the control board 9 with the cord cover 11, thereby providing a barrier structure for insulating the lead wire from the outside and preventing water from entering the second control board housing 23. The second control board housing portion 23 is closed by blocking communication between the inside and the outside.
As described above, in the bathroom dryer 100 according to embodiment 1, the resin plate 10 provided between the inner surface 12a of the metal plate cover 12 and the control board 9 functions as a heat insulating layer between the inner surface 12a of the metal plate cover 12 and the control board 9. In the bathroom dryer 100, the air layer 18 formed between the inner surface 12a of the sheet metal cover 12 and the first surface 10e of the resin plate 10 functions as a heat insulating layer between the inner surface 12a of the sheet metal cover 12 and the resin plate 10. This suppresses the cooling of the periphery of the control board 9 in the first control board housing section 22 in the bathroom dryer 100.
Thus, the bathroom dryer 100 can prevent malfunction of the control circuit mounted on the control board 9 due to dew condensation occurring around the control board 9, and can realize the bathroom dryer 100 with high reliability. Further, since the bathroom dryer 100 can secure the insulation necessary for the control circuit without potting the control circuit, the manufacturing operation is not complicated, and the weight of the bathroom dryer 100 is not increased.
Therefore, the bathroom dryer 100 according to embodiment 1 exhibits an effect of being able to suppress malfunction due to condensation without complicating the manufacturing operation and increasing the weight.
The configuration described in the above embodiment is an example of the contents of the present invention, and may be combined with other known techniques, and a part of the configuration may be omitted or modified within a range not departing from the gist of the present invention.
