Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention better understood and make the above objects, features and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more comprehensible, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention are described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a first embodiment of an image verification method according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method for verifying the patrol image of the power transmission line provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
s101: acquiring a patrol maintenance image to be checked;
in a specific implementation scenario, a to-be-verified inspection image uploaded by a user is acquired, image parameters of the to-be-verified inspection image, such as an image resolution, an image brightness value, an image exposure value, and whether a target photographic subject is included are acquired, and if so, a proportion value of the target photographic subject is acquired.
S102: judging whether the inspection image to be verified meets an image verification standard or not and is matched with verification reference information or not, wherein the image verification standard comprises a preset resolution, a preset brightness value, a preset ratio, a preset exposure value and a target shooting object, and the verification reference information comprises at least one of meteorological information, position information and time information;
if the inspection image to be verified meets the image verification standard and is matched with the verification reference information, S103 is carried out;
otherwise, go to S106;
in a specific implementation scenario, the image verification standard is used for verifying whether the image parameters of the inspection and maintenance image to be verified, which are uploaded by the inspection and maintenance personnel, meet the preset standard, and the inspection and maintenance image to be verified, which meets the preset standard, can enable the following staff to quickly and accurately draw a conclusion when judging the condition of the power transmission line to be inspected according to the inspection and maintenance image to be verified. The verification reference information is used for assisting in judging the validity and reliability of the uploaded inspection and maintenance image to be verified, judging whether the inspection and maintenance image to be verified is currently shot, whether the inspection and maintenance image to be verified is a network downloaded image, and whether the inspection and maintenance image to be verified is an image for embezzlement of others. The condition that the worker judges the state of the power transmission line to be patrolled and maintained according to the patrolling and maintaining image to be verified is prevented from being uploaded with the deceptive patrolling and maintaining image to be verified, so that errors occur.
Different projects have different requirements, and the image verification standard and/or verification reference information of the power transmission line to be patrolled and maintained are/is correspondingly obtained according to the different projects.
In the implementation scenario, the image verification standard includes a preset resolution, a preset brightness value, a preset ratio, a preset exposure value, a target shooting object, and setting of the preset resolution. And judging whether the image parameters of the inspection and maintenance image to be verified, such as the image resolution, the image brightness value, the image exposure value and the ratio of the target shooting object, meet a preset image verification standard.
Therefore, the image meeting the standard can ensure that the definition of the patrol and maintenance image to be verified is higher, so that a worker can clearly see whether equipment or lines needing to be repaired exist in the patrol and maintenance image to be verified. The arrangement of the preset brightness value can ensure that the image details of the inspection image to be verified can be completely displayed, so that a worker can more accurately judge whether equipment or lines needing to be repaired exist in the inspection image to be verified. The preset ratio value can ensure the ratio of the target shooting object to be shot in the inspection tour dimensional image to be checked, so that the staff can conveniently check the state of the target shooting object. The preset exposure value can ensure the image quality of the inspection image to be verified, and the judgment of workers is influenced due to poor image quality of the inspection image to be verified caused by underexposure or overexposure. The arrangement of the target shooting object can ensure that the patrol maintenance image to be verified is an effective image, and the waste of time and network resources of workers is avoided.
In this implementation scenario, the verification reference information includes at least one of weather information, location information, and time information. Whether the inspection image to be verified is shot currently by an inspection person, whether the inspection image is shot at the position of the line to be inspected, whether the inspection image accords with the current meteorological characteristics and the like can be judged according to the meteorological information, the position information and the time information. The method comprises the steps of obtaining EXIF (Exchangeable image file format) of a to-be-verified inspection dimensional image, obtaining the shooting position and shooting time of the to-be-verified inspection dimensional image, carrying out image recognition processing on the to-be-verified inspection dimensional image, obtaining the weather condition of the to-be-verified inspection dimensional image, comparing the shooting position, the shooting time and the weather condition with verification reference information, and judging whether the requirement is met.
For example, when the shooting position for acquiring the patrol dimension image to be verified is point a, the shooting time is 13, 12, 21 and 2020, and the position information in the verification reference information is point B, and the shooting time is 21, 12 and 2020, the shooting position does not match the verification reference information.
In other implementation scenes, after the inspection image to be verified is obtained, whether the inspection image to be verified is the same as a previously stored target image is judged, and if the inspection image to be verified is not the same as the previously stored target image, the step of judging whether the inspection image to be verified meets the image verification standard is executed. Or judging whether the same inspection dimension image to be verified is uploaded before, and if not, executing the step of judging whether the inspection dimension image to be verified meets the image verification standard.
According to the description, how to judge whether the inspection image to be verified meets the image verification standard or not and whether the inspection image to be verified is matched with the verification reference information or not can be obtained, and preparation is made for the subsequent steps.
S103: and adding an image label to the patrol maintenance image to be verified according to the image verification standard and/or the verification reference information to obtain the target image.
In a specific implementation scenario, if the image to be verified meets the image verification standard and is matched with the verification reference information, an image tag is added to the inspection image to be verified according to the image verification standard and/or the verification reference information, specifically, the image tag is added to the inspection image to be verified according to the position information and the time information in the image verification standard and/or the verification reference information, so as to generate the target image. Further, a label can be added to the patrol dimension image to be verified according to the image verification standard and/or the target shooting object in the verification reference information, and a target image is generated.
S104: and acquiring the storage position of the target image in the distributed storage system according to the image verification standard and/or the verification reference information, and storing the target image to the storage position.
In a specific implementation scenario, since a plurality of maintenance patrol personnel are required to perform maintenance patrol tasks and upload a large number of maintenance patrol images, a distributed storage method is adopted to store target images in the implementation scenario. Distributed storage is to store data to be stored on a plurality of independent devices in a scattered manner. The distributed network storage system adopts an expandable system structure, utilizes a plurality of storage servers to share the storage load, and utilizes the position server to position the storage information, thereby not only improving the reliability, the availability and the access efficiency of the system, but also being easy to expand. And acquiring the storage position of the target image in the distributed storage system according to the image verification standard and/or the verification reference information.
In this embodiment, the storage location may be acquired according to the time information, may be acquired according to the position information, or may be acquired according to the target object.
S105: and storing the target image to a storage position.
S106: and refusing to store the patrol and maintenance image to be verified.
In a specific implementation scenario, if the inspection image to be verified does not meet the image verification standard and/or does not match the verification reference information, the inspection image to be verified is rejected from being stored. And further, recording the event of the inspection and maintenance personnel uploading the inspection and maintenance image to be verified which is not in compliance, so as to score the inspection and maintenance personnel.
As can be seen from the above description, in this embodiment, an image verification standard and verification reference information are obtained, whether the inspection image to be verified meets the image verification standard and is matched with the verification reference information is determined, if yes, an image tag is added to the inspection image to be verified according to the inspection information, a target image is obtained, and the target image is stored in a storage location. Whether the inspection image meets the requirements or not can be judged before the inspection image is stored, and the problem that the inspection image which is not in accordance with the requirements is uploaded, so that resource waste is caused, and inspection effectiveness is even influenced is avoided. And uploading the inspection image with the compliance improves the completion efficiency and reliability of the inspection task.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a second embodiment of an image verification method according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method for verifying the patrol image of the power transmission line provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
s201: acquiring a patrol maintenance image to be checked;
in a specific implementation scenario, step S201 is substantially the same as step S101 of the first embodiment of the image verification method provided by the present invention, and details are not repeated here.
S202: acquiring the size of the inspection dimension image to be verified, and acquiring the resolution to be verified of the inspection dimension image to be verified according to the size of the inspection dimension image to be verified;
in a specific implementation scenario, the image resolution refers to a product of a width (w) and a height (h) of an image matrix, that is, how many pixel points an image contains, and the to-be-verified resolution of the to-be-verified inspection dimensional image can be represented by the size of the to-be-verified inspection dimensional image. If the color depth of each pixel of the image is 1 byte (8 bits), the relationship between the size of the inspection image to be verified and the resolution to be verified of the inspection image to be verified is as follows:
image size (M) 3 w h/10^6 (M);
from the above equation, we can see that the size of an image is in direct proportion to the resolution of the image, and the resolution of an image of 3M size is 100 ten thousand pixels without compression processing. Therefore, in the implementation scene, the length and the width of the patrol dimension image to be verified do not need to be obtained, and the to-be-verified resolution of the patrol dimension image to be verified is directly obtained according to the size of the patrol dimension image to be verified.
S203: whether the resolution to be checked is greater than or equal to the preset resolution or not;
if yes, go to step S204;
if not, go to step S215.
In a specific implementation scenario, the resolution to be checked is compared with a preset resolution, and whether the resolution to be checked is greater than or equal to the preset resolution is determined.
S204: acquiring a pixel statistical histogram of the inspection dimensional image to be checked, and acquiring a pixel mean value of the inspection dimensional image to be checked according to the pixel statistical histogram;
in a specific implementation scenario, the brightness value of the inspection dimensional image to be verified is obtained according to the pixel mean value of the inspection dimensional image to be verified. Referring to fig. 3a and fig. 3b in combination, fig. 3a is a schematic diagram of a dimension inspection image to be verified according to a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3b is a schematic diagram of a statistical histogram of pixels of the histogram of the inspection dimensional image shown in FIG. 3 a.
S205: judging whether the pixel mean value is equal to a preset brightness value or not;
if yes, go to step S206;
if not, go to step S215.
In this implementation scenario, the preset brightness value is a range centered at 128, for example, 128 ± 20, if the pixel mean value of the inspection dimensional image to be verified is far less than 128, the inspection dimensional image to be verified is too dark, and if the pixel mean value of the inspection dimensional image to be verified is far more than 128, the inspection dimensional image to be verified is too bright.
S206: carrying out image identification on the patrol dimension image to be verified;
and carrying out image recognition on the inspection dimensional image to be verified, and judging whether the inspection dimensional image to be verified comprises a target shooting object.
In a specific implementation scene, the patrol dimension image to be verified is subjected to image recognition, and whether the patrol dimension image to be verified comprises a target shooting object is judged. Referring to fig. 4a and fig. 4b in combination, fig. 4a is a schematic diagram of a second embodiment of the inspection dimensional image to be verified provided by the present invention, and fig. 4b is a schematic diagram of a third embodiment of the inspection dimensional image to be verified provided by the present invention. As shown in fig. 4a and 4b, when a flange, a hanging point fitting, a connecting fitting and other components are found in the inspection tour image to be verified, it is determined that the inspection tour image to be verified is valid in compliance.
Further, a part of the target photographic subject that has been photographed (the result of the previous image recognition can be recorded), a part that has not been photographed, and whether or not the patrol image to be verified includes the part of the target photographic subject that has not been photographed are acquired.
S207: judging whether the patrol maintenance image to be verified comprises a target shot object or not;
if yes, go to step S208;
if not, go to step S215.
The target shooting object comprises a flange, a hanging point fitting, a connecting fitting and the like.
S208: acquiring the image area of a shot object of a target shot object in an image to be checked, and acquiring the ratio of the image area of the shot object to the overall image area of the image to be checked;
in a specific implementation scenario, the area of the object image of the target object in the image to be verified is obtained, please continue to refer to fig. 4a and 4b, as shown in fig. 4a and 4b, when performing image recognition, an algorithm for recognizing the area occupied by the target object is added, so that the detection result of the image recognition algorithm, that is, the detection frame area shown in fig. 4a and 4b, is used, and the area of the rectangular detection frame is measured by the value of the area of the rectangular detection frame to the area of the image to be verified. The ratio can be obtained according to the following formula:
r=A/B;
where a is the area of the detection frame of the target photographic subject, and S is the image area of the image to be verified.
S209: judging whether the ratio is greater than or equal to a preset ratio;
if yes, go to step S209;
if not, go to step S215.
And after the ratio r is obtained, judging whether the ratio is larger than or equal to a preset ratio.
S210: acquiring a comprehensive score of an image to be verified;
in a specific implementation scenario, according to the determination results of steps S202-S209, a comprehensive score of the image to be verified is obtained. If yes, scoring. And if the judgment result is negative, not scoring or deducting. And cumulatively calculating the comprehensive score of the image to be verified.
Further, according to different project requirements, after each item score is multiplied by different weights, a comprehensive score of the image to be verified is calculated.
Setting a preset score threshold value, and judging whether the score meets the storage standard or not according to the score
S211: judging whether the image to be verified meets the storage standard or not according to the comprehensive score;
if yes, go to step S212;
if not, go to step S215.
S212: and adding an image label to the patrol maintenance image to be verified according to the image verification standard and/or the verification reference information to obtain the target image.
S213: and acquiring the storage position of the target image in the distributed storage system according to the image verification standard and/or the verification reference information, and storing the target image to the storage position.
S214: and storing the target image to a storage position.
S215: and refusing to store the patrol and maintenance image to be verified.
In a specific implementation scenario, steps S212 to S215 are substantially the same as steps S103 to S106 of the first embodiment of the image verification method provided by the present invention, and are not described herein again.
According to the description, in the embodiment, whether the inspection image meets the requirement or not is judged before the inspection image is stored, the inspection image which is not in compliance is prevented from being uploaded, resources are wasted, and inspection effectiveness is influenced, so that the completion efficiency and reliability of the inspection task are improved.
