Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a charging method, and fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a charging method according to an exemplary embodiment, where as shown in fig. 1, the charging method includes the following steps:
step 101, determining a use scene of the mobile terminal during charging;
102, selecting a target charging mode with a charging rate corresponding to the power consumption rate of the use scene from alternative charging modes according to the use scene;
step 103, sending the target charging mode to a power supply control module;
and 104, controlling a hardware module corresponding to the target charging mode to charge the mobile terminal based on a first control instruction generated by the power supply control module according to the target charging mode.
It should be noted that the charging method may be applied to any mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal may be: a smart phone, a tablet computer, or a wearable electronic device, etc. Here, in some embodiments, the usage scenario of the mobile terminal may be determined according to an application currently running on the mobile terminal.
The currently running applications include at least: foreground running applications. For example, the application currently running by the mobile terminal is a game application or a video application, and the usage scene may be a game scene or a video scene. For another example, when neither the foreground nor the background of the mobile terminal runs the application, the usage scene is the standby scene; the standby scene is a scene in which the mobile terminal is in a power-on state but does not run an application. If the sleep is not turned off at night, the sleep is mostly in a standby scene.
As such, the usage scenario of the mobile terminal may be: a game scene, a video scene, or a standby scene, etc.
As a specific example, when the mobile terminal is in a game state, if a charging connection is established with the charging device, the usage scenario detected at this time is a game scenario.
In other embodiments, the usage scenario of the mobile terminal may also be determined according to the overall power consumption rate of the mobile terminal. The overall power consumption rate of the mobile terminal can be determined according to the power consumption rates of third-party applications running on the foreground and the background of the mobile terminal and the sum of the power consumption rates of the system applications.
When the overall power consumption rate of the mobile terminal is greater than the first threshold, the usage scenario is considered to be the scenario with the first power consumption rate. And when the overall power consumption rate of the mobile terminal is less than or equal to the first threshold and greater than the second threshold, the use scene is considered to be a scene with a second power consumption rate. When the overall power consumption rate of the mobile terminal is less than or equal to a second threshold value, the use scene is considered to be a scene of a third power consumption rate; wherein the first threshold is greater than the second threshold.
As such, the usage scenario of the mobile terminal may be: a scene of a first power consumption rate, a scene of a second power consumption rate, a scene of a third power consumption rate, and the like; the first power consumption rate is greater than the second power consumption rate, and the second power consumption rate is greater than the third power consumption rate.
Here, whether through a usage scenario determined according to the currently running application or a usage scenario determined according to the overall power consumption rate of the mobile terminal, it can be known that: the power consumption rates differ for different usage scenarios. For example, a game scene consumes more power than a video scene, which consumes more power than a standby scene. Then, when the same charging mode is adopted for each usage scenario, the electric quantity of the mobile terminal may be in an insufficient state all the time in a game scenario with a fast power consumption rate; in the standby scenario, the power of the mobile terminal may be charged quickly, so that the mobile terminal may have a state difference in different usage scenarios. In this case, when the usage scenario is detected during charging and the charging mode is dynamically matched according to the usage scenario, a charging mode more suitable for the charging requirement can be realized.
Here, at least a power control module is included in the mobile terminal.
The power supply control module at least comprises a power supply control chip and is used for receiving a target charging mode sent by the processing module of the mobile terminal; generating a first control instruction according to the target charging mode; the first control instruction is used for controlling a hardware module corresponding to the target charging mode to charge the mobile terminal.
It should be noted that, in order to implement various charging modes, the embodiment of the present disclosure implements scheduling of various charging modes through the processing module, that is, after determining a usage scenario of the mobile terminal during charging, the processing module in the mobile terminal selects a suitable target charging mode from the alternative charging modes; sending the target charging mode to a power supply control module; and controlling a hardware module corresponding to the target charging mode to charge the mobile terminal based on a first control instruction generated by the power supply control module.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating a charging circuit according to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the charging circuit comprising: a power control module 201 and a processing module 202. The power supply control module 201 includes: a power control chip 2011, and an input interface 2012 and an output interface 2013 connected to the power control chip 2011; the input interface is used for receiving charging current to charge a battery in the power supply control module, and the output interface is used for supplying power to all electric devices in the mobile terminal.
Here, the processing module 202 is connected to a current sampling module 2021 and a power output module 2022. In some embodiments, the processing module 202 is further connected to a signal amplification module 2023.
The processing module may be a central Controller (CPU) of the mobile terminal.
The current sampling module is used for detecting the current charging current; the signal amplification module is used for amplifying signals, and is beneficial to detecting the signals. The power output module is used for detecting the current charging power.
Through the charging circuit, after the current charging power is obtained, the charging amount can be judged according to the charging power in the follow-up process, and a reference basis is provided for judging whether the follow-up charging mode is switched or not. When it is determined that the charging mode needs to be switched based on the charging power, the switching of the charging mode is achieved by controlling the current input to each electric device.
The a and B contacts in fig. 2 are used to connect to the module that requires power.
When the mobile terminal is a smart phone, the contacts A and B are metal contacts corresponding to modules needing power supply in the smart phone, namely, the modules where the electric devices are located are connected with the charging circuit through the contacts, and power is received based on the connection.
It should be noted that, when the mobile terminal is a charger, the a and B contacts are metal contacts for connecting with a smartphone to be charged.
Further, since the present disclosure controls charging in a software level, the present disclosure may involve the processing module invoking specific hardware modules corresponding to different charging modes in different usage scenarios.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of structural modules of a smart phone and a charger, and as shown in fig. 3, after a charging connection is established between the smart phone and the charger when the mobile terminal is any of the devices, the smart phone and the charger both include: a core layer, a communication layer, and a physical layer.
The specific charging mode is determined through the core layer, and after the charging mode is determined, the determined charging mode is transmitted to the physical layer through the communication layer. The physical layer comprises a hardware module, and after the charging mode is determined, the hardware module corresponding to the charging mode in the physical layer is called to realize charging.
When the charging mode is switched, a switching instruction of the charging mode needs to be generated, and the switching instruction still needs to be sent to the physical layer through the communication layer, so that the physical layer schedules the corresponding hardware module to realize charging based on the switching instruction.
In this way, the charging mode can be dynamically selected based on different usage scenarios in the mobile terminal, and different charging experiences are provided.
In order to detect a usage scenario of the mobile terminal, in some embodiments, the charging method further includes:
when the mobile terminal is detected to be in a charging state, detecting a use scene of the mobile terminal based on a preset detection period; and when detecting that the use scene of the mobile terminal is switched, correspondingly switching the charging mode.
Here, the detection period may also be set to an arbitrary value as needed; for example, it is set according to the user's historical usage habits. Specifically, in the historical use, if the game is run for more than a preset time period such as half an hour after entering the game scene, the detection period may be set to a value of the preset time period such as 10 minutes, 20 minutes, or 30 minutes.
Therefore, the use scenes of the mobile terminal are detected by setting the detection period, the charging mode can be flexibly changed, the charging at each time can better accord with the characteristics of each use scene, and the charging effect is better.
Here, in some embodiments, the charging mode may be a mode in which the charging rate is greater than a first threshold, corresponding to the usage scenario. Alternatively, a mode in which the charge rate is less than or equal to the first threshold value and greater than the second threshold value may be possible. Still alternatively, a mode in which the charge rate is less than or equal to the second threshold value may also be used; the second threshold is less than the first threshold.
For example, a mode in which the charge rate is greater than the first threshold may be a fast charge mode, a mode in which the charge rate is less than or equal to the second threshold may be a slow charge mode, and a mode in which the charge rate is less than or equal to the first threshold and greater than the second threshold is a normal speed charge mode.
Here, the standard speed is a speed greater than the second threshold value and less than the first threshold value.
In other embodiments, when the mobile terminal includes multiple power sources, the charging mode may be: serial charging and parallel discharging, serial discharging and parallel charging, serial charging and serial discharging or parallel charging and parallel discharging and the like. Here, in the serial charge and parallel discharge mode, an effect of quick charge can be obtained. And the charging and discharging can be carried out in series or in parallel, and the effect of slow charging can be achieved.
Further, the determination of the target charging mode may be: and presetting a white list based on the corresponding relation between the use scene and the charging mode, and reading the white list to acquire the charging mode corresponding to the use scene after the charging connection is established between the mobile terminal and the charging equipment. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the white list may be established according to the power consumption rate of each usage scenario and the charging rate of each charging mode, so as to select the charging mode for each usage scenario. For example, for a game scene, the power consumption rate is faster, and the effect is better when a charging mode with a faster charging rate is selected for charging. For the standby scene, the power consumption rate is slower because the battery is not applied to operation, and at the moment, a charging mode with a slower charging rate can be selected for charging, and the slow charging is beneficial to protecting the electronic equipment, so that the service life of the battery can be prolonged.
In other embodiments, the corresponding relationship between the usage scenario and the charging mode in the white list may also be set according to the usage habit of the user, for example, the mobile terminal is habitually charged quickly in the game scenario, but the mobile terminal is habitually charged normally or slowly in the standby mode. The present disclosure does not limit the setting of the correspondence relationship between the usage scenario and the charging mode.
However, the determination of the target charging mode may be: after the use scene is determined, the power consumption rate of the use scene is obtained, and a charging mode with the charging rate close to the power consumption rate is selected from the alternative charging modes and serves as a target charging mode. The method comprises the steps that a white list related to the corresponding relation between the use scene and the charging mode is not set in the mobile terminal, after connection with the charging equipment is established each time, the power consumption rate of the use scene is obtained by determining the use scene, and then the power consumption rate is determined by comparing the power consumption rate with the charging rate of each charging mode in the alternative charging modes.
It should be noted that the manner of setting the white list in advance can realize charging more quickly in the subsequent use; but the flexibility is relatively poor. After the connection with the charging equipment is established each time, the mode of the target charging mode is determined through detection, so that the flexibility is relatively good, and the method is suitable for scenes with temporary replacement in alternative charging modes. The determination of the target charging mode is not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure, and may be selected as needed.
In addition, in some embodiments, when it is detected that the mobile terminal is currently in the first usage scenario, and after the target charging mode is selected from the candidate charging modes, it is detected that the usage scenario of the mobile terminal is switched from the first scenario to the second scenario, and then the charging mode is also switched correspondingly. So, can make the use habit that charges at every turn can both more press close to the user, perhaps more can accord with the charging characteristic of each scene, reach better charging effect.
In some embodiments, the alternative charging mode comprises: at least two of a first mode, a second mode, and a third mode; wherein the charge rate of the first mode is greater than the charge rate of the second mode, which is greater than the charge rate of the third mode; the charging stability of the third mode is greater than the charging stability of the second mode, which is greater than the charging stability of the first mode.
Since the present disclosure requires matching the charging mode according to the charging characteristics of each scene, the alternative charging mode of the present disclosure includes a plurality of charging modes. The first mode corresponding to fast charging, the second mode corresponding to standard speed and the third mode corresponding to slow speed are used as alternative charging modes to be provided for different use scenes for charging; the standard speed is a default charging rate of the mobile terminal, and is a corresponding charging rate under a standard current.
Here, the first mode is the above-described fast charge mode, the second mode is the above-described standard speed charge mode, and the third mode is the above-described slow charge mode. Taking parameters of the charging device as an example, the standard of the common charging device is 5V voltage, and the current is more than 1A or 2A, so that the second mode is 5V voltage, the charging mode corresponding to charging is performed when the current is 1A or 2A, and the first mode is the charging mode corresponding to charging performed when the current is more than 2A; the third mode is a charging mode corresponding to charging with a current less than 2A.
Under the charging stability, the charging stability corresponding to the standard speed charging mode is greater than that of the fast mode, and the charging stability of the slow mode is greater than that of the standard speed charging mode.
In some embodiments, the selecting, according to the usage scenario, a target charging mode having a charging rate corresponding to a power consumption rate of the usage scenario from alternative charging modes includes:
according to the use scene, determining a charging mode corresponding to a charging rate with the minimum difference with the power consumption rate of the use scene from the alternative charging modes as a target charging mode.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, because the power consumption rates of the usage scenarios are different, if the power consumption rate is greater than the charging rate during charging, the mobile terminal is likely to have a situation of insufficient power during use, and if the power consumption rate is much less than the charging rate, the mobile terminal is likely to be in a situation of fast charging, which may affect the battery life of the mobile terminal. Therefore, when the power consumption rate is equal to the charging rate, a better charging effect can be achieved.
Here, the charging mode corresponding to the charging rate having the minimum difference from the power consumption rate of the usage scenario among the candidate charging modes may be determined as the target charging mode, and the charging mode having the power consumption rate equivalent to the charging rate may be selected, which is more suitable for the actual needs.
It should be noted that, when the power consumption rate is equal to the charging rate, if the method directly charges each electrical device in the mobile terminal, instead of charging the battery (and further charging each electrical device through the battery), the method does not involve the battery in the charging process, reduces the number of times of using the battery, and achieves the purpose of prolonging the service life of the battery.
In some embodiments, the selecting, according to the usage scenario, a target charging mode having a charging rate corresponding to a power consumption rate of the usage scenario from alternative charging modes includes:
and selecting a target charging mode with a charging rate corresponding to the power consumption rate of the use scene from alternative charging modes according to the use scene and the residual electric quantity of the mobile terminal.
Here, when the mobile terminal establishes a charging connection with the charging device, if it is detected that the remaining capacity of the mobile terminal at that time is insufficient, in order not to affect the use, it is necessary to select a target charging mode in combination with the use scenario and the remaining capacity of the mobile terminal.
As a specific example, when the mobile terminal establishes a charging connection with charging, if the mobile terminal is in a game scene during charging and the electric quantity of the mobile terminal is lower than the electric quantity threshold, the charging mode corresponding to the charging rate with the minimum difference from the electric consumption rate of the usage scene is not suitable for the current scene, and at this time, the fast charging mode is more desirable.
Therefore, in the embodiment, the mode of comprehensively selecting the target charging mode by combining the use scene and the residual capacity can select a charging scheme more meeting the actual requirement, and is favorable for the use experience of a user.
In some embodiments, the selecting, according to the usage scenario and the remaining power of the mobile terminal, a target charging mode having a charging rate corresponding to a power consumption rate of the usage scenario from alternative charging modes includes:
and when the ratio of the residual capacity of the mobile terminal to the power consumption rate of the use scene is smaller than a first preset time threshold, determining the charging mode with the maximum charging rate in the alternative charging modes as the target charging mode.
Here, the ratio of the remaining power amount to the power consumption rate of the usage scenario is: the usage time of the mobile terminal for continuous use can be supported. Under the condition that the use scene is not changed, the more the residual electric quantity is, the longer the use time for supporting the continuous use of the mobile terminal is; the less the remaining power, the shorter the usage time that can support the mobile terminal to continue to be used.
When the ratio of the remaining power of the mobile terminal to the power consumption rate of the use scene is determined to be smaller than the first preset time threshold, the fact that the use time of the mobile terminal for continuous use is short is supported, and at the moment, the mobile terminal needs to be charged quickly to meet the requirement for continuous long-time use. Therefore, the charging mode with the maximum charging rate in the alternative charging modes can be determined as the target charging mode, and the purpose of quick charging is achieved.
In some embodiments, the selecting, according to the usage scenario and the remaining power of the mobile terminal, a target charging mode having a charging rate corresponding to a power consumption rate of the usage scenario from alternative charging modes includes:
and when the ratio of the residual capacity of the mobile terminal to the power consumption rate of the use scene is greater than a second preset time threshold, determining the charging mode with the minimum charging rate in the alternative charging modes as the target charging mode.
Here, the second preset time threshold is greater than or equal to the first preset time threshold.
When the ratio of the remaining power of the mobile terminal to the power consumption rate of the use scene is determined to be greater than the second preset time threshold, the fact that the use time for continuing using the mobile terminal is sufficient is meant, and at the moment, the mobile terminal is continuously charged quickly, which is not beneficial to the service life of the battery. Therefore, the charging mode with the minimum charging rate in the alternative charging modes can be determined as the target charging mode, and the purpose of protecting the battery is achieved.
It should be noted that, after the initial charging mode is determined based on the corresponding relationship between the usage scenario and the charging mode, if it is detected that the remaining power of the mobile terminal is greater or less, the initial charging mode may be converted into the target charging mode according to the remaining power condition, so as to implement charging more in line with the requirement.
That is, in some embodiments, selecting a target charging mode having a charging rate corresponding to a power consumption rate of the usage scenario from alternative charging modes according to the usage scenario and the remaining power of the mobile terminal includes:
according to the use scene, selecting an initial charging mode with a charging rate corresponding to the power consumption rate of the use scene from alternative charging modes;
and switching the initial charging mode to a target charging mode based on the residual capacity.
Here, the initial charging mode may be: and the charging mode is determined based on a white list preset by the corresponding relation between the usage scene and the charging mode. Or, the initial charging mode is a charging mode corresponding to a charging rate that is the smallest difference from the power consumption rate of the usage scenario among the alternative charging modes.
For the target charging mode: when the ratio of the residual capacity of the mobile terminal to the power consumption rate of the use scene is greater than a second preset time threshold, the target charging mode is as follows: the charging mode with the smallest charging rate among the alternative charging modes. And when the ratio of the residual capacity of the mobile terminal to the power consumption rate of the use scene is smaller than a first preset time threshold, the target charging mode is as follows: the charging mode with the largest charging rate among the alternative charging modes.
As an example, assuming that the initial charging mode corresponding to the video mode is a charging mode at a standard speed (i.e., a second mode), after the mobile terminal establishes a charging connection with the charging device, if the remaining power of the mobile terminal is low, the mobile terminal is continuously charged in the charging mode at the standard speed, which is likely to cause that the power of the mobile terminal is continuously lowered and the mobile terminal is shut down, then the charging mode at the standard speed needs to be switched to the charging mode with the maximum charging rate in the alternative charging modes, where the charging mode with the maximum charging rate in the alternative charging modes is the target charging mode.
Further, for the video mode, after the charging mode at the standard speed is switched to the charging mode with the maximum charging rate in the alternative charging modes, after the mobile terminal is charged for a period of time based on the charging mode with the maximum charging rate, when it is detected that the ratio of the remaining power of the mobile terminal to the power consumption rate of the usage scenario is greater than the second preset time threshold, it means that the remaining power is sufficient at this time, and then considering that the fast charging of the mobile terminal continues, which may be unfavorable for the service life of the battery, at this time, the charging mode may be switched from the charging mode with the maximum charging rate to the charging mode with the minimum charging rate in the alternative charging modes.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a charging method according to an exemplary embodiment, where as shown in fig. 4, the charging method includes:
step 401, determining a usage scenario when the mobile terminal is charged.
Step 402, determining a charging mode according to the usage scenario.
Here, a charging mode corresponding to a charging rate that differs minimally from the power consumption rate of the usage scenario may be determined as the charging mode to be executed from among the alternative charging modes.
Step 403, detecting the remaining power, and determining whether the charging mode needs to be switched.
Here, when the ratio of the remaining power of the mobile terminal to the power consumption rate of the usage scenario is smaller than the first preset time threshold, it means that the usage time for the mobile terminal to continue to use is insufficient, and at this time, the mobile terminal needs to be charged quickly to meet the requirement for continuing to use for a long time.
When the ratio of the remaining power of the mobile terminal to the power consumption rate of the usage scenario is greater than a second preset time threshold, it means that the usage time for the mobile terminal to continue to use is sufficient, and at this time, the mobile terminal continues to be charged quickly, which is not favorable for the service life of the battery. Therefore, the charging mode with the minimum charging rate in the alternative charging modes can be determined as the target charging mode, and the purpose of protecting the battery is achieved.
If yes, go to step 404; if not, go to step 405.
Step 404, the hardware module corresponding to the switched charging mode is called to execute charging.
After charging through the switched charging mode, the process continues to step 403 to detect the remaining capacity and determine whether the charging mode needs to be switched.
Step 405, maintaining the hardware module corresponding to the current charging mode, and executing charging.
After charging through the current charging mode, go to step 403 to continue detecting the remaining capacity, and determine whether the charging mode needs to be switched.
It should be noted that, during fast charging, the mobile terminal may shake, and after the charging mode is switched from the charging mode with the maximum charging rate to the charging mode with the minimum charging rate in the alternative charging modes, the shake may be alleviated, which is beneficial to the user.
It should be noted that, when the alternative charging modes of the mobile terminal are only the above-mentioned 3 modes: when the mobile terminal is in the fast charging mode (first mode), the standard-speed charging mode (second mode) and the slow charging mode (third mode), if the charging mode is determined to be the first mode based on the corresponding relationship between the usage scenario and the charging mode determined in the white list, and the ratio of the remaining capacity to the power consumption rate of the usage scenario is detected to be smaller than a first preset time threshold, since the charging rate of the first mode is already the maximum in the alternative modes, the switching is not required at this time.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises:
when the fluctuation amplitude value of the charging voltage of the mobile terminal is larger than a preset voltage threshold value, sending a second control instruction to charging equipment which establishes charging connection with the mobile terminal based on the fluctuation amplitude value; the second control instruction is used for adjusting the output frequency of the charging equipment;
receiving an output frequency returned by the charging equipment based on the second control instruction;
and charging the mobile terminal based on the returned output frequency.
Here, when the fluctuation amplitude value of the charging voltage of the mobile terminal is large, the jitter of the mobile terminal is also caused.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, when the fluctuation amplitude value of the charging voltage of the mobile terminal is detected to be larger than the preset voltage threshold value, the second control instruction is sent to the charging equipment based on the fluctuation amplitude value and the target charging mode.
After receiving the second control instruction, the charging device analyzes the second control instruction, obtains a fluctuation amplitude value of the charging voltage of the mobile terminal, generates an adjustment parameter according to the fluctuation amplitude value, adjusts the output frequency of the charging device according to the adjustment parameter, and charges the mobile terminal through the output frequency.
Due to the fact that the output frequencies of the charging equipment are different, when the mobile terminal is charged, the charging voltage of the mobile terminal is different, the charging voltage of the mobile terminal can be adjusted by controlling the output frequency of the charging equipment, and jitter in charging of the mobile terminal is reduced.
Here, the above-mentioned charging device generates an adjustment parameter according to the fluctuation amplitude value, and the output frequency of the charging device is adjusted by the adjustment parameter, which may be: and generating an adjustment parameter for a filter circuit in the charging equipment, and controlling the output frequency of the charging equipment through the output of the filter circuit.
In this way, according to the charging method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, when the mobile terminal is charged, the target charging mode is selected from the candidate charging modes according to the usage scenario of the mobile terminal, and then the mobile terminal is charged based on the target charging mode. Because the selection of the target charging mode is realized according to the corresponding relation between the charging rate of each charging mode and the power consumption rate of the use scene, the selected charging mode can better accord with the characteristics of the current application scene, and the charging effect is better.
