Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an aquatic animal feed, in particular to a formula feed for improving the meat quality and the delicate flavor of grass carp.
Background
Grass carp (Ctenophagodonidellus), Cyprinales, Cyprinidae, Ocimum subfamily and grass carp genus are fishes which take aquatic weeds as main food in nature, one of four famous Chinese carps, and the grass carp has the highest yield and obvious economic benefit in the large amount of freshwater fishes cultivated by the formula feed at present. With the continuous loss of water and soil resources available for cultivation in China and the continuous expansion of the demand of the market for the grass carps, the grass carp cultivation scale and the cultivation density are continuously increased. Although grass carp is typical herbivorous fish, the nutrient concentration is high and the feeding amount is large after the formula feed is completely ingested. Under the intensive high-density culture condition, the deterioration of culture environment, the large use of antibiotic medicines, the existence of antinutritional factors in feed raw materials and the like all can influence the meat quality of the grass carps. When the market for grass carps is continuously low, how to seek breakthrough is the biggest problem facing at present.
Research on nutrition of Chinese herbal medicine preparations on fish has also achieved certain results, but the research is limited to the direction of improving disease resistance and immunity. Under the present environment, people have to develop more forcefully by solving the dilemma in a new way, so the research focuses on improving the meat quality of the grass carps as the freezing point breaking point. The astragalus is a spleen-invigorating and qi-tonifying medicine, is not only an immunopotentiator and can ensure various physiological functions of animals to be strong, but also is a bidirectional regulator, and is a nutrient with comprehensive functions in the aspects of improving hemoglobin and various immune indexes of animals. Poria cocos and licorice root are two basic medicines of the basic prescription for tonifying qi of Chinese herbal medicines, namely the four monarch drugs decoction. The syringaresinol diglucoside contained in Eucommiae cortex can enhance animal endurance, tranquilize and calm, resist oxidation, reduce cholesterol and neutral fat, and reduce liver tissue lipid peroxide; geniposide and aucubin can reduce catabolism of protein and amino acid, improve utilization rate of protein and amino acid, and promote protein synthesis and accumulation in muscle.
The hydrolyzed egg yolk powder is a functional substance extracted from egg yolk, is officially approved as a new resource food by the Ministry of health in 2008, and can be used in common food by the Ministry of health of the people's republic of China No. 20 in 2008. The existing research shows that the hydrolyzed yolk powder has the following functions: increase osteoblast numbers and promote bone and tooth formation; activating the motive power of the skeleton and promoting the elongation of the skeleton; promote the calcium deposition of the skeleton and strengthen the toughness of the skeleton; inhibit the growth of osteoclast and maintain the balance of bone components.
Noni is called "super fruit". Noni pulp is formally approved as a new resource food by the Ministry of health in 2010 (No. 9 publication of Ministry of health in 2010) and can be used in general foods. The existing research shows that the noni fruit is rich in more than 200 nutrient components such as 16 mineral substances, 13 vitamins, 8 trace elements, more than 20 amino acids, more than 10 antioxidant substances and the like.
