The photoelectric microorganism detector sold in the market at present mainly detects microorganisms which can be cultured at a single temperature (room temperature), cannot control the temperature condition of culture according to experiment or detection requirements, and has poor detection effect on thermophilic bacteria, so that the photoelectric microorganism detector has large limitation in practical application and cannot meet different requirements of users.
