According to the method for judging the fake-licensed vehicle according to the parking data, the vehicle identification data is obtained and analyzed through data acquisition while parking is conducted on the parking lot, when the same license plate information is found, the fake-licensed vehicle is automatically verified, fake-licensed information is generated, and the problems that the existing fake-licensed vehicle is high in concealment and difficult to find in time, and loss is caused to a vehicle owner of the fake-licensed vehicle are solved.

Claims (9)
1. A system for determining a fake-licensed vehicle based on parking data, comprising: the system comprises a parking data acquisition module, a data processing center and a license plate verification module;
the parking data acquisition module is used for acquiring image data of vehicles parked in the parking lot, analyzing the image data to obtain vehicle identification data and sending the vehicle identification data to the data processing center;
the parking data acquisition module comprises an image acquisition unit, an image extraction unit, an image identification unit and an information output unit, wherein the image acquisition unit is used for acquiring the image information of vehicles entering a parking lot and sending the acquired image information of the vehicles entering the parking lot to the image extraction unit, the image extraction unit is used for receiving the image information of the vehicles entering the parking lot, which is acquired by the image acquisition unit, extracting all the image information of a single vehicle in an image information photo and sending the extracted image information to the image identification unit, the image identification unit is used for receiving all the image information of the single vehicle entering the parking lot, which is sent by the image extraction unit, analyzing the image information of the vehicle to obtain vehicle identification data and sending the vehicle identification data to the information output unit, and the information output unit is used for receiving the vehicle identification data sent by the image identification unit, and transmitting the vehicle identification data to a data processing center;
the data processing center is used for receiving the vehicle identification data sent by the parking data acquisition module, comparing and collecting the vehicle identification data to obtain license plate matching data, and sending the license plate matching data to the license plate verification module;
wherein the data processing center comprises a data receiving unit, a data comparison unit, a collection unit and a license plate data output unit, the data receiving unit is used for receiving the vehicle identification data sent by the information output unit, and transmitting the vehicle identification data to the data comparison unit, the data comparison unit is used for receiving the vehicle identification data transmitted by the data receiving unit, comparing the vehicle identification data, matching different vehicle identification data according to a preset rule to obtain paired data, sending the paired data to the collection unit, wherein the collection unit is used for receiving the paired data, and the matching data are collected to obtain the license plate matching data, the license plate matching data are sent to the license plate data output unit, the license plate data output unit is used for receiving the license plate matching data sent by the collecting unit and sending the license plate matching data to the license plate verification module;
the license plate verification module is used for receiving the license plate matching data sent by the data processing center, analyzing and verifying the license plate matching data to obtain a verification result and generating fake license plate information;
the license plate verification module comprises a license plate data receiving unit, a license plate information acquiring unit, a judging unit, a voice verification unit, a recording unit and a fake plate information generating unit, wherein the license plate data receiving unit is used for receiving license plate matching data sent by the license plate data output unit and sending the license plate matching data to the license plate information acquiring unit and the judging unit, the license plate information acquiring unit is used for receiving the license plate matching data sent by the license plate data receiving unit, connecting a traffic information center server according to license plate information in the license plate matching data to acquire vehicle type information corresponding to the license plate information and sending the acquired vehicle type information to the judging unit, the judging unit is used for receiving the license plate matching data sent by the license plate data receiving unit and the vehicle type information corresponding to the license plate matching data sent by the license plate information acquiring unit, comparing vehicle type information corresponding to the vehicle license plate pairing data to obtain a comparison result, determining that the vehicle license plate information in the vehicle identification data is a real vehicle license plate when only one vehicle identification data is consistent with the corresponding vehicle type information in the comparison result obtained by the determination unit, sending the vehicle identification data in which the vehicle identification data is inconsistent with the corresponding vehicle type information in the comparison result to the recording unit, determining that the vehicle license plate information in the more than two vehicle identification data is a high degree fake license plate when only more than two vehicle identification data are consistent with the corresponding vehicle type information in the comparison result obtained by the determination unit to obtain high degree fake license plate vehicle identification data, sending the high degree fake license plate vehicle identification data to the voice verification unit, wherein the voice verification unit is used for receiving the high degree fake license plate vehicle identification data sent by the determination unit, and carrying out voice verification on the high-degree fake-licensed vehicle identification data to obtain a verification result, and sending the vehicle identification data which is not verified to the recording unit, wherein the recording unit is used for receiving and recording the vehicle identification data sent by the judging unit and the vehicle identification data sent by the voice verification unit, and the fake-licensed information generating unit is used for generating fake-licensed information data according to the record.
2. The system for determining the fake-licensed vehicle according to the parking data of claim 1, wherein the parking data acquiring module is configured to collect image information of vehicles distributed in parking lots in different areas.
3. The system for judging the fake-licensed vehicle according to the parking data as claimed in claim 1, wherein the image extracting unit extracts the image information of the individual vehicle in a manner that the image data is converted into a single frame picture, and the image information of the individual vehicle is obtained by respectively recognizing and extracting the vehicle picture in the single frame picture.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the image recognition unit analyzes all image information of a single vehicle entering the parking lot to obtain vehicle recognition data including license plate information of the vehicle, color information of the vehicle, brand information of the vehicle, model of the vehicle, and parking lot location information.
5. The system for judging the fake-licensed vehicle according to the parking data as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rule preset by the data comparing unit is that the vehicle identification data with consistent license plate numbers are paired, and the manner of collecting the license plate paired data by the collecting unit is that all the vehicle identification data with consistent license plate numbers are divided into a group of vehicle identification data.
6. The system for judging the fake-licensed vehicle according to the parking data as claimed in claim 1, wherein the vehicle type information acquired by the license plate information acquiring unit includes color information of the vehicle, brand information of the vehicle, model of the vehicle and a contact way of a vehicle owner.
7. The system for determining the fake-licensed vehicle according to the parking data as claimed in claim 6, wherein the voice verification unit verifies in a manner of contacting the vehicle owner to obtain the nearest parking spot information of the vehicle owner, and performs screening according to the parking spot information to obtain the verification result.
8. The system of claim 1, wherein the deck information generating unit generates the deck information data including color information of the deck, brand information of the vehicle, model of the vehicle, and nearest parking spot information according to the record.
9. A method for judging a fake-licensed vehicle according to parking data, applied to the system for judging a fake-licensed vehicle according to parking data as claimed in claim 1, comprising the steps of:
s1, obtaining parking data, wherein an image acquisition unit acquires image information of vehicles distributed in parking lots in different areas, and sends the acquired image information of the vehicles entering the parking lots to an image extraction unit, the image extraction unit receives the image information of the vehicles entering the parking lots, which is acquired by the image acquisition unit, extracts all image information of a single vehicle in an image information picture and sends the image information picture to an image identification unit, the image identification unit receives all image information of the single vehicle entering the parking lots, which is sent by the image extraction unit, analyzes the image information of the vehicles to obtain vehicle identification data, and sends the vehicle identification data to an information output unit, and the information output unit receives the vehicle identification data sent by the image identification unit and sends the vehicle identification data to a data receiving unit;
s2, data processing, wherein the data receiving unit receives the vehicle identification data sent by the information output unit and sends the vehicle identification data to the data comparison unit, the data comparison unit receives the vehicle identification data sent by the data receiving unit, compares the vehicle identification data, matches different vehicle identification data according to a preset rule to obtain matching data, sends the matching data to the collection unit, the collection unit receives the matching data and collects the matching data to obtain license plate matching data, the license plate matching data is sent to the license plate data output unit, and the license plate data output unit receives the license plate matching data sent by the collection unit and sends the license plate matching data to the license plate data receiving unit;
s3, license plate verification, wherein the license plate data receiving unit receives the license plate matching data sent by the license plate data output unit and sends the license plate matching data to the license plate information acquisition unit and the judgment unit, the license plate information acquisition unit receives the license plate matching data sent by the license plate data receiving unit and connects a traffic information center server according to the license plate information in the license plate matching data to acquire the vehicle type information corresponding to the license plate information and sends the acquired vehicle type information to the judgment unit, the judgment unit receives the license plate matching data sent by the license plate data receiving unit and the vehicle type information corresponding to the license plate matching data sent by the license plate information acquisition unit, the vehicle type information corresponding to the license plate matching data is compared to obtain a comparison result, and the judgment unit judges that the license plate information in the vehicle identification data is a real license plate when the vehicle identification data in the comparison result obtained by the judgment unit is only one vehicle identification data in accordance with the corresponding vehicle type, the vehicle identification data with inconsistent vehicle identification data and corresponding vehicle type information in the comparison result are sent to a recording unit, when the vehicle identification data and the corresponding vehicle type information in the comparison result obtained by a judging unit are only consistent with more than two vehicle identification data, the license plate information in the more than two vehicle identification data is judged to be a high degree fake plate, the high degree fake plate vehicle identification data is obtained, the high degree fake plate vehicle identification data is sent to a voice verification unit, the voice verification unit receives the high degree fake plate vehicle identification data sent by the judging unit, voice verification is carried out on the high degree fake plate vehicle identification data, a verification result is obtained, and the vehicle identification data which cannot be verified is sent to the recording unit;
and S4, fake plate information generation, wherein the recording unit receives and records the vehicle identification data sent by the judgment unit and the vehicle identification data sent by the voice verification unit, and the fake plate information generation unit generates fake plate information data according to the record.
