In the prior art, the driving motors of the machine head are all brush motors, so that the operation is inconvenient.

In order to solve the technical problem, the wall surface grinding machine provided by the invention comprises a support rod assembly, a machine head assembly, a controller and a remote controller, the machine head component comprises a machine shell component, a polishing disc, a brushless motor, a dust suction impeller and a dust suction pipe, a brushless motor, a dust absorption impeller and a transmission fluted disc are arranged in the casing component, the brushless motor is provided with a polishing main shaft, the center of the transmission fluted disc is fixedly connected with the grinding main shaft, the center of the dust absorption impeller is provided with a dust absorption rotating shaft meshed with the transmission fluted disc, the front end of the grinding main shaft is fixedly provided with a grinding disc, so that brushless motor drive dust absorption impeller and the dish of polishing rotate, one side of casing subassembly communicates with each other with the vaulting pole subassembly through the dust absorption pipe, and the controller sets up input cable and output cable, and input cable gets into behind the casing subassembly and brushless motor electric connection, and the remote controller is used for controlling the controller.

The invention has the technical effects that: (1) compared with the prior art, the wall surface grinding machine adopts the brushless motor, the controller and the remote controller to be matched, the grinding disc and the LED lamp strip are powered and controlled, the power is sufficient, the connection is convenient, and the operation and the control are easy; (2) the clamping support is adopted to place and install the remote controller, so that the operation convenience is greatly improved during operation, and the remote controller can be operated while the bottom end of the support rod assembly is held during operation; (3) the transmission fluted disc is meshed with a dust collection rotating shaft of the dust collection impeller, so that the dust collection impeller and the polishing disc synchronously rotate at a higher rotating speed; (4) the grinding disc is provided with a plurality of dust inlet holes, so that the ground dust can be conveniently introduced into the dust collection shell; (5) the first support rod and the second support rod are arranged in a hollow mode to form a dust collecting channel, dust can be conveniently led out, the first support rod and the second support rod are locked and fixed through the connecting sleeve after being matched in an inserting mode, and the length of the support rod assembly can be conveniently adjusted.

The front end of casing 15 of polishing sets up along circumference and keeps apart brush 12, and the periphery of casing 15 of polishing still sets up LED lamp area and non-light tight annular lampshade 10, and LED lamp area is through cable and 8 electric connection of controller, and LED lamp area sets up in annular lampshade 10, is protected by annular lampshade 10.
The front end of the grinding main shaft 19 is in transmission fit with the center of the grinding disc 4, and the grinding disc 4 is provided with a plurality of dust inlet holes 11 which are arranged on the same circumference and used for introducing dust into the dust suction shell 17.
