Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
The dosing device 100 and the laundry treating apparatus 200 provided according to some embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 8.
Example one
According to a first aspect of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, there is provided a dispenser 100 including a detergent box 110, a first reservoir 120, a second reservoir 130 and a sensing member, wherein the detergent box 110 has a fitting opening. The first reservoir 120 is detachably provided in the detergent box 110 from the fitting port. The second reservoir 130 is located in the detergent box 110 away from the fitting opening, and the second reservoir 130 can communicate with the first reservoir 120. The sensing member is disposed in the second liquid storage portion 130 to detect a liquid parameter in the second liquid storage portion 130.
The dispensing device 100 of the present invention includes a detergent box 110, a first reservoir 120, a second reservoir 130, and a sensing member. The detergent box 110 has a fitting opening that can facilitate the installation and fitting of the detergent box 110 with other structures. The first reservoir 120 is detachably provided in the detergent box 110 from the fitting port. The second reservoir 130 is located in the detergent box 110 away from the fitting opening, and the second reservoir 130 can communicate with the first reservoir 120. That is, the first reservoir 120 and the second reservoir 130 are disposed in the detergent box 110 in a flow direction of the liquid. The laundry treating agent enters the second reservoir 130 through the first reservoir 120, and then flows into the detergent box 110. It should be noted that the first reservoir 120, the second reservoir 130 and the detergent box 110 are hollow.
Specifically, first liquid storage portion 120 detachably locates in detergent box 110, when the clothing treatment agent surplus is not enough in first liquid storage portion 120, can deviate from first liquid storage portion 120 from detergent box 110, can carry out the liquid feeding processing through opening fluid infusion mouth 121 on first liquid storage portion 120, or can directly change first liquid storage portion 120, pack into detergent box 110 with the new first liquid storage portion 120 that the liquid measure is sufficient, can make fast and put in device 100 and get into normal operating mode, not because first liquid storage portion 120 surplus is not enough, the change of first liquid storage portion 120 just can be realized in loaded down with trivial details operation, the user can directly operate first liquid storage portion 120 in this application, reduce the operating procedure in the liquid feeding process, reduce the spare part quantity of first liquid storage portion 120, reduce the cost of putting in device 100.
Further, the dispensing device 100 further comprises a sensing member, the sensing member is disposed in the second liquid storage portion 130, the second liquid storage portion 130 is disposed inside the detergent box 110, and the sensing member can detect a liquid parameter in the second liquid storage portion 130. It is worth noting that the liquid parameter includes a liquid level parameter. When the content of clothing finishing agent is lower, then can tear out the change with first stock solution portion 120, perhaps carry out the fluid infusion operation to first stock solution portion 120, and the second stock solution portion 130 that has the sensing piece can not be because of clothing finishing agent lacks and is dismantled to avoid operating at the fluid infusion, perhaps change the in-process of first stock solution portion 120, cause the damage and influence the accurate detection of sensing piece to the sensing piece, also can reduce product cost. It should be noted that when the first reservoir 120 is installed in the detergent box 110, the first reservoir 120 is communicated with the second reservoir 130, and the laundry treatment agent in the first reservoir 120 can flow from the first reservoir 120 into the second reservoir 130, so that the sensing member in the second reservoir 130 can detect the content of the laundry treatment agent.
It should be noted that the first reservoir 120 and the second reservoir 130 can be connected by a connecting tube. A first end of the connection pipe is fixed to the second reservoir portion 130, and a second end of the connection pipe is detachably coupled to the first reservoir portion 120. When the first reservoir 120 is separated from the detergent box 110, the first reservoir 120 and a portion of the connection pipe protrude, i.e., the second end of the connection pipe protrudes out of the detergent box 110 along with the first reservoir 120. In this embodiment, the sensing member includes a floating ball disposed in the second reservoir 130, the floating ball can float on the surface of the laundry treatment agent in the second reservoir 130, and a reed switch disposed on the inner wall of the detergent box 110, and a change in the distance between the reed switch and the floating ball generates a corresponding sensing signal. The sensing member can judge an alarm prompt according to the level of the liquid in the second liquid storage portion 130, and a user can perform liquid adding treatment or change the first liquid storage portion 120 treatment according to the alarm prompt.
Specifically, when the laundry treatment agent is lacking, the liquid level is lowered, and the distance between the floating ball and the reed switch is changed, so that the reed switch generates a corresponding sensing signal, so as to control corresponding functional components to prompt the user that the dispensing device 100 is lacking the laundry treatment agent.
Further, the sensing member includes a probe, and the probe is disposed in the second liquid storage portion 130.
In this embodiment, the sensing member comprises a probe disposed in the second reservoir 130, the probe being configured to detect a liquid level in the second reservoir 130. It is noted that the probe includes a monopolar probe, a cylindrical probe, or a bipolar probe. The probe has the advantages of simple structure and high detection accuracy.
Example two
In addition to the foregoing embodiments, the present embodiment describes the water sealing structure of the dispensing device 100, and further, the dispensing device 100 further includes a check valve disposed on one of the first reservoir 120 and the second reservoir 130, and a portion of the other of the first reservoir 120 and the second reservoir 130 can push open the check valve to communicate the first reservoir 120 and the second reservoir 130.
In this embodiment, the dispensing device 100 further comprises a one-way valve disposed on one of the first reservoir 120 and the second reservoir 130, a portion of the other of the first reservoir 120 and the second reservoir 130 being capable of ejecting the one-way valve to communicate the first reservoir 120 and the second reservoir 130. When the first reservoir 120 is separated from the detergent box 110, the laundry treating agent in the first reservoir 120 or the second reservoir 130 having the check valve does not leak. Further, the check valve is disposed on the second reservoir 130, that is, the first reservoir 120 is a replaceable component, and a frequently detachable and easily-damaged component, so that the structure of the first reservoir 120 can be simplified as much as possible, thereby reducing the use cost of the dispensing device 100.
Specifically, in order to achieve communication between the first reservoir 120 and the second reservoir 130, the first reservoir 120 and the second reservoir 130 are provided with corresponding first and second openings. The one-way valve is disposed at the first opening of the first reservoir 120 or the second opening of the second reservoir 130. It should be noted that, when the check valve is disposed at the second opening of the second liquid storage portion 130, the first liquid storage portion 120 is provided with a top-opening member corresponding to the first opening, the top-opening member has a communicating cavity, and the communicating cavity is communicated with the first opening. The ejecting member may extend into the check valve to eject the spool of the check valve, thereby achieving communication between the first liquid storage portion 120 and the second liquid storage portion 130 through the first opening, the second opening, and the communicating chamber.
Further, the dispensing device 100 further includes: two feed liquor valves and top open member, wherein, one of two feed liquor valves sets up on first stock solution portion 120, and another of two feed liquor valves sets up on second stock solution portion 130, and every feed liquor valve has water conservancy diversion passageway and the case that movably sets up in the water conservancy diversion passageway, and a water conservancy diversion mouth that the case can shutoff water conservancy diversion passageway. The top opening piece is movably arranged on the first liquid storage part 120 and provided with a communicating cavity, and the top opening piece can drive the valve core to be away from the flow guide opening so as to enable the flow guide channel to be communicated with the communicating cavity.
In this embodiment, the first reservoir 120 is used to assemble one of the two inlet valves and the knock-out member. The second reservoir 130 is adapted to fit the other of the two inlet valves. Specifically, first stock solution portion 120 has first installation cavity, and at least a part setting of a feed liquor valve is in first installation cavity to carry out the omnidirectional protection to this feed liquor valve, avoid this feed liquor valve to receive external environment damage, prolong the life of this feed liquor valve. Specifically, each liquid inlet valve is provided with a flow guide channel, and the liquid inlet valve further comprises a plurality of flow guide openings. According to the flowing direction of the clothes treating agent, the plurality of flow guide ports comprise a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet, and the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet are both communicated with the flow guide channel. Each liquid inlet valve further comprises a valve core, the valve core can be movably arranged in the flow guide channel, and the valve core can block one of the flow guide ports, so that the water sealing function of the liquid inlet valve is realized. Specifically, when the laundry treating agent flows from the first reservoir 120 to the second reservoir 130, the valve core is disposed at the liquid outlet of the liquid inlet valve disposed on the first reservoir 120. For the liquid inlet valve disposed on the second reservoir portion 130, a valve core is disposed at an inlet of the liquid inlet valve. The valve core can also be far away from the flow guide port to realize the communication between the first flow guide channel and other channels. The feed liquor valve subassembly still includes the piece that opens one's head, and the activity of the piece that opens one's head sets up on first stock solution portion 120, under the unpressurized state of the piece that opens one's head, every case all blocks a flow guide mouth that corresponds separately, and the feed liquor valve subassembly is in the non-conducting state promptly, and the feed liquor valve subassembly has realized sealing the water function this moment, and first stock solution portion 120 and second stock solution portion 130 both sides all have a water sealing function promptly, do not have the leakage problem, ensure the security performance of the product that has this feed liquor valve subassembly. When the top-open piece is pressed, the end part of the top-open piece is contacted with each valve core and drives the valve core to be far away from the flow guide port, so that the flow guide channel is communicated with the communicating cavity of the top-open piece, and the communication is realized, namely, the flow guide channel of the liquid inlet valve arranged on the first liquid storage part 120, the communicating cavity and the flow guide channel of the liquid inlet valve arranged on the second liquid storage part 130 are in a communicating state, and at the moment, the flow of the clothing treatment agent can be realized between the first liquid storage part 120 and the second liquid storage part 130. According to the liquid inlet valve component provided by the embodiment of the invention, through the matching effect of the valve core and the ejecting piece in each liquid inlet valve, when the ejecting piece is not pressed, the valve core can block the flow guide port so that the communication cavity is not communicated with the first flow guide channel, and the water sealing function at two sides of the first liquid storage part 120 and the second liquid storage part 130 is realized, so that any safety problem possibly caused by water leakage is avoided.
Further, the first reservoir 120 includes an avoidance port. The ejection piece comprises an ejector rod, an assembly groove and an ejection sealing part. The push rod forms a communicating cavity, one end of the push rod can be contacted with the valve core of one water inlet valve, and the other end of the push rod penetrates through the avoiding port to be contacted with the valve core of the other water inlet valve. The assembly groove is arranged on the outer wall of the ejector rod. The top-open sealing part is arranged in the assembling groove and is in interference fit with the first liquid storage part 120.
In this embodiment, the ejector pin forms the communicating chamber, and the ejector pin is a cylinder. One end of the push rod can contact with a valve core of one water inlet valve, and the other end of the push rod passes through the avoiding port to protrude out of the outer surface of the first liquid storage part 120, so that positioning and assembly are facilitated. The other end of the ejector rod can be in contact with the valve core of the other water inlet valve, namely, the two ends of the ejector rod respectively jack up the valve cores of different water inlet valves, so that each valve core leaves from the flow guide opening of the flow guide channel, and the communication cavity is communicated with the flow guide channel, and the water inlet function is realized. Further, still be equipped with the assembly groove on the outer wall of ejector pin, the assembly groove is used for the installation to push away the sealing, through making the internal surface interference fit who pushes away sealing and first stock solution portion 120 to realize the leakproofness of first stock solution portion 120, prevent that external impurity dust etc. from dodging the inside that the mouth got into first stock solution portion 120.
Further, the top opening piece further comprises a flow passing opening, the flow passing opening is formed in the end portion of the top opening piece, and the flow passing opening can be communicated with the communicating cavity and the flow guide channel.
In this embodiment, the tip of the top-opening piece is equipped with the mouth that overflows, and the mouth that overflows can lead to intercommunication chamber and water conservancy diversion passageway. A portion of the end of the ejector member is recessed toward the center of the ejector member to form a flow port. Particularly, the overflowing openings are symmetrically arranged at the end parts of the ejecting pieces, so that the stress of the ejecting pieces can be distributed more uniformly when the ejecting pieces are pressed, the acting force is better transmitted to the valve core, and the valve core can move stably. Specifically, one end of the jacking piece, which is in contact with the valve core, is provided with at least two overflowing openings, and the at least two overflowing openings are symmetrically arranged at the end part of the jacking piece.
Further, the top opening piece further comprises a flow passing opening, the flow passing opening is formed in the end portion of the top opening piece, and the flow passing opening can be communicated with the communicating cavity and the flow guide channel.
Further, the ejection piece further comprises a limiting part, the limiting part is arranged on the outer wall of the ejector rod, and the limiting part can be in contact with the inner wall surface of the first liquid storage part 120.
Further, the water inlet valve includes a first water inlet valve, the first water inlet valve is disposed on the first liquid storage portion 120, the first water inlet valve has a first flow guide channel, a first valve core and a first flow guide port, the first water inlet valve further includes a first valve body, the first valve body is connected with the first liquid storage portion 120, and the first valve body forms a first flow guide channel and a first flow guide port; the first elastic piece is arranged between the first valve body and the first valve core in a compression mode; and the first sealing piece is matched with the first valve body and is positioned at the first flow guide port, and the first sealing piece can be contacted with the first valve core.
EXAMPLE III
On the basis of the foregoing embodiments, the present embodiment describes the number of the first liquid storage portions 120 and the second liquid storage portions 130, and further, the number of the first liquid storage portions 120 is plural, the second liquid storage portion 130 includes a plurality of liquid storage cavities, and the number of the first liquid storage portions 120 corresponds to the number of the liquid storage cavities one to one.
In this embodiment, the number of the first liquid storage parts 120 is plural, the plural first liquid storage parts 120 are arranged at intervals inside the detergent box 110, and the first liquid storage parts 120 are relatively independent and do not affect each other. The second stock solution portion 130 includes a plurality of stock solution chambeies, and every stock solution chamber and a first stock solution portion 120 intercommunication, every stock solution chamber all are equipped with corresponding sensing piece, and the sensing piece in every stock solution chamber can be directed against the liquid level in this stock solution intracavity and detect to whether the liquid volume in each first stock solution portion 120 can real time monitoring is sufficient. Certainly, when the liquid volume in the different stock solution chambeies is not enough, then generate corresponding sensing signal, the user can know which specific first stock solution portion 120 needs liquid feeding processing or change processing according to different sensing signal.
Further, the feeding device 100 further includes a liquid outlet disposed on the second liquid storage portion 130, and the liquid outlet enables the second liquid storage portion 130 to communicate with the detergent box 110.
In this embodiment, the dispensing device 100 further includes a liquid outlet disposed on the second liquid storage portion 130, and the liquid outlet enables the second liquid storage portion 130 to communicate with the detergent box 110, so as to enable the sensing component to detect real-time and accurate liquid level parameters, and to simplify the structure of the first liquid storage portion 120, and enable the first liquid storage portion 120 to be a replaceable component and a frequently detachable easily-damaged component, thereby reducing the use cost of the dispensing device 100.
Further, the feeding device 100 further comprises a booster pump, the booster pump is arranged in the detergent box 110, a liquid inlet end of the booster pump is communicated with the second liquid storage part 130 through a liquid outlet, and a liquid outlet end of the booster pump is communicated with the detergent box 110.
In this design, the booster pump can introduce the laundry treating agent in the second liquid storage portion 130 into the detergent box 110, and compared with the laundry treating agent flowing by gravity, the laundry treating agent can be pressurized by the booster pump, and the laundry treating agent in the second liquid storage portion 130 can flow into the detergent box 110 as much as possible under the driving of pressure, so that the laundry treating agent in the detergent box 110 is fully dissolved and diluted, and then is introduced into the washing drum through the liquid outlet pipe of the detergent box 110, and the laundry to be treated in the washing drum is correspondingly treated, such as laundry washing, laundry softening, laundry sterilizing and disinfecting.
Example four
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the present embodiment describes a specific structure of the detergent box 110, and further, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the detergent box 110 includes a first box 111 and a second box 112, and the first box 111 is provided with a water inlet pipe 113. The second box 112 is connected with the first box 111 to form a cavity 115, the second box 112 has a liquid outlet pipe 114, the cavity 115 is respectively communicated with the water inlet pipe 113 and the liquid outlet pipe 114, and the first liquid storage part 120 and the second liquid storage part 130 are arranged on the second box 112 and are positioned in the cavity 115.
In this embodiment, the detergent box 110 includes a first box 111 and a second box 112, the first box 111 is provided with a water inlet pipe 113, and the water inlet pipe 113 is used to introduce a water source, thereby pre-dissolving the laundry treatment agent inside the detergent box 110. The first container 111 and the second container 112 are detachably connected to each other, and can form a cavity 115 after being assembled, and the cavity 115 is used for accommodating the first reservoir 120 and the second reservoir 130. Second container 112 has an outlet conduit 114. After the laundry treatment agent is put into the detergent box 110 from the first liquid storage part 120 and the second liquid storage part 130, the water flow introduced through the water inlet pipe 113 can dissolve and dilute the laundry treatment agent inside the detergent box 110, and then the laundry treatment agent flows out from the water outlet pipe 114, and the diluted laundry treatment agent is contacted with the laundry, so that the laundry damage caused by direct contact of the high-concentration laundry treatment agent and the laundry can be avoided.
Further, the first case 111 forms a water passing chamber, and the water inlet pipe 113 is communicated with the water passing chamber. The feeding device 100 further comprises a plurality of spraying ports, the plurality of spraying ports are distributed on the first box body 111 at intervals, and the plurality of spraying ports are communicated with the water passing cavity.
In this embodiment, the first container 111 can form a water passing cavity, i.e. the first container 111 has a hollow structure. The water inlet pipe 113 is disposed on the top wall of the first container 111, and the water inlet pipe 113 is communicated with the water passing chamber. The feeding device 100 further comprises a plurality of spraying openings, the plurality of spraying openings are communicated with the water passing cavity, and the plurality of spraying openings are distributed on the bottom wall of the first box body 111 at intervals. That is to say, the water inlet pipe 113, the water passing cavity and the plurality of spraying ports can form a water flow channel from top to bottom, and a water source can enter the water passing cavity through the water inlet pipe 113 and then be sprayed into the cavity 115 from the plurality of spraying ports, so that the laundry treatment agent attached to the inner wall of the detergent box 110 can be dissolved and diluted by the water flow and can flow out through the liquid outlet pipe 114 as far as possible, and the possibility of laundry treatment agent residue inside the detergent box 110 is reduced.
Further, the first reservoir 120 includes a front sidewall facing away from the second reservoir 130, at least a portion of the front sidewall being a light-transmitting wall.
In this embodiment, the first reservoir 120 includes a front sidewall facing away from the second reservoir 130, and at least a portion of the front sidewall may form a visible window, i.e., at least a portion of the front sidewall is a light-transmitting wall through which a user may directly observe the remaining amount of the laundry treating agent inside the first reservoir 120. It is worth to say that the light-transmitting wall is made of a light-transmitting material. The user can observe the residual quantity of the clothing treating agent in the liquid storage part through the light-transmitting wall, so that the clothing treating agent can be supplemented in time, and the problem that the normal cleaning function cannot be realized due to the lack of the clothing treating agent is avoided.
Further, the dispensing device 100 further includes a mark portion 140, and the mark portion 140 is disposed on the transparent wall of the liquid storage portion.
In this embodiment, the dispensing device 100 further includes a mark part 140, and the mark part 140 is disposed on a front side wall of the first reservoir part 120, so that a user can conveniently determine the amount of detergent by pressing the mark part 140. The identification portion 140 can also be used to determine the remaining amount of the laundry treating agent in the first reservoir 120, providing a reference for the replenishment liquid. Specifically, the identification part 140 may be a graduation mark, and the identification part 140 is integrally formed with the first reservoir 120. Specifically, the identification part 140 and the first reservoir part 120 may be formed by injection molding.
EXAMPLE five
According to a second aspect of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, 7 and 8, there is provided a laundry treating apparatus 200 comprising the dispensing device 100 provided in any one of the above embodiments.
The laundry treating apparatus 200 provided by the present invention includes the dispensing device 100 provided in any of the above embodiments, so that all the advantages of the dispensing device 100 are provided, and no further description is provided herein.
It is noted that the laundry treating apparatus 200 may be a washing machine, a dryer, or a dry cleaning all-in-one machine.
Further, the laundry treating apparatus 200 includes a housing having a receiving cavity, the dispensing device 100 is disposed in the housing, and at least a portion of the dispensing device 100 extends into the receiving cavity.
In this embodiment, the laundry treating apparatus 200 includes a housing formed with a receiving cavity. Specifically, when the laundry treating apparatus 200 is a washing machine, the receiving cavity may be used to receive an inner tub, an outer tub, driving parts, and the like of the washing machine. The dispensing device 100 is connected to the housing, and at least a portion of the dispensing device 100 extends into the receiving cavity, that is, a portion of the dispensing device 100 extends through the housing into the receiving cavity, another portion of the dispensing device 100 may protrude out of the housing, and the portion of the dispensing device 100 protruding out of the housing may be conveniently used for dispensing the laundry treatment agent. Specifically, a part of the first liquid storage part 120 of the dispensing device 100 protrudes out of the housing, the liquid replenishing port 121 is formed in the part of the first liquid storage part 120, a user can add liquid to the first liquid storage part 120 through the exposed liquid replenishing port 121, the first liquid storage part 120 does not need to be detached from the detergent box 110 in the liquid adding process, and the liquid adding process is simple and convenient to operate.
Conceivably, in order to make the first liquid storage part 120 protrude from the housing, an avoiding opening is correspondingly formed on the housing corresponding to the mounting position of the dispensing device 100, the dispensing device 100 is mounted on the housing, and the free end of the liquid storage part in the dispensing device 100 extends out of the avoiding opening.
Further, the dispensing device 100 further includes a fluid infusion port 121, the fluid infusion port 121 is disposed at an end of the first reservoir 120 away from the second reservoir 130, and the fluid infusion port 121 is used for supplementing the laundry treatment agent into the first reservoir 120. Through set up fluid infusion mouth 121 on first stock solution portion 120 to can be directly for first stock solution portion 120 adds clothing treatment agent, and need not to dismantle first stock solution portion 120 from detergent box 110, simplify the fluid infusion operation, avoid in the long-term use, because first stock solution portion 120 frequently dismantles from detergent box 110 and influence the reliable mating property between the two.
Further, a fluid infusion port 121 is disposed at the top of the first reservoir 120.
In this embodiment, the fluid infusion port 121 is provided at the top of the first reservoir 120, the fluid infusion port 121 communicates with the first reservoir 120, and the laundry treating agent can enter the interior of the first reservoir 120 through the fluid infusion port 121. Through establishing fluid infusion mouth 121 at the top of first stock solution portion 120, on the one hand clothing finishing agent can flow into in first stock solution portion 120 through fluid infusion mouth 121 under the action of gravity, and on the other hand can simplify user's fluid infusion operation degree of difficulty, and the user does not worry clothing finishing agent and flows out at the in-process of fluid infusion, also does not have too much requirement to the fluid infusion pressure of fluid infusion in-process. If the fluid infusion port 121 is disposed at another position, the fluid infusion pressure needs to overcome the gravity of the laundry treating agent in the first fluid reservoir 120 during the fluid infusion process, so as to achieve fluid infusion.
Further, the dispensing device 100 further includes a cover member 122, the cover member 122 is detachably disposed on the first liquid storage portion 120, and the cover member 122 can close the fluid infusion port 121.
