A judicial case data diversification storage system based on cloud storage is characterized in that: the system comprises a checking module, a processing module and a block chain storage module, wherein the checking module is used for checking case data texts uploaded by an equipment acquisition end and sending the checked case data texts to the processing module, the processing module is used for generating data fingerprints of the case data texts, the data fingerprints of the case data texts are checked, storage addresses of the case data texts, user information corresponding to the case data texts and the data fingerprints are sent to the block chain storage module, the block chain storage module is used for updating and storing storage contents, and the block chain storage module is specifically a block chain network formed by a plurality of authoritative proving nodes.

The judicial case data diversification preservation system based on cloud storage according to claim 7, wherein: the system also comprises an encryption/decryption module, wherein the encryption/decryption module is used for encrypting and decrypting the stored data for multiple times and generating new ciphertext data during each data calling and managing;
the encryption/decryption module specifically verifies the user identity information of the application login server, generates a user private key and a user public key when the verification is completed, the private key is used for encrypting the acquired case data original text, and then sends the public key and the encrypted user information to the block chain storage module for storage.

The judicial case data diversification preservation system based on cloud storage according to claim 8, wherein: the certificate issuing system further comprises a certificate issuing module, wherein the certificate issuing module is used for generating a certificate at the server side and outputting a result;
the evidence obtaining module is used for receiving an evidence obtaining request sent by the equipment collecting end, determining case data original files which are obtained by the user through the evidence obtaining request and feeding back the evidence obtaining result to the equipment collecting end.
