Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of bulletproof, in particular to a bulletproof glass safety film.
Background
Bullet-proof glass is a composite material obtained by specially processing glass (or organic glass) and high-quality engineering plastics, and is a generally transparent material, such as PVB/polycarbonate fiber thermoplastic plastics (generally, LEXAN RESIN is also called LEXAN PC RESIN), and it has the appearance of ordinary glass and light-transmitting action, and can provide a certain protection for small arms, and its thickest PC plate can be made into 136 mm thickness, maximum width can be up to 2166 mm width, and its effective time can be up to 6664 days.
The bulletproof glass used at present has lower performance and single function, and the glass is easy to distort after encountering impact due to the single function of the intermediate film in the using process, so that the glass is easy to break when the glass is distorted to a certain degree, and internal personnel are injured, so that the conventional bulletproof glass membrane cannot enable the common glass to reach the level of practical protection.

Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
As shown in fig. 1, a bulletproof glass security film provided for an embodiment of the present invention includes: the composite membrane is prepared by combining ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene and epoxy resin.
The bulletproof glass safety film is a safety film which is 0.28mm in total thickness, is transparent by 90%, is ultraviolet-proof and electromagnetic-proof, can achieve the functions of ultraviolet resistance, electromagnetic signal resistance and the like by adding different materials (such as an ultraviolet-proof agent and a radiation-proof agent) to an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene rolled membrane, and is a polyurethane system with a pressure-sensitive adhesive as an adhesive layer 2. The ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene calendered membrane is an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene composite material or an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber material; the pressure-sensitive adhesive is a polyurethane system, and the adhesive strength is greater than 15N.
According to the embodiment of the invention, on the premise of keeping higher breaking strength, the elasticity modulus of the UHMWPE calendered membrane is far greater than that of a fiber material, the high elasticity modulus is very favorable for shock wave conduction, the stress concentration phenomenon is avoided, and the bulletproof grade can be improved. In addition, the two layers of pressure-sensitive adhesives have different bonding strengths, and when the pressure-sensitive adhesives are subjected to impacts with different properties, micro-displacement with different forms occurs, and base films with different laminates can also stretch to different degrees. The micro-displacement and the stretching of the diaphragm prolong the acting path of the impact force, effectively weaken the impact strength and finally relieve the impact by the displacement. The safety film is only adhered to one surface of the glass, so that the safety film has a one-way protection function. After the safety film is installed, the side provided with the safety film is made irrevocable.
The special structural design is adopted in the figure 1, so that the energy can be effectively absorbed at the moment of loading, the bulletproof capability is strong, and the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene calendered membrane is not easy to tear.
The embodiment of the invention can prevent the glass from being excessively distorted, the bulletproof glass safety film is attached to the reverse side of the impacted surface of the glass, and when the glass is impacted, the glass is pulled through the safety film to prevent the glass from being distorted. So that the common glass has certain bulletproof and penetration-proof functions. After the bulletproof glass safety film disclosed by the embodiment of the invention is pasted, the bulletproof capability is greatly improved.
In the embodiment of the invention, a plurality of layers of rolled membranes are superposed (rolled membrane + adhesive layer + rolled membrane), and high light transmission is ensured by controlling the thickness and high light transmission materials.
In order to further provide the bulletproof performance, other special structural layers are added in the embodiment, and the method comprises the following steps:
as shown in fig. 2, another bulletproof glass security film provided by the embodiment of the invention is provided, and as shown in fig. 2, a metal mesh is arranged in the bonding layer. When the bullet strikes the radiation-proof outer layer 1 and the noise reduction outer layer 2, the bullet passes through the buffer area in the isolation ring 3 and acts on the metal net 4, the metal net 4 deforms to offset the kinetic energy of a part of bullets, and meanwhile, the metal net can play a role in preventing electromagnetic radiation.
Two adjacent ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene calendered membranes are connected through a resin material, and the resin material comprises polyvinyl alcohol or thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber. The shape of the resin material may be an oval, an X-shaped or a Y-shaped structure.
Utilize vertical resin material to carry out firm connection with calendering diaphragm, adhesive linkage, metal mesh, carbon fiber fabric layer, when receiving the impact, there is little deformation or aversion between the two-layer structure between each resin material, is equivalent to there is certain buffer capacity, especially to non-forward load, and the effect of buffering energy-absorbing is more obvious, has guaranteed the integrality of structure, and the rupture disk is difficult for being destroyed.
And a carbon fiber fabric layer is arranged between the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene calendered membrane and the bonding layer. The carbon fiber fabric layer is fixed, so that connection points of the ultra-high molecular polyethylene layer and other layers are increased, and the ultra-high molecular polyethylene layer is prevented from being torn and damaged when loaded. The carbon fiber fabric layer is any one of fabrics which are woven by carbon fiber bundles and have more than any type of warp and weft directions.
Because the thickness of the safety film structure belonging to the glass surface provided by the embodiment of the invention needs to be controlled, the safety film structure cannot be too thick and simultaneously has the bulletproof performance, the thickness of the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene calendered film is more than 0.2 mm. The total thickness of the bulletproof glass safety film is less than 1.2 mm.
The present embodiments are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein. Any reference sign in a claim should not be construed as limiting the claim concerned.
