Abstract
The invention discloses a circuit board cleaning device which comprises a support and a beam fixed on the support, wherein a cleaning component is connected to the beam in a sliding manner, and a conveyor belt is arranged below the cleaning component; the cleaning assembly sequentially comprises an air gun dust removal mechanism, a first dust brushing mechanism, an atomization washing mechanism, a second dust brushing mechanism and a drying mechanism according to the sequence from front to back. According to the circuit board cleaning device, the automatic cleaning effect of the circuit board is achieved through the matching of the mechanisms in the cleaning assembly, and the cleaning effect of the circuit board can be obviously improved and the cleaning efficiency is improved through reasonably arranging the dust removing mechanisms.

At present, printed wiring boards have been used very widely in the manufacture of electronic products. In the production process of the circuit board, the circuit board generally needs to be cleaned and dedusted, so that the circuit board can be normally used.
Current circuit board cleaning device, degree of automation is low, adopts the fan to remove dust moreover generally, but the dust removal effect is poor, can scatter in each position department in the room along with the air current moreover to make the environment in the room relatively poor.

The cleaning assembly 1 further comprises a dust suction mechanism 102, the dust suction mechanism 102 is close to the air gun dust removing mechanism 101 and the first dust brushing mechanism 103 and is connected with the cross beam 3 in a sliding mode, the dust suction mechanism 102 comprises a plurality of dust suction pipes 1022, and a dust suction head 1023 is arranged at the bottom of each dust suction pipe 1022. The bottom of the air gun dust removing mechanism 101 is provided with an air gun nozzle 1011, the bottom of the first dust brushing mechanism 103 is provided with a first brush 1031, and the dust collecting head 1023 inclines towards the air gun nozzle 1011 and the first brush 1031 respectively. When the cleaning assembly works, the circuit board 5 is placed on the transmission belt 4, the space and the height of each mechanism in the cleaning assembly 1 are adjusted, and the circuit board 5 is driven by the transmission belt 4 to sequentially pass through each mechanism in the cleaning assembly 1: firstly, blowing air to the circuit board 5 by the air gun nozzle 1011 at the air gun dust removing mechanism 101 to remove floating dust, sucking the blown dust into the dust collection box 1021 by the dust collection head 1023 under the action of the dust collection mechanism 102, then moving the circuit board 5 to the lower part of the first dust brushing mechanism 103, secondarily removing dust from the circuit board 5 by the first brush 1031, sucking the cleaned dust into the dust collection box 1021 by the dust collection mechanism 102, then cleaning the circuit board 5 in a fog shape by the cleaning liquid under the action of the atomizer 1041 and removing viscous impurities on the surface of the circuit board 5 under the action of the second brush 1051 by the circuit board 5 sequentially passing through the atomized water cleaning device 104 and the second dust brushing mechanism 105, further improving the surface cleanliness of the circuit board 5, and finally drying the circuit board 5 under the action of the drying mechanism 106, wherein the baffle 1062 in the drying mechanism 106 can effectively preserve heat and reduce heat emission of the heater 1061, the drying effect is improved, and the drying efficiency is improved.
