Detailed Description
For a more clear understanding of the technical features, objects and effects of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 and 2 show a first embodiment of the dental prophylaxis device of the present invention. The tooth washing device has the advantages of convenient use, long service life and low use cost. In some embodiments, the dental prophylaxis device may include a housing 20, a suction pump 10, and a nozzle assembly 30. The housing 20 may be used to house the water pump 10 and may form a reservoir for storing a cleaning solution. The water pump 10 may be disposed in the housing 10, and may be used to pump out the cleaning solution in the liquid storage cavity of the housing 10. The nozzle assembly 30 may be disposed at one end of the housing 10, and may be connected to the water pump 10 for spraying the cleaning solution.

In some embodiments, an oil filling channel 131 may be disposed on a side wall of the pump body 11, and the oil filling channel 131 may be formed in the oil filling pipe 13 and may communicate with the accommodating cavity 111 to fill the accommodating cavity 111 with lubricating oil. In some embodiments, the oil injection channel 131 may be tapered, and the radial dimension thereof may gradually decrease toward one end of the receiving cavity 111, so as to increase the pressure of oil injection.

Figures 3 and 4 show a second embodiment of the dental irrigator of the invention which differs from the first embodiment in that it further comprises a reservoir 15. The oil storage tank 15 may be disposed on an outer side wall of the pump body 11, may be located in the housing 11, and may extend to a top wall of the housing 11 along a longitudinal direction of the housing 11. The oil reservoir 15 may be disposed to communicate with the oil filling passage 131, and the oil reservoir 15 may be used to store lubricating oil. In this embodiment, an opening may be formed at an end of the oil storage tank 15 away from the oil filling channel 131, and the opening may be formed at a top wall of the housing 11, and the opening may be used for filling the oil storage tank 15 with lubricating oil.
In this embodiment, a cap 14 may be disposed on the opening, and the cap 14 may be detachably connected to the opening. The cap 14 may be used to cover the opening to avoid oil leakage. When the oil tank 15 needs to be filled with oil, the cap 14 is opened to fill the oil. In some embodiments, the cap 14 may be removably coupled to the opening by providing a snap-fit arrangement, or may be removably coupled to the opening by providing a threaded arrangement.
In this embodiment, the water pump may further include a power mechanism, and the power mechanism 16 may be disposed to extend into the oil storage tank 15 and may be configured to press the lubricant in the oil storage tank 15 into the oil filling channel 131. In some embodiments, the power mechanism 16 may be a pressing rod, which can extend into the oil storage tank 15 from an end away from the oil filling channel 131 and can reciprocate along the longitudinal direction of the oil storage tank 15, so as to press the lubricating oil into the oil filling channel 131, thereby filling the accommodating cavity 111 with oil. In use, the user can open the cap 14 when the set time period or the lubricant in the receiving cavity 111 is used up, and press the pressing rod by using a tool, such as a screwdriver, so that the lubricant can be injected into the receiving cavity 111, thereby preventing the lubricant from drying out and causing the abrasion of the piston 121.
Fig. 5 and 6 show a third embodiment of the tooth irrigator of the present invention, which is different from the second embodiment in that the water pump can automatically fill the receiving cavity 111 with lubricant, so as to improve the convenience of filling the lubricant.
In this embodiment, the pump body 11 may be disposed in a pumping channel 112, the pumping channel 112 may be in communication with the nozzle assembly 30, and the pumping channel 112 may allow the piston assembly 12 to pump water to the nozzle assembly 30.
In this embodiment, the oil reservoir 15 may be disposed on the piston assembly 12, and specifically, the oil reservoir 15 may be disposed on a piston rod of the piston assembly 12 and may be disposed along an axial direction of the piston rod. The filler pipe 13 may be disposed on the inner sidewall of the pump body 11 and may extend radially toward the waterproof sealing sleeve 122, so as to communicate the liquid storage cavity 15 with the accommodating cavity 111. In some embodiments, the filler pipe 13 may be plural, and the plurality of filler pipes 13 may be provided at intervals along the circumferential direction of the pump body 11. In this embodiment, the reservoir 15 may be provided with an opening which may be arranged flush with the end surface of the piston rod of the piston 12. In the present embodiment, a pushing member 151 may be disposed in the oil reservoir 15, and the pushing member 151 may be reciprocally movable in the oil reservoir 15 in the direction in which the piston assembly 12 moves, and may push the lubricating oil in the oil reservoir 15 out of the oil filling channel 131 into the accommodating chamber 111 by the reciprocal movement. In some embodiments, the cross-sectional dimension of the pushing member 151 can be adapted to the cross-sectional dimension of the reservoir 15, so that the reservoir 15 can be divided into two chambers that are not communicated with each other during movement. In this embodiment, the pushing member 151 may be disposed near the pumping channel 112, and when the piston assembly 12 reciprocates in the pump body 11, the pushing member 151 may be driven to reciprocate by the power generated by the water injected into the pumping channel 112.
Fig. 7 and 8 show a fourth embodiment of the tooth irrigator of the invention, which differs from the third embodiment in that the oil reservoir 15 can be arranged outside the pump body 11, and the filler pipe 13 can extend towards the outside of the pump body 11, communicating the oil reservoir 15 with the housing chamber 111.
In this embodiment, the opening of the oil storage tank 15 may be provided with a communication passage 152 communicating with the water pumping passage 112, and the communication passage 152 may allow part of the water in the water pumping passage 112 to enter the chamber above the pushing member 151 of the oil storage chamber 15. The pushing member 151 may include a pushing portion 1511 and a fitting portion 1512, the pushing portion 1511 may be located in the oil storage tank 15, and the cross-sectional dimension may be adapted to the cross-sectional dimension of the oil storage tank 15, the fitting portion 1512 may be disposed at one end of the pushing portion 1511 and may penetrate into the communicating channel 152, when the communicating channel 152 is filled with water, water pressure may be generated to drive the fitting portion 1512 to press down, so as to drive the pushing portion 1511 to push the lubricating oil in the oil storage tank 15 to push out.
Fig. 9 and 10 illustrate a fifth embodiment of the present invention, which is different from the third embodiment in that the receiving chamber 111 may include a first chamber 1111 and a second chamber 1112, and the first chamber 1111 and the second chamber 1112 may be sequentially disposed along the moving direction of the piston assembly 12. Specifically, a protrusion protruding toward the waterproof sealing sleeve 122 may be disposed in the accommodating cavity 111, and the accommodating cavity 111 may be divided into a first cavity 1111 and a second cavity 1112 by the protrusion.
In this embodiment, the oil storage tank 15 may be disposed outside the pump body 11, and the oil pipe 13 may include two oil pipes 13, and the two oil pipes 13 may be disposed corresponding to the two first cavities 1111 and the second cavity 112. In some embodiments, the oil filling passage 131 may include a first oil filling passage 131a and a second oil filling passage 131b, and the first oil filling passage 131a and the second oil filling passage 131b may be provided in one-to-one correspondence with the two oil filling pipes 13. The first oil passage 131a may communicate the oil reservoir 15 with the first cavity 1111, and the second oil passage 131b may communicate the oil reservoir 15 with the second cavity 1112. When the piston assembly 12 moves, the volumes of the first chamber 1111 and the second chamber 1112 change, so that the piston assembly 12 can discharge or draw the lubricating oil from the oil reservoir 15, thereby recycling the lubricating oil in the piston assembly 12 and maintaining the state that the lubricating oil is always in the accommodating chamber 111.

a water pumping channel (112) for pumping water out of the piston assembly (12) is arranged in the pump body (11); the piston assembly (12) makes the water pumping channel (112) inject water to form power to drive the pushing piece (151) to reciprocate through reciprocating motion in the pump body (11).
