the first supporting platform (16) and the second supporting platform (17) are fixed at the bottom of the bottom box (1), the first contact frame (11) and the second contact frame (12) are respectively fixed on the first supporting platform (16) and the second supporting platform (17), two ends of the parallel resistor (15) are respectively and fixedly connected on the first contact frame (11) and the second contact frame (12),

the voltage comparison unit (73) comprises a first comparator, a second comparator, an AND gate circuit, a resistor R1, a resistor R2, a resistor R3, a resistor R4, a resistor R5, a resistor R11, a resistor R15, a resistor R16, a resistor R17 and a resistor R18, wherein the resistance of the resistor R11 is the same as the resistance of the parallel resistor (15), one end of the resistor R1 is connected with a power supply, the other end of the resistor R1 is connected with the parallel resistor (15) R11, one end of the resistor R2 is connected with the power supply, the other end of the resistor R3 is connected with the ground after being connected with the resistor R3 in series, the other end of the resistor R3 is connected with the positive input end of the first comparator, the negative input end of the first comparator is connected with a point where the resistor R1 and the resistor R11 are connected in series and the positive input end of the second comparator at the same time, one end of the resistor R16 is connected with the power supply, the other end of the resistor R16 is connected with the negative input end of the second comparator and is connected with the ground through the resistor R17, the first comparator and the second comparator are respectively connected with the power supply through the resistor R4 and the resistor R18, the main control circuit, the two input ends of the AND gate are connected with the output end of the AND gate (71),
