Abstract
A cleaning tool includes a substrate configured to attach a disposable cleaning sheet, the substrate having a top surface with oppositely disposed front and rear surface portions; a retaining mechanism adapted to releasably retain the disposable cleaning sheet on the substrate, the retaining mechanism comprising a clip member disposed on the top surface, the clip member having first and second side portions spaced apart from each other and front and rear portions extending between the first and second side portions, the first side portion being hinged to the top surface and the second side portion being releasably engaged to the top surface; the clamping member is movable from a first position to a second position; in the first position, the front and rear portions of the holder are capable of clamping respective portions of the disposable cleaning sheet to the front and rear surface portions of the top surface, respectively; in the second position, the disposable cleaning sheet is releasable from the substrate.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cleaning equipment, in particular to a cleaning tool capable of mounting a cleaning mop.
Background
The traditional mop comprises a mop head and a mop rod, wherein the mop rod is connected to the mop head, a mop is arranged on the mop head, the mop is usually sponge or flannelette or other water-absorbing materials, people usually clean the ground by means of a water bucket and the mop, the mop head after the mopping is usually stained with dirt, and people can continue to use after the whole mop head is usually cleaned, so that the mop is undoubtedly time-consuming and labor-consuming.
In order to solve the technical problems, two mop structures are provided in the prior art, for example, chinese patent publication No. CN201189145Y discloses a portable mop, which comprises a mop body, a handle and cleaning paper; the mop body is in a rectangular plate shape and is formed by bonding two plates made of different materials in the thickness direction, four fastener inserting holes are formed around the center of an upper panel, and the shaft cover is respectively inserted into the four fastener inserting holes on the panel through four fasteners at the lower end of the shaft cover and buckled, so that the shaft cover is fixed on the panel; a rotating shaft is sleeved in the shaft cover, and is connected with a handle; four symmetrically arranged card clamping holes are also formed in two sides of the panel, and soft clamping blocks are arranged in the card clamping holes; the cleaning paper is coated outside the mop body, and the front end and the rear end of the coated cleaning paper are respectively inserted into the card paper holes to be clamped and fixed in the soft clamping blocks. For example, chinese patent publication No. CN2776276Y discloses a cloth suction type mop, which comprises a mop holding device, wherein the mop holding device comprises a claw, a slide block, a pressing plate and a plurality of latches arranged on two sides of the bottom plate and capable of extending back and forth along the bottom plate, the claw is composed of a clamping rod and two parallel movable arms connected with the clamping rod, the plurality of latches are distributed on the inner side of the clamping rod, the movable arm on one claw is fixed with the slide block, the movable arm on one claw and the movable arm on the other claw are connected together by a connecting mechanism capable of synchronously and relatively moving the two claws, and a locking mechanism is arranged between the pressing part on the pressing plate and the bottom plate. The mop is assembled through the structure clamped by the clamping teeth and the clamping jaws, the structure is too complex, the mop is wrapped outside the bottom plate by hands firstly in the operation process, then the pressing part on the pressing plate is stepped on by feet, so that the pair of movable arms move oppositely, the clamping rods are driven to clamp the mop, and the operation is not very convenient; and because the edges of the two opposite sides of the mop are clamped by the clamping teeth and the clamping jaws, the edges of the two opposite sides of the mop are easily scratched by the sharp clamping teeth in the using process of the mop, so that the mop is damaged, and the reliability is low.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention aims to provide a cleaning tool which can be quickly assembled with a cleaning sheet, has a simpler structure and is more convenient to operate.
In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a cleaning tool, comprising:
a base plate configured to attach a disposable cleaning sheet, the base plate having a top surface with oppositely disposed front and rear surface portions;
A retaining mechanism adapted to releasably retain the disposable cleaning sheet on the base plate, the retaining mechanism comprising a clip member disposed on the top surface, the clip member having first and second side portions spaced apart from each other and front and rear portions extending between the first and second side portions, the first side portion being hinged to the top surface, the second side portion being releasably engaged to the top surface; the clamping piece can move from a first position to a second position; in the first position, the front and rear portions of the clip are capable of clamping respective portions of the disposable cleaning sheet to front and rear surface portions of the top surface, respectively; in the second position, the disposable cleaning sheet is releasable from the substrate.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the clamping member is of an integral structure.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the clamping member has a rectangular annular structure.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the clamping member is a metal member.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the clamping member is formed by bending a metal wire.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the top surface has a groove; in the first position, at least part of the clamping member is clamped in the groove.
In the above aspect, preferably, a locking member is provided on the top surface, and the locking member is configured to be capable of frictionally engaging with the second side portion to hold the clamping member in the first position.
In the above aspect, preferably, the locking member includes at least one protrusion having an outer surface configured to frictionally abut the second side portion when the clamping member is in the first position.
In the above technical solution, preferably, at least a portion of the outer surface of the bump is an arc surface; the second side portion slides along the arcuate surface as the clamp moves from the first position to the second position.
In the above aspect, preferably, the second side portion includes an upwardly arched projection, and the user can apply a force to the projection to overcome the frictional engagement.
In the foregoing aspect, preferably, the substrate has a bottom surface opposite to the top surface, and the bottom surface is substantially flat.
The present invention is configured to be able to attach a disposable cleaning sheet by providing a substrate and a holding mechanism including a clamp provided on a top surface of the substrate, the clamp being movable from a first position in which a front portion and a rear portion of the clamp are able to clamp respective portions of the disposable cleaning sheet to a front surface portion and a rear surface portion of the top surface of the substrate, respectively; in the second position, the disposable cleaning sheet can be released from the substrate, thereby enabling quick assembly of the cleaning sheet, with a simpler construction and more convenient operation.

Detailed Description
In order to describe the technical content, constructional features, achieved objects and effects of the invention in detail, the following description will be made with reference to the embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. Wherein, the up, down, front, back, left and right directions respectively correspond to the respective positional relationships shown in fig. 1.
The cleaning tool can be used as a cleaning mop by connecting a mop rod, for example, a rotary connector is arranged on the cleaning tool, and the mop rod and the rotary connector are assembled. The cleaning tool pad can also be used as a mopping accessory of the vacuum cleaner, namely, the cleaning tool pad is arranged below a pair of rear wheels of the vacuum cleaner, so that the cleaning tool pad can be used for cleaning the floor while sucking dust, and the cleaning operation is convenient.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the cleaning tool includes a base plate 1 and a holding mechanism 2. The substrate 1 has oppositely disposed top and bottom surfaces 11, 12, the bottom surface 12 being generally planar, the top surface 11 having oppositely disposed front and rear surface portions 111, 112. The bottom surface of the base plate 1 can be attached with a disposable cleaning cloth 3. When the disposable cleaning cloth 3 is attached to the base plate 1, the front and rear opposite side edges thereof are wrapped around the front surface portion 111 and the rear surface portion 112 of the top surface 11 of the base plate 1 and are fixed by the holding mechanism 2. Wherein the base plate 1 may be attached with similar disposable cleaning sheets, such as disposable cleaning papers and disposable cleaning sheets, as well as dry cleaning mops or wet cleaning mops, in addition to the disposable cleaning cloths.
The holding mechanism 2 is adapted to releasably hold the disposable cleaning cloth 3 on the base plate 1, the holding mechanism 2 comprising a grip 21 provided on the top surface 11. The clamp 21 has first and second side portions 211, 212 spaced apart from each other, the first side portion 211 being hinged to the top surface 11, and a front portion 213 and a rear portion 214 extending between the first and second side portions 211, 212, the second side portion 212 being releasably engaged to the top surface 11. Specifically, the clamping member 21 has an integral structure, which is a rectangular annular structure and is formed by bending a wire. The top surface 11 of the base plate 1 has a recess 113, and when the front and rear side edges of the disposable cleaning cloth 3 are respectively wrapped around the front surface portion 111 and the rear surface portion 112 of the top surface 11 of the base plate 1, the rest of the holder 21 except the first side portion 211 is substantially caught in the recess 113. When the user needs to replace the disposable cleaning sheet 3, the clamping member 21 is just required to be removed from the groove 113. As shown in connection with fig. 1, 3, the clamping member 21 has a first position in which the front portion 213 and the rear portion 214 of the clamping member 21 are capable of clamping respective portions of the disposable cleaning cloth 3 at the front surface portion 111 and the rear surface portion 112 of the top surface 11, respectively; in the second position, the disposable cleaning cloth 3 can be released from the base plate 1.
In order to make the disposable cleaning cloth 3 more securely held on the base plate 1, the top surface 11 is provided with a locking member 22, which locking member 22 forms part of the holding mechanism 2, the locking member 22 being configured to be frictionally engageable with the second side portion 212 of the clamping member 21 to hold the clamping member 21 in the first position. Specifically, the locking member 22 includes a protrusion 221 disposed on an opposite inner sidewall of the groove 113, the protrusion 221 has an outer surface, and when the clamping member 21 is located in the first position, the outer surface of the protrusion 221 can be in friction abutment with the second side portion 212 of the clamping member 21, so that the clamping member 21 is more firmly limited in the groove 113, and a user needs to apply a larger pulling force to release the clamping member 21 from the groove 113, so that the situation that the clamping member 21 is released in advance or the disposable cleaning part is released due to misoperation in the use process of the user can be avoided. The outer surface of the boss 221 has a portion designed to be arcuate so that the second side portion 212 facilitates movement of the clamp 21 from the first position to the second position as it slides along the arcuate surface.
To facilitate user operation of the clamp 21, the second side portion 212 of the clamp 21 includes an upwardly arched projection 215, and the user can apply a force to the projection 215 to overcome the frictional engagement between the locking member 22 and the second side portion 212 of the clamp 21.
In other embodiments, the holding member is not limited to a structure in which a groove is provided on the top surface of the substrate to hold the holding member in the first position and switch from the first position to the second position, and a member such as a buckle or a claw may be provided on the top surface to fix or release the holding member so that the holding member engages with or releases from the top surface of the substrate. The locking member is not limited to a structure in which a projection is provided in a groove of the base plate, that is, a snap-lock form, and may be designed as a latch or the like to hold the clip member to the base plate.

All equivalent changes or modifications made in accordance with the spirit of the present invention should be construed to be included in the scope of the present invention.
Claims (9)
1. A cleaning implement, comprising:
a base plate (1), said base plate (1) being configured to be attachable to a disposable cleaning sheet, said base plate (1) having a top surface (11), said top surface (11) having oppositely disposed front (111) and rear (112) surface portions; and
A holding mechanism (2) adapted to releasably hold said disposable cleaning sheet on said base plate (1), said holding mechanism (2) comprising a grip (21) provided on said top surface (11), said grip (21) having a first side portion (211) and a second side portion (212) spaced apart from each other and a front portion (213) and a rear portion (214) extending between said first side portion (211) and second side portion (212), said first side portion (211) being hinged to said top surface (11) and said second side portion (212) being releasably joined to said top surface (11); the clamping member (21) is movable from a first position to a second position; in the first position, the front (213) and rear (214) portions of the grip (21) are capable of clamping the respective portions of the disposable cleaning sheet at the front (111) and rear (112) surface portions of the top surface (11), respectively; in said second position, said disposable cleaning sheet is releasable from said substrate (1);
Wherein the top surface (11) is provided with a groove (113); in the first position, at least part of the clamping member (21) is clamped in the groove (113); the top surface (11) is further provided with a locking member (22), the locking member (22) being configured to frictionally engage the second side portion (212) to retain the clamping member (21) in the first position.
2. The cleaning tool of claim 1, wherein: the clamping piece (21) is of an integrated structure.
3. The cleaning tool of claim 1, wherein: the clamping piece (21) is of a rectangular annular structure.
4. A cleaning implement according to claim 1 or 2 or 3, wherein: the clamping piece (21) is a metal piece.
5. The cleaning tool of claim 4, wherein: the clamping piece (21) is formed by bending a metal wire.
6. The cleaning tool of claim 1, wherein: the locking element (22) comprises at least one projection (221), the projection (221) having an outer surface, the outer surface of the projection (221) being configured to be frictionally abutted with the second side portion (212) in the first position of the clamping element (21).
7. The cleaning tool of claim 6, wherein: at least part of the outer surface of the lug (221) is an arc-shaped surface; the second side portion (212) slides along the arcuate surface as the clamp (21) moves from the first position to the second position.
8. The cleaning tool of claim 1, wherein: the second side portion (212) includes an upwardly arched projection (215) to which a user can apply a force to overcome the frictional engagement.
9. The cleaning tool of claim 1, wherein: the substrate (1) has a bottom surface (12) opposite the top surface (11), the bottom surface (12) being substantially planar.
