The test results in table 1 show that the fineness of the gravure ink prepared in examples 1 to 5 of the present invention is 6 to 9 μm, the drying speed is as low as 8 to 11 seconds, the tinting strength is 97 to 99%, the color degree is 4.5, and the wear resistance is 4.3 to 4.5, which are all superior to the gravure ink prepared in comparative examples 1 and 2, and thus, the water-soluble environment-friendly gravure ink prepared in examples 1 to 5 of the present invention has the advantages of low drying speed, good adhesion, high glossiness and good wear resistance. In addition, the preparation process of the water-soluble environment-friendly gravure ink is simple and easy to operate, the preparation process is safe and environment-friendly, and the water-soluble environment-friendly gravure ink is suitable for industrial production.

Claims (10)
1. The water-soluble environment-friendly gravure ink is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-35 parts of water-soluble resin, 5-15 parts of filler, 15-20 parts of pigment, 2-4 parts of plasticizer, 1-3 parts of defoaming agent, 1-2 parts of flatting agent, 1-2 parts of wear-resisting agent and 30-40 parts of water.
2. The water-soluble environment-friendly gravure ink as claimed in claim 1, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 28-32 parts of water-soluble resin, 8-12 parts of filler, 16-18 parts of pigment, 2.5-3.5 parts of plasticizer, 1.5-2.5 parts of defoaming agent, 1-1.5 parts of flatting agent, 1.5-2 parts of wear-resisting agent and 32-36 parts of water.
3. The water-soluble environment-friendly gravure ink as claimed in claim 1, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 parts of water-soluble resin, 10 parts of filler, 18 parts of pigment, 3 parts of plasticizer, 2 parts of defoaming agent, 1.5 parts of flatting agent, 1.5 parts of wear-resisting agent and 35 parts of water.
4. The water-soluble eco-friendly gravure ink as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the water-soluble resin is one or more of acrylic resin, polyurethane resin, epoxy resin, cellulose acetate butyrate, silicone resin.
5. The water-soluble environmentally friendly gravure ink as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the filler is calcium carbonate, barium sulfate or titanium dioxide.
6. The water-soluble eco-gravure ink as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the pigment is benzidine yellow, fast yellow, gold red, phthalocyanine green, copper phthalocyanine blue or carbon black.
7. The water-soluble environmentally friendly gravure ink as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the plasticizer is glycerin, and the anti-wear agent is an anti-wear agent AD 3216.
8. The water-soluble eco-friendly gravure ink as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the defoamer is a silicone defoamer, a polyacrylamide or a polysiloxane defoamer.
9. The water-soluble environmentally friendly gravure ink as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the leveling agent is polydimethylsiloxane or acrylic acid.
10. A method for preparing the water-soluble environmentally friendly gravure ink according to any one of claims 1 to 3, which comprises the steps of:
(1) weighing water-soluble resin, filler, plasticizer and water according to the formula ratio, adding the water-soluble resin, the filler, the plasticizer and the water into a dispersion machine, and stirring at the rotating speed of 400-500 r/min for 30-40 min to obtain a first mixed solution;
(2) adding the defoaming agent, the flatting agent and the wear-resisting agent in the formula amount into the first mixed solution, and stirring at the rotating speed of 200-300 r/min for 25-30 min to obtain a second mixed solution;
(3) adding the pigment with the formula amount into the second mixed solution, and stirring at the rotating speed of 100-200 r/min for 15-20 min to obtain a third mixed solution;
(4) and adding the third mixed solution into a sand mill, and grinding at the temperature of 30-40 ℃ and the grinding speed of 300-400 rpm for 60-90 min to obtain the water-soluble environment-friendly gravure ink.
