Example embodiments will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the present invention provides a camera with a built-in antenna assembly, which enables an antenna signal to be transmitted through a transparent cover made of a plastic material by disposing the antenna assembly in a first cavity formed by the transparent cover.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a camera with a built-in antenna assembly of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a camera with an antenna assembly built in accordance with the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, one embodiment of the present invention provides a camera with an antenna assembly built therein, including:
the camera comprises a camera body 1, wherein the camera body 1 is made of metal materials, and the cross section of the camera body 1 is circular;
the cross section of the upper cover assembly 2 is circular, and the diameter of one end of the longitudinal section of the upper cover assembly 2 is larger than that of the other end, wherein the upper cover assembly 2 and the camera body 1 are fixed through a buckle so as to form a longitudinal cavity in the upper cover assembly 2;
the transparent cover 3 is made of plastic materials and comprises a hemispherical assembly, wherein a first cavity formed on the inner surface of the transparent cover is communicated with the longitudinal cavity;
a first bracket component 4, the first bracket component 4 being partially disposed in the first cavity and partially disposed in the longitudinal cavity; the first bracket component 4 is a circular ring-shaped structure, and is provided with a circular ring plane component 41 in part of the circumferential direction and a first bracket side wall 42 longitudinally extending along the circumferential direction in other circumferential directions, and the central axis of the first bracket component 4 is consistent with the central axis of the longitudinal cavity in direction;
the antenna assembly 5, the antenna assembly 5 includes the antenna support 51 and forms the aerial on the surface of the antenna support 51, the antenna support 51 is fitted with the shape of the first support sidewall 42; wherein the antenna support 51 is fastened to the first support assembly 4 such that the antenna assembly 5 is partly arranged in the first cavity and partly in the longitudinal cavity such that the signal of the antenna is passed out through the transparent cover 3.
The present embodiment provides a hemispherical video camera, the housing of which is composed of a camera main body 1, an upper cover assembly 2 and a transparent cover 3, wherein the camera main body 1 and the upper cover assembly 2 are made of a metal material, and the transparent cover 3 is used for protecting the lens assembly inside the housing and allowing the lens assembly to be shot through the transparent cover, and therefore, the transparent cover 3 is made of a transparent plastic material. Although the camera body 1 and the cover assembly 2 made of metal affect the transmission of the antenna signal, the transparent cover 3 made of plastic does not affect the transmission of the antenna signal.
In the present embodiment, the antenna assembly 5 is disposed in the longitudinal cavity and the first cavity enclosed by the camera body 1, the upper cover assembly 2, and the transparent cover 3 by the first bracket assembly 4, and at least a part of it is disposed in the first cavity, so that the antenna signal can be transmitted to the outside of the housing through the transparent cover 3. Wherein, the first bracket component 4 has a circular ring shape adapted to the cross-sectional shapes of the longitudinal cavity and the first cavity, and the antenna component 5 further has a shape adapted to the first bracket component 4, specifically, the antenna component 5 can be installed at the outer side of the first bracket component 4, i.e. at the gap between the first bracket component 4 and the housing, so that the antenna component 5 is integrated with the first bracket component 4 by being fixed thereto, which does not affect the internal layout of the camera due to the increase of the antenna component, and does not affect the housing structure due to the formation of the antenna component inside the housing, so that it is not necessary to additionally increase a waterproof structure due to the increase of the antenna component, and compared with the existing antenna solution of the camera, the waterproof leakage point is reduced, and the waterproof risk caused by the antenna can be effectively avoided.
In order to reduce the space occupied by the antenna assembly inside the housing, as shown in fig. 3, the antenna assembly includes an antenna support 51 and an antenna formed on a surface of the antenna support 51, and in a preferred embodiment, the antenna may be formed on the surface of the antenna support 51 by laser etching. The part of the antenna support 51 in the first cavity is an effective functional area of the antenna support, which is visible from the transparent cover 3 after the assembly is completed, and in order to avoid the antenna pattern affecting the appearance of the camera, the antenna may be preferably formed on the inner surface of the antenna support 51, i.e. a side surface thereof facing the first support assembly 4, but not a side surface thereof facing the transparent cover 3.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the housing further comprises a lens assembly 6 inside, which is fixed to the first frame assembly 4 and through the transparent cover 3 to perform shooting. Specifically, the lens assembly 6 is pivotally fixed to the first frame assembly 4, and a pivot axis of the lens assembly 6 is parallel to a diameter direction of the first frame assembly 4, so that the lens assembly 6 has a degree of freedom of a pitch angle with respect to the first frame assembly 4. The antenna bracket assembly 5 is positioned between the lens assembly 6 and the transparent cover 3, partially wraps the lens assembly 6 and avoids the shooting area of the lens assembly 6.
As can be seen from the above solution, the first bracket assembly 4 is used to provide a pivot for adjusting the pitch angle of the lens assembly 6, which further serves as a fixed pivot for the antenna assembly 4, and the antenna assembly 4 is disposed at a position that can reasonably utilize the gap in the existing camera and avoid the influence on the layout by adopting a form-dependent manner.
In a preferred embodiment, the antenna bracket assembly 5 is located right behind the lens assembly 6, and does not block or interfere with functional modules such as light supplement lamps on two sides of the lens assembly.
Fig. 3 is an exploded view of a second embodiment of the camera with built-in antenna assembly of the present invention. Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of the antenna assembly of fig. 3.
As shown in fig. 3, one embodiment of the present invention provides a camera with an antenna assembly built therein, including:
the camera comprises a camera body 1, wherein the camera body 1 is made of metal materials, and the cross section of the camera body 1 is circular;
the cross section of the upper cover assembly 2 is circular, and the diameter of one end of the longitudinal section of the upper cover assembly 2 is larger than that of the other end, wherein the upper cover assembly 2 and the camera body 1 are fixed through a buckle to form a longitudinal cavity in the upper cover assembly 2;
the transparent cover 3 is made of plastic materials and comprises a hemispherical assembly, wherein a first cavity formed on the inner surface of the transparent cover is communicated with the longitudinal cavity;
a first bracket component 4, the first bracket component 4 being partially disposed in the first cavity and partially disposed in the longitudinal cavity; the first bracket component 4 is a circular ring-shaped structure, and is provided with a circular ring plane component 41 in part of the circumferential direction and a first bracket side wall 42 longitudinally extending along the circumferential direction in other circumferential directions, and the central axis of the first bracket component 4 is consistent with the central axis of the longitudinal cavity in direction;
the antenna assembly 5, the antenna assembly 5 includes the antenna support 51 and forms the aerial on the surface of the antenna support 51, the antenna support 51 is fitted with the shape of the first support sidewall 42; wherein the antenna support 51 is fastened to the first support assembly 4 such that the antenna assembly 5 is partly arranged in the first cavity and partly in the longitudinal cavity such that the signal of the antenna is passed out through the transparent cover 3.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the antenna holder 51 has an arc-shaped structure, which includes an arc base 511 and an antenna holder sidewall 512 extending longitudinally along the arc base 511, and the antenna is formed on the surface of the antenna holder sidewall 512.
Wherein the arc base 511 is used for being fixed to the first bracket component 4 through a fastening structure such as a screw, and the antenna bracket side wall 512 extends longitudinally from the arc base 511 to extend from the longitudinal cavity to the circular cavity to form an effective functional area of the antenna bracket, so as to be able to transmit signals through the transparent cover. The antenna holder side wall 512 also has an arc shape that matches the circumferential shape of the first holder side wall 42 and the spherical shape of the transparent cover, so as to be able to be disposed in the gap between the first holder assembly 4 and the upper cover assembly 2 and in the gap between the first holder assembly 4 and the transparent cover 3 as shown in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 4, the antenna is formed on the inner surface of the antenna holder sidewall 512, and the inner surface of the antenna holder sidewall 512 is further provided with a cable 513 connected to the antenna.
As shown in fig. 5, a cable 513 is inserted through the center hole of the first frame member 4 to be connected to the main board of the camera body 1, and a video signal generated by the main board is transmitted to the antenna via the cable 513 and is transmitted out via the transparent cover 3.
The mainboard sets up in camera main part 1, consequently, first bracket component 4 adopts the shape of ring, and its centre bore is used for being located vertical cavity and the cable in the first cavity to wear to establish to camera main part 1.
As shown in fig. 5, in order to fix the position of the cable 513 passing through the central hole, the edge of the first bracket sidewall 42 further includes:
the cable arranging groove 422, the cable 513 is clamped in the cable arranging groove 422 to limit the position of the cable 513 passing through the central hole of the first bracket component 4.
Wherein the wire management channel 422 may be disposed at one longitudinally extending edge of the first bracket side wall 42. The opening of the wire management channel 422 is preferably slightly smaller than the diameter of the cable 513. The cable 513 is deformed by an external force to be inserted into the wire arrangement groove 422, and thus is prevented from being detached from the wire arrangement groove 422.
When the connection location of the cable 513 to the antenna stand sidewall 512 is at a location where the antenna stand sidewall 512 and the first stand sidewall 42 coincide, the top edge or the side edge of the first stand sidewall 42 may further include an exit slot 515 in order to exit and avoid the cable 513. As can be seen from fig. 5, the outlet slot 515, the cable-arranging slot 422, and the center hole sequentially fix the position of the cable 513.
Fig. 6 is an exploded view of a third embodiment of the camera with built-in antenna assembly of the present invention. Fig. 7 is an enlarged view of a portion of the first bracket assembly of fig. 6.
As shown in fig. 6, the camera of the present embodiment further includes:
the lens assembly 6 is pivotally fixed on the first support assembly 4, a pivot axis of the lens assembly 6 is parallel to a diameter direction of the first support assembly 4, so that the lens assembly 6 has a freedom degree of a pitch angle relative to the first support assembly 4, wherein two ends of the diameter of the lens assembly 6 are provided with pivot points 61, and a connecting line between the two pivot points 61 is the pivot axis of the lens assembly 6. The pivot points 61 are fixed to the support members 43 of the first bracket assembly 4, and the support members 43 are likewise located at both ends of the diameter of the first bracket assembly 4, optionally on both sides of the first bracket side wall 42, between the first bracket side wall 42 and the annular planar member 41. That is, the first bracket sidewall 42 may be arcuate less than a semicircle. Preferably, the arc angle of the arc base 511 is less than 180 °, i.e. it is an arc less than a semicircle, so as to avoid the shooting area of the lens assembly 6.
As can be seen from fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the lens assembly 6 is disposed in the first cavity through the first frame assembly 4, the antenna frame side wall 512 and the first frame side wall 42 are disposed in the gap between the lens assembly 6 and the transparent cover 1, and the antenna frame side wall 512 and the first frame side wall 42 partially wrap the lens assembly 6.
In a preferred embodiment, the thickness of the gap between the lens assembly 6 and the transparent cover 3 is at least twice the thickness of the antenna mount sidewall 512. For example, the minimum gap between the transparent cover 3 and the lens assembly 6 is 3.5mm, the antenna bracket 51 is a common plastic piece, the average wall thickness is 1.5mm, and the thickness of the laser-etched antenna is small and can be ignored. The gap between the transparent cover 3 and the lens assembly 6 and the first carrier assembly 4 is therefore sufficient to set down the entire antenna carrier assembly. And the size and the shape of the antenna support do not have special requirements, and from the performance of the antenna, the performance of the antenna is in direct proportion to the area of the antenna subjected to laser etching, so that the larger the effective area capable of being used for the laser etching is, the better the performance of the antenna is. Therefore, the effective area of the antenna support needs to be maximized in the limited gap between the transparent cover 3 and the lens assembly 6, and in this embodiment, the sidewall 512 of the antenna support for the laser-etched antenna is a spherical surface imitating the transparent cover, which is an optimal solution in the gap.
As shown in fig. 6, the camera of the present embodiment further includes:
the second bracket component 7 is of a disc-shaped structure, the axis of the second bracket component 7 is arranged in the longitudinal cavity in the same direction with the central axis of the longitudinal cavity, and the second bracket component has a rotational degree of freedom in the circumferential direction relative to the longitudinal cavity;

The second holder assembly 7 has a rotational degree of freedom in the circumferential direction within the longitudinal cavity for driving the lens assembly 6 to rotate in the circumferential direction. Therefore, the first frame component 4 is fixed to the second frame component 7, and the axes of the first frame component and the second frame component coincide with each other, so that the lens component 6 has a rotational degree of freedom in the circumferential direction by bringing the first frame component 4.
In order to avoid displacement of the antenna support assembly during rotation, in the present embodiment, in addition to the antenna support assembly being coupled to the first support assembly through the circular arc base 511, the antenna support side wall 512 is also in contact with the first support side wall 42 through a snap structure.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the edge of the antenna holder side wall 512 further includes a boss 514 extending toward the first holder side wall 42, the boss 514 having a first protrusion extending in the radial direction of the antenna holder side wall 512 and a second protrusion extending in the circumferential direction of the antenna holder side wall 512, that is, the boss 514 has an L-shaped shape;
the edge of the first bracket sidewall 42 further includes a groove 421 matching with the boss 514, and the groove 421 is snap-fitted with the boss 514 to securely connect the antenna bracket sidewall 512 and the first bracket sidewall 42 in the circumferential direction and the radial direction.
In the present embodiment, since the first chassis assembly 4 can have a rotational degree of freedom in the circumferential direction, the snap structure between the antenna chassis side wall 512 and the first chassis side wall 42 provides a circumferential direction limit in addition to a radial direction limit, and thus, the abutment of the antenna chassis side wall 512 and the first chassis side wall 42 in the radial direction can be ensured, and circumferential displacement occurring at the time of circumferential rotation can be prevented.
Through two ascending spacing connections of side, antenna bracket component 5 is unchangeable with first bracket component 4's relative position is fixed, also further guarantees with the relative position of second bracket component 7 is fixed unchangeable, then it is thick to carry out the angle modulation of circumference direction through second bracket component 7, antenna bracket component 5 is unchangeable with the regional relative position of translucent cover formation of image, can not influence the formation of image of camera.
As can be seen from the above technical solutions, in the present embodiment, the antenna assembly is disposed in the longitudinal cavity and the first cavity that are enclosed by the camera main body, the upper cover assembly and the transparent cover through the first bracket assembly, and at least a portion of the antenna assembly is disposed in the first cavity, so that the antenna signal can be transmitted to the outside of the housing through the transparent cover. The first bracket component is provided with a circular ring shape matched with the cross section shapes of the longitudinal cavity and the first cavity, and the antenna component is further provided with a shape matched with the first bracket component, so that the antenna component is integrally formed with the first bracket component by being fixed to the first bracket component, the internal layout of the camera cannot be influenced due to the increase of the antenna component, and the shell structure is not influenced due to the fact that the antenna component is formed inside the shell, a waterproof structure does not need to be additionally increased due to the increase of the antenna component, compared with the antenna scheme of the existing camera, waterproof leakage points are reduced, and the waterproof risk caused by the antenna can be effectively avoided.
The above-listed detailed description is only a specific description of a possible embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and equivalent embodiments or modifications such as combinations, divisions or repetitions of the features without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention.
