In order to overcome the defects that manual spraying is needed, a large amount of manpower is consumed, redundant wet tissue liquid cannot be collected and the square wet tissue cannot be cut, the technical problem to be solved is that: the wet tissue liquid spraying equipment can automatically spray wet tissue liquid, can collect redundant wet tissue liquid, does not cause a large amount of waste, and can also cut square wet tissues.

The beneficial effects are that: according to the invention, the square wet tissues can be better placed through the matching of the discharging roller and the pressing roller, power can be provided when the square wet tissues are sprayed through the speed reducing motor, a large amount of manpower is saved, the square wet tissues can be wound through the matching of the collecting roller and the sliding frame, the collection of the square wet tissues is more convenient, the wet tissues can be sprayed through the matching of the discharging box and the cylinder body, the wet tissues in the discharging box can be stirred through the stirring plate, the generation of sediment is prevented, the square wet tissues can be cut through the cutting blade, the manual piston pushing plate is not required to slide downwards through the matching of the contact frame and the special-shaped block, a large amount of manpower is saved, the working efficiency of people is improved, and the redundant wet tissues can be collected through the collecting box, so that waste is avoided.

Example 1

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the placement component 2 comprises a first fixing rod 21, a discharging roller 22, a screw cover 23, a second fixing rod 24, a telescopic rod 25, a first spring 26 and a pressing rod 27, wherein the first fixing rod 21 is arranged at the front and rear parts of the right side of the mounting plate 1, the discharging roller 22 is arranged on the first fixing rod 21, the screw cover 23 is arranged at the front part of the rear discharging roller 22, the second fixing rod 24 is arranged at the rear part of the left side of the mounting plate 1, the telescopic rod 25 is arranged at the top end of the second fixing rod 24, the first spring 26 is wound between the telescopic rod 25 and the second fixing rod 24, and the pressing rod 27 is arranged on the telescopic rod 25.
When the wet tissues are placed, the screw cover 23 is unscrewed, the pressing roller 27 is pushed downwards, the telescopic rod 25 is contracted inwards, the first spring 26 is compressed, the wet tissues are wound onto the pressing roller 27 through the discharging roller 22, the pressing roller 27 is loosened, the telescopic rod 25 drives the pressing roller 27 to move upwards to reset under the reset action of the first spring 26, and then the screw cover 23 is screwed back onto the pressing roller 22, so that square wet tissues can be placed better, and the wet tissues are sprayed conveniently by people.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the driving assembly 3 includes a gear motor 31, a gear-missing shaft 32, a post gear 33 and a first rotating shaft 34, the gear motor 31 is fixedly connected to the left side of the mounting plate 1 through bolts, the gear-missing shaft 32 is arranged on the output shaft of the gear motor 31, the first rotating shaft 34 is rotatably arranged on the mounting plate 1, the post gear 33 is arranged on the first rotating shaft 34, and the post gear 33 is meshed with the gear-missing shaft 32.
After square wet tissues are placed, a worker starts the gear motor 31 to rotate, the gear motor 31 rotates to drive the gear-lack shaft 32 to rotate, when the gear-lack shaft 32 rotates to be meshed with the post gear 33, the gear-lack shaft 32 rotates to drive the post gear 33 to rotate, the first rotating shaft 34 drives the rotating assembly 4 to rotate, so that the square wet tissues are wound, the spraying assembly 5 is used for spraying the square wet tissues while the square wet tissues are wound, the gear motor 31 is turned off after the square wet tissues are finished, and then the sprayed square wet tissues are taken down, so that power can be provided when the square wet tissues are sprayed with wet tissues, and a large amount of manpower is saved.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the rotating assembly 4 includes a third fixing rod 41, a receiving roller 42, a first flat belt assembly 43, a sliding rail 44, a sliding frame 45 and a second spring 46, the front left side of the mounting plate 1 is provided with the third fixing rod 41, the third fixing rod 41 is rotatably provided with the receiving roller 42, the first flat belt assembly 43 is wound between the first rotating shaft 34 and the receiving roller 42, the sliding rail 44 is provided at the front of the receiving roller 42, the sliding frame 45 is slidably arranged in the sliding rail 44, and the second spring 46 is connected between the sliding frame 45 and the sliding rail 44.
When square wet tissues are placed, a worker pulls the sliding frame 45 upwards to slide upwards in the sliding rail 44, the second spring 46 is stretched, one end of each square wet tissue is placed on the corresponding material collecting roller 42, after the square wet tissues are placed, the sliding frame 45 is loosened, the sliding frame 45 slides downwards to reset to clamp one end of each square wet tissue under the reset action of the second spring 46, and then the first rotating shaft 34 rotates to drive the corresponding material collecting roller 42 to rotate through the first flat belt combination 43 to wind each square wet tissue, so that the square wet tissues can be wound when the wet tissues are sprayed with wet tissue liquid, and collection of people is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the spraying assembly 5 includes a discharging box 51, a fourth fixing rod 52, a cylinder 53, a water inlet pipe 54, a piston push plate 55, a third spring 56 and a water outlet pipe 57, the discharging box 51 is fixedly connected to the mounting plate 1 through bolts, the fourth fixing rods 52 are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the rear portion of the mounting plate 1, the cylinder 53 is arranged between the top ends of the two fourth fixing rods 52, the water inlet pipe 54 with a one-way valve is connected between the cylinder 53 and the discharging box 51, the piston push plate 55 is slidably arranged on the cylinder 53, the third spring 56 is wound between the piston push plate 55 and the cylinder 53, and the water outlet pipe 57 with the one-way valve is respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the front side of the cylinder 53.
When spraying wet tissue liquid to square wet tissue, a worker pushes the piston push plate 55 downwards, the third spring 56 is compressed, the wet tissue liquid in the cylinder 53 is sprayed to the square wet tissue through the water outlet pipe 57, then the worker releases the piston push plate 55, and under the reset action of the third spring 56, the piston push plate 55 slides upwards to reset, and the wet tissue liquid in the discharging box 51 is sucked into the cylinder 53 through the water inlet pipe 54, so that the wet tissue liquid can be sprayed to the square wet tissue.
Example 2
On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1 and 6, the device further comprises a first connecting frame 61, a second flat belt combination 6, a second rotating shaft 7 and a stirring plate 8, wherein the left side and the right side of the front part of the mounting plate 1 are respectively provided with the first connecting frame 61, the first connecting frame 61 on the left side is rotationally connected with the gear-missing shaft 32, the first connecting frame 61 on the right side is rotationally provided with the second rotating shaft 7, the second flat belt combination 6 is wound between the second rotating shaft 7 and the gear-missing shaft 32, and the rear side of the second rotating shaft 7 is provided with the stirring plate 8.
When spraying wet tissue liquid to the square wet tissue, the gear-missing shaft 32 rotates to drive the second rotating shaft 7 to rotate through the second flat belt combination 6, and the second rotating shaft 7 rotates to drive the stirring plate 8 to rotate, so that the wet tissue liquid in the discharging box 51 can be stirred, and generation of sediment is prevented.
As shown in fig. 1 and 7, the cutting device further comprises a second connecting frame 9, a third flat belt assembly 10, a third rotating shaft 11 and cutting blades 12, wherein the second connecting frame 9 is arranged at the front left side of the mounting plate 1, the third rotating shaft 11 is rotatably arranged on the second connecting frame 9, the third flat belt assembly 10 is wound between the third rotating shaft 11 and the second rotating shaft 7, and a row of cutting blades 12 are arranged on the third rotating shaft 11.
When spraying wet towel liquid on square wet towels, the second rotating shaft 7 rotates to drive the third rotating shaft 11 to rotate through the third flat belt combination 10, and the third rotating shaft 11 rotates to drive the cutting blade 12 to rotate to cut the square wet towels, so that the square wet towels can be cut.
As shown in fig. 1 and 8, the device further comprises a guide sleeve 13, a contact rack 14, a rack 15, a fourth spring 16, a mounting frame 17 and a special-shaped block 18, wherein the guide sleeve 13 is arranged at the front part of the left side of the mounting plate 1, the contact rack 14 is arranged on the guide sleeve 13 in a sliding mode, the rack 15 is arranged at the front side of the contact rack 14, the rack 15 is matched with a gear-missing shaft 32, the fourth spring 16 is connected between the rack 15 and the guide sleeve 13 in a winding mode, the mounting frame 17 is arranged on a piston push plate 55, the special-shaped block 18 is arranged at the bottom end of the mounting frame 17, and the special-shaped block 18 is matched with the contact rack 14.
When the gear-lack shaft 32 rotates to be meshed with the rack 15, the gear-lack shaft 32 rotates to drive the rack 15 to move rightwards, the contact frame 14 slides rightwards in the guide sleeve 13 along with the gear-lack shaft, the fourth spring 16 is stretched, when the contact frame 14 moves rightwards to be contacted with the special-shaped block 18, the contact frame 14 moves rightwards to push the special-shaped block 18 to move downwards, the special-shaped block 18 moves downwards to drive the piston push plate 55 to move downwards through the mounting frame 17, so that wet tissue liquid is sprayed on the square wet tissue, when the gear-lack shaft 32 rotates to be separated from the rack 15, the contact frame 14 slides leftwards along with the reset under the action of the fourth spring 16, the rack 15 moves leftwards along with the reset, the piston push plate 55 slides upwards along with the reset through the mounting frame 17 to drive the special-shaped block 18 to move upwards, so that the piston push plate 55 does not need to slide downwards manually, a great amount of manpower is saved, and the work efficiency of people is improved.
As shown in fig. 1 and 9, the device further comprises a supporting rod 19, a collecting box 110 and a feeding pipe 111, wherein the supporting rod 19 is arranged on the rear left side of the mounting plate 1, the collecting box 110 is arranged on the supporting rod 19, and the feeding pipe 111 is connected between the front side and the rear side of the right side of the bottom of the collecting box 110 and the discharging box 51.
When spraying wet towel liquid on square wet towels, redundant wet towel liquid on the square wet towels drops onto the collecting box 110 and then flows into the discharging box 51 through the feeding pipe 111, so that the redundant wet towel liquid can be collected, and waste is avoided.
