a gear motor (31) mounted on the mounting plate (1);
a gear-missing shaft (32) mounted on the output shaft of the gear motor (31);
a first rotating shaft (34) rotatably mounted on the mounting plate (1);
a post gear (33) mounted on the first rotating shaft (34), the post gear (33) being meshed with the gear-missing shaft (32);
the rotating component (4) comprises:
a third fixing rod (41) mounted on the mounting plate (1);
the receiving roller (42) is rotatably arranged on the third fixed rod (41);
a first flat belt assembly (43) mounted between the first rotary shaft (34) and the take-up roller (42);
a slide rail (44) mounted on the receiving roller (42);
a carriage (45) slidably mounted on the slide rail (44);
a second spring (46) mounted between the carriage (45) and the slide rail (44);
the spraying assembly (5) comprises:
a discharging box (51) which is arranged on the mounting plate (1);
the four fixing rods (52) are arranged on the mounting plate (1) in two;
a cylinder (53) mounted between the two fourth fixing bars (52);
a water inlet pipe (54) is arranged between the cylinder body (53) and the discharge box (51);
a piston push plate (55) slidably mounted on the cylinder (53);
a third spring (56) installed between the piston push plate (55) and the cylinder (53);
the two water outlet pipes (57) are arranged on the cylinder body (53);
the method also comprises the following steps:
the first connecting frames (61) are arranged on the mounting plate (1) in two;
a second rotating shaft (7) rotatably mounted on the first connecting frame (61) at one side;
the second flat belt combination (6) is arranged between the second rotating shaft (7) and the gear-missing shaft (32);
the stirring plate (8) is arranged on the second rotating shaft (7);
