When hip cleaning is carried out, the water tank outlet valve 302 is opened, the external water source inlet valve 303 is closed, water in the clean water tank 301 flows into the instant water heater 305 after being pressurized by the water pump 304, the instant water heater 305 heats clean water, the normally open electromagnetic reversing valve 306 is electrified and reversed for toilet bowl washing, the washing nozzle mover drives the washing nozzle 313 to extend forwards to the central position of the drain outlet, warm water flows into the washing nozzle 313 through the normally open electromagnetic reversing valve 307 for hip cleaning to carry out hip cleaning, and the washing nozzle mover drives the washing nozzle 313 to return to the rear of the toilet bowl 312 after washing is completed.

The sucked gas is heated by the PTC ceramic heater to realize temperature rise, enters the warm air drying air inlet pipe through the electromagnetic directional valve after reaching the proper temperature and is discharged through the bed pan drying port to realize warm air drying of the hip.
The photosensitive sensors are located inside the toilet bowl 312 and above the toilet bowl washing water inlet 314, and are configured to send an instruction to the control system to control the water pump 304 and the instant water heater 305 to work so as to implement a warm water washing function for the buttocks after the photosensitive sensors detect the signal, and after the warm water washing for the buttocks is completed, the control system controls the air pump 308 and the heating wires of the PTC ceramic heater (not shown) to work so as to implement a warm air drying function for the buttocks.

in order to realize the daily excretion of a user who lies in bed for a long time, the inner air cushion 401 consists of a small inner air cushion 406, a connecting part inner air cushion 407 and a large inner air cushion 408 which are independent, and the small inner air cushion 406 is communicated with the large inner air cushion 408 through the inner connecting air passage 405;
a first drainage port 412 is formed in the large inner air cushion 408;
the concave outer air cushion 402 is provided with a second discharge port 413 which is communicated with the first discharge port 412 of the large inner air cushion 408, the concave outer air cushion 402 is positioned above the inner air cushion 401 and has a certain inclination angle, the periphery of the concave outer air cushion is high, the joint of the concave outer air cushion 402 and the first discharge port 412 is low, the second discharge port 413 and the bed plate discharge port 317 are positioned corresponding to the bedpan 312;
a low protective air cushion 403 is arranged around the concave outer air cushion 402 and is used for ensuring the safety of the bedridden people on the bed;
the periphery of the low protective air cushion 403 is provided with a high protective air cushion 404 for preventing the liquid from splashing around when the bedridden people take a shower in bed.
When a user lies down, the air pump 308 works, air firstly inflates the small inner air cushion 406 and the large inner air cushion 408 of the inner air cushion 401 through the first normally-open electromagnetic directional valve and the second normally-open electromagnetic directional valve, and the second electromagnetic directional valve is electrified and reversed after the inflation is finished, so that the inflation of the air cushion 407 in the connecting part is realized; after the inner air cushion 401 is wholly inflated, the first electromagnetic directional valve is electrified and switched, the fourth normally closed electromagnetic valve is electrified and opened, and the air inflates the concave outer air cushion 402 through the first air flow distributor and the fourth electromagnetic directional valve; after the inflation is completed, the fourth normally closed electromagnetic valve is powered off and closed, the first normally closed electromagnetic valve is powered on and opened, and the gas enters the low-protection air cushion 403 through the third electromagnetic directional valve to complete the inflation. At this time, the small inner air cushion 406, the connection portion inner air cushion 407, the large inner air cushion 408, the concave outer air cushion 402, and the low shield air cushion 403 are in a full air state.
When the back-up action is performed, the air cushion 407 in the connecting portion first finishes the air release, and the activity space is released for the small inner air cushion 406 to perform the back-up action along with the back-up bed plate. When the turning-over operation is performed, the air pump 308 works, the first electromagnetic directional valve and the fourth electromagnetic directional valve in the air path are electrified and switched, the second normally closed electromagnetic valve and the fourth normally closed electromagnetic valve are electrified and opened, the air is used for inflating the left turning-over air cushion 409 through the fifth electromagnetic directional valve, and after the fifth electromagnetic directional valve is electrified and switched, the air pump 308 can inflate the right turning-over air cushion 410 to drive a user to complete the left turning-over or right turning-over operation. The left rollover cushion 409 and the right rollover cushion 410 are respectively positioned above the concave outer cushion 402 and are connected to the high shield cushion 404. The air bed in the rollover state is shown in fig. 9 and 10.
When the user bends the legs, the air pump 308 works, the first electromagnetic directional valve and the fourth electromagnetic directional valve are electrified and switched, the third normally closed electromagnetic valve and the fourth normally closed electromagnetic valve are electrified and opened, the air pump 308 inflates the leg bending air cushion 411, and the leg bending air cushion 411 is located on one side of the footboard 10 and used for driving the user to complete the leg bending action. The air bed state at this time is shown in fig. 11.
When a user needs to take a shower in bed, the air pump 308 works, the first electromagnetic directional valve is electrified and switched, the first normally closed electromagnetic valve is electrified and switched, the third electromagnetic directional valve is electrified and switched, air reaches the high-protection air cushion air charging and discharging port through the first electromagnetic directional valve, the first air flow distributor, the first normally closed electromagnetic valve and the third electromagnetic directional valve, the air pump 308 is used for charging the high-protection air cushion 404, and the high-protection air cushion 404 can be used for preventing shower water from splashing around when the user takes the shower, as shown in fig. 12.
