Background
The lattice column is widely applied in the building construction process, the section is generally designed into a biaxial symmetrical or uniaxial symmetrical section by section steel or steel plates, as shown in fig. 4, the lattice column is generally formed by welding four angle steels 38 and a plurality of steel plates 39, the position points of the four angle steels 38 are particularly important in the welding manufacturing process, if the positioning of the angle steels 38 has a slight error, the structure of the lattice column can be directly influenced, the positioning work of the four angle steels is finished by a clamp or a lifting appliance at present, the fixation is not firm, the position adjustment of the four angle steels is inconvenient, in the welding process of the lattice column, the welding work of the steel plates 39 can be only carried out on the top surface of the lattice column, so the welding work of the steel plates 39 on the four sides of the lattice column can be realized by turning the lattice column, the turning work of the lattice column is finished manually at present, the labor intensity is high, and the work progress is also influenced, meanwhile, the finished latticed column after welding is heavy, and feeding and discharging from the welding table are difficult, so that an auxiliary platform for manufacturing the latticed column is urgently needed to solve the problems.

first fixing plate and is fixedly provided with a connecting plate, one side of the connecting plate is fixedly provided with a sleeve, the two sleeves are respectively sleeved on the support plate and the first support plate and are in sliding connection with the support plate and the first support plate, the opposite side walls of the two sleeves are respectively fixedly provided with a transverse plate, a ribbed plate is fixedly connected between the bottom surface of the transverse plate and the side wall of the sleeve, one side of the top surface of the transverse plate is fixedly provided with a U-shaped connecting plate, a support rod is hinged in the U-shaped connecting plate through a pin shaft, the top end of the support rod is fixedly provided with an L-shaped support plate, the side end of the top surface of the transverse plate is fixedly provided with a fixing block, the fixing block is hinged with a first fixing block through a pin shaft, the first hydraulic cylinder is fixedly arranged on the first fixing block, the telescopic end of the first hydraulic cylinder is fixedly provided with a second fixing block, the second fixing block is hinged with a third fixing block through a pin shaft, and the third fixing block is fixedly connected with the side wall of the support rod, the right upper ends of the two hydraulic cylinders are respectively provided with a second fixing plate, the two second fixing plates are respectively fixedly connected with the support plate and the side wall of the first support plate, the top surfaces of the two second fixing plates are respectively and fixedly provided with a first motor, the output shafts of the two first motors are respectively and fixedly connected with rotating shafts through couplings, the opposite ends of the two rotating shafts respectively penetrate through the support plate and the first support plate and are respectively and fixedly provided with a square block, the two rotating shafts are in contact and rotating connection with the support plate and the first support plate, two sides of the support plate and the first support plate are respectively attached with a limiting ring, the limiting rings are fixedly sleeved on the rotating shafts, the opposite side walls of the two square blocks are respectively and fixedly provided with a second hydraulic cylinder, the telescopic end of the second hydraulic cylinder is fixedly provided with a fixing plate, the four end surfaces of the square block are respectively and fixedly provided with a first connecting plate, the other ends of the four first connecting plates are respectively and fixedly provided with a third fixing plate, and a first rib plate is fixedly connected between the third fixing plate and the first connecting plate, and a U-shaped plate is fixedly connected between every two adjacent third fixing plates, L-shaped positioning plates are symmetrically arranged in the four U-shaped plates respectively, first sleeves are respectively fixed at two ends of the L-shaped positioning plates, the two first sleeves are respectively sleeved on and slidably connected with the two side plates of the U-shaped plate, first U-shaped connecting plates are respectively fixed at the inner angles of the four L-shaped positioning plates, the first U-shaped connecting plate is internally articulated with connecting rods through pin shafts, the other ends of the four connecting rods are respectively articulated with second U-shaped connecting plates through pin shafts, the four second U-shaped connecting plates are all fixedly connected with the outer ring surface of the fixed disc, the four U-shaped plates are respectively and fixedly provided with a third hydraulic cylinder, the telescopic end of the third hydraulic cylinder penetrates through the U-shaped plate and is fixedly provided with a pressing plate, the telescopic end of the third hydraulic cylinder is in sliding connection with the contact part of the U-shaped plate, and a right-angle groove is formed in one side, opposite to the L-shaped positioning plate, of the pressing plate.

The working principle is as follows: when the device is used, the motor 4 is started firstly, the motor 4 drives the screw rod 6 to rotate when in operation, and the support plate 5 can be driven to move when the screw rod 6 rotates because the support plate 5 is in threaded connection with the screw rod 6, so that the support plate 5 can be driven to move in the left-right direction by controlling the forward and reverse rotation of the motor 4, and the T-shaped sliding groove 2 and the T-shaped sliding block 7 play a role in guiding the moving process of the support plate 5. When the latticed column is manufactured, firstly, the support plate 5 is moved towards the first support plate 5-1 by the motor 4, so that the opposite ends of the two transverse plates 14 are jointed, then the head ends of the four angle steels 38 are inserted into the four U-shaped plates 28 on the first support plate 5-1, then the four angle steels 38 are pushed towards the support plate 5, so that the head ends of the four angle steels 38 respectively extend into the four U-shaped plates 28 on the support plate 5, in the process, the angle steels 38 are positioned between the pressing plates 34 and the L positioning plates 30 in the U-shaped plates 28, because the support plate 5 is close to the first support plate 5-1 before the process, the head ends of the angle steels 38 can easily penetrate through the U-shaped plates 28 on the support plate 5 and then are inserted into the U-shaped plates 28 on the first support plate 5-1, and after the head ends of the four angle steels 39 are respectively inserted into the four U-shaped plates 28 on the support plate 5, the two second hydraulic cylinders 24 are synchronously controlled, the telescopic ends of the two the auxiliary platform can be suitable for manufacturing process of lattice columns with different sizes, after the position of the L-shaped positioning plates 30 is adjusted, the four third hydraulic cylinders 33 on the support plate 5 are controlled firstly, the telescopic ends of the four third hydraulic cylinders 33 are extended synchronously until the pressing plate 34 presses and fixes the head ends of the angle steels 38 on the L-shaped positioning plates 30, then the motor 4 is started, so that the support plate 5 drives the four clamped angle steels 38 to move towards the motor 4, until the tail ends of the four angle steels 38 enter the four U-shaped plates 28 on the first support plate 5-1, then four third hydraulic cylinders 33 on the first support plate 5-1 are controlled, the tail ends of the angle steels 38 are clamped and fixed through the four third hydraulic cylinders 33 on the first support plate 5-1, at this time, the fixing work of the first four angle steels 38 for manufacturing the lattice column can be completed, at this time, steel plates 39 can be uniformly welded on the two angle steels 38 at the upper end, after the steel plates 39 are uniformly welded
