Description

Suspended ceiling type whole-house humidistat
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of humidifying equipment, and relates to a ceiling type full-house humidistat.
Background
In modern engineering design, good environment brings benefits to human bodies and products, and the control of environment in factory buildings, production workshops, storehouses, offices and families is more and more emphasized by people. Three basic indicators of environmental control: the quality, temperature and relative humidity of the air. Generally, temperature most directly affects people's experience of living environment. Similarly, humidity can also affect the life and health of people. With the improvement of living standard of people, the air conditioner is widely used, which causes the growth of air conditioning diseases such as skin tightness, dry mouth and tongue, cough, cold and the like, and the heating is used indoors for a long time in winter, which aggravates the water loss and lowers the environmental humidity, thus aggravating the discomfort of people. Scientifically proves that the air humidity is closely related to the human health and daily life. Medical research shows that when the humidity of a living room reaches 45-65% RH and the temperature is 20-25 ℃, the body and thinking of a person are in a good state, and the living room can achieve ideal effects no matter work or rest. In addition, proper rh control corresponds to plant energy savings and operating efficiency.
The suspended ceiling is a decoration for decorating the top of the residential environment of a house. The ceiling decoration is one of important parts of indoor decoration, has the functions of heat preservation, heat insulation, sound insulation and sound absorption, and is also a hidden layer of projects such as electric, ventilation and air conditioning, communication and fire prevention, alarm pipeline equipment and the like. As suspended ceilings have the above functions, they are increasingly widely used in the field of decoration. Meanwhile, due to the good concealment, some necessary electrical equipment is increasingly arranged on the ceiling structure in modern building engineering design so as to enlarge the practical area. Devices such as ceiling air conditioners, ceiling air humidifiers, and the like have come into play.
A number of ceiling mounted air humidifiers have also been developed in the industry, such as CN 205860319U discloses a humidifier that can be mounted in a stainless steel cabinet for use as a ceiling mounted humidifier; CN 108870611 a discloses a ceiling humidifier, which can adjust the position of a slide bar on a horizontal support plate through the matching relationship between the slide bar and a moving slot to change the distance between the slide bars, adjust the coverage area of an aromatherapy plate unit, and further realize the adjustment of aromatherapy concentration; CN 206890732U discloses an integrated ceiling humidifier, which greatly improves the humidification effect through a pressure boosting device under the condition of not increasing water flow. Although the above humidifiers can effectively humidify air, the humidifiers provide water source with the water tank, the water tank stores the water source for a long time, pollution is inevitable when the water source is stored for a long time, and the humidifiers are used for a long time, so that circular pollution can be caused, and even the life safety of users can be seriously damaged. The "death from humidifier" in 2011 was caused mainly by PHMG (polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride) contained in the humidifier bactericide, but it is undeniable that the situation worsened by the circulation contamination of the water tank.
Therefore, the development of the ceiling type humidifier without hidden pollution of the water tank has practical significance.
