The following is a detailed description with reference to the technical solutions.
The invention provides a shopping settlement method. The mobile terminal or the device and carrier thereof may include: at least one of a cell phone, an electronic book, a tablet or other portable computer, a smart watch, a smart bracelet, smart glasses or other wearable smart electronic devices, a handheld scanner, or other electronic devices having an information input unit and a display unit. The mobile terminal is preferably and commonly a mobile phone, and the mobile phone with a camera and a large display screen is widely used at present, and the mobile phone is provided with an information input unit and a communication unit in configuration, can transmit data by using a wireless communication technology, and can install a corresponding application program (APP), so that the use of the mobile phone as the mobile terminal meets the use habit of consumers without additionally increasing hardware configuration cost, and meanwhile, the storage and operation processing capacity of the smart phone also meets the performance requirements of data collection, processing and output as the mobile terminal.
The mobile terminal can also select other electronic products such as a tablet personal computer or an intelligent watch, for example, products provided by various brands such as IPAD, kindle, Samsung, Association and Huashi, and a touch screen of the products generally integrates an information input function and a display function, has certain operation processing and storage capacity, can install corresponding application programs, and can meet performance requirements on commodity information reading, data processing and transmission. By analogy, other electronic devices meeting the requirements, such as a portable computer, an intelligent bracelet, intelligent glasses or other wearable electronic devices, a handheld scanner and the like, can be used as alternatives of the mobile terminal.
The information input unit may be a Charge Coupled Device (CCD), a contact sensor device (CIS or lid), or the like, such as a camera, an infrared or laser scanning module, or other optical or electronic components, and acquires information contained therein by scanning a code such as a one-dimensional code, a two-dimensional code, or a three-dimensional code. The scanning is understood in a broad sense, and comprises various coded information acquisition modes related to photoelectric technical means, and is not limited to the mode of identifying and reading a target line by line or item by using specific technical means, but also can be a mode of firstly acquiring an image on the whole, then identifying information contained in the image and the like, and the modes of scanning and code scanning are used for describing and conforming to the intuitive operation feeling of people on the reading of coded information. The information input unit of the present invention is not limited to the one including the component that acquires graphics and images, but may include a component that processes an acquired graphics image to obtain information included therein to realize a data input function as a whole.
However, although the above description has been given by taking the mobile terminal as an example of acquiring information by scanning, the information input unit is not limited to acquiring data by scanning, and may also acquire data by other functions, such as manual input, wireless communication transmission, and the like. In practical application, sometimes the code of the commodity package is not clearly displayed, for example, the code is dirty or a merchant uses a special commodity number label to mark the commodity and cover the original code, at this time, the mobile terminal cannot smoothly read the data through scanning the code, at this time, the information marked by numbers or symbols on the commodity number or the code can be manually input to read the commodity code information, and the read information and other information obtained through scanning can be stored in the memory of the mobile terminal together. For the situation that the code cannot be scanned smoothly, the manual input mode can ensure that consumers do not need to resort to supermarket staff, and the whole-course self-service shopping is realized. The manual input mode may include a mode other than scanning, such as a real or virtual keyboard manual operation or a voice recognition operation of the mobile terminal. When non-code information such as a product name and a product number can be recognized by scanning based on a symbol and character recognition technique, it is preferable to input the information by scanning. If the manual input mode is more convenient, the scanning mode can be replaced wholly or partially. In addition, the information input unit may also acquire and collect information by means of near field communication technology, mobile communication technology, wireless local area network technology, or the like.
The information input unit obtains commodity identification information of one or more commodities in a scanning or manual input mode, wherein the commodity identification information comprises at least one of commodity code information, commodity number information, commodity names, commodity unit price and/or weight information or other information which can be used for identifying commodities or determining commodity prices, and the commodity code information can be a bar code, a two-dimensional code, a three-dimensional code and the like, and can also be a group of numbers and/or characters which can be used as the commodity identification information.
The code in the invention mainly refers to various characters or codes on the commodity package or the shelf label for identifying the commodity. At present, codes printed on commodity packages are mainly one-dimensional codes conforming to international or national standards, such as bar codes, commodities can be distinguished and identified through specific code contents, commodity numbers given to different commodities by market supermarkets are also identification marks used for settlement of the specific commodities in the market, and the specific commodities can be indexed through the commodity numbers. Since the barcode belongs to a one-dimensional code, the information contained therein is usually a set of numbers and/or characters, and therefore the numbers, characters, etc. can also be included in the code category as the commodity identification information. The code may include numbers, characters, bar codes, two-dimensional codes, three-dimensional codes, four-dimensional codes, five-dimensional codes, or a combination thereof; preferably a bar code, a two-dimensional code, a three-dimensional code, a four-dimensional code or a combination thereof. In weighing type goods, only the unit price is labeled before purchase, and although the unit price can be obtained by a method such as a goods code, a specific price still needs to be calculated according to a weighing result, so that the unit price and/or weight information of the goods is necessary information for identifying the goods in some cases. If a code is given to the article after weighing and determining the price, and the price of the article can be obtained by the code, it is preferable to use the code information as the article identification information. In addition, other information that can be used to identify a product or determine the price of a product should also belong to the category of product identification information.
Since the higher the dimension of the code system is, the larger the information storage capacity is, the higher the performance requirements for reading and identifying the code are, the code to be used should be determined according to the actual needs. Although the invention is only exemplified for suitable coding up to five-dimensional codes, the inventive concept is also suitable for higher-dimensional coding as long as the device is able to meet the requirements of use. Since bar codes and two-dimensional codes are currently most widely used, their use is preferred.
The codes, such as bar codes, two-dimensional codes, three-dimensional codes and the like, comprise various specific types which can be selected. For example, the barcode includes various types such as EAN, UPC, Code39, Codabar, Code25, Code93, Code128, ITF25 and the like based on different standards, the two-dimensional Code also includes various types such as PDF417, QRCCode, Data Matrix, Maxi Code, Code 49, Code 16K, Code One and the like based on different standards, and the present invention is not limited by specific types of each Code system, and is generally referred to as barcode, two-dimensional Code, three-dimensional Code and the like. In addition, in the description, for the convenience of more clearly understanding the contents of the invention by those skilled in the art, only one or several specific code systems are used for exemplary description, for example, common bar codes and two-dimensional codes are respectively used as typical examples of codes, and it is not necessary to describe and exhaust all combinations of code systems in various specific situations, and those skilled in the art should understand that the described cases are also applicable to other code systems and combinations thereof.
The mobile terminal preferably includes a display unit, which may be a display screen assembly, or a projection assembly, and associated components for displaying the collected information. For mobile terminal electronic equipment with a touch screen, the screen is an information input device and a display device, and therefore can belong to an information input unit and a display unit at the same time. For example, the mobile terminal may display the obtained commodity identification information and the corresponding commodity number through a screen, where the screen belongs to the display unit, and may also increase or decrease or delete the commodity type and/or the commodity number corresponding to the commodity identification information in response to a user operation by using a touch function of the screen, where the screen belongs to the information input unit. The display unit usually includes a graphic image display interface, such as a display screen of various electronic devices, and may also be an image projected by the projection device.
The memory of the mobile terminal may include various other information besides the acquired commodity identification information, such as commodity price information, commodity weight information, commodity quantity information, commodity preference information, commodity circulation information or other commodity settlement related information, and may also include various information related to the user identity or the consumption process, such as customer identification information, order information, payment information, verification information, consumption track information or other consumption related information. Other information in the memory may be derived from reading of information such as a product code by the information input unit, such as various kinds of information obtained in synchronization with product identification information, or may be information already existing in the memory before a shopping process or configured during or after the shopping process, such as customer identification information which may be information collected and stored in the memory in advance at the time of APP installation, consumption trajectory information which may be information gradually generated and stored as shopping progresses, product quantity information which may be configured by the mobile terminal at the time of collecting information, or may be obtained from the collected information. Therefore, other information in the memory except the commodity identification information can be stored in the memory for calling at any time before data transmission, or can be directly involved in information transmission without storage.
The mobile terminal can integrate the stored information, which can be only for the commodity identification information or some specific information, and can also add necessary other information, and the information is preferably used for shopping settlement or information transmission related purposes. For example, a specific separation or identification mark can be added to the collected information to distinguish the information type or item, so as to facilitate the identification comparison of the information in the subsequent data processing. The integration process may also be synchronized at the time of information collection, i.e., the collected shopping-related information is processed and stored in a specific format.
When shopping is over, at least one item of, or as many as tens or even hundreds of items of identification information may have been stored in the memory of the mobile terminal. Before final settlement payment is carried out, the customer can still modify the shopping information, such as self-service selection to increase or decrease or delete the types and the number of the purchased commodities stored in the memory. When the consumer selects to increase or decrease the number of purchased goods or abandon the purchase of the goods that have already been selected, the operation can be performed in the corresponding APP installed in the mobile terminal. For example, the code of the selected commodity is scanned again, the commodity information is automatically set on the top of the display interface of the mobile terminal to be highlighted, the quantity of the commodity in the memory is displayed, the commodity can be increased or decreased by a consumer, and when the quantity is reduced to 0, the commodity is deleted. And directly deleting the commodity code information in the memory after deletion, or transferring the deleted area temporarily stored in the memory for recovery or automatic deletion later. The customer can also directly find and select the commodity in the purchased commodity list to increase or decrease the commodity. The stored commodity information list can be displayed under the scanning area of the display screen of a mobile terminal, such as a mobile phone, and the commodity information list is sequentially arranged according to the reading sequence, and the newly input commodity information is automatically updated to the head part for displaying, so that the increase and decrease operation of a consumer is facilitated.
After the type and quantity of the purchased commodities are determined, the mobile terminal operates, for example, responds to an operation instruction of a user clicking a corresponding function key on an APP interface, and the mobile terminal outputs the commodity identification information and/or other information stored in the memory through a communication unit of the mobile terminal. The transmitted information can be the collected original information or the information subjected to the integration processing. The integration processing may include preprocessing for data transmission, or adaptive adjustment of data according to transmission requirements, such as data packing, compression, splitting, adjustment and conversion of data formats, and the like; the method can also comprise adding information such as various types of identification or authentication for data transmission, and the information can be added for the purpose of enabling the information transmission to meet certain standards or for the purpose of high efficiency and accuracy of the information transmission. In addition, the integration processing can also comprise the encryption processing of the data, and the data receiving end can obtain correct information after needing decryption. Therefore, on one hand, the data receiving end can be prevented from receiving data by counterfeiting or errors, and on the other hand, when the transmitted data contains the personal information of consumers and the business information, the personal privacy of citizens and the business secret can be prevented from being revealed, so that the safety of the whole shopping settlement link is improved.
The various information stored in the memory preferably includes customer identification information in addition to the product identification information, which plays a role in identifying the consumer, for example, a cell phone number or member information of the consumer is marked in the memory, so that the shopping situation is associated with information stored in the system, such as rights and interests and consumption history, which should be enjoyed by the consumer during settlement, including but not limited to discount and preference which should be enjoyed by the consumer during the shopping, and points and rebates obtained, thereby realizing one operation to process a plurality of information in batch during settlement, improving settlement and cash collection efficiency, and simultaneously bringing the shopping information and shopping tracks of the consumer into a database for facilitating subsequent analysis and statistics of data. The customer identification information may be collected and stored when the customer installs the APP, or may be collected before the customer starts shopping or performs information transmission, and transmitted together with the shopping data after being integrated. The mobile terminal transmits other information before, simultaneously or after the commodity identification information is transmitted, and the transmission modes of the information which is not transmitted simultaneously can be the same or different.
The data transmission is mainly carried out through a communication unit of the mobile terminal, the communication unit transmits the information stored in the storage unit based on a wireless communication technology, and software and hardware used by the communication unit can be configured according to the adopted wireless communication technology or can be directly configured to be suitable for various currently-used wireless communication technologies. The wireless communication technology can be various known types, and currently, the mainstream wireless communication technology mainly includes a near field communication technology, a mobile communication technology, a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) technology and the like, and the technologies are widely applied to various electronic devices and can be simultaneously supported even on the same device; in addition, various other types and developing wireless communication technologies may also be used with the present invention. More specifically, these wireless communication technologies may include 2G, GPRS, 3G, 4G, 5G, 6G, WIFI, UWB, NFC, RFID, bluetooth, infrared, and the like, as well as those known and not listed.
According to the technical scheme, the shopping information collection steps are dispersed in the shopping process of the customer, and the collected shopping information is transmitted in batch before settlement, so that the settlement process that the customer arranges and scans codes in line in front of a cashier desk is omitted, and the shopping settlement is rapid and efficient. The communication unit outputs various collected information including the commodity identification information in batches and directly or indirectly acquires the information by the data receiving end so as to realize the centralized and rapid transmission of the shopping information. In the shopping process, the communication unit can receive and transmit information at any time, and can also transmit wireless data in a centralized manner after the shopping information is collected and processed. Preferably using near field communication technology such as NFC, RFID, bluetooth, etc. Because the transmission range is controllable, the directivity is clear, and customers can concentrate near a cash register to perform data transmission after shopping. When the technology is not used, data transmission can be carried out through a mobile communication technology or a wireless local area network technology. Taking a smart phone as an example, the configuration of the smart phone often can support the above technologies at the same time, and when the mobile phone is not equipped with an NFC module, data transmission can also be performed through WIFI provided in a supermarket or directly using mobile communication technologies such as 3G, 4G, 5G and the like adapted to the mobile phone. The data collection of the invention is carried out in a scattered way in the shopping process, and the data transmission is preferably carried out in a batch way.
The batch transmission refers to that the mobile terminal performs centralized transmission on the collected batch information, and the commodity identification information contained in the batch information can be one item or more items; when the customer finishes shopping and supplements shopping after transmitting data, the information can be transmitted for a plurality of times, and the data transmitted in batch can be transmitted for a plurality of times. For the data receiving end, it is necessary to acquire and identify the information transmitted by the mobile terminal in batch, where the information acquired in batch may be one or more items, the number of the commodities identified in batch may be one or more, and the acquisition and identification in batch may be one or more times. When the mobile terminal transmits data in batches for multiple times, the data receiving end preferably integrates the data in batches and then transmits the data to the settlement terminal, or transmits the data in batches to the settlement terminal, and the settlement terminal performs integration processing and uniform settlement.
When receiving data, the data receiving end can directly establish connection with the mobile terminal, for example, data transmission can be directly carried out through NFC or Bluetooth technology, data can also be received through transfer of a server or a signal base station, the data receiving end can carry out corresponding configuration according to the mode and the type of data transmission, and the data receiving end can also be compatible with various modes, so that smooth transmission of the data under various conditions is guaranteed. The data transmission methods may be performed simultaneously, but preferably one method is used or mainly one method is used.
The data receiving end receives the data, so that various information such as commodity identification information, customer identification information and the like contained in the data are obtained. The stored information may include merchandise information, customer information, other desired information, and the like. The stored commodity information includes bar code information, two-dimensional code, three-dimensional code and other code information, commodity number information, commodity name or other commodity identification information, price, preference information, promotion information, point information, inventory information, circulation information or other settlement-related information, or a combination thereof. The stored commodity information can be synchronous with the information of the commodities in stock in the market and the supermarket, and the commodity information which is as perfect as possible is optimized, so that more possible ways are provided for commodity identification and settlement; or some specific information in the information related to the commodity, thereby reducing the storage pressure and improving the identification efficiency. The richer information is also beneficial to the shopping settlement to provide more convenience for customers under the condition of being supported by the network.

The stored customer information includes one or more of the above customer identification information for comparing and identifying the customer identities, and may further include various information related to the customer identities, which exists in dependence on the customer identity information and is generally related to the accumulation or exercise of settlement cash or customer rights and interests, such as discount information, point information, card information, rebate information, credit records, discount information, lottery information, etc. that the customer can enjoy, and may also be other information related to the customer, such as record information of customer consumption behaviors, etc., which may be used for counting the consumption habits of different user groups, so as to facilitate statistical analysis through data. The customer information identification is advantageous in that information such as the rights and interests enjoyed by the customer can be comprehensively processed at the time of commodity settlement, the customer does not need to show a membership card or select a coupon, the settlement terminal directly reflects the discount on the price, the calculation process is automatically processed by the system, the result is directly fed back to the user, and the reason and the range of the preference and the rights accumulation are preferably embodied in the fed back result, and the rights and interests which can be selected by the customer, such as full reduction or price exchange, are provided. Of course, for the product preference without distinguishing the customers, the information may be classified into the product information, or the customer interest information may be classified into the settlement result.
When the customer who purchases for the first time does not have corresponding customer information in the database, or the comparison result is not successfully obtained according to the customer identification information, the collected information still can contain basic customer identification information, when the comparison result between the customer identification information and the customer information stored in the memory and/or the server is empty, the customer information is created and stored, and then the relevant information of the customer is established and gradually improved on the basis of the information. Similarly, useful information such as customer consumption records may be stored, and various items of information stored in the memory and/or the server, including commodity information, customer information, stock information, consumption track information, etc., may be updated in time according to the sold commodity information. The information and data stored in the memory and/or the server can be updated in stages, preferably in real time, so that the cash settlement accuracy and efficiency are improved.
The stored data compared with various information acquired by the settlement terminal can come from a memory of the local equipment to improve the data calling efficiency, and also can come from data provided by the server to reduce the storage pressure of the local equipment. Preferably, the memory of the local device provides data, and the server provides background support to update the data immediately, so as to reduce the operation pressure of the server and improve the cash settlement efficiency.
When the settlement terminal processes the information, the settlement terminal should comprehensively consider various items of related information of the commodity, the information of the client's rights and interests and other related information, obtain the unit price and/or the total price of the purchased commodity after summarizing the various items of information, and preferably feed back the unit price and the total price together when feeding back the information to the user. The related information of each item of the commodity can comprise commodity name, type, model, quantity, weight, price, discount, image or other related information related to commodity settlement and the like; the equity information may include discounts, points, coupons, rebates, trades, lotteries, or other information that the customer enjoys equity.
The settlement terminal and the data receiving terminal can belong to different devices and can be integrated into one set of device, for the settlement mode of the cash desk, the settlement terminal and the data receiving terminal are preferably integrated into one set of device, the cost can be saved by improving the existing cash system, and a customer can finish the settlement and cash collection operation before the cash desk under the condition of not changing the settlement habit.
A display screen, preferably a screen with touch sensing function, dedicated to displaying shopping lists for customers may be provided in front of the cash register station, on which the customers can adjust the types and amounts of purchased goods and, after confirmation, self-help guide the system into a payment procedure. The consumer can pay for the purchased commodities in any mode such as cash, credit card, savings card, membership card, value card and other traditional payment modes, WeChat, Paibao, Unionpay cloud flash payment, PayPal, Apple pay and other Internet payment modes, NFC, Bluetooth and other wireless payment modes, fingerprint, palm print, facial recognition and other biological recognition payment modes, or other credit payment modes. For a non-traditional payment mode, after the data receiving unit correctly receives data, the data receiving unit can be communicated with the mobile terminal through the server to guide a user to enter a payment interface on the mobile terminal; the mobile terminal can also automatically or manually jump to a payment interface after completing data transmission, so that the user can conveniently and fast pay by opening wireless and network payment modes. The settlement and payment steps can be carried out in a correlated or separated mode, so that the method has universality on various payment modes, the settlement and payment in an online shopping mode are carried out on line at the same time under the common condition, and only the online payment mode is usually supported. After the payment is finished, the settlement terminal can communicate with the mobile terminal through the server to finish the settlement task, and can send the shopping list and/or the electronic invoice information to the mobile terminal later.
The invention also provides a shopping settlement device, and the computer program stored in the memory of the device can realize the steps of the method of the invention when being executed by the processor. The device includes a processor and memory and preferably also a display. The shopping settlement device preferably includes a mobile terminal that is independent from the other parts. The apparatus may include a controller that controls a processor to execute computer programs stored in a memory to implement control of program modules and method steps.
The present invention also provides a computer readable storage medium, on which one or more computer programs stored thereon are capable of being executed by a processor to perform the steps of the method of the present invention. The storage medium includes a processor and memory and preferably also includes a display. The computer readable storage medium preferably comprises a mobile terminal that is independent of the other components. The storage medium may preferably include a controller that controls a processor to execute computer programs stored in the memory to implement control of the program modules and method steps.
The "relatively independent" means that the connection with other devices is not required by a physical means such as a data line. The mobile terminal is applicable to the description of the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal device or the module in other parts of the invention.
The invention also provides a settlement and cash register device. The settlement cash register device can be mainly matched with a mobile terminal and/or a server for use, also can have the settlement cash register function of a traditional market supermarket cash register platform, and is preferably compatible with multiple settlement cash register modes, so that the universality of the settlement cash register device under different conditions is improved. The settlement and cash register device can be a brand-new operating platform, such as a full self-service operating mode, and can also be upgraded and modified on the basis of the traditional operating platform to realize the functions.
The device preferably includes a data receiver that is configurable according to the wireless communication technology used for data transmission, including various hardware and software devices required for configuration based on near field communication technology, mobile communication technology, or wireless local area network technology. The technologies may be common or widely applied technologies such as 2G, GPRS, 3G, 4G, 5G, 6G, WIFI, UWB, NFC, RFID, bluetooth, and the like, and may also be various other wireless communication technologies. The data receiver can receive commodity identification information and/or customer identification information and other various related information of settlement and cash collection transmitted by the mobile terminal device through a wireless communication technology in batch. When the transmitted information is encrypted, the settlement and cash register device needs to decrypt the information to ensure correct information acquisition.
The settlement and cash register device preferably acquires the transmitted commodity identification information and/or other information in a batch manner, wherein the batch represents the centralized acquisition of a batch of information and is not limited to information content. In application, a batch of information generally corresponds to one shopping activity of a customer, namely, after the customer purchases commodities, the operation of centrally submitting and settling accounts is performed. The quantity of the commodity purchased by the customer can be at least one commodity, and the quantity of the commodity can also be multiple commodities, so that the information acquired in batches can be one or more, and the quantity of the commodities identified in batches can be one or more. In general, a customer submits a settlement without selecting one or more items, and waits for a basic completion of a purchase to collectively perform a data transmission. The batch transmission information represents the end of the customer's shopping intention, and sometimes the customer adjusts the purchased goods or supplements the shopping due to the order, etc., and may be regarded as a second batch transmission, where the batch data transmission includes two or more batches.
Compared with the traditional shopping settlement mode, the method for acquiring the shopping information in batch has the advantages that the steps of shopping information acquisition are dispersed and completed in the shopping process of the customer, the shopping information is transmitted and processed in a centralized manner during settlement, and the settlement and cash collection efficiency is greatly improved. Therefore, the method, various related devices and systems of the invention are an important characteristic that is different from the traditional shopping settlement mode, and can acquire, identify and process the shopping related information of the customers in batch, including the commodity identification information, the customer identification information and other related information. In the process, the settlement cash register device collects all the acquired relevant information of the commodities including prices, the information of the rights and interests of the customers and other relevant settlement information, so as to obtain the total price of the purchased commodities.
The settlement and cash registering device preferably has a display unit for displaying relevant information related to settlement and cash registering, such as shopping lists, settlement amounts, etc., and may be various types of display devices, preferably including at least one display, more preferably including both a main display and a client display for displaying the price of the purchased goods and various types of detailed information to the cashier and/or the customer, respectively. Further, the display is operable, for example, with a screen touch function, to respond to operations of a cashier and/or a customer, so as to allow the customer or a worker to adjust the shopping information before payment, for example, increase, decrease and/or delete the types and/or the quantity of the commodities, and dynamically adjust and display the commodity price and various detailed information in time according to the adjustment result after the shopping information is processed in batch. This is often the case in actual practice, and customers may temporarily change shopping contents before payment, and providing a convenient way of operation for this situation will improve the efficiency of checkout. The operability of the customer on the checkout register device is beneficial for improving the self-service degree of shopping checkout and cash registering, and the operation through a mobile terminal or the operation by a cashier can be taken as an alternative.
The settlement and cash registering device can automatically enter the cash registering step, and can also directly or indirectly respond to the operation of the customer and/or a cashier to receive the price to complete the cash registering step after the customer confirms the shopping information, wherein the indirect response can be that the customer sends a settlement and cash registering command through the mobile terminal, and the settlement and cash registering device responds to the command to register. When the customer receives cash, the customer can be guided to carry out online payment or credit payment through the cash settlement and collection device, for example, a payment link is sent to a mobile terminal of the customer or a display screen of the mobile terminal is guided to jump to a payment interface, and information transmission and communication are carried out by taking a cloud server as a medium; for customers who pay in cash or by swiping a card, the checkout and cash register device preferably also supports the use of various conventional means for cash. Preferably, the cash registering step is automatically or automatically carried out, various traditional or novel payment modes including cash, card swiping, APP, biological identification and the like are supported, after a customer confirms an order and the amount of money, the equipment can be communicated with the server and carries out simplified operations such as automatic fee deduction and the like on an authenticated user, and when manual participation operation is needed, prompting and assisting can also be carried out through equipment such as a display or audio of a settlement cash registering device or a mobile terminal device.
The settlement cash register can also be full self-service or semi self-service equipment, and when a customer arrives at a self-service settlement cash register area to settle accounts, the collected shopping information can be transmitted to the settlement cash register through a wireless communication technology and the like, and the settlement cash register treatment is carried out after the commodities and/or the customer are identified. The self-service settlement cash register device is preferably provided with a display screen, displays information and interacts with the user, feeds back user operation and updates displayed information in time. And after the customer confirms the settlement result, the payment is carried out by self or under the assistance of a cashier. After payment is completed, the equipment can prompt the customer of the commodity to be verified, and the customer carries out commodity demagnetization and/or weight calibration by self. The commodity checking device is preferably integrated with a settlement cash register or arranged at one position, or can be arranged in a special checking area, and a customer calls commodities to be checked through customer information such as member codes and the like to complete a checking program under self-service or manual assistance.
After the settlement and cash register device receives the price paid by the customer, the consumption information can be recorded, and the information stored in the memory and/or the server is updated according to the consumption information, wherein the information comprises the updating of commodity information and/or customer information, the updating of inventory information, the consumption or accumulation of customer points or credit levels, the updating of customer consumption historical data, the data statistical analysis of consumption habit or consumption track information and the like. The collection and analysis of the customer consumption information is beneficial to providing higher-quality and more targeted services for merchants, and more reasonably allocating various resources such as commodities, manpower and the like.
After the customer has settled the payment, the shopping behavior is completed, but the same problem as that faced in the traditional merchant overseas is that the risk of abnormal loss of the goods still exists, so the step of performing the verification process on the goods is preferably performed before the customer leaves with the goods. In supermarket operation, theft and damage are common factors causing high operation cost, so that a supermarket usually carries out marking processing on valuable commodities and easily stolen commodities, for example, theft prevention and error taking are carried out by measures such as sticking anti-theft labels, and customers can take the commodities out of the supermarket after the commodities pass through a cashier desk one by one to carry out failure processing on the anti-theft labels, namely, demagnetization is generally known. By adopting the shopping settlement method and the system, customers do not need to demagnetize each commodity through the cash desk one by one, which obviously greatly reduces the queuing settlement time, but easily causes the increase of the theft loss rate of the supermarket, and meanwhile, under the anti-theft measure generally adopted by the current supermarket, the commodity which is adhered with the anti-theft label in the commodity purchased by the customers cannot normally pass through the anti-loss door if the commodity is not demagnetized.
Therefore, in the present invention, preferably, after the customer completes the payment for the commodity settlement, the commodity verification step is performed, the information processing unit of the settlement and cash register device or the server selects the commodity which needs to be unmarked from the purchased commodities, and the unmarked commodity is unmarked, for example, the unmarked commodity can smoothly pass through the damage prevention door, such as the demagnetizing treatment and the magnetic buckle removal of various anti-theft magnetic stripes, RFID tags and soft/hard tags. The information processing unit selects the commodity needing the unmarked operation by comparing the commodity purchased by the customer with a marked commodity list stored in the system, wherein the marked commodity list includes but is not limited to the commodity adhered with the anti-theft label. The goods to be verified are displayed and informed to customers and/or cashiers through a display screen of a verification processing device or a settlement cash register, a shopping receipt, a display screen of a mobile terminal device and the like, and the goods are appropriately unmarked according to a goods verification process. When a traditional supermarket is used for cash collection, the settlement and cash collection device and the demagnetization device are usually integrated on the same operation platform, and due to the convenience, the settlement and cash collection device can also integrate a commodity verification function, namely, a commodity verification step is directly carried out after settlement and payment are finished, and the commodity is verified in an auxiliary way through the settlement and cash collection device. The commodity verification operation can be performed automatically or in response to manual operation. For example, the decoder may be disposed below or on the side of the checkout counter, a cashier or a customer may dispose the decoder at a position of the merchandise to be demagnetized, and the anti-theft tag may be demagnetized. Certainly, the demagnetization device can be separated from the settlement and cash register device, at this time, the settlement and cash register device can assist in checking the commodities in a mode of prompting the commodities needing demagnetization, and a self-service commodity checking device can be arranged in a special area. The verification processing can also comprise weight verification processing for verifying the weight of the purchased commodity, weighing the purchased commodity while or before and after settlement and payment, comparing the result with the commodity weight information stored in the system, and when the difference between the two is within an error allowable range, verifying and passing, and when the difference is not in accordance, prompting or alarming, or taking the weight verification as a preposed program for demagnetization, and allowing demagnetization after passing. Demagnetization and weight checking treatment can be carried out simultaneously or alternative schemes can be adopted, the demagnetization and weight checking treatment and the alternative schemes can be mutually verified, and the commodity checking accuracy is improved.
Of course, under the condition that the social credit system is relatively perfect, the relevant operations performed in the commodity verification step can be completed by the consumer in a self-service manner under the condition of supervision or unsupervised condition, and the verification processing can also not be performed. In addition, the customer can also leave the purchased commodities in the supermarket, and the supermarket is responsible for delivery after payment; or the supermarket does not carry the commodities, only the commodities or the shelf labels are scanned to collect shopping information, the commodities or the shelf labels directly leave after settlement and payment, and the commodities are delivered to a customer designated place through express delivery after being prepared by the supermarket. The invention also provides the mobile terminal equipment. As described above, the acquisition of the shopping information is mainly completed through the mobile terminal device, and with the improvement of the performance of the portable intelligent terminal device and the popularization of the portable intelligent terminal device in consumers, the investment of information acquisition equipment hardware and training in market supermarkets is greatly reduced, so that the technical concept of the invention can be realized at low cost, the shopping information acquisition process is dispersed in the shopping process of customers, the waiting time for centralized shopping information acquisition in front of a cashier desk is reduced, and the comfort level of a small amount of repeated shopping of the customers is improved. Therefore, a mobile terminal device storing a corresponding program and capable of performing the steps of the present invention is closely related to the present inventive concept as a whole.
The mobile terminal device obtains information through scanning or manual input by the information input unit, the obtained information may include commodity identification information of one or more commodities and may also include other information such as customer identification information, which are stored in a memory of the mobile terminal, and the scanning includes identification of a coded static or dynamic image, which may be performed by a camera or other optical components of the mobile terminal device. Preferably, the customer recognizes and reads the coded information through a camera of a mobile phone or other portable electronic devices, and the supermarket staff can collect the commodity information by using the mobile phone with a specific program installed or by using special equipment, such as a handheld scanner, for example. The manual input mode may include a manual input mode or a voice input mode.
The collected information can be directly stored separately, or can be stored after the format is adjusted according to the type, so that the information can be conveniently identified and compared subsequently. The stored information may be integrated before information transmission, for example, adjustment of data format, addition of customer identification information and other information required for data transmission, shopping settlement, and the like.
The mobile terminal device may include a display unit, which preferably includes a touch screen, and may be configured to display the obtained information such as the commodity identification information and the number of the corresponding commodities, or may be used as an operation interface for manually inputting information, so as to respond to a user operation to add or delete the type and/or the number of the commodities corresponding to the commodity identification information, where the display unit has an information input function at the same time. For mobile terminal equipment without a touch screen, manually input information can be received in a traditional keyboard operation mode and displayed through a screen.
Displaying the collected information helps the customer to check the shopping information and perform a quick operation, for example, when the customer purchases a plurality of similar products, the customer only needs to repeatedly scan the code of one product, or manually modify the corresponding product quantity, without repeatedly scanning a plurality of products having the same price and code information. Meanwhile, for the commodity which is desired to be abandoned, the commodity information can be directly deleted according to the information provided by the display interface, and the commodity information stored in the memory and the changed result thereof are visually fed back to the user through the display unit. The display unit of the mobile terminal device may be an electronic screen, such as a display screen of a mobile phone, smart glasses, a tablet computer, a VR device, etc., and may also be a projection device when it is inconvenient to display through the screen, such as a smart watch, etc., which does not have a sufficient display screen area. Of course, any other display mode and device that can satisfy the function of the display unit of the mobile terminal device may be applicable.
For the data transmitted in batch by the mobile terminal device, the data can be appropriately processed according to the size of the data volume, such as format adjustment, compression, packaging and the like, and when the batch transmission information is too large, the data can be transmitted in batch. The processing of the data may be done automatically by the apparatus or in response to manual operations, as described above.
The invention also provides a shopping information inquiry device. As described above, the collected shopping-related information can be transmitted to the settlement terminal by using the mobile terminal device in cooperation with the data receiving device. However, the invention does not necessarily depend on the wireless network in the process of shopping information collection, and can also realize the basic functions of shopping information collection, shopping settlement and the like under the condition that the network is poor or does not exist; but this may also affect the comprehensiveness of the customer's knowledge of the purchased merchandise information. For example, the shopping information collected by the mobile terminal may be limited to basic information such as article identification information, for example, only include one or several items of information such as article code, name, price, quantity, etc., and when instant communication with the server through the wireless network is not possible, it is difficult for a customer to conveniently and intuitively correspond to the purchased article through the limited information. If the network is connected and sufficient information communication is carried out, the mobile terminal can provide richer and more visual commodity information such as commodity pictures and the like, so that customers can shop more conveniently, but the flow and the time are possibly consumed.
In the technical scheme of the invention, no matter whether the mobile terminal is connected with a network or not in the process of collecting the shopping information, the shopping information inquiry equipment which can help customers to conveniently inquire the information of the purchased commodities is preferably provided. The mobile terminal equipment has the advantages that based on the portable consideration, the information quantity capable of being displayed is limited, and even if more information can be obtained through a wireless network, the rapidity and the stability of the mobile terminal equipment are greatly influenced by the network condition. Meanwhile, in consideration of consumption habits, customers generally wish to recheck purchased commodities and even modify shopping information intentionally before settlement. Therefore, it would be beneficial to provide an apparatus that allows customers to verify and/or modify shopping information prior to final settlement, based on all customer convenience considerations including poor eyesight and the elderly.
The invention provides a shopping information inquiry device, the working principle of which is similar to that of a shopping settlement and settlement cash register, namely, shopping related information transmitted by a mobile terminal device near the device is obtained in batch by a wireless communication technology, then the obtained information is compared with information stored in a local memory or a server, commodity and/or customer information is identified in batch, the information is gathered and processed by data, a total shopping price is calculated, and shopping related detailed information is displayed to customers by a display, the information can include but not limited to commodity names, codes, draw prices, total prices, weights, quantities, dynamic or static images, preferential points, discounts, member information, lottery information, purchase change information, various commodity settlement related information and customer interest information, and the like, and the information can pass through a screen which is larger than that of a mobile terminal, more comprehensive display is realized, so that customers can more intuitively know the purchased commodities. The shopping information inquiry device can also store or transmit the acquired shopping information or the settlement and cash register information obtained by data processing to other devices such as a server, a shopping settlement device, a settlement and cash register device, a mobile terminal, a commodity verification device and the like.
In order to obtain the information transmitted by the mobile terminal, the shopping information inquiry device needs to be provided with a data receiving device, the software and hardware configuration of the data receiving device can be determined according to the wireless communication technology adopted by the data transmission, the device used for receiving the data by using the near field communication technology is preferably included, and various devices needed for receiving the data by simultaneously supporting one or more wireless communication technologies such as the near field communication, the mobile communication and the wireless local area network are more preferably provided.
Further preferably, the shopping information inquiry device can provide a shopping information modification or pre-settlement service for the customer, which is more convenient compared with the similar operation through a mobile terminal, and the customer can modify the shopping list before the device without compelling. In order to satisfy such services, it is preferable that the shopping information inquiry apparatus includes a display screen having a touch function, and the customer can directly increase or decrease the number of commodities, add or delete commodities, and for the discarded commodities, the customer can directly discard the discarded commodities nearby. Some sales promotion commodities and fast-dissipating articles such as shopping bags or chewing gums can be placed near the equipment, so that customers can conveniently take the sales promotion commodities or the fast-dissipating articles to meet preferential requirements. For the newly added commodities, preferably, commodity identification information such as bar codes, commodity numbers, names and the like of the commodities is collected through a scanner or an input interface provided by the shopping information inquiry equipment, and the commodities are settled together with the commodities collected previously; or the customer can acquire the commodity identification information through the mobile terminal equipment, and then transmit the commodity identification information to the query equipment to be combined with the previous order; and the options of fast-moving articles such as shopping bags and the like can be directly provided on the display interface, and the shopping list can be directly selected and added. The above modification is also applicable to other devices having a settlement function and allowing a customer to modify a shopping list, such as a shopping settlement device and a settlement cash register device, which can be operated by the customer or a cash register, so that a commodity can be quickly added to the shopping list during settlement. The data receiving device preferably further comprises a scanner for inputting the commodity information by scanning codes, such as a desk scanner or a handheld scanner, and preferably a desk scanner integrated with the body, which can acquire the commodity-related information for settlement processing by infrared recognition, laser recognition, image recognition or other recognition methods.
Of course, in the case of the shopping information inquiry apparatus, after the shopping information is modified or confirmed on the apparatus, the modified result or the pre-settlement result is also required to be embodied in the final settlement result, and settlement and payment are performed by the customer. Therefore, it is preferable that the shopping information inquiry apparatus synchronizes shopping information such as the acquired settlement result to the mobile terminal through the server by using a wireless communication technology, thereby facilitating settlement by the customer. In addition, under the condition of not carrying out network communication, the shopping information inquiry equipment can store the shopping information confirmed by the customer, provide identification codes for the customer, directly carry the codes by the customer to a cash register for settlement, call the stored shopping information and do not need a mobile terminal to provide information. Preferably, the shopping information inquiry device stores the shopping information of the customer, and then transmits settlement assisting information to the mobile terminal through a wireless communication technology, for example, an identification code generated according to the updated shopping information, and the customer can call the shopping information for settlement by presenting the identification code in front of the cashier desk with the mobile terminal. More preferably, the shopping information inquiry apparatus stores the customer shopping information and associates the stored customer shopping information with customer identification information, such as member information, identification information, and mobile terminal device information of the customer, and the customer can call the shopping information and settle the account by presenting the customer identification information provided on the mobile terminal device, such as a member code, or by displaying biometric information when the customer receives the cash. The stored shopping information can be stored in a memory of the local device or transmitted to other devices such as a server or a settlement terminal for calling when needed. If the customer does not have registered member information, it may also be automatically configured and associated by the system when the querying device is first used. The shopping information collected by the shopping information inquiry equipment and the settlement and cash registering information obtained after data processing can be stored as the customer information generated by the customer shopping, and can be directly called through the customer identification information when the customer finally settles the account. The shopping information inquiry equipment is generally placed at a fixed position of a supermarket in a shopping mall, data transmission can be carried out by using a wired network, the data updating processing is more stable and faster, and information inquiry or modification services can be simultaneously provided for a plurality of customers when a plurality of equipment are arranged or an operation interface of a display is provided. For the condition that the mobile terminal of the customer can be used in a networking way, the customer can use the mobile terminal device to collect the shopping information including the commodity identification information and the like and then submit the shopping information to the server in a centralized or dispersed way, at the moment, the shopping information uploaded to the server is associated with the customer identification information, the customer only needs to show the customer identification information, such as a member code and the like, before inquiring equipment, and the inquiring equipment can call the shopping information of the customer from the server and carry out settlement processing on the shopping information; or the server performs pre-settlement processing after acquiring the shopping information and calls the server when waiting for inquiry or settlement of the customer; the customer may modify and confirm the results of the settlement process after obtaining the results from the inquiring device. Thereafter, the shopping information inquiry apparatus may also communicate and feed back information with the mobile terminal through the server. After the customer uploads the shopping information, if the customer does not inquire the shopping information on the inquiry equipment, the customer can also directly carry out settlement payment before a cash desk, and preferably, the customer can modify the order during settlement.

The settlement identification information belongs to shopping related information and can be represented by various codes, member information, mobile terminal information, near field communication information, customer identification information and the like in a physical or electronic form. The shopping information inquiry equipment carries out batch shopping information settlement processing and information storage in advance, so that the settlement and cash-receiving system can be guided to call the preprocessed complex shopping information only by using simple identification information when the settlement and cash-receiving are carried out, and the settlement and cash-receiving efficiency is greatly improved. The customer only needs to confirm that the total price of the commodity is consistent before and after, namely, the purchased commodity is confirmed to be consistent with the settlement result. The above optional technical solutions can be combined as required, and used separately or simultaneously.
The invention also provides a server. The server is a common information interaction, storage and data processing device, and the specific form of the server depends on the function of the device in the present invention, and is not limited to a separate local server or a network server, and may be a part of some devices as a server to implement the functions thereof. The shopping settlement method provided by the invention preferably has a server or a device with similar functions to play a role as an information exchange medium, a data storage or a data processing carrier so as to serially play the whole settlement and cash-receiving process. The server is used for storing a large amount of data and performing centralized operation processing, so that the operation and storage pressure of each terminal device is reduced, and the timely synchronization and updating of the data stored in the database of each terminal and the server are facilitated. Hardware carriers and devices such as memory, processors, etc. for the server may be configured and combined accordingly to function as respective program module elements to enable the steps of the shopping settlement method of the present invention to be carried out.
The devices communicated with the server or providing services are called terminal devices, and comprise at least one of devices involved in shopping settlement processes, such as a shopping settlement device, a settlement cash register device, a mobile terminal device, a shopping information inquiry device, a commodity verification device and the like. The server may assume to some extent or in part the functions covered by the above-mentioned devices.
The server preferably performs data processing such as comparison, identification, screening, settlement, etc. of the commodity information and the customer information, or calculation, update, feedback, etc. of the shopping information changed or modified in response to the operation of the customer directly or indirectly, in addition to the functions of general information exchange, storage, etc., and the functions of the server mentioned in other parts of the specification.
After receiving shopping information of a customer, the shopping settlement device can perform local information processing according to data provided by the server, can also transmit the data to the server for information processing, at the moment, the server compares the acquired information with stored information to obtain information such as price required by shopping settlement, and transmits the information to the shopping settlement device through the information feedback unit, and can also directly call the stored shopping related information such as pre-settlement information and feed the information back to the shopping settlement device. Certainly, the server can also undertake the function of timely updating information, such as timely updating inventory change and customer information along with the collection of shopping information, counting customer flow change, and synchronizing the latest information such as discount, promotion and internal control to each terminal device.
For the payment and cash register device, the server can provide shopping settlement service, and can automatically or feedback manual operation to enter a payment process according to the settlement process to guide a user to enter a payment step. For example, the system may communicate with a web server and automatically jump to a web payment platform or other payment method entry when the customer confirms that the shopping list is ready for payment. For the mobile terminal device, the server can directly or indirectly communicate with the mobile terminal device through other servers, directly transmit various shopping related information, or serve as a medium for the mobile terminal device to interact with other devices. Such as data transmission and exchange of shopping information, customer information, offer information, verification information, settlement information, payment information, other information, and the like. In some cases, for example, when networking is not possible, the mobile terminal device is also allowed to perform information interaction with the server, such as information transmission with other devices through a near field communication mode.
For the shopping information inquiry equipment, the server can be used as data screening processing equipment to transmit the stored shopping related information associated with the customer information to the shopping information inquiry equipment, or the server can upload the related information to a database of the server for storage after the shopping information inquiry equipment performs local data processing or performs data processing, and the related information is associated with the customer information to call the shopping information stored in the server through the customer information during settlement or pre-settlement; or directly synchronizing the updated shopping information to the mobile terminal equipment; or the updated shopping information or the shopping information confirmed by the customer is fed back to the user for settlement identification information, and the shopping settlement information stored in the database can be called through the information.
For each terminal device listed and not listed above, the server may also be used as a medium for information interaction between them, transmitting relevant information to one or more devices, and in the process, may or may not perform data processing and processing on them. Preferably, the server performs encryption processing when transmitting information, for example, when sensitive information such as settlement identification information, authentication information, or customer information is involved, as necessary, thereby securing data security. The invention also provides a shopping settlement system. The shopping settlement method and the related device described in the specification can be incorporated into various program modules and carrier devices included in the shopping settlement system based on the functions of the shopping settlement method and the related device. Referring to the foregoing description of the shopping settlement method and the related devices, each device can be incorporated into each module included in the shopping settlement system based on the functions implemented by the device. For each program module, the mobile terminal module mainly plays a role in information collection, data processing, information output and reception, and preferably comprises a display unit, and a great amount of miscellaneous information is integrated and output through collection and processing of purchased commodity information, such as commodity codes, so that the shopping information is quickly transferred. The information integration processing is mainly represented by data processing such as adaptive adjustment and optimization of data transmitted in batches based on a wireless communication technology, encryption and the like.
The mobile terminal module includes devices referred to in the description of the mobile terminal and the mobile terminal device, and these electronic devices preferably have an information input unit, a display unit, and a communication unit to realize functions such as information collection, information display, information transmission or reception. The display unit is preferably a screen with touch control function, so that the customer can adjust and modify the information in an intuitive way, and the screen belongs to the information input unit and the display unit at the same time. Therefore, the modules in the shopping settlement system and the units in the modules have unchanged corresponding equipment, and different equipment can belong to different units or modules when playing different functions or executing different programs. The mobile terminal module may communicate with other modules based on wireless communication technology, e.g. by near field communication technology, mobile communication technology, wireless local area network technology, etc., a combination or compatibility of several technologies being more preferred. The communication unit may be configured with corresponding software and hardware depending on the communication technology used, preferably integrating and being compatible with multiple technologies or multiple standards simultaneously supporting the same. The devices included in the mobile terminal module preferably have a certain computing power for data processing and processing. The mobile terminal module can perform proper integration processing on data according to the information transmission requirement, so that the transmission efficiency, accuracy, stability, safety and the like are improved, and the batch transmission of the data is realized. Preferably, the integration processing of the information includes encryption processing, and the data processing module can acquire correct information for transmission after receiving and decrypting the information. The data processing module is used as the core of a shopping settlement system, covers most of equipment related to the invention, and has the basic functions of receiving, identifying, comparing, screening, calculating, outputting and the like of information and data, the data processing module can realize batch acquisition, batch identification, comprehensive processing and processing calculation of the data, timely information communication is carried out between the data processing module and other modules and equipment, and the data processing module is matched with the mobile terminal module to realize the control of smooth information receiving and the like.
The data processing module may include a data receiving unit configured to receive information output by the mobile terminal module in batch, and the included device needs to be configured with hardware and software required for receiving data corresponding to the mobile terminal using a wireless communication technology.
The data receiving unit can be provided with information collecting devices such as a scanner and an information input interface according to needs, and is used for supplementing and collecting commodity identification information outside a transmission path through the mobile terminal module. The processes of decrypting, decompressing, decoding, or data restoring the received data generally need to be performed by devices with arithmetic capability, so that the receiving and reading of the data may be represented as independent devices at the terminal and communicated in a wired or wireless manner, and the representation forms may be a cashier host and a data receiver of an external device, or an integrated cashier desk with a built-in communication module or an embedded information receiving device, such as a built-in or external scanner, an NFC receiver, and the like. The information acquired by the data receiving unit, including the commodity identification information, the customer identification information, or other information, is compared with the information stored in the data processing module to obtain the required result.
The data processing module can perform centralized processing on the acquired information, identify commodities corresponding to the commodity identification information in batches, acquire various pieces of relevant information of the purchased commodities including prices, and various pieces of information related to settlement such as customer interest information, and summarize the relevant settlement information to obtain unit prices and/or total prices of the purchased commodities. However, the information stored in the data processing module may not be limited to the commodity information and the customer information, and the obtained result may not be limited to the commodity settlement-related information. According to the needs, the data processing module can analyze the information provided by the mobile terminal module in multiple angles, and can obtain the information required by individual or group consumption habits, consumption paths and consumption trends of consumers and other commercial operations such as inventory circulation, commodity circulation and the like besides providing the necessary information for shopping settlement. The information is not necessarily embodied in the shopping flow of the customer, but the result can be fed back to the production operation through the analysis of the data processing module. The indexes of the required statistics can be embedded into programs of all modules of the system according to the requirements and run through a background. In addition, the information stored in the data processing module can be improved continuously along with the richness of the collected information, such as updating of stock information, supplement of customer information, description of a consumption track, statistics of passenger flow change, adjustment of security level and the like.
The data processing module may also include a server unit that performs data processing, information storage, or as an intermediary for information exchange between the various modules. Because the server unit is widely communicated with other modules and units and can have a data processing function, the server unit is classified as the data processing module, and even the server unit can mainly undertake the functions of data processing and data storage.
The settlement cashier module receives the data processing result transmitted by the data processing module and displays required information, such as various items of relevant information of purchased commodities, customer rights and expected rights and the like, through the display unit. The display unit preferably includes a main display and a client display, and displays the price of the purchased product and various detailed information to the cashier and the client, respectively, and one display may be used when both parties share one device by placing the display, or when the client performs self-service settlement for cash collection. The display unit preferably includes a device having a human-machine interaction function, such as including an operable keyboard or touch screen, for self-service or non-self-service checkout and checkout in response to manual operation. Whether the customer modifies or confirms the order through the shopping information inquiry device in advance or not, the customer is allowed to preferably confirm or modify the shopping information before final settlement and cash collection, and particularly when the information displayed by the mobile terminal device is insufficient, the customer needs a clear shopping information list, and the display unit of the settlement and cash collection module can provide the service. Preferably, the touch display screen is used so that the customer or cashier can confirm and/or modify the shopping information, and meanwhile, the touch display screen can communicate with the data processing module in time and synchronously feed back settlement information such as adjusted commodity price. When the customer settles by self, the modification of the shopping information by the customer and the final confirmation information can be received by the display unit, and the user is guided to carry out the following steps of cash collection, verification and the like. After the shopping information is determined, the customer can be guided to enter a payment program in a manner of reminding, jumping, automatic awakening of a mobile terminal payment platform and the like by a human or system. The checkout register module preferably supports multiple payment modes, and payment is completed after selection, either manually or guided by the system. After the cash is collected, the system can remind the customer and the merchant, inform the customer and the merchant, send bills and the like. In the above flow, the server can participate in the provided service according to the need, and can receive the shopping related information of final settlement so as to update the information of the goods, the customers, the stock and the like stored in the memory.
The system can also comprise an information inquiry module which can receive the information collected by the mobile terminal module, or can call the shopping related information from the server according to the information provided by the mobile terminal module, display the shopping related information and/or respond to the operation to adjust the shopping related information, and can carry out information transmission with other modules to exchange the latest shopping and settlement information. The information inquiry module can assist the settlement processing of the commodities and provide services such as pre-settlement, inquiry modification and the like of the purchased commodities, and the main function of the information inquiry module can refer to the description of the shopping information inquiry equipment.
The system can also comprise a commodity checking module, after the settlement and cash collection of the commodity are completed, the commodity is selected by the commodity checking module to be checked, the checking process can comprise the step of degaussing and/or weight checking and correcting the commodity, and the commodity is checked through the degaussing or weighing comparison process. The commodity checking module comprises equipment which can be independent commodity checking equipment such as a decoder, a demagnetizer, an electronic scale and the like, or can be integrated with other modules or units according to requirements, such as an integrated cash desk comprising a commodity checking function and the like.
The shopping settlement system of the present invention includes various modules and units, which are not necessarily in one-to-one correspondence with physical devices or strictly structurally distinguished. As can be seen from the foregoing description, modules or units or parts thereof that implement different functions may coexist in the same device, and the whole or part of different devices may belong to the same module or unit when implementing a certain function together, which is not always the same. When the system realizes different functions, the same equipment can belong to different modules or units under different situations. As a general inventive concept, the description of the shopping settlement system, and its containing modules and units in the description may refer to or be equally applicable to the description of the methods, devices referred to in the rest of the description, and vice versa. Similarly, the descriptions of features involved in the methods, apparatus, systems of the present invention, as well as the descriptions of features that may be the same or corresponding to those mentioned in other portions of the specification, are mutually referenced and applicable.
The invention also provides a shopping place. The places can be typical common shopping places such as supermarkets, shopping malls, convenience stores and the like, and can also be novel unattended full self-service supermarkets, 24-hour convenience stores, self-service shopping machines, self-service shopping spaces and other places. The shopping settlement method or the shopping settlement system according to the present invention is used in these places, or the shopping settlement device, the computer-readable storage medium, the mobile terminal device, the server, the shopping information inquiry device, the settlement cashier device, the product verification device, and the like according to the present invention are used in shopping.
The invention also provides a supermarket. The device for use in the supermarket comprises a processor and a memory, wherein the memory stores a computer program which, when executed by the processor, carries out the steps of the method of the invention. The devices used in the supermarket can be devices used in the method and system related to the invention, such as a shopping settlement device, a computer readable storage medium, a mobile terminal device, a server, a shopping information inquiry device, a settlement cash register device and the like, and can also be those which are not mentioned in the invention. The processors of these devices, when executing the programs stored in the memory, are capable of performing the steps of the shopping settlement method of the present invention. The supermarket can also comprise other devices for assisting in shopping, settlement and cash collection, such as display devices, verification devices, security devices, monitoring devices, information collection devices and the like.
For the method, apparatus and system of the present invention, control of the program modules and method steps may be effected using a controller, such as by using a controller to control a processor to execute a computer program stored in a memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller as pure computer readable program code, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Accordingly, such a controller may be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
for settlement modes that after shopping, the information of purchased commodities needs to be collected in fixed areas of shopping malls and supermarkets or fixed equipment is used for centralized collection, the problems of slow settlement efficiency and centralized waiting of customers exist. Although it is conceivable to upload the inventory commodity information to the network server, scan the commodity barcode through the mobile phone to obtain the commodity online information, and pay for shopping online, in this mode, the shopping settlement and the cash payment are difficult to separate, and the customer either completes the settlement and the cash payment steps in the shopping process online or can only select the traditional online shopping mode. And the shopping mode that relies on the internet needs constantly to upload and download data, and it is very high to mobile phone performance and network environment dependence, and when the signal is relatively poor position such as the indoor corner for the customer, or when leading to the network jam because of too much shopping personnel simultaneously, the consumer is difficult to fast smooth settlement of ordering, and generally difficult compatible with existing cash registering passageway after this approach shopping, need open special passageway, it is difficult to be applicable to special goods such as fresh, the class of weighing, special cabinet sometimes also, the customer can only arrange in front of the cash register manual settlement again. Meanwhile, the cost for establishing the network database containing detailed commodity information is high, two sets of systems parallel to the entity cash register are formed, resources are wasted, the scale of the supermarket or the type and the number of shopping are limited by adopting the mode, and the popularization is not facilitated.
If the self-service settlement cash register device is arranged at the cash register outlet, the customer can perform self-service settlement payment, the essence of the self-service settlement cash register device is not different from that of the traditional cash register system, the problems of queuing, waiting and the like still exist, and the traditional payment modes such as cash, card swiping and the like which need the assistance of a cashier are not supported generally.
In addition, if settlement payment shopping is carried out by directly scanning codes and connecting the network server or self-service equipment in a physical store, the shopping quantity is often limited due to the difficulty of commodity verification and theft prevention, and supermarket commodities have great potential safety hazards due to the lack of an effective theft prevention mechanism.
If the RFID label is adhered to the commodity, the commodity is subjected to radio frequency identification during settlement, or the position of the commodity is tracked through network positioning so as to realize the self-service shopping settlement of customers, and the like, the application cost of the large supermarket is high due to high requirements on conditions such as technology and hardware configuration and insufficient identification accuracy, and the large-scale popularization is difficult under the condition that the current social credit system is not established completely.
By adopting the shopping settlement method, the related equipment and the system, the transformation and the upgrade of the traditional supermarket industry to the customer service can be realized at low cost under the condition of basically not changing the hardware facilities of the existing cash register system or only by adding a data receiving module. The method has the advantages that a manual process that a cashier scans one code by one code for commodities is replaced by a self-service code scanning shopping mode of a consumer, the time that customers are queued and wait before a cashier desk is greatly reduced, the customers can scan the codes of the commodities by using a portable mobile terminal device at any time and then put into a shopping cart, and settlement payment can be directly carried out only by transmitting shopping information stored in the mobile terminal device to a settlement terminal in a centralized manner before the cashier desk; or the information is pre-settled and transmitted through the information inquiry equipment, so that the final payment is quicker. Meanwhile, due to the separable design of shopping settlement and cash payment steps, after shopping, customers can pay in novel modes such as network, credit, biological identification and the like, and also pay in traditional modes such as cash, various financial cards and the like, and the payment can be carried out through settlement cash-collecting equipment compatible with the traditional mode and various novel payment modes. Data transmission related to the shopping settlement and cash payment steps can be carried out in various modes such as coding, wireless communication technology, wired communication technology and the like, corresponding setting is carried out according to the cost and the specific situation of a shopping place, more than one data transmission mode can be compatible, and therefore high adaptability to different consumer groups and shopping environments is met.
Compared with the self-service code scanning shopping mode highly dependent on the network, the invention can not transmit data in the shopping process, and only intensively transmits and receives shopping information in batch after shopping is finished, thereby being applicable to all current settlement and cash collection modes, and having low popularization cost. For the scheme of data transmission by adopting the near field communication technology, the invention can be used even under the condition of no network; for the scheme adopting other wireless communication technologies, the invention can meet the requirements only by transmitting basic data, greatly reduces the data volume for network transmission, and lightens the network flow burden and the requirements on the signal intensity.
In the aspect of supermarket management, the technical scheme of the invention greatly reduces the working intensity of cashiers. The code scanning and inputting of the commodity are main work contents of cashiers in traditional supermarkets, and after the process is self-service, the cashiers only need to assist or supervise customers to complete settlement and payment or commodity verification, so that the work intensity is greatly reduced. After the people flow density at the exit is dispersed and the working efficiency of the cash-collecting channel is improved, the supermarket can greatly relieve the congestion phenomenon in the peak period of shopping, open fewer shopping channels or change more traditional shopping channels into self-service settlement channels, employ fewer cashiers and improve the level of treatment. After the customer is fully familiar with the shopping process, even no cashier is needed to be arranged in a full self-service shopping settlement payment channel.
In addition, the technical scheme of the invention does not depend on a wireless network when the near field communication technology is used for data transmission, as long as the APP is installed on the mobile terminal equipment in advance, the self-help scanning code settlement function can be used under the condition of network disconnection, and if the consumer information is prestored in the system memory, the shopping behavior and the consumer rights can be automatically associated under the condition of network disconnection. If shopping relies on network service, all commodity information of a supermarket needs to be uploaded to a server, data transmission is continuously carried out between a mobile phone and the server along with code scanning of a consumer, purchased commodities are confirmed, the influence of network signal coverage and network congestion is great, and flow is consumed. The invention can not need to exchange data with the server frequently in the stage of customer shopping code scanning, or only transmit a small amount of information, and is not influenced by the network state and the number of shopping people in peak period, and the supermarket can only strengthen the network performance around the settlement passage, thereby ensuring the network smoothness in the period of counter centralized settlement and payment with the lowest cost. Meanwhile, even though the network payment is very popular among young people at present, in teenagers without independent fund accounts and the middle and old years with slower knowledge updating, a plurality of people still have a mode which is not mastered and accepts the network payment, and the people are usually used to the traditional payment modes such as cash or swiping cards.
According to the shopping settlement method, the related equipment and the system, the mark information of the consumer can be automatically added during information collection or information transmission, so that a plurality of personal information including credit rating, member points, consumption habits, discounts and benefits of the consumer can be automatically introduced during settlement, the consumer does not need to carry member cards of various different markets and supermarkets as usual, only registration is carried out, enjoyable rights and interests are automatically bound in all markets, supermarkets and various consumption places supporting the shopping mode, no member card or mobile phone number needs to be shown during settlement, time is saved, and settlement flow is optimized. The self-service shopping settlement system and the self-service shopping settlement method can enable the supermarket to complete transformation and upgrade of a service mode at the lowest cost, do not need to invest funds in advance to construct all network sales platforms for selling commodities, directly complete upgrade on the basis of the existing database and cash register equipment, break through the business mode that each supermarket is respectively operated, and a consumer can only install one mobile phone application, so that the system can enjoy all services provided by supermarkets and shopping malls supporting the technical scheme of the invention.

After the data is read successfully, information such as a commodity list purchased by a customer, price, member discount, discount and the like, and the total amount of the price to be paid finally are displayed on a display screen of the cash register.

Claims (10)
1. A shopping settlement method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
an information input unit of the mobile terminal acquires commodity identification information of one or more commodities in a scanning or manual input mode and stores the commodity identification information in a memory of the mobile terminal;
the mobile terminal outputs the one or more commodity identification information and/or other information in batches for a data receiving end to obtain, and the data transmission is carried out based on a wireless communication technology;
the data receiving terminal transmits the acquired commodity identification information and/or other information to the settlement terminal, and the settlement terminal performs summary processing on the information and then performs settlement on the purchased commodities.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the summarizing process includes comparing the commodity identification information and/or other information with information stored in a memory and/or a server, identifying commodities corresponding to the commodity identification information in batches, acquiring various pieces of relevant information including prices of the purchased commodities, and summarizing the information to obtain unit prices and/or total prices of the purchased commodities.
3. A shopping settlement device characterized by comprising a processor and a memory, wherein said memory stores a computer program which, when executed by the processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1-2.
4. A computer-readable storage medium, on which one or more computer programs are stored, which, when executed by a processor, carry out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1-2.
5. A settlement cash register device, characterized by comprising a processor and a memory, wherein the memory stores a computer program that when executed by the processor performs the steps of:
directly or indirectly communicating with the mobile terminal based on a wireless communication technology, and obtaining commodity identification information and/or other information output by the mobile terminal in batches;
comparing the obtained commodity identification information and/or other information with information stored in a memory and/or a server, identifying commodities corresponding to the commodity identification information in batches, and obtaining various relevant information of purchased commodities including prices;
or, according to the customer identification information provided by the mobile terminal, various related information generated by customer shopping stored in the memory and/or the server is called;
summarizing the relevant settlement information to obtain and display the price of the purchased commodity;
and receiving the price to finish the cash receiving step.
6. A mobile terminal device, characterized by a processor and a memory, wherein the memory stores a computer program that, when executed by the processor, performs the steps of:
the information input unit of the mobile terminal equipment acquires the commodity identification information of one or more commodities in a scanning or manual input mode and stores the commodity identification information in a memory of the mobile terminal equipment;
the mobile terminal device transmits the one or more commodity identification information and/or other information to the data receiving device in batch, and the transmission is carried out based on a wireless communication technology.
7. A shopping information query device comprising a processor, a memory and a display, wherein the memory stores a computer program that when executed by the processor performs the steps of:
directly or indirectly communicating with the mobile terminal based on a wireless communication technology to acquire commodity identification information and/or other information output by the mobile terminal;
comparing the obtained commodity identification information and/or other information with information stored in a memory and/or a server, identifying commodities corresponding to the commodity identification information in batches, and obtaining various relevant information of purchased commodities including prices;
and summarizing the related settlement information to obtain the total price of the purchased commodities, and displaying various related information including prices of the purchased commodities in batches through a display.
8. A server comprising a processor and a memory, a program stored in the memory and executable by the processor comprising program module elements for: the device comprises a storage unit, an information receiving unit, an information processing unit and an information feedback unit;
the storage unit stores commodity information and/or customer information;
an information receiving unit receives commodity identification information and/or customer identification information transmitted by the shopping settlement device of claim 3, the computer-readable storage medium of claim 4, the settlement cash register device of claim 5, the mobile terminal device of claim 6, the shopping information inquiry device of claim 7, or another terminal device;
the information processing unit compares the collected commodity identification information with the commodity information stored in the storage unit, acquires various items of related information of corresponding commodities according to the commodity identification information, and/or compares the collected customer identification information with the customer information stored in the storage unit to acquire the interest information enjoyed by the customer in the current shopping, and the information processing unit integrates the various items of information to acquire the unit price and/or total price to be paid for the current purchased commodity;
the information feedback unit transmits information required for each item of settlement and cash collection including commodity price information to the terminal device.
9. A shopping settlement system comprising a processor and a memory, a program stored in the memory and executable by the processor comprising program modules for: the mobile terminal module, the data processing module and the settlement cashier module;
the mobile terminal module collects and stores commodity identification information of one or more commodities, and then batch transmission is carried out on the commodity identification information and/or other information based on a wireless communication technology;
the data processing module acquires the commodity identification information and/or other information output by the mobile terminal module, compares the commodity identification information and the information stored in the data processing module, identifies commodities corresponding to the commodity identification information in batches, acquires various relevant information including prices of the purchased commodities, and collects the relevant settlement information to obtain unit prices and/or total prices of the purchased commodities;
and the settlement and cash register module acquires various information including commodity price information in the data processing module and performs settlement and cash register processing on purchased commodities.

A shopping venue, wherein the shopping settlement method according to any one of claims 1 to 2 is adopted, or the shopping settlement device according to claim 3 is used, or the computer-readable storage medium according to claim 4 is used, or the settlement cash register device according to claim 5 is involved in the shopping settlement, or the mobile terminal device according to claim 6 is involved in the shopping settlement, or the shopping information inquiry device according to claim 7 is involved in the shopping settlement, or the server according to claim 8 is involved in the shopping settlement system according to claim 9.
