The working principle of the silent air pump of the embodiment is as follows: the motor 13 rotates and drives the eccentric wheel 17 to rotate, then the driving end 121 on the peripheral side of the swing rod assembly 12 can be driven to swing up and down, in the descending process of the driving end 121, the adapter frame 26 descends, meanwhile, the connecting line 27 is pulled to pull the sliding ring 24 downwards, and further, the connecting frame 23 is driven to move upwards, so that the periphery of the obtained air valve body 21 is extruded with the fixed frame 22, the air outlet valve body 21 contracts to close the air outlet hole 211, meanwhile, the air inlet valve plate 153 can be opened to press external air into the air outlet cavity B2 through the air inlet valve body 15, the backflow of the air in the valve cavity A can be well prevented, the reverse sealing effect is good, and the air inlet and exhaust accuracy is higher;

As follows, the third embodiment of the silent air pump according to the present invention is provided to solve the above technical problems, the air pump in this embodiment does not use an air outlet valve body, but the air inlet valve body is wrapped and connected at one end thereof to the connecting protrusion, so that the air pressure inside the air inlet valve body is increased, and the air is pressed out from the gap between the air inlet valve body and the connecting protrusion, and the silent air pump has high exhaust efficiency, good reverse sealing effect, and low noise.
Referring to fig. 13 and 14, the present invention provides a silent air pump, which includes a pump housing, an air intake valve 35, a swing link assembly 32 and a motor 33.
The pump case includes gas exhaust seat 311, cylinder fixing seat 312 and motor fixing seat 313, connects between gas exhaust seat 311 and the cylinder fixing seat 312 and forms the valve pocket, is provided with air outlet opening 3111 on gas exhaust seat 311, and the inboard of gas exhaust seat 311 is provided with connects convex part 3112, and long screw 36 runs through gas exhaust seat 311, cylinder fixing seat 312 and with motor fixing seat 313 fixed connection, locks the air intake valve body 35 between gas exhaust seat 311 and cylinder fixing seat 312 simultaneously.

The swing rod assembly 32 comprises a driving end 321 connected with the air inlet valve body 35, the air inlet valve bodies 35 form an integrated structure, the swing rod assembly 32 also comprises a plurality of driving ends 321 connected together, an air inlet through hole 322 communicated with the air inlet cavity and the air outlet cavity is formed in the driving end 321, the air inlet through hole 322 is movably sealed by the air inlet valve plate 352 and used for controlling unidirectional air inlet, the air in the air inlet cavity C1 is pressed into the air cylinder cavity 351 through the air inlet through hole 322 by the movement of the driving end 321, or the air in the air cylinder cavity C1 is pressed into the air outlet cavity C2 through a gap area between the air inlet valve body 35 and the connecting convex portion 3112.
The motor 33 is connected with the swing link assembly 32 through an eccentric wheel 34 for providing power for the swing link assembly 32.
According to the miniature silent air pump, one end of the air inlet valve body 35 is connected with the connecting convex part 3112 in a wrapping mode, the motor 33 rotates and drives the eccentric wheel 34 to rotate, then the driving end 321 on the peripheral side of the swing rod assembly 32 can be driven to swing up and down, the driving end 321 movably presses air in the air inlet cavity C1 into the air cylinder cavity 351 through the air inlet through hole 322, or presses air in the air cylinder cavity 351 into the air outlet cavity C2 through a gap area between the air inlet valve body 35 and the connecting convex part 3112, and the miniature silent air pump is high in exhaust efficiency, good in reverse sealing effect and low in noise.
The fourth embodiment of the silent air pump according to the present invention is provided to solve the above technical problems, wherein the same reference numerals are used for the same structures in the third embodiment, and the main structure difference is at Y in fig. 15, so that other structures can still refer to fig. 13-14.

Referring to fig. 13, 15 and 16, the pump housing of the present embodiment includes a gas exhaust seat 311, a cylinder fixing seat 312 and a motor fixing seat 313, the gas exhaust seat 311 and the cylinder fixing seat 312 are connected to form a valve cavity, a gas outlet 3111 is disposed on the gas exhaust seat 311, a connecting protrusion 3112 is disposed on the inner side of the gas exhaust seat 311, and a long screw 36 penetrates through the gas exhaust seat 311 and the cylinder fixing seat 312 and is fixedly connected to the motor fixing seat 313, and simultaneously locks the gas inlet valve 41 between the gas exhaust seat 311 and the cylinder fixing seat 312.
The air intake valve body 41 is disposed between the air exhaust seat 311 and the cylinder fixing seat 312, and divides the valve cavity into an air intake cavity C1 and an air outlet cavity C2, the air outlet cavity C2 is communicated with the external space through an air outlet opening 3111, an air intake opening 3131 is disposed at the bottom of 313, the air intake opening 3131 is communicated with the air intake cavity C1 and the external space, the air cylinder cavity 411 is disposed inside the air intake valve body 41, an opening connected with the connecting protrusion 3112 is disposed at one end of the air intake valve body 41, and an air intake valve plate 415 is movably disposed at the other end of the air intake valve body 41.

Referring to fig. 18, the miniature silent air pump of the present embodiment further includes an air passage 42, the air passage 42 is slidably disposed in the cylinder cavity 411, and the air passage 42 is provided with an air transmission channel, wherein the driving end 321 is at an upper stop position when being closest to the air outlet seat, and the driving end is at a lower stop position when being farthest from the air outlet seat.
When the driving end moves to the set position in the upward stop movement direction, the air-bleed member 42 passes through the gap region, so that the cylinder chamber 411 communicates with the external space through the air delivery passage.
Further, the miniature silent air pump further includes a driving assembly and an elastic member 43, the elastic member 43 is disposed between the air vent 42 and the connection protrusion 3112, the air vent 42 is provided with a connection portion 426 for connecting the elastic member 43, one side of the air vent 42 is provided with a pressure receiving portion 423, and the driving assembly is connected to the air inlet valve body 41.
When the driving end moves to the set position in the upward stop movement direction, the driving assembly presses the pressed portion 423 to make the air vent 42 slide through the gap area, so that the gap area generates a gap through which air can flow out.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 18, a through groove 427 is provided on the inner wall of the vent 42 to penetrate vertically.
When the driving end moves to the upper stop position, the pressure receiving portion 423 is disconnected from the driving assembly, the elastic member 43 presses the vent member 42 to slide into the cylinder cavity 411, a seal is formed between the intake valve body 41 and the connecting protrusion 3112, and the clearance area is zero at this time, so that when the driving end 321 moves downward, a reverse seal is formed between the intake valve body 41 and the connecting protrusion 3112.

Specifically, the ventilation member 42 includes ventilation bars 421 and a connection ring 422, the connection ring 422 is connected to one ends of the ventilation bars 421 close to the gas exhaust seat 311, a clearance groove 412 corresponding to the ventilation bar 421 is disposed at one end of the intake valve body 41 far from the connection protrusion 3112, the compression part 423 is disposed on the ventilation bar 421, and the gas transmission channel is disposed in the ventilation bar 421 and the connection ring 422.
When the driving end 321 moves to the upper stop position, the ventilation rod 421 slides into the avoiding groove 412, and the distance between the connection ring 422 and the clearance area is set, so that the connection ring 422 is separated from the clearance area immediately before the driving end 321 moves downwards, and a seal is formed between the intake valve body 41 and the connection protrusion 3112.
The air inlet 424 of the air transmission channel in this embodiment is disposed at a side of the air rod 421 facing away from the inner wall surface of the air inlet valve body 41, the air inlet 424 of this embodiment is located at the bottom end of the air rod 421, and the air outlet 425 of the air transmission channel is disposed at a side of the connecting ring 422 facing away from the avoiding groove 412.
Referring to fig. 16 and 17, the intake valve body 41 is an elastic cylindrical structure, the positioning groove is disposed on the periphery of the connecting protrusion 3112, the reinforcing rib 414 corresponding to the positioning groove is disposed on the intake valve body 41, so that the connection relationship between the intake valve body 41 and the connecting protrusion can be better maintained, the lateral outlet 413 is disposed on the intake valve body 41, when the driving end 321 moves to the upper stop position, the connecting ring 422 is disposed on the side of the reinforcing rib 414 close to the cylinder cavity 411, and the gas is output through the lateral outlet 413, and the connecting ring 422 starts to expand the gap area between the intake valve body 41 and the connecting protrusion 3112, so that the gas can be output more efficiently, and the gas transmission efficiency is high.
Referring to fig. 19, the driving assembly includes an elastic frame 45 and driving blocks 44 connected to the periphery of the elastic frame 45, and each driving block 44 is used for driving one ventilation bar 421.

A fixing groove 453 for positioning the connection spring 455 is provided on a side of the driving block 44 adjacent to the blocking plate 452, and the fixing groove 453 has a vertical size greater than that of the spring 455 in the orientation of fig. 19, so that the spring 455 has a certain adjustment space with respect to the fixing groove 453 when the driving block 44 rotates, and a fixing post for connecting with the spring 455 is provided on the blocking plate 452.
Further, a ball may be provided on the inclined surface, and a rubber layer 441 for contacting the ball is injection-molded on the driving block 44, so that the extrusion is more flexible and silent.
In the present invention, the gas exhaust seat is recessed from the outside to form an outer groove and an inner connecting protrusion 3112, the groove is provided to save material, and the silencing cotton 46 is filled in the groove to provide a silencing effect.

referring to the view orientation of fig. 15, when the driving end 321 moves upward, the driving block 44 presses the pressure receiving portion 423 to drive the air venting member 42 to move upward, and the air venting member 42 slides through the gap area between the air intake valve body 35 and the connecting protrusion 3112, so that the gap area generates a gap through which air can flow out, and therefore air in the cylinder cavity 411 is exhausted, and the air exhausting is free of resistance and high in air exhausting efficiency.
When the driving end 321 moves to the upper stop position, the pressing portion presses the driving block 44 to make it far away from the pressed portion 423, the vent rod 421 slides into the avoiding groove 412 under the pressing of the elastic member 43 by the vent member 42, the connecting ring 422 is separated from the gap area, so that a seal is formed between the intake valve body 41 and the connecting protrusion 3112, and the intake valve plate 415 is opened while moving downwards, so that external air can be pressed into the cylinder cavity 411, and the air can be sucked or discharged in a reciprocating cycle manner.

1. A silent air pump, comprising:
the pump shell comprises a valve cavity and a cylinder cavity;
the swing rod assembly is movably arranged in the cylinder cavity and comprises a driving end, an air inlet through hole is formed in the driving end, the cylinder cavity is divided into an air inlet cavity and an air outlet cavity by the driving end, the valve cavity is communicated with the air outlet cavity through the air outlet through hole, the air inlet cavity is communicated with the air outlet cavity through the air inlet through hole, an air inlet opening and an air outlet opening are formed in the pump shell, the air outlet opening is communicated with the valve cavity and an external space, and the air inlet opening is communicated with the air inlet cavity and the external space;
the motor is connected with the swing rod assembly through an eccentric wheel and used for providing power for the swing rod assembly;
the air outlet valve body is connected to the air outlet through hole and used for controlling unidirectional air outlet; and
the air inlet valve body is used for controlling one-way air inlet and comprises an air inlet valve plate used for movably sealing the air inlet through hole, and the driving end movably presses external air into the air outlet cavity through the air inlet valve and presses the air in the air outlet cavity out of the air outlet valve body;
when the driving end moves in the direction far away from the valve cavity, the air outlet valve body can automatically close the air outlet hole by contraction;
the pump shell comprises a gas discharge seat, a valve fixing seat and a fixing frame;
the gas outlet seat and the valve fixing seat are connected to form the valve cavity, the gas outlet opening is arranged on the gas outlet seat, the gas outlet through hole is arranged on the valve fixing seat, and the fixing frame is arranged on the gas outlet seat;
when the driving end is close to the valve cavity, a set distance is reserved between the fixed frame and the periphery of the gas outlet valve body;
when the driving end is far away from the valve cavity, the fixing frame extrudes the periphery of the air outlet valve body, so that the air outlet valve body contracts to close the air outlet hole;
the mute air pump also comprises a slip ring, a slide block and a connecting frame;
bosses are arranged around the air outlet through holes, the connecting frame is connected with the bosses in a sliding mode, the sliding direction of the connecting frame is consistent with the axial direction of the air outlet through holes, and the connecting holes of the air outlet valve body are connected with the connecting frame;
the valve fixing seat is provided with a mounting groove, a radial sliding groove and an axial sliding groove, the mounting groove is used for mounting the connecting frame, the axial sliding groove is distributed around the mounting groove, the radial sliding groove is communicated between the axial sliding groove and the mounting groove, the sliding ring is arranged in the axial sliding groove in a sliding manner, and the sliding block is arranged in the radial sliding groove in a sliding manner;
the gas exhaust seat is provided with an elastic column, and the elastic column is used for extruding the gas outlet valve body to enable the gas outlet valve body to be arranged in the mounting groove;
when the driving end moves in the direction far away from the valve cavity, the sliding ring slides to press the sliding block, so that the sliding block presses the connecting frame to slide in the direction close to the fixed frame, and the periphery of the gas outlet valve body is pressed with the fixed frame.
