Furthermore, a first sealing ring 21 is arranged between the top of the air inlet nozzle 17 and the second limiting plate 15, and a fourth sealing ring 32 is arranged between the top of the air release nozzle 28 and the fourth limiting plate 26. So that the gas in the first gas circuit 6 and the second gas circuit 7 is independently maintained in pressure, and no gas leakage between the first gas circuit 6 and the second gas circuit 7 is ensured.

In the air leakage state, the air inlet valve assembly does not act and is in a natural state, the first conductive electrode 8 and the second conductive electrode 9 are arranged separately, and the circuit is in a disconnection state.

the signal assembly includes: a first conductive electrode (8), a second conductive electrode (9) and a cover plate (10); a mounting groove (11) is formed in the mounting bracket (1), the first conductive electrode (8) and the second conductive electrode (9) are mounted in the mounting groove (11), and the first conductive electrode (8) and the second conductive electrode (9) are arranged in a separated mode; the first conductive electrode (8) is connected with the air inlet valve assembly, and the cover plate (10) is installed on the installation groove (11); a passage (12) is arranged on the cover plate (10), and an external circuit is electrically connected with the first conductive electrode (8) and the second conductive electrode (9) through the passage (12);
