Present KR desulphurization unit goes up and down to all adopt the hoist to drive two steel cable lifting modes, in order to avoid the card to hinder, adopts the gyro wheel that has the spring usually, keeps laminating with the slide as far as possible, improves the manufacturing and the installation accuracy of slide and frame simultaneously, increases the construction cost. The problems of tension balance and falling prevention are not solved, and the steel rope can be blocked when the length of the steel rope is changed due to the influence of factors such as temperature, fatigue and the like in the production process, so that the production is influenced.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention adopts the double-side crank arms to connect the steel ropes, the swing arms limit the swing amplitude of the crank arms, the double-side crank arms are connected by the balance rods, the automatic balance of double-side force is realized, and the steel ropes on the other side continuously act when the steel ropes on the single side are disconnected. Meanwhile, the swing arm can rotate around the shaft rod, the swing angle of the steel rope can be automatically adjusted along with the lifting of the frame, and the problem of lateral force generated by the change of the angle of the steel rope is solved. The problem of lifting blockage and falling prevention caused by unbalanced stress of a stirring paddle lifting frame in the KR desulfurization device are avoided. The production efficiency is improved, and simultaneously the engineering investment is saved.

The horizontal distance between the center of the shaft rod 45 and the center of the upper fixed pulley 42 is 700 mm and 800 mm.
The double-side crank arms of the device are connected with steel ropes, and the steel ropes are connected with a hoist after sequentially surrounding the lower fixed pulley and the upper fixed pulley to drive the lifting frame to reciprocate up and down. The swing arm limits the swing amplitude of the crank arms, the crank arms on two sides are connected through the balance rod, automatic balance of forces on two sides is achieved, and the steel rope on the other side continues to act when the steel rope on one side is disconnected. The swing arm can rotate around the shaft, the swing angle of the steel rope can be automatically adjusted along with the lifting of the frame, and the problem of lateral force generated by the change of the angle of the steel rope is solved.
