Abstract

本发明公布了一种含溶剂型硅油和无溶剂型硅油的混合涂布液,涂布液的主剂硅油由溶剂型硅油和无溶剂型硅油混合而成,涂布液中还包括锚固剂、固化剂、催化剂和溶剂,涂布液的粘度为30~70mPa.s。该发明离型膜的离型层涂布液使用溶剂型硅油和无溶剂型硅油混合,通过在涂布液中加入固化剂、催化剂、锚固剂和溶剂,控制合适的涂布液粘度,调节混合硅油的性能,在满足高涂布量和超轻离型体系老化性能以及稳定性要求的基础上,与仅含溶剂型硅油的涂布液相比,混合硅油涂布液的成本更低。本发明还公开了一种混合涂布液的涂布方法。

技术邻域
本发明涉及离型膜技术领域,具体为一种溶剂型硅油和无溶剂型硅油的混合涂布液及涂布方法。
背景技术
硅油离型膜是一种在PET薄膜上涂布离型硅油的产品,主要使用在胶带,装饰膜上,使用过程中可以起到保护胶黏剂的作用,在被贴合产品使用前进行剥离,也是一种在电子类产品生产的过程中会被大量使用的消耗品,可以提供产品的制程保护和产品的出货保护,是一种必不可少的材料。
薄膜一般使用溶剂型硅油进行涂布,此类产品一般价格高,涂布厚度薄(0.1um),产品的稳定性差,采取高涂布量来改善产品的稳定性则进一步提高成本。
现有技术中,公开号为CN201911265582.5的专利公开一种一次涂布的PET抗静电离型膜及其制备方法,该离型膜涂布液的组分按质量份数计包括:120#溶剂油3~8份、甲苯溶剂油0.5~1.5份、丁酮5~12份、异丙醇0.5~1.5份、道康宁7458硅油主剂0.3~1份、二氧化锡0.001~0.002份、氯乙烯共聚树脂0.003~0.008份、锚固剂0.003份、催化剂0.12份。该制备方法包括以下步骤:1、配制涂布液,将其混合搅拌,用200目过滤网过滤待用;2、基膜的基材表面进行电晕预处理;3、采用微凹辊精密涂布技术进行逆涂;4、烘干固化的温度依次为90±5℃,125±3℃,150±3℃,150±3℃,110±3℃,90±5℃。上述方案离型膜的离型力稳定性为常温15±3g,残余接着率>85%。
公开号为CN201911266161.4的专利公开一种低温固化超轻PET离型膜及其制备方法,该离型膜涂布液的组分按质量份数计包括:120#溶剂油3~8份、D30溶剂油3~8份、乙酸乙酯5~12份、异丙醇0.5~1.5份、信越KS-3755硅油主剂0.8~1.5份、二氧化硅0.001~0.002份、聚氧硅烷0.002~0.005份、有机铂化合物0.001~0.0015份。该制备方法包括以下步骤:1、配制涂布液,将其混合搅拌,用200目过滤网过滤待用;2、基膜的基材表面进行电晕预处理;3、采用微凹辊精密涂布技术进行逆涂;4、烘干固化的温度依次为60±5℃,100±3℃,125±3℃,130±3℃,100±3℃,90±5℃。上述方案离型膜的离型力稳定性为常温<5g,残余接着率≥75%。
现有技术中的缺陷在于:涂布液固化速度慢;涂布液寿命短,不易控制反应速率;涂布过程中膜面易黏连,导致离型膜平整度差;固化烘干后形成的离型层与基膜层间附着力不佳,对离型膜的稳定性有消极影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供了一种溶剂型硅油和无溶剂型硅油的混合涂布液,通过将溶剂型硅油和无溶剂型硅油混合来降低成本,以获得高涂布量的产品,同时产品的老化性能好且稳定性高。
为实现上述技术效果,本发明的技术方案:一种溶剂型硅油和无溶剂型硅油的混合涂布液,涂布液的主剂硅油由溶剂型硅油和无溶剂型硅油混合而成,所述涂布液中还包括锚固剂、固化剂、催化剂和溶剂,所述涂布液的粘度为30~70mPa.s。
涂布液粘度过高膜面出现拉丝现象,粘度过低膜面出现缩孔现象。
优选的技术方案为,所述溶剂型硅油为道康宁7458硅油和/或信越3755硅油,所述无溶剂型硅油为瓦克SF500硅油。溶剂型硅油的特点是硅含量低(一般为30%)粘度高;无溶剂型硅油的特点是硅含量高(100%),粘度低。
涂布液中的无溶剂型硅油添加过多所得的产品经长时间贴合胶黏剂后,易导致膜贴死的现象出现,且撕开的力度明显上升,撕膜费力。优选的技术方案为,所述溶剂型硅油和无溶剂型硅油按质量比1:(3.7~4.3)混合而成。
优选的技术方案为,涂布液中还包括助凝剂和/或防粘剂。
锚固剂主要起增强附着力的作用;固化剂和催化剂主要起到提高涂层固化速度和稳定性的作用。锚固剂过多导致产品无法正常固化,锚固剂过少导致产品从PET脱落;固化剂过多导致产品加快老化,同时离型力增大过高,固化剂过少导致产品无法正常固化;催化剂过多导致成本高且降低涂布液寿命,催化剂过少导致产品反应速度慢,无法正常固化;阻凝剂过多影响催化剂的作用降低产品的接着率,阻凝剂过少导致产品料液寿命短;防黏剂过多导致膜面粗糙,防黏剂过少导致膜面黏连。优选的技术方案为,按质量份数计,所述涂布液的组成为:主剂硅油100份、锚固剂0.19~0.21份,固化剂0.475~0.525份,催化剂0.38~0.42份,阻凝剂0.475~0.525份,防粘剂0.095~0.1036份,溶剂180~220份。
优选的技术方案为,所述锚固剂为道康宁9176锚固剂,所述固化剂为瓦克V60固化剂,所述催化剂为道康宁4000催化剂。道康宁9176锚固剂有效地改善无溶剂型硅油在基材薄膜上的附着性,从而提高离型膜的稳定性。
优选的技术方案为,所述阻凝剂为信越化学CAT-PLR2阻凝剂,所述防粘剂为瓦克SF500HJ防粘剂。
优选的技术方案为,所述溶剂由丁酮、甲苯和120#溶剂油组成,按质量计所述甲苯和120#溶剂油的含量分别小于丁酮。
优选的技术方案为,所述溶剂由丁酮、甲苯和120#溶剂油按质量比(5.7~6.3):(2.85~3.15):1混合而成。120#溶剂油过多易引起涂布液的流动性过高,影响离型层表面平整度,120#溶剂油过少易引起涂布液的流动性变差,影响离型膜的表面张力,从而引起基膜层起皱和收缩,导致离型膜表面出现裂纹;丁酮和/或甲苯过多或过少对产品的性能无影响,仅影响膜面的外观,膜面出现彩虹纹,会对后续产品的品质造成消极影响。
本发明的另一目的还在于提供一种混合涂布液的涂布方法,该方法包括以下步骤,基于上述的溶剂型硅油和无溶剂型硅油的混合涂布液:
S1:离型膜涂布液的配制;
S2:采用微凹涂布辊在基膜表面上涂布离型膜涂布液,机速度为50~70m/min;
S3:烘干固化,温度设置为:90±5℃,105±5℃,115±5℃,130±5℃,125±5℃,95±5℃;
S4:产品熟化,温度为55~65℃,时间为24h以上。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:
该发明离型膜的离型层涂布液使用溶剂型硅油和无溶剂型硅油混合,通过在涂布液中加入固化剂、催化剂、锚固剂和溶剂,控制合适的涂布液粘度,调节混合硅油的性能,在满足高涂布量和超轻离型体系老化性能以及稳定性要求的基础上,与仅含溶剂型硅油的涂布液相比,混合硅油涂布液的成本更低。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
实施例1含溶剂硅油和无溶剂型硅油的离型膜涂布液的主剂硅油由溶剂型硅油和无溶剂型硅油混合而成,溶剂型硅油道康宁7458和无溶剂型硅油瓦克SF500按质量比1:4混合而成。
涂布液还包括锚固剂、固化剂、催化剂、阻凝剂、防粘剂和溶剂,溶剂由丁酮、甲苯和120#溶剂油组成,按质量份数计,涂布液的组成为:主剂硅油10份、道康宁9176锚固剂0.02份,瓦克V60固化剂0.05份,道康宁4000催化剂0.04份,信越化学CAT-PLR2阻凝剂0.05份,瓦克SF500HJ防粘剂0.01份,溶剂20份。所述溶剂由丁酮、甲苯和120#溶剂油按质量比6:3:1混合而成。
实施例1含溶剂型硅油和无溶剂型硅油的离型膜的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:离型膜涂布液的配制,搅拌机转速为500转/分钟,时间为30min,25μm滤芯过滤;
S2:基膜为乐凯FG21,厚度为50μm,采用M150线日本产松岗微凹涂布辊在基膜表面上涂布离型膜涂布液,机速度为50m/min;
S3:烘干固化,温度设置为:90±5℃,105±5℃,115±5℃,130±5℃,125±5℃,95±5℃,烘箱内进排风量为25000m3/h;
S4:产品熟化,温度为60℃,时间为24h。
涂布过程中使用粘尘辊进行除尘。
产品在千级无尘车间环境中生产。
涂布液的粘度为50mPa.s。
涂布的厚度为5μm。
实施例2
实施例2基于实施例1,区别在于,溶剂型硅油为信越3755硅油。
实施例3
实施例3基于实施例1,区别在于,涂布液中未加入锚固剂。
实施例4
实施例4基于实施例1,区别在于,烘干固化之后不进行离型膜的熟化处理。

对比例1基于实施例1,区别在于,主剂为溶剂型道康宁7458硅油,未加无溶剂型硅油,粘度为300mPa.s。
对比例2
对比例2基于实施例1,区别在于,涂布液中未加入固化剂。
使用日东31B胶带测试残余接着率,使用X射线荧光光谱分析仪测试硅重量,使用Tesa7475标准胶带测试产品的离型力(180°角度下,以300mm/min的剥离速度下所检测到的力值);老化的测定标准为:贴合Tesa后放置在70℃的环境中24小时,然后拿出,冷却2小时,测试剥离力;实施例1~8,对比例1~2测定结果见下表:

对比例1的离型膜达到与实施例1离型力相近的超轻离型体系,涂布的厚度为5μm,成本较实施例1高15%左右。
实施例2相对于实施例1,溶剂型硅油为信越3755的离型力更小,而且老化稳定性好,但残余接着率偏小。

1.一种含溶剂型硅油和无溶剂型硅油的混合涂布液,其特征在于,涂布液的主剂硅油由溶剂型硅油和无溶剂型硅油混合而成,所述涂布液中还包括锚固剂、固化剂、催化剂和溶剂,所述涂布液的粘度为30~70mPa.s。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含溶剂型硅油和无溶剂型硅油的混合涂布液,其特征在于,所述溶剂型硅油为道康宁7458硅油和/或信越3755硅油,所述无溶剂型硅油为瓦克SF500硅油。
3.根据权利要求2所述的含溶剂型硅油和无溶剂型硅油的混合涂布液,其特征在于,所述溶剂型硅油和无溶剂型硅油按质量比1:(3.7~4.3)混合而成。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的含溶剂型硅油和无溶剂型硅油的混合涂布液,其特征在于,涂布液中还包括助凝剂和/或防粘剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的含溶剂型硅油和无溶剂型硅油的混合涂布液,其特征在于,按质量份数计,所述涂布液的组成为:主剂硅油100份、锚固剂0.19~0.21份,固化剂0.475~0.525份,催化剂0.38~0.42份,阻凝剂0.475~0.525份,防粘剂0.095~0.1036份,溶剂180~220份。
6.根据权利要求4所述的含溶剂型硅油和无溶剂型硅油的混合涂布液,其特征在于,所述锚固剂为道康宁9176锚固剂,所述固化剂为瓦克V60固化剂,所述催化剂为道康宁4000催化剂。
7.根据权利要求4所述的含溶剂型硅油和无溶剂型硅油的混合涂布液,其特征在于,所述阻凝剂为信越化学CAT-PLR2阻凝剂,所述防粘剂为瓦克SF500HJ防粘剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的含溶剂型硅油和无溶剂型硅油的混合涂布液,其特征在于,所述溶剂由丁酮、甲苯和120#溶剂油组成,按质量计所述甲苯和120#溶剂油的含量均小于丁酮。
9.根据权利要求1或8所述的含溶剂型硅油和无溶剂型硅油的混合涂布液,其特征在于,所述溶剂由丁酮、甲苯和120#溶剂油按质量比(5.7~6.3):(2.85~3.15):1混合而成。
10.一种混合涂布液的涂布方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤,基于权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的含溶剂型硅油和无溶剂型硅油的混合涂布液:
S1:离型膜涂布液的配制;
S2:采用微凹涂布辊在基膜表面上涂布离型膜涂布液,机速度为50~70m/min;
S3:烘干固化,温度设置为:90±5℃,105±5℃,115±5℃,130±5℃,125±5℃,95±5℃;
