The invention provides a wetting agent for producing nylon fiber chopped strand mats, which comprises a silane coupling agent, a lubricant, epoxy resin, polyurethane, a pH value regulator, an anti-aging agent, a surfactant, an auxiliary agent and deionized water. The surfactant is amido sulfonate. The auxiliary agent is an antistatic agent and a crosslinking agent. The pH regulator is acetic acid. The antistatic and mildew-proof properties of the product are improved through the aid, the anti-aging agent and the surfactant, and the service life of the product is also ensured; and in the preparation process, the stirring and heating modes are adopted, so that the production speed can be increased, and the full combination can be realized.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of nylon fabric production, in particular to a wetting agent for producing a nylon fiber chopped strand mat and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The sizing agent is an indispensable auxiliary agent in the production process of the glass fiber, can play a good protective role in the production process of the glass fiber, endows the protofilament with certain lubricating property, and can effectively avoid mutual abrasion generated in the processing process of the glass fiber. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a wetting agent for producing nylon fiber chopped strand mat and a preparation method thereof, so as to solve the defects of the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides the impregnating compound for producing the nylon fiber chopped strand mat and the preparation method thereof, which improve the antistatic and mildew-proof properties of the product through an auxiliary agent, an anti-aging agent and a surfactant and ensure the service life of the product; and in the preparation process, the stirring and heating modes are adopted, so that the production speed can be increased, and the full combination can be realized.
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides an impregnating compound for producing nylon fiber chopped strand mats, which comprises a silane coupling agent, a lubricant, epoxy resin, polyurethane, a pH value regulator, an anti-aging agent, a surfactant, an auxiliary agent and deionized water.
The further improvement lies in that: the surfactant is amido sulfonate.

A preparation method of a sizing agent for producing nylon fiber chopped strand mats comprises the following specific preparation steps: step 1: firstly, adding deionized water into a preparation tank; step 2: secondly, slowly adding a silane coupling agent; and step 3: then, fully stirring the lubricant and adding the lubricant into a preparation tank; and 4, step 4: then respectively diluting the epoxy resin and the polyurethane, and sequentially adding the epoxy resin and the polyurethane into a preparation tank; step five: finally, sequentially adding the anti-aging agent, the surfactant and the auxiliary agent, and uniformly stirring; step six: and (4) adding a pH value regulator for detection, and adding a proper amount of acid for regulation and stirring if the optimal value cannot be reached.
The further improvement lies in that: the stirring is continued for 25-40 minutes in step 2.
The further improvement lies in that: the temperature in the preparation tank in the step 3 is 60-90 ℃.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the antistatic and mildew-proof properties of the product are improved through the aid, the anti-aging agent and the surfactant, and the service life of the product is also ensured; and in the preparation process, the stirring and heating modes are adopted, so that the production speed can be increased, and the full combination can be realized.

The embodiment provides a treating compound for producing nylon fiber chopped strand mats, which comprises a silane coupling agent, a lubricant, epoxy resin, polyurethane, a pH value regulator, an anti-aging agent, a surfactant, an auxiliary agent and deionized water. The surfactant is amido sulfonate. The auxiliary agent is an antistatic agent and a crosslinking agent. The pH regulator is acetic acid.
The embodiment provides a method for preparing a sizing agent for producing nylon fiber chopped strand mats, which comprises the following specific steps: step 1: firstly, adding deionized water into a preparation tank; step 2: secondly, slowly adding a silane coupling agent; and step 3: then, fully stirring the lubricant and adding the lubricant into a preparation tank; and 4, step 4: then respectively diluting the epoxy resin and the polyurethane, and sequentially adding the epoxy resin and the polyurethane into a preparation tank; step five: finally, sequentially adding the anti-aging agent, the surfactant and the auxiliary agent, and uniformly stirring; step six: and (4) adding a pH value regulator for detection, and adding a proper amount of acid for regulation and stirring if the optimal value cannot be reached. Claims (7)
1. The impregnating compound for producing the nylon chopped strand mat is characterized by comprising a silane coupling agent, a lubricant, epoxy resin, polyurethane, a pH value regulator, an anti-aging agent, a surfactant, an auxiliary agent and deionized water.
2. The impregnating compound for producing nylon fiber chopped strand mat according to claim 1, wherein said surfactant is an amidosulfonate.
3. The impregnating compound for producing nylon fiber chopped strand mats according to claim 1, wherein the auxiliary agent is an antistatic agent and a crosslinking agent.
4. The impregnating compound for producing nylon fiber chopped strand mat according to claim 1, wherein said pH regulator is acetic acid.

A preparation method of a sizing agent for producing nylon fiber chopped strand mats is characterized by comprising the following specific preparation steps: step 1: firstly, adding deionized water into a preparation tank; step 2: secondly, slowly adding a silane coupling agent; and step 3: then, fully stirring the lubricant and adding the lubricant into a preparation tank; and 4, step 4: then respectively diluting the epoxy resin and the polyurethane, and sequentially adding the epoxy resin and the polyurethane into a preparation tank; step five: finally, sequentially adding the anti-aging agent, the surfactant and the auxiliary agent, and uniformly stirring; step six: and (4) adding a pH value regulator for detection, and adding a proper amount of acid for regulation and stirring if the optimal value cannot be reached.
6. The method for preparing the impregnating compound for producing the nylon fiber chopped strand mat as claimed in claim 5, wherein the stirring in step 2 is continued for 25-40 minutes.
7. The method for preparing the impregnating compound for producing the nylon fiber chopped strand mat as claimed in claim 5, wherein the temperature in the preparation tank in the step 3 is 60-90 ℃.
