Abstract

本发明的一个实施例解决的问题之一是实现对车灯的触控操作。本发明提供了一种透镜,车灯、相应的车辆和控制方法。所述透镜包括:透镜部;所述透镜部包括触摸区域;天线部;所述天线部用于传导来自所述透镜部的压力信号。本发明具有以下优点,提供了一种具有天线部的透镜,从而更方便的实现触控车灯,并且能有效的节省开支。此外,相对于其他触控结构,触控敏感度更加高,且各个区域的触控敏感度都较为一致。

透镜、车灯、相应的车辆和控制方法
技术领域
本发明涉及光学技术领域,具体地涉及一种透镜、车灯、相应的车辆和控制方法。
背景技术
当前的车内饰灯大多需要开关进行控制操作,然而,为了满足多样化的造型需求,以及节省开支,往往需要取消开关这一部件。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的一个实施例解决的问题之一是实现对车灯的触控操作。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种透镜,其特征在于,所述透镜包括:
-透镜部;所述透镜部包括触摸区域;
-天线部;所述天线部用于传导来自所述透镜部的压力信号。
根据本实施例的方案,通过采用天线部来传感透镜部的压力信息,从而实现基于触摸的控制。
根据本发明的一个实施例所述的透镜,其中,天线部包括:
-法兰部,所述法兰部位于所述触摸区域的边缘。
通过在触摸区域边缘布置天线的法兰结构,能够增强在触摸区域边缘对于压力信息的敏感度。
根据本发明的一个实施例所述的透镜,其中,所述天线部包括:
-多个开口,其中,所述开口均匀分布于所述天线部的表面。
采用开口后,天线部表面的压力敏感度会降低,使其与触摸区域边缘的压力敏感度接近。
根据本发明的一个实施例所述的透镜,其中,所述开口包括以下任一种形式:
-小孔;
-沟槽。
本领域技术人员能够理解,无论开口的形状如何,只要其均匀分布于天线部表面,则能够均匀的降低其敏感度,从而使得天线部作为整体的敏感度保持一致。
根据本发明的一个实施例所述的透镜,所述天线部与所述透镜部采用重叠注塑的方式形成。
通过采用重叠注塑方式,能够形成触摸感应的一体件,减少了将天线部安装至透镜部的安装结构和安装步骤,同时两者能够更好的接触,提高响应灵敏性。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种车灯,所述车灯包括所述透镜,其中,所述车灯还包括:
-传感部,
-控制部,其中,所述控制部基于来自传感部的电流,对光源进行控制。
根据本发明的车灯,能够利用车灯的透镜部实现开关控制,减少了额外的开关部件,能够适应更多样的造型,并且能有效的节省开支。
根据本发明所述的车灯,其中,传感部连接所述透镜的天线部以及所述控制部;以将所述天线部的压力信息转换为电流信息并传送至所述控制部。
根据本发明的车灯,能够有效的利用传感部来传到天线部的压力信息,以实现控制。
根据本发明所述的车灯,其中,所述传感部可以为以下任一种结构:
-弹性簧片;
-螺旋形弹簧。
传感部可以为任何能够传导电流信号的弹性结构。
根据本发明的车灯,为车内阅读灯。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种车辆,所述车辆包括所述车灯。
根据本发明的一个方面,还提供了一种车灯控制方法,其中,采用所述车灯,所述车灯控制方法包括:
-感应对所述透镜部进行按压时的压力信息;
-将压力信息转化为电流信息,传送至控制部;
-根据控制逻辑控制光源。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点,提供了一种具有天线部的透镜,从而更方便的实现触控车灯,并且能有效的节省开支。此外,相对于其他触控结构,触控敏感度更加高,且各个区域的触控敏感度都较为一致。

根据本发明的实施例公开了一种透镜、与该透镜相应的车灯和车辆,以及一种车灯控制方法。
根据本实施例的一种车灯,参考图1至图3,其中,根据本发明的车灯包括透镜P1、传感部300以及控制部500。
其中,参考图4及图5,透镜P1包括透镜部100和天线部200。所述透镜部100包括触摸区域110;所述天线部200用于传导来自所述透镜部100的压力信号。
根据本发明的一个优选实施例,其中,天线部200包括法兰部210。所述法兰部210位于所述触摸区域110的边缘。
根据本发明的又一个优选实施例,所述天线部200包括多个开口220。其中,所述开口220均匀分布于所述天线部200的表面。
优选地,所述天线部200为环绕所述触摸区域110的环状结构,其中,法兰部210为围绕触摸区域110的边缘的凸起;所述开口220均匀地分布于环状结构的环状表面230上。
优选地,所述开口220包括以下任一种形式:
(1)小孔;例如,如图4中所示的均匀分布在环状表面230上的小孔等。
(2)沟槽,例如,均匀分布于环状表面230上的沟槽;
更优选地,所述天线部200还包括用于装配的外环部240。所述外环部240位于所述天线部200的最外缘。
根据本发明的一个优选实施例,其中,所述天线部200与所述透镜部100为一体件。
更优选地,天线部200与所述透镜部100采用重叠注塑(overmolding)的方式形成。
根据本发明的一个优选方案,其中,所述天线部200的环状表面230的横截面可以为以下任一种形式:
1)平面;
2)弧形。参考图5,其环状表面230侧面整体可具有一定的弧度。
其中,所述控制部500基于来自传感部300的电流,对光源进行控制。
具体地,传感部300连接所述透镜P1的天线部200以及所述控制部500;以将所述天线部200的压力信息转换为电流信息并传送至所述控制部500。
其中,传感部300可以为任何能够传导电流信号的弹性结构。
优选地,传感部300可以为以下任一种结构:
(1)弹性簧片;
(2)螺旋形弹簧。
根据本发明的一个实施例,传感部300为螺旋形弹簧。
优选地,参考图1和图2,根据本发明的车灯包括遮光板800,、镀铬件700,透镜P1(亦即,透镜部100和天线部200),传感部300,印刷电路板500(亦即控制部500),以及壳体600。
其中,透镜P1中的透镜部100具有一触摸区域110,该触摸区域110同时亦为出光区域,同时,该透镜部100还具有与触摸区域110为一体件的支撑部120。根据本实施例的透镜P1,其透镜部100与天线部200采用重叠注塑的方式生成为一体件。其中,天线部200为围绕触摸区域110的环状结构。传导部300连接天线部200以及控制部500,其中,控制部500通常采用PCBA来实现。并且,根据与车灯相应的光学要求,车灯中可具有内透镜400,且传导部300可以穿过该内透镜400,与PCBA500连接。优选地,传导部300采用弹簧来实现。
根据本发明的方法,包括步骤S1、步骤S2以及步骤S3,在步骤S1中,天线部200感应对所述透镜部P1进行按压时的压力信息;在步骤S2中,传导部300将压力信息转化为电流信息,传送至控制部500接着,在步骤S3中,控制部500根据控制逻辑控制光源。
例如,当用户触摸透镜P1的触摸区域110时,天线部200感受到触摸操作的压力信息,并压缩或拉升弹簧300,弹簧300被压缩或拉升的操作影响其对应的PCBA500上的控制电路的电流信息,进而触发PCBA500上的控制电路打开或关闭光源。
本领域技术人员应可理解,控制电路可以采用多种控制逻辑。例如,第一次触摸:打开光源,第二次触摸,关闭光源。又例如,第一次触摸:打开光源第一档,第二次触摸,打开光源第二档,第三次触摸,打开光源第三档,第四次触摸,关闭光源。等等。
本领域技术人员可根据实际情况和需求来设置该控制逻辑。此处不再赘述。
本发明具有以下优点:提供了一种具有天线部的透镜,从而更方便的实现触控车灯,并且能有效的节省开支。此外,相对于其他触控结构,触控敏感度更加高,且各个区域的触控敏感度都较为一致。

1.一种透镜(P1),其特征在于,所述透镜(P1)包括:
-透镜部(100);所述透镜部(100)包括触摸区域(110);
-天线部(200);所述天线部(200)用于传导来自所述透镜部(100)的压力信号。
2.根据权利要求1所述的透镜(P1),其中,天线部(200)包括:
-法兰部(210),所述法兰部(210)位于所述触摸区域(110)的边缘。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的透镜(P1),其中,所述天线部(200)包括:
-多个开口(220),其中,所述开口(220)均匀分布于所述天线部(200)的表面。
4.根据权利要求3所述的透镜(P1),其中,所述开口(220)包括以下任一种形式:
-小孔;
-沟槽。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的透镜(P1),所述天线部(200)与所述透镜部(100)采用重叠注塑(overmolding)的方式结合。
6.一种车灯,所述车灯包括如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的透镜(P1),其中,所述车灯还包括:
-传感部(300),
-控制部(500),其中,所述控制部(500)基于来自传感部(300)的电流,对光源进行控制。
7.根据权利要求6所述的车灯,其中,传感部(300)连接所述透镜(P1)的天线部(200)以及所述控制部(500);以将所述天线部(200)的压力信息转换为电流信息并传送至所述控制部(500)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的车灯,其中,所述传感部(300)可以为以下任一种结构:
-弹性簧片;
-螺旋形弹簧。
9.根据权利要求6至8中任一项所述的车灯,为车内阅读灯。
10.一种车辆,所述车辆包括如权利要求6至9中任一项所述的车灯。
11.一种车灯控制方法,其中,采用如权利要求6至10中任一项所述的车灯,所述车灯控制方法包括:
-感应对所述透镜部(P1)进行按压时的压力信息;
-将压力信息转化为电流信息,传送至控制部(500);
-根据控制逻辑控制光源。
