s3, coating a layer of 0.2 mm-thick two-component polyether polyurethane slurry on the surface of the middle layer to serve as an adhesive layer, adhering the adhesive layer to a cloth base in a state that the adhesive layer is dried to be semi-dry at the temperature of 85 ℃, continuously drying and curing at the temperature of 125 ℃, and stripping release paper to obtain a semi-finished product;
s4, coating a layer of water-based polyacrylic acid slurry on the surface of the surface layer of the dry-process semi-finished product by a gravure roller, wherein the coating amount is 15g/m2Drying and curing at 140 ℃ to form an antifouling layer, thus obtaining the wear-resistant antifouling polyurethane synthetic leather for consumer electronics with high physical properties;

s2, coating a layer of polyether polyurethane slurry with the thickness of 0.27mm on the surface layer, and drying at 120 ℃ to form a middle layer;
s3, coating a layer of two-component polyether polyurethane slurry with the thickness of 0.25mm on the surface of the middle layer to serve as an adhesive layer, adhering the adhesive layer to a cloth base in a state that the adhesive layer is dried to be semi-dry at the temperature of 100 ℃, continuously drying and curing at the temperature of 130 ℃, and stripping release paper to obtain a semi-finished product;
s4, coating a layer of water-based polyacrylic acid slurry on the surface of the surface layer of the dry-process semi-finished product by a gravure roller, wherein the coating amount is 22g/m2Drying and curing at 150 ℃ to form an antifouling layer, thus obtaining the wear-resistant antifouling polyurethane synthetic leather for consumer electronics with high physical properties;

From the physical property tests of the synthetic leather products prepared by the above listed examples, the wear resistance test H22X 1KG can be more than 1000 times, while the common electronic packaging synthetic leather product can only reach about 300 times, the hydrolysis resistance test at 70 ℃ and 95% RH constant temperature and humidity can reach more than 5 weeks without hydrolysis, while the common electronic packaging synthetic leather product can only ensure that the hydrolysis resistance test at 70 ℃ and 95% RH constant temperature and humidity can not be performed within 2 weeks, and the durability of the product is far superior to that of the common electronic packaging product.

The polyurethane synthetic leather for consumer electronics according to claim 1, wherein the polyurethane synthetic leather comprises: the polycarbonate polyurethane slurry comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of polycarbonate polyurethane resin, 30-50 parts of DMF solvent, 0.1-0.5 part of flatting agent and 5-20 parts of color paste.

s1, coating a layer of polycarbonate polyurethane slurry on release paper, and drying to obtain a surface layer;
s2, coating a layer of polyether polyurethane slurry on the surface layer, and drying to obtain a middle layer;
s3, coating a layer of double-component polyether polyurethane slurry on the surface of the middle layer, drying to be in a semi-dry state, attaching the double-component polyether polyurethane slurry to base cloth, continuously drying and curing, and stripping release paper to obtain a dry semi-finished product;
