Abstract
The embodiment of the invention discloses a battery self-discharge testing method, a device, a storage medium and equipment, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of obtaining charging data of two adjacent times of charging of a battery to be tested under the same environment and the same charging parameters, and determining the self-discharging current value of the battery to be tested according to the obtained charging data of the two times of charging, wherein the self-discharging current value is used for evaluating the self-discharging performance of the battery to be tested. The self-discharge test method of the battery is simple in operation process, low in test equipment investment and beneficial to batch operation.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of batteries, in particular to a battery self-discharge testing method, a device, a storage medium and equipment.
Background
The use of batteries in many fields needs to be combined and used in parallel or/and series, and the consistency of various performances of each combined single battery needs to be ensured in the combined use process, wherein the self-discharge of the battery is a key performance. The current method for testing the self-discharge of the battery comprises the following steps: voltage comparison method, residual capacity method and float current method. However, the current method for testing the self-discharge of the battery has low accuracy, and the matching effect is influenced; or the test process is complicated and is not beneficial to batch operation; or the equipment investment for testing is high.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, it is desirable to provide a method, an apparatus, a storage medium and a device for testing self-discharge of a battery, which are used to calculate a self-discharge current value of a battery to be tested by performing two charging operations including a first charging and a second charging on the battery to be tested, so as to evaluate the self-discharge performance of the battery to be tested by using the self-discharge current value of the battery to be tested.
In a first aspect, the present application provides a battery self-discharge testing method, the method comprising:
acquiring charging data of two adjacent times of charging of a battery to be tested under the same environment and the same charging parameters, wherein the charging data comprises the ending time of the first charging of the battery to be tested, the starting time of the second charging of the battery to be tested after the battery to be tested is kept still for a preset time, and the charging capacity value of the second charging of the battery to be tested;
and determining the self-discharge current value of the battery to be tested according to the ending time of the first charging, the starting time of the second charging and the charging capacity value of the second charging, wherein the self-discharge current value is used for evaluating the self-discharge performance of the battery to be tested.
Optionally, the determining the self-discharge current value of the battery to be tested according to the ending time of the first charging, the starting time of the second charging, and the charging capacity value of the second charging includes:
performing difference operation on the starting time of the second charging and the ending time of the first charging to obtain a difference value between the starting time of the second charging and the ending time of the first charging;
and carrying out ratio operation on the charging capacity value of the secondary charging and the difference value to obtain a self-discharging current value of the battery to be detected.
Optionally, the same environment refers to having the same environmental parameter, and the environmental parameter includes an environmental temperature; the charging parameters include a charging current, a cutoff voltage, and a cutoff current.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

in the embodiment of the present application, the same environment means having the same environmental parameters, including the environmental temperature; the charging parameters include a charging current, a cutoff voltage, and a cutoff current.
Specifically, the battery to be tested is charged for the first time at a certain environmental temperature, and the first charging of the battery to be tested is performed in a constant-current and constant-voltage mode, so that the first charging process has certain charging parameters, and the charging parameters comprise certain charging current, certain cut-off voltage and certain cut-off current. When the first charging of the battery to be tested reaches the preset electric quantity, stopping the charging of the battery to be tested and recording the time point when the charging is stopped, namely the ending time t of the first charging1. In order to ensure the accuracy of the battery self-discharge testing method, the cut-off voltage during the two times of charging can be selected from the required voltage during the general shipment or warehousing of the battery, and can also be adjusted according to the actual requirement; the charging current in the two times of charging is not more than 0.3C, and in the embodiment of the application, the preferable charging current value is 0.1C to 0.2C; the off current at the time of the two-time charging should not exceed 0.05C, and in the present embodiment, the preferred off current value is 0.01C to 0.02C.

determining a self-discharge current value of the battery to be tested according to the ending time of the first charging, the starting time of the second charging and the charging capacity value of the second charging, wherein the self-discharge current value is used for evaluating the self-discharge performance of the battery to be tested;
wherein, the determining the self-discharge current value of the battery to be tested according to the ending time of the first charging, the starting time of the second charging and the charging capacity value of the second charging comprises:
performing difference operation on the starting time of the second charging and the ending time of the first charging to obtain a difference value between the starting time of the second charging and the ending time of the first charging;
and carrying out ratio operation on the charging capacity value of the secondary charging and the difference value to obtain a self-discharging current value of the battery to be detected.
