Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present application better understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
For easy understanding, please refer to fig. 1, an embodiment of a source-network-load coordination operation control method provided in the present application includes:
It should be noted that the resource distribution and geographic environment information mainly refer to: the method comprises the steps of calculating the capacity of the distributed power supply and the limit capacity of the distributed power supply which can be consumed by the power distribution network in the horizontal year according to the distribution condition and the power utilization condition of the power utilization equipment, calculating the limit capacity of the distributed power supply which can be consumed by the power distribution network in the horizontal year, predicting the load, and determining the load in the horizontal year.
And 102, judging whether the capacity of the distributed power supply is larger than the planned horizontal annual load capacity, if so, performing source network coordination according to the capacity of the distributed power supply and the limit capacity of the distributed power supply, and if not, performing load network coordination according to the limit capacity of the distributed power supply and the planned horizontal annual load capacity.
It should be noted that the essence of the "source network load" coordination is an operation mode for realizing the maximum utilization of resources. The power source, the grid and the load are the same entity in the power system. When the capacity of the distributed power supply is compared with the planned horizontal year load capacity, if the capacity of the distributed power supply is large, the capacity of the distributed power supply cannot be consumed by the local load, source network coordination is needed, power output needs to be adjusted in the source network coordination, or a power supply network needs to be expanded, and the specific process needs to be judged and executed according to the relation between the capacity of the distributed power supply and the limit capacity of the distributed power supply. If the capacity of the distributed power supply is smaller, load network coordination is needed, the load network coordination is mainly used for balancing whether upgrading and rebuilding of the power distribution network are needed, and the specific basis is the relation between the limit capacity of the distributed power supply and the planned horizontal annual load capacity.
Further, the source network coordination process is as follows:
and judging whether the capacity of the distributed power supply is smaller than the limit capacity of the distributed power supply, if so, performing power supply adjustment on the power output of the power distribution network, and if not, expanding the power distribution network by increasing power supply equipment.
Wherein, the process of power supply adjustment is: and carrying out adaptive increase and decrease adjustment on the power supply quantity of different areas of the power distribution network according to the load increase condition.
It should be noted that when the capacity of the distributed power source is smaller than the limit capacity of the distributed power source, it indicates that the power distribution network can meet the increase of the load, and at this time, power supply adjustment of power output needs to be determined according to the load increase condition, where the power supply adjustment mainly increases or decreases the power supply amount of different areas within the power supply range of the power distribution network, for example, decreases the supply power in the area a, increases the supply power in the area B, and the like. When the capacity of the distributed power supply is not less than the limit capacity of the distributed power supply, the increase of the load is beyond the capability of the existing power distribution network capable of bearing access, and power supply equipment needs to be added to perform network frame expansion on the power distribution network, so that the purpose of adjusting the capacity of the distributed power supply to be less than the limit capacity of the distributed power supply is achieved.
Further, the process of load network coordination is as follows:
and judging whether the load capacity of the planned horizontal year is greater than the limit capacity of the distributed power supply, if so, not operating, keeping the normal operation of the power distribution network, and if not, upgrading and reconstructing the power distribution network by adding power distribution equipment.
It should be noted that if the planned horizontal annual load capacity is greater than the limit capacity of the distributed power supply, the power distribution network does not need to be reconstructed, that is, power supply equipment does not need to be expanded, and the power distribution network operates normally; if the planned horizontal annual load capacity is not larger than the limit capacity of the distributed power supply, power distribution equipment needs to be additionally arranged to expand the power distribution network, and upgrading and reconstruction of the power distribution network are achieved, so that the purpose that the planned horizontal annual load capacity is smaller than the limit capacity of the distributed power supply is achieved through expanding the net rack.
According to the source network load coordination operation control method provided by the embodiment of the application, the judgment is carried out based on the uncertainty of the capacity of the distributed power supply, different source network load coordination control is carried out according to the change condition of the capacity of the distributed power supply, so that the source network load coordination control can better meet the actual control requirement, and the method is suitable for the development of various forms of smart power grids in the future. Therefore, the method and the device for controlling the source network load coordination can solve the technical problem that the existing control method for the source network load coordination is not flexible enough and poor in applicability.

Further, the power supply adjustment process comprises:
and carrying out adaptive increase and decrease adjustment on the power supply quantity of different areas of the power distribution network according to the load increase condition.
Further, the process of load network coordination is as follows:
