Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
The monitoring method in one embodiment of the invention can be applied to monitoring a networked platform. The monitoring networking platform is a comprehensive management platform for detecting the states of targets (moving targets and static targets) in the sea surface and road range so as to achieve monitoring, statistics, early warning and playback of the target states.
The platform not only comprises monitoring and analysis of the whole area, the monitoring mode comprises a camera, a radar, a photoelectric sensing instrument, an unmanned aerial vehicle, a patrol car and other monitoring means, and the platform can freely call all the monitoring means and monitor and early warn facilities and moving targets in the area by combining an electronic map.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart illustrating steps of a monitoring method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, and applied to a monitoring networking platform, where the monitoring networking platform is connected to and communicates with a monitoring device. The method may specifically comprise the steps of:
specifically, the monitoring device may collect video data of an area where the monitoring device is located, and determine an area corresponding to the video data collected by the monitoring device as the monitoring area, and of course, the user may select a specific area again as the monitoring area from the area corresponding to the video data collected by the monitoring device. In addition, the monitoring equipment can also comprise non-visual monitoring equipment such as radars and photoelectric sensing instruments besides the camera, when a plurality of monitoring equipment exist, a user can set corresponding monitoring areas for each monitoring equipment, the monitoring areas corresponding to different monitoring equipment can be overlapped, for example, for the same monitoring area, the camera can be adopted to monitor through video image acquisition, and the radar is adopted to monitor. It should be noted that the shape and division of the monitoring area can be selected by the user according to the actual needs of the user, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
102, receiving a video image sent by the monitoring equipment; the video image corresponds to the monitoring area;
in the embodiment of the invention, the monitoring equipment can comprise a camera, an unmanned aerial vehicle and a vehicle-mounted camera, wherein the camera is generally fixedly arranged at the outer edge of the building facility of the monitoring area and is used for monitoring the fixed area; and unmanned aerial vehicle and on-vehicle camera then can keep moving in the control area, collect the video image that shoots on the way of moving. The monitoring networking platform is connected with the monitoring equipment for communication, and the video camera, the unmanned aerial vehicle and the vehicle-mounted camera send the video image shot in real time to the monitoring networking platform.
in particular, the monitored object may include a person, an animal, a vehicle, and an object that meets a specific requirement, such as an object that suddenly appears or disappears. The monitoring networking platform identifies at least one monitoring object in the received video image.
104, acquiring characteristic parameters of the monitored object;
for a moving person, animal, vehicle, the characteristic parameter may be the speed of the movement, the direction of the movement, and the current location. For other objects, the characteristic parameter may be the appearance of the object and a parameter for determining whether the object meets a specific requirement, such as the time for acquiring the object to exist in the continuous video image, so as to determine whether the object suddenly disappears or suddenly appears.
specifically, the alarm area may be divided in a monitoring area monitored by the monitoring device, where the alarm area may be an area where entry is prohibited, an area where entry is not permitted, or an area where entry of an object needs to be monitored in a key manner, and the alarm rule is preset by a user and is used to determine whether an abnormal intrusion behavior exists, for example, the alarm rule may be set to "object: a human; behavior: and entering an alarm area from east, and after the characteristic parameters of the monitored object are obtained, judging whether the characteristic parameters accord with alarm rules or not based on the characteristic parameters.
when the monitored object is determined to accord with the alarm rule, the monitored object can be determined to have abnormal intrusion behavior, so that a ball machine can be adopted to amplify the video picture of the area where the monitored object is located and continuously track the monitored object. Different abnormal intrusion behaviors are adopted, so that different alarm rules correspond to different alarm levels. For example, when the alarm levels are classified as "low", "medium", and "high", the alarm rule "object: a human; behavior: the alarm level corresponding to entering the alarm area from east is low, and the alarm rule object: turning; behavior: the alarm level corresponding to the alarm area entering from east is middle. According to the alarm rule that the monitored object accords with, the alarm level of the monitored object can be determined.
And 107, taking preset alarm measures aiming at the target monitored object based on the alarm level.
Different alarm measures can be taken because the severity of the possible consequences of the monitored objects with different alarm levels is different. The monitoring networking platform stores various warning measures preset by a user, for example, workers are dispatched to persuade, the workers are dispatched to expel and request the police department to assist, and according to the warning level of a monitored object, the corresponding warning measures can be selected and executed.
In the embodiment of the invention, the monitoring area is determined, the video image sent by the monitoring equipment is received, the video image corresponds to the monitoring area, the monitored object is identified from the video image, the characteristic parameter of the monitored object is obtained, whether the target monitored object which accords with the preset alarm rule exists in the preset alarm area in the video image is judged based on the characteristic parameter, if yes, the alarm grade of the target monitored object is determined based on the alarm rule which accords with the target monitored object, and the preset alarm measure is taken aiming at the target monitored object based on the alarm grade, so that the discovery analysis and judgment of the abnormal intrusion behavior are automatically completed, and the corresponding measure is automatically selected aiming at the intrusion behavior, thereby meeting the requirement of a user on the monitoring function of the security system.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart illustrating steps of another monitoring method provided in an embodiment of the present invention is shown, and is applied to a monitoring networked platform, where the monitoring networked platform is connected to and communicates with a monitoring device, and the method specifically includes the following steps:
in this embodiment, step 201 is similar to step 101 in the previous embodiment, and the detailed description may refer to step 101 in the previous embodiment, which is not repeated herein.
after the monitoring area is determined, a user can determine one or more alarm areas in the monitoring area according to the monitoring requirement of the user, wherein the alarm areas are used for judging abnormal intrusion behaviors. The monitoring equipment can also comprise non-visual monitoring equipment such as radars and photoelectric sensing instruments besides the camera, when a plurality of monitoring equipment exist, a user can set corresponding alarm areas for each monitoring equipment, the alarm areas corresponding to different monitoring equipment can be overlapped or crossed, for example, for the same alarm area, the camera can be adopted to monitor through video image acquisition, and the radar is adopted to monitor. It should be noted that the shape and division of the alarm region may be selected by the user according to the actual needs of the user, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
after the alarm areas are set, corresponding alarm rules can be set for each alarm area, and the alarm rules are used for judging whether the behavior of the monitored object belongs to abnormal intrusion behavior.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the step of configuring the alarm rule corresponding to the one or more alarm regions further includes the following sub-steps:
configuring the alarm object type for the alarm area;
and configuring a corresponding alarm track and an alarm direction based on the alarm object type.
The types of the alarm objects can include people, animals, vehicles and other objects, the alarm track can be one or more trip lines which are arranged in the alarm area and are arranged at random, the trip lines are used for comparing with the motion track of the monitoring object, and the alarm direction can be used for comparing with the motion direction of the monitoring object.
In another optional embodiment of the invention, the method further comprises the sub-steps of:
and configuring an alarm stay time threshold based on the alarm object type.
For a static monitoring object, an alarm dwell time threshold may be set, that is, when the dwell time of the monitoring object in the alarm area exceeds the alarm dwell time threshold, the monitoring object is considered to be in accordance with the alarm rule. For different monitoring objects, different alarm stay time thresholds can be configured, for example, when the monitoring object is a person, the alarm stay time threshold can be configured to be 5 minutes, and when the monitoring object is a vehicle, the alarm stay time threshold can be configured to be 2 minutes.
in the present embodiment, the steps 204-206 are respectively similar to the steps 102-104 in the previous embodiment, and the detailed description can refer to the steps 102-104 in the previous embodiment, which is not repeated herein.
in an optional embodiment of the present invention, the characteristic parameter includes a type of the monitored object and a motion trajectory of the monitored object, and the step of determining whether a target monitored object meeting a preset alarm rule exists in a preset alarm region in the video image based on the characteristic parameter further includes the following sub-steps:
judging whether the type of the monitored object belongs to the alarm object type;
if so, judging whether the motion track passes through the alarm track;
and if the motion track passes through the alarm track, determining the monitored object as a target monitored object which accords with a preset alarm rule.
Specifically, the monitoring networking platform screens out an alarm rule consistent with the type of the monitored object from a plurality of stored alarm rules according to the type of the monitored object, and then judges whether the motion track of the monitored object is intersected with the alarm track, namely judges whether the motion track of the monitored object is intersected with the tripwire. And if the motion track of the monitored object is intersected with the alarm track, determining that the monitored object conforms to the alarm rule.
In another optional embodiment of the present invention, the characteristic parameter further includes a motion direction corresponding to a motion trajectory of the monitored object, and before the step of determining whether the motion trajectory passes through the warning trajectory, the method further includes:
judging whether the motion direction is consistent with the alarm direction;
if yes, judging whether the motion track passes through the alarm track.
Specifically, in practice, some alarm areas, for example, a checkpoint with only a single entrance may cause a person to break into the interior of the checkpoint beyond a non-entrance enclosure, so before the motion trajectory is determined, it may be determined whether the motion direction of the monitored object is the same as the alarm direction, the alarm direction may be set to be other directions except the entrance direction, when the monitored object enters from the non-entrance, it is determined that the motion direction is the same as the alarm direction, and then it is determined whether the monitored object passes through the alarm trajectory, in addition, a plurality of alarm directions may also be set for the same position, for example, a one-way alarm (from left to right, from right to left) may also be set.
In addition to detecting moving people, animals and vehicles, objects can be monitored, and in the monitoring area, when the state of one or more articles at a specific position in the alarm area changes, such as suddenly disappears or suddenly appears, the objects can be analyzed and whether the alarm rule is met or not is judged.
in this embodiment, step 208 is similar to step 107 in the previous embodiment, and the detailed description may refer to step 107 in the previous embodiment, which is not repeated herein.
in order to prevent misjudgment of the alarm situation, after the monitoring networking platform determines the alarm measure, the monitoring networking platform can send alarm prompt information containing the alarm measure and the alarm level to the user, so that the user can confirm whether the abnormal intrusion behavior of the target monitored object is true and whether the alarm level and the alarm measure are proper.
When a user confirms that the abnormal intrusion behavior is true and the alarm level and the alarm measure are proper, the alarm prompt information can be determined in a clicking mode, the monitoring networking platform generates alarm information after receiving the confirmation of the user, the alarm information can comprise the alarm measure, an object for executing the alarm measure and a target monitoring object, the alarm information is sent to the server, the server sends the alarm information to a worker for executing the alarm measure, and the worker can execute the alarm measure on the monitoring object according to the alarm information after receiving the alarm information.
By determining the monitoring area, determining one or more alarm areas in the monitoring area, configuring an alarm rule corresponding to the one or more alarm areas, receiving a video image sent by monitoring equipment, identifying a monitored object from the video image, acquiring a characteristic parameter of the monitored object, judging whether a target monitored object meeting the preset alarm rule exists in the preset alarm area in the video image based on the characteristic parameter, taking a preset alarm measure aiming at the target monitored object based on the alarm grade, sending an alarm prompt message containing the target monitored object to a user based on the alarm grade and the alarm measure, generating an alarm message and sending the alarm message to a server in response to the determination of the alarm prompt message by the user, thereby realizing the monitoring of the monitoring area by adopting a plurality of modes and finding and judging a plurality of abnormal intrusion behaviors, the method has the advantages that the corresponding measures are automatically selected according to the intrusion behavior and executed after the user confirms, so that misjudgment of the abnormal intrusion behavior is avoided, and the requirement of the user on the monitoring function of the security system is met.
In order to enable a person skilled in the art to better understand the solution of the present invention, the present application is exemplified below by way of example, but it should be understood that the present application is not limited thereto.
