Background
In modern industrial applications, in addition to using a general screwdriver or a wrench to tighten or loosen a fastener (such as a screw or a nut), most users nowadays choose to use an impact tool (or a power tool) to improve the working efficiency, wherein the impact tool can provide high torque and high impact force to effectively and rapidly tighten or loosen the fastener, thereby achieving the effect of getting twice the effort.
However, in order to solve the problem that the impact tool cannot be applied to a narrow space, a practitioner has developed an impact tool, which generally includes a motor, a transmission device and an impact device, wherein an output shaft of the motor is connected to the linkage device, an acting element of the impact device converts a torque provided by the motor into a powerful rotational impact through the transmission of the transmission device, wherein the transmission device generally includes a plurality of transmission gears (e.g., bevel gear sets), and the output of the output shaft of the motor is transmitted through the transmission device such that an axis of the acting element of the impact device and an axis of the output shaft of the motor form a right angle, thereby solving the problem that the impact tool cannot be applied to a narrow space.
The impact tool is easy to accumulate dust inside the impact tool after long-term use, so that the abrasion among gears or bearings is aggravated, and in order to guarantee the rotation precision of the impact tool, the impact tool needs to be cleaned inside and lubricated by oil after being used for a period of time.
