The guide instrument box A of the embodiment of the invention comprises a main body 1 and a guide opening and closing flap 2. As shown in fig. 2 to 7, the guide opening and closing flap 2 extends from the side of the main body 1 and includes a first guide opening and closing flap 21 and a second guide opening and closing flap 22 connected by a guide flap rotating shaft 23, and the guide opening and closing flap 2 is kept closed by an elastic member 24 to form a through hole 25 for passing the puncture needle C. On one side surface of the second guide opening and closing flap 22, an inclined surface 221 is formed, the inclined surface 221 being configured to be capable of abutting against the release push rod 3 inserted into a first depth range from the rear of the main body 1 to control the opening degree of the guide opening and closing flap 2 based on the insertion depth of the release push rod 3. When in use, the release push rod 3 is inserted into the main body 1 from the rear part of the main body 1, and forms an abutting joint with the inclined surface 221 along with the continuous extension of the release push rod 3, and continuously overcomes the resistance of the elastic piece 24 downwards along the inclined surface 221 to abut against the second guide opening and closing flap 22, and the second guide opening and closing flap 22 gradually opens along with the continuous extension of the push rod 3 until the release push rod 3 reaches the top of the second guide opening and closing flap 22 along the inclined surface 221, as shown in fig. 6. At this time, the second guide opening and closing flap 22 is opened to the maximum. Wherein, from the time when the release plunger 3 comes into abutment with the inclined surface 221 to the time when the release plunger 3 reaches the top of the second guide opening and closing flap 22 (the second guide opening and closing flap 22 is not opened), the insertion depth range of the release plunger 3 constitutes the first depth range.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 to 7, the first guide opening and closing flap 21 is fixed on the main body 1, the middle portion of the second guide opening and closing flap 22 is rotatably connected to the first guide opening and closing flap 21 through a guide flap rotating shaft 23, the elastic member 24 is a tension spring, and is disposed between the bottom of the main body 1 and the lower surface of the first side of the second guide opening and closing flap 22, and the tension spring keeps the guide opening and closing flap 2 closed to form a through hole 25 for the puncture needle to pass through. As shown in fig. 8 to 15, a life indication slider 4 capable of sliding in the axial direction of the main body 1 is further provided in the main body 1. The life indication slider 4 is used to indicate the end of the service life of the guide instrument box a by moving. The life indication slider 4 is configured to be capable of abutting with a release push rod 3 inserted into a second depth range from the rear of the main body 1 to slide from a normal life position to an end-of-life position, wherein the second depth range is a depth range in which the release push rod 3 pushes the life indication slider 4 from the normal life position to the end-of-life position, and the depth of the first depth range is smaller than the depth of the second depth range.
As described above, the release rod 3 is not continuously inserted into the main body 1, and the second guide opening and closing flap 22 is opened to the maximum. Thereafter, if the guide instrument box a reaches the number of times of use or the use period, the control release push rod 3 continues to extend into the main body 1, then abuts against the life indication slide block 4, and pushes the life indication slide block 4 to move towards the front end of the main body 1, and moves from a first position to a second position, wherein the first position corresponds to a normal life position, and the second position corresponds to an end-of-life position, and the life indication slide block 4 at the second position identifies the end of life of the guide instrument box a.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 14 and 15, the life indication slider 4 includes a sliding portion 41 and a life indication portion 42 provided at a side end of the sliding portion 41, the life indication portion 42 includes a life normal indication portion 421 located at a front portion and a life end indication portion 422 located at a rear portion, and a life indication hole 43 is opened in the main body 1 corresponding to the life indication portion 4.
A guide instrument case a for normal use, in which the life indication slider 4 is in a life normal position, and the life normal indication portion 421 at the front is opposed to the life indication hole 43 of the main body 1, as shown in fig. 8 and 9; when the guide instrument box a reaches the number of uses or the length of use, the end-of-life indicating slider 4 slides to the end-of-life position, and the end-of-life indicating portion 422 opposes the end-of-life indicating hole 43 of the main body 1, as shown in fig. 10 and 11. The normal life indicator 421 and the end life indicator 422 of the life indicator 42 may be marked with different colors, for example, the normal life indicator 421 is green, and the end life indicator 422 is red, so that when the red color is seen through the life indicator hole 43, it indicates that the guide instrument box a cannot be used continuously, so as to remind the user to replace the guide instrument box a with a new one.
In order to facilitate the sliding of the life indication slider 4 in the main body 1, as shown in fig. 8-13, a limit slide rail 44 is disposed in the main body 1, a protruding one-way buckle 45 is disposed on the limit slide rail 44, one side of the one-way buckle 45 near the rear portion of the main body 1 has an inclined surface, one side of the one-way buckle 45 near the front portion of the main body 1 forms a stop structure, the sliding portion 41 of the life indication slider 4 slides along the limit slide rail 44, and the stop structure of the one-way buckle 45 limits the reverse movement of the life indication slider 4, so that the life indication slider 4 cannot be separated from the rear portion of the main body 1, and particularly cannot be returned to the normal life position from the end life position, thereby preventing reuse.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the limit slide rail 44 includes an upper rail and a lower rail, and the one-way fasteners 45 are respectively and correspondingly disposed on the upper rail and the lower rail. More preferably, two one-way buckles 45 are arranged on one of the limit slide rails 44, and the distance between the two one-way buckles 45 is the same as the axial size of the sliding part 41 of the life indication sliding block 4 along the main body 1, so that the upper rail and the lower rail can stably clamp the life indication sliding block 4 without shaking, and the life of the guide instrument box a can be accurately indicated to be normal. The upper surface and/or the lower surface of the sliding part 41 of the life indicating slider 4 is formed with a friction reducing groove 411 to reduce friction between the surface of the sliding part 41 and the end of the one-way catch 45 and the slide rail 44.
Referring again to fig. 2-5, 8-11, the guide instrument cartridge a further includes a first catch 5 for removably attaching the main body 1 to the control arm B. The first engaging portion 5 can be formed in various manners such as mechanical engagement or electromagnetic engagement, so that the guide instrument box a can be attached to the end of the control arm B. Due to the detachable arrangement of the guide instrument box A, the guide opening and closing valve 2 can be more easily sterilized or the guide instrument box A can be integrally replaced.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first engaging portion 5 is disposed at the rear of the main body 1, and includes a guide member 51 and a locking member 52, wherein the guide member 51 is a guide post protruding from the rear of the main body 1, and the locking member 52 is a hook. The main body 1 is further provided with a detaching button 53, the detaching button 53 is supported in a button groove 54 on the main body 1 through a spring, the detaching button 53 is connected with the hook 52, and the locking between the hook and the control arm B is released by pressing the detaching button 53 towards the button groove 54. Accordingly, the control arm B includes a second engaging portion 6 that is engaged with the first engaging portion 5 of the guide instrument case a, and has a guide hole 61 for receiving the guide member 51 and a hook fixing hole 62 for engaging with the hook, as shown in fig. 3. Thus, when the guide instrument cartridge a is attached to the end of the control arm B using the above-described configuration of the first engaging portion 5 and the second engaging portion 6, the guide instrument cartridge a is not rotated on the control arm B due to the double positioning of the guides 51 and 61 and the locking pieces 52 and 62.
As shown in fig. 3, 4, 6, 7 and 16, the release push rod 3 is fixed on the mounting seat 72, and the mounting seat 72 is driven by a motor and slidably arranged on a guide rail along the axial direction of the control arm B, so that the release push rod 3 can be extended from the release push rod hole 63 at the front end of the control arm B and inserted into the guide instrument box a.
As shown in fig. 6, 7 and 16, in the embodiment of the present invention, the control arm B includes a motor 71, a mounting base 72, a guide rail 73 and a lead screw 74. The motor 71 drives the screw rod 74 to rotate, the external thread of the screw rod 74 is meshed with the internal thread in the through hole of the mounting seat 72, and the mounting seat 72 is driven to reciprocate on the guide rail 73.
As shown in fig. 2, 3, 6, 7 and 16, a depth control device 8 is further fixed to the mounting seat 72, and the depth control device 8 slides along the mounting seat 72 within a third depth range to limit the penetration depth of the puncture needle C by the depth control device 8. Wherein the depth of the third depth range is less than the depth of the first depth range.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the depth control device 8 includes a baffle fixing seat 81 and a puncture needle baffle 82, the baffle fixing seat 81 extends out from a side portion of the control arm B, the puncture needle baffle 82 is detachably disposed on the baffle fixing seat 81, the puncture needle baffle 82 is provided with a non-closed through hole 83 for the puncture needle C to pass through, the non-closed through hole 83 is aligned with the through hole 25 formed by closing the guide opening and closing flap 2, so that during puncturing, the motor 71 drives the mounting seat 72 to move along the axial direction of the control arm B, a predetermined puncturing depth of the puncture needle C is set, then, the needle rod of the puncture needle C is attached to the side wall of the non-closed through hole 83 of the puncture needle baffle 82, and the needle point of the puncture needle C passes through the through hole 25 of the guide opening and closing flap 2, and further punctures biological tissues. When the shank of the puncture needle C comes into contact with the peripheral edge of the non-closed penetration hole 83 of the puncture needle shutter 82, a predetermined puncture depth is reached, and the puncture is stopped. The puncturing operation of the embodiment of the present invention can be used for single needle treatment or biopsy, and multiple needle treatment or biopsy can be realized by repeating the operation for many times. In this embodiment, the needle shield 82 is removably positioned to facilitate sterilization of the needle shield 82 or replacement of the needle shield 82.
When the puncture guiding and releasing mechanism of the embodiment of the invention works, the motor 71 drives the screw rod 74 to rotate, and the mounting seat 72 on the screw rod 74 can reciprocate along the guide rail 73. In this process, the penetration guiding and releasing mechanism works in a three-segment stroke interval.
A first stroke interval for controlling the puncture depth of the puncture needle C: according to the puncture position of the puncture needle C, the motor 71 drives the mounting seat 72 and the depth control device 8 thereon to advance or retreat within a third depth range, the puncture needle baffle 82 is arranged at a corresponding position, and the preset puncture depth of the puncture needle C is set; subsequently, the puncture needle C is inserted through the non-closed perforation 83 of the puncture needle shield 82 and the through hole 25 of the guide opening and closing flap 2 until the puncture needle handle abuts against the puncture needle shield 82, and the puncture is completed.
