The paint coating device for valve processing according to claim 1, wherein a first material box (5) is arranged on the outer wall of the top of the machine body (1), a first heating layer (3) is arranged on the inner wall of the first material box (5), a stirring roller (4) is arranged on the inner wall of one side of the first material box (5), a first motor (2) is arranged on the outer wall of the top of the machine body (1), the output end of the first motor (2) is connected with the input end of the stirring roller (4) through a bearing, a feeding hole (26) is arranged on the outer wall of the top of the first material box (5), and a transparent window (25) is arranged on the outer wall of one side of the first material box (5).

s3: taking out the cleaned valve, and fixing one end of the valve by a clamping hand (41);
s4: starting the hydraulic cylinder (6) to drive the valve to reciprocate up and down for coating paint, and passively painting the paint on the valve by the brush wheel (22);
s5: starting the fan (20) and the third motor (40), and drying the outside air of the valve coated with paint after impurities are filtered in the rotating process;
s6: placing the valve coated with the paint on a containing frame (23), spraying and drying one end of the valve which is not coated with the paint;
s7: the second door (24) is opened to take out the valve.
