A refining device for water-based paint production comprises a blanking mechanism (3), a driving mechanism (4) for providing power for refining water-based paint, a base (5), a butterfly valve (6) and a fixing frame (7), wherein the blanking mechanism (3) is positioned on one side of the base (5), the fixing frame (7) is positioned on the other side of the base (5), the butterfly valve (6) is positioned below the base (5), and the driving mechanism (4) is positioned above the fixing frame (7), and is characterized in that: the pulping mechanism (2) comprises a pulping barrel (21), a pulping shaft (22), a forward pulping knife (23) and a reverse pulping knife (24), wherein the pulping barrel (21) is installed at the top of the base (5), the upper side of the pulping shaft (22) is installed at one end of the fixed frame (7), the lower end of the pulping shaft (22) is located at the central position of the pulping barrel (21), the two forward pulping knives (23) and the two reverse pulping knives (24) are respectively installed at the lower sides of the pulping shaft (22), and the forward pulping knives (23) and the reverse pulping knives (24) are alternately distributed; circulation mechanism (1) is including circulating motor (11), circulation pump head (12), delivery conduit (13), honeycomb duct (14), T type pipe (15), install T type pipe (15) upper end mill thick liquid bucket (21) bottom central point puts, install circulation pump head (12) feed inlet T type pipe (15) rear end, delivery conduit (13) lower extreme is installed circulation pump head (12) discharge gate, it is three honeycomb duct (14) are installed delivery conduit (13) upper end just is located mill thick liquid bucket (21) inside lateral wall is last, install circulating motor (11) circulation pump head (12) rotating part.

A refining apparatus for the production of water-based paints according to claim 1 characterised in that: actuating mechanism (4) are including driving motor (41), sprocket (42), chain (43), driving motor (41) pass through bolted connection and are in mount (7) upper end, two sprocket (42) pass through the key-type connection driving motor (41) rotation portion with pulping axle (22) upper end, chain (43) set up two the sprocket (42) outside.

A refining apparatus for the production of water-based paints according to claim 1 characterised in that: actuating mechanism (4) are including driving motor (41), band pulley (412), belt (413), driving motor (41) pass through bolted connection in mount (7) upper end, two band pulley (412) are in through the key-type connection driving motor (41) rotation portion with grinding thick liquid axle (22) upper end, belt (413) set up two the band pulley (412) outside.

A refining apparatus for the production of water-based paints according to claim 1 characterised in that: t type pipe (15) with pulping bucket (21) passes through the clamp connection, circulation pump head (12) feed inlet with T type pipe (15) pass through the clamp connection, delivery conduit (13) with circulation pump head (12) discharge gate passes through the clamp connection, honeycomb duct (14) with delivery conduit (13) pass through welded connection, circulating motor (11) with circulation pump head (12) rotation portion passes through the coupling joint.
8. A refining apparatus for the production of water-based paints according to claim 1 characterised in that: the honeycomb duct (14) is an annular hollow round tube, and a notch is formed in the side face, close to the center of the pulping barrel (21), of the honeycomb duct (14).
9. A refining apparatus for the production of water-based paints according to claim 2 characterised in that: the lower end of the blanking box (31) is of a circular arc structure, and a right-angled bent pipe is arranged on one side, close to the pulping mechanism (2), of the blanking box (31).

The use method of the refining device for the production of the water-based paint vehicle is characterized in that: when the device is used, firstly, a proper amount of water is filled into the pulping barrel (21), then, paint raw materials are added into the blanking box (31), at the moment, the rotating part of the blanking motor (33) drives the screw (34) to rotate, the paint raw materials are guided into the pulping barrel (21) through the bent pipe of the blanking box (31) through the rotation of the screw (34), meanwhile, the driving mechanism (4) drives the pulping shaft (22) to rotate, the forward pulping knife (23) and the reverse pulping knife (24) are driven to rotate in the water in the pulping barrel (21) through the rotation of the pulping shaft (22), the water and the paint raw materials are mixed through the rotation of the forward pulping knife (23) and the reverse pulping knife (24), and meanwhile, the forward and reverse knife edges of the forward pulping knife (23) and the reverse pulping knife (24) are used for forming a plurality of groups of turbulent flows for the water in the pulping barrel (21) during the rotation of the pulping shaft (22), therefore, the mixing efficiency of the paint raw materials and the water is improved, then the water and the paint raw materials in the pulping barrel (21) can be mixed into pulp, when the mixing is carried out, the rotating part of the circulating motor (11) is utilized to drive the circulating pump head (12) to rotate, so that the circulating pump head (12) pumps the water and the paint raw materials in the pulping barrel (21) into the conveying guide pipe (13) through the T-shaped guide pipe (15), then the water and the paint raw materials are guided into the guide pipe (14) through the conveying guide pipe (13), and the paint raw materials and the water are guided into the pulping barrel (21) again through the three guide pipes (14), so that the mixing efficiency of the paint raw materials and the water is improved; after water and the paint raw materials in the pulping barrel (21) are grinded and mixed for a certain time, the rotation of the circulating motor (11), the conveying guide pipe (13) and the driving motor (41) is stopped, so that the butterfly valve (6) is opened to lead out the pulp through the front end of the T-shaped guide pipe (15).
