Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the following specific examples are only for illustrating the present invention and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
The invention provides a refrigerator refrigerant leakage detection method, which comprises the following steps:
firstly, determining the temperature reduction rate of the outlet of the refrigerator evaporator within set time corresponding to different environmental temperatures and different refrigerant quantities through experiments;
then, calculating the actual temperature drop rate of the outlet of the evaporator within a set time according to different operation stages of the refrigerator;
and judging whether the refrigerator has refrigerant leakage or not according to the comparison result of the actual temperature drop rate and the temperature drop rate determined by the experiment.
The operation stages comprise a temperature pulling stage from the power-on of the refrigerator to a set time t1 and a precooling stage from the defrosting of the refrigerator to a set time t 2.
In specific implementation, firstly, in order to obtain differentiated data of the refrigerator with different refrigerant filling amounts, the ambient temperature is divided into different ambient temperature sections, for example: the temperature of the refrigeration evaporator is less than 10 ℃, 16-25 ℃, 25-32 ℃, 32-38 ℃, 38-43 ℃ and more than 43 ℃, meanwhile, refrigerators with different refrigerant quantities are placed in the same experimental environment to operate at different environmental temperatures, and the temperature operation data of the refrigeration evaporators with different refrigerant quantities in different ring temperature sections are respectively counted; and then calculating the actual temperature reduction rate of the outlet of the evaporator aiming at different operation stages of the refrigerator, comparing the actual temperature reduction rate with the temperature reduction rate of the outlet of the freezing evaporator of the refrigerator calibrated in the test, and if the actual temperature reduction rate of the outlet of the evaporator is smaller than the temperature reduction rate calibrated in the test, determining that the refrigerator has refrigerant leakage.
The above-mentioned refrigerator operation stage mainly refers to two specific stages, namely a temperature-raising stage and a precooling stage. The temperature-pulling stage is as follows: and in the operation stage from the initial power-on of the refrigerator to the set time t1, the set time generally adopts the time from the initial power-on to the first shutdown of the compressor for defrosting. The pre-cooling stage is as follows: the refrigerator is in the operation stage after defrosting to a certain set time t 2.
In one embodiment, the set time t1 in the warming phase is 30min, and the set time t2 in the pre-cooling phase is 5 min. Curves corresponding to different loop temperature sections and different refrigerant amounts are respectively drawn according to the temperature decrease rates of the outlet of the evaporator, such as a temperature decrease rate curve V2 (upper curve) of the outlet of the evaporator in the temperature pulling stage shown in FIG. 1 and a temperature decrease rate curve V4 (upper curve) of the evaporator in the pre-cooling stage shown in FIG. 2. During detection, the evaporator outlet temperature reduction rate calibrated in an experiment is compared with the evaporator outlet temperature reduction rate when the refrigerator actually runs, and whether the refrigerant leakage fault occurs or not is judged.
Fig. 3 shows a flowchart of an embodiment of the present invention, wherein the method for detecting refrigerant leakage of a refrigerator includes the following steps:
firstly, eliminating faults of a compressor, an ambient temperature sensor and a defrosting temperature sensor, then recording the ambient temperature T2 detected by the ambient temperature sensor at the moment, judging whether the refrigerator is in a temperature pulling stage of initial electrification, if so, judging which temperature ring section the refrigerator is in according to the ambient temperature T2, and then judging the difference value between the temperature T1 (which can be the temperature detected by the defrosting temperature sensor arranged at the outlet of the evaporator) positioned at the outlet of the evaporator and the ambient temperature T2; if the difference is greater than or equal to the preset value A (the preset value A in the embodiment is 0-5 ℃), because the difference between the indoor temperature of the refrigerator and the ambient temperature is large at this moment, the judgment error rate is high, and therefore the refrigerant leakage is not judged; if the difference value between the evaporator outlet temperature T1 and the ambient temperature T2 is smaller than a preset value A, calculating the actual temperature reduction rate v1 of the evaporator outlet temperature within a set time (for example, 30 min), wherein the actual temperature reduction rate is the time divided by the front-back temperature difference; if v1 is smaller than the evaporator temperature drop rate v2 determined by the experiment in fig. 1, it is determined that the refrigerant leaks, and at this time, it indicates that the refrigeration effect in the actual test refrigerator temperature raising stage is lower than the refrigeration effect of the corresponding refrigerant amount measured by the experiment.
If the refrigerator is not powered on for the first time but in the running process, the ambient temperature T2 at the moment is recorded, the environment temperature section of the refrigerator is judged, then whether the refrigerator is opened through a door or not is judged, and if the refrigerator is not opened all the time, the refrigerator enters a precooling stage of 5min after the first defrosting period is finished. At the stage, the rotating speed of a compressor is fixed, an air door arranged between a defrosting chamber and an air channel and a fan arranged at the front end of an evaporator are in a closed state, the purpose is to prevent heat generated by defrosting from entering the air channel and a refrigerating chamber, the actual temperature reduction rate v3 of an evaporator outlet from the end of defrosting to the end of precooling is calculated, the actual temperature reduction rate is the time divided by the front-back temperature difference, the actual temperature reduction rate v3 is compared with the temperature reduction rate v4 determined by the test in the figure 2, if v3 is smaller than v4, the refrigerant leakage is judged, and at the moment, when the refrigeration effect of the actual test refrigerator precooling stage is lower than the refrigeration effect of the refrigerator tested by the test, generally lower than half of the refrigeration effect of the test refrigerator, the refrigerant leakage of the refrigerator is judged.
If the refrigerator passes through a door in the operation stage, whether the compressor stops for defrosting in the refrigeration cycle is judged, if the compressor stops, the actual temperature reduction rate v5 of the outlet of the evaporator within 5min after the second defrosting cycle is finished (from defrosting completion to precooling completion) is calculated, the actual temperature reduction rate is the time divided by the front temperature difference and the rear temperature difference, the actual temperature reduction rate v5 is compared with the temperature reduction rate v4 determined in the test in fig. 2, and if v5 is smaller than v4, the refrigerant leakage is judged. The reason is that if the refrigerator is opened through a door, a heat load may be put into the refrigerator, so that the temperature reduction rate of the outlet of the evaporator at the precooling stage after defrosting needs to be judged after the compressor is stopped (at the moment, the indoor temperature reaches relatively stable), and the temperature reduction rate is prevented from being influenced by the heat load.
The steps are judged and processed by a main controller of the refrigerator, the software is provided with a flag bit to mark whether the refrigerant leaks, if the refrigerant leaks, the flag bit for the refrigerant leakage is sent to a display panel of the refrigerator and an APP end connected with the refrigerator, the display panel displays the refrigerant leakage fault, and the APP end prompts a user that the refrigerant leaks. The display panel is generally arranged on a refrigerator door body and used for adjusting the indoor temperature of the refrigerator and setting specific functions of the refrigerator for a user, and if refrigerant leakage occurs, the display panel directly displays EF and conducts flickering alarm.
The invention provides a practical refrigerator refrigerant leakage detection method which can judge refrigerant leakage faults of a refrigerator in different environment temperatures and remind a user of processing the refrigerant leakage faults. In addition, the refrigerator refrigerant leakage detection method provided by the invention is convenient for after-sale maintenance of the refrigerator and potential safety hazard removal.
The foregoing is considered as illustrative only of the embodiments of the invention. It should be understood that any modifications, equivalents and changes made within the spirit and framework of the inventive concept are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
